I placed an order for Amul milk 1 liter subscription on 1st May vide Order ID[protected] & paid Rs. 1296 via Paytm but the milk delivery was never started. Since then I have dialed 24*7 contact number more than 100 times & everytime I was told that delivery will be started within few days but nothing happened. After few days of my order date I was told that the refund will be credited within 90 days but I got nothing yet.

Kindly help me getting my money back asap.

    I had made an online booking for supply of milk 1 liter daily for one month vide order no.[protected] dated 14.04.16 and made a payment online, for rs. 1026.00 to the company. So far neither the milk has been supplied, nor my money is being refunded in spite of repeated reminders.

    Kindly help me in getting my hard earned money, back.

      I am a Gurgaon resident and I ordered for a 1-month Milk Subscription and paid Rs. 1539 is advance on April 16th 2016 and followed up with the customer care and on emails few days but no one bothered to reply or entertain. The delivery of the subscription hasn't been done till date, they haven't the refunded the money as yet. I am checking for their website right now and it seems it is also down. Does someone has any updates about these cheaters?

      I have paid 30 days money for Amul mil 1 liter. they provided 3 days only after that no body coming.

      I think this is fraud company and cheating with people. We should lodge FIR against them.

        I had ordered for milk online and paid by credit card through this website with order no.[protected] on january 25, 2016. Milk order was for 1.5 litres daily for a month. Milk delivery started but it was stopped after 12 days without any information. I sent emails several times. I was assured all times that either it will be resumed after the restructuring or money will be refunded. From april on wards even my emails are not responded.

        I have almost lost the home that i will get back my money.

        I am just making another attempt to see if anybody responds.

        I am attaching the email communication as happened.

It's been almost 5 months now, earlier customer care no was reachable but not even that from past 2 months . Spoke to one Harsh but he never picks phone .           I received a call half hr back asking my card details for the refund as I paid through card, I refused as all details should be in their records, then phone was disconnected abruptly from the caller. Clearly a FRAUD company . People be careful.

            This is a fraud company. Please stay away from it at any cost. Had paid for 1 month milk subscription. It never started. When contacted their support, got commitment from their for refund of the full amount since they had logistical issues (thats the reason support person gave me) in Pune in delivering milk and they had stopped all milk subscriptions. He also mentioned that due to some issues in payment gateways, it will take 2 months for refund but money would get deposited after that. Its been more than 5 months now and I havent got any refund. Their support is no more reachable and no one picks up the call. Seems like they have cheated many people like this. Please stay away from these fraud people and save your hard earned money.

              We apologies for the inconvenience in the services you have experienced during your subscription period due to lack of communication.

              We are withdrawing all subscriptions from 30th june 2016 till we update our technology, logistics and manpower. Those who have subscribed in the month of march to may and have not got services for a single day from us can claim immediate charge back from the concerned bank. We will ensure that the approval is given for refunds asap. Incase if still do not receive refund with-in 15 days of claim, you may please contact us. We will ensure your service are started as early as possible. However, we will not be taking any new subscriptions after 30th june till our technology; logistics and manpower are scaled to face large customer requirements.

              We have had some bad experiences with payu and paytm payment gateway as they have not shared any information of refunds or transaction ids from last 158 and 32 days respectively. Instead with the complaints of just.01% of our customers they had blocked our gateway without any notice.

              The cyber crime cell had frozen our company bank account and thus our hands were tied but we want to ensure complete / seamless service without any excuses. We had been providing services since last 11 months and promise to serve you for sure.

              We are issuing coupons for the remainder amount. However, if you have taken the service for even a single day, then we would request you to send an email with supporting order id and concern to harsh. [protected]@24x7fresh.in we will confirm with our back end and issue your coupon to ensure a quick response. We would request the handover of the daily/weekly/fortnightly coupons once the service has started.

              Our customer care number is [protected] and customer care technology is also going to be upgraded within the next 10-15 working days. We are opening up 9 warehouses in delhi-ncr, 9 in mumbai, 6 in bangalore and 2 each in pune and hyderabad to serve our customers.

                I ordered online in 24x7Fresh.in website for mother's diary milk for the month of May 2016 for one month delivery which I paid nearly 1100 rupees. But the delivery was delayed and finally they haven't respond for the delivery. I called several times the customer service which is not responding and finally said to cancel my order and return money which they said it will take 3 months to get my money back to my bank account. But they haven't credited anything so far which has 4 months so far. Please take action on them. This website is also not working now and the customer service disconnecting the call if we ask for the cancel order for returning money back. They are doing a fraud business by collecting and cheating money from people.

                      I ordered for a Milk subscription for 30 days(2 Liter Amul full cream+1 Liter Amul tonned) on the website of 24*7 fresh.in on 10th august 2016.

                      On 16th Sep 2016 their field staff had collected the Rs.4380/- in advance but still they haven't started the milk delivery and no one picking up the phone.
                      There is a person with a name of Mr.Harsh Bansal([protected]) Called himself CEO of the company when he called me for starting the milk subscription.after that whenever picks up the phone and even always cut the phone even after trying by different mobile numbers.

                      His field boys has also switched off their mobiles.
                      I want my money refunded with a high penalty on this person so that they will never do this type of fraud with others

                      Please take serious action as soon as possible and also I will going to inform this to the police and the court.

                        on 28th april i have done my payment never got the milk delivery and this fraud company refused to return my money
                        today its been more than 6 months not even got a mail from the company
                        also tried to call customer care number[protected]
                        which is not connecting
                        please take strict action against this company..
                        i have earlier also did complain but no response
                        what is the use of this consumer complaints if the problem is not being resolved??

                          I am not sure whether indian government have any hold on these fraud companies or not? Does these e-com sites takes any approval from govt authorities or not. Ideally all the verifications should have been in place so that customer would not be impacted. I placed my order 6 months back and neither this fraud company started their services nor I got my money back. We should take these guys to court.

                              Vide order no.30000107 dated 18-5-16, I had ordered for the supply of amul taza milk for 30 days @ one liter per day effective 1-6-16 (i.e. total 30 ltrs) . Required advance amount of Rs.1140/- was also remitted by me along with the order through my credit card no.[protected] (which is now replaced with new card no. [protected]) on line.

                              Till today neither the milk has been supplied nor the amount has been refunded to me.

                              In this connection the undersigned has sent number of emails from my email id [protected]@gmail.com to the [protected]@24x7fresh.in. however the issue still unresolved. This status continues even after my request to refund the amount due to me.

                              In my last mail dated 26-6-16 I had categorically insisted for refund of the amount.

                              There is no response at all from their CS number[protected]

                              I will be grateful if you can assist me in getting the refund effected through my credit card.

                              Just now I received a call from cell number [protected] claiming to be rep from 24x7fresh.
                              he was telling that the refund will be processed only if it is through debit card. when I informed him about the credit card payment he said that the refund is not possible.

                              I do not understand the logic behind this. normally credit payments are refunded through cards only. in case there is a problem in this they can either send me a cheque or can transfer to my bank accounts.

                              I feel something is fishy in this.

                              please look into this

But there is no response from the company side. Neither i have received milk nor i have received money back. Since then, it is in processing stage.                                   This site seems to be fake one and still running for the last 6 months. I ordered one month milk subscription on 10th may 2016 and still company is not refunding my money and also not delivering milk and moreover, numbers given on the site is fake. Please take legal action against this fraud company and save innocent customer.

                                    I purchased milk delivery service for 1 month. on very first day, they delivered milk packets that were already 3 days past expiry date. The delivery person handed over the packets to my grandfather who did not know about expiry date and took Rs 2400.00 for the month's services and left. when i checked the packets and called delivery person he refused to give fresh milk. this has been going for 1 week now and every day the person brings expired milk then he calls his supervisor that we are refusing delivery and we spend half an hour every day in talking to the so called "supervisors" and "managers". not a single day we have received fresh milk.
                                    I have already filed a complaint in consumer forum. If anybody is trying to purchase this service please do not got for it.

                                      Like many other people on this forum, we also got cheated by 24x7fresh.in We paid 1080 rupees in advance for our milk delivery but never got it. Upon calling their customer care number, which no longer goes through, we were told that they are having difficulties and the delivery will start soon. Again after waiting for more time, we called them back again and asked for refund. They told us it will take some weeks but now it's been almost four months and we are yet to see a single penny returned. I hope someone in the government takes serious action against these scammers.

                                        I am facing the same problem with people. I hv order for 2 ltr full cream milk which was about to complete so I thought these people r genuine one. So I again ordered for 4 kg full cream milk. But after that these people despair. Even not completed my previous order. Which is 4kg. And when I try to login my act it shows ur credentials are not correct. Then I call there executive they make excuses but didn't gave me my details or a link to regain my password. These people are seriously a big cheater. And taken more than of 5900/-
