I have subscribed for 1.5 lit milk for everyday, i received milk for 18 days
customer care said they will refund rs 550 in 90 days.now they had changed the custmer care number and we are not able to contact them
No money yet. Now they are not responding to my mail or my calls.
This is a cheating company...

I have subscribed for 2 milk for everyday, on May 2016,
So far I have not received any milk, Cancelled the order, no money yet.
Customer care does not pick the call.
After many mails, got a reply that I will get my money in 90 days.
No money yet. Now they are not responding to my mail or my calls.
This is a cheating company.

Dear Sir,
I placed an order for Rs 3078/= on 20th Feb 2016 for delivering 6 packs of Amul milk (3 Ltrs) every day to us. The Order no. was[protected]. The milk was never supplied though they gave 4/5 different dates to start the supply.
Lastly they informed that if the supply is not started by particular date the money shall be refunded. Unfortunately neither milk was supplied nor the money was refunded. Tried to contact their numbers to no avail and the emails remained without response.( Supervisor name & no given was given as Mr.Pankaj [protected] and email... [protected]@24x7fresh.in)

We had orderd mango with reference to Order ID[protected] at 24x7fresh but even after 3 months 20 days neither get product nor money. Order amount was Rs. 647.5. Payment was done through Paytm, and they confirmed that payment has been settled. But24*7 guys are replying every time saying that we are looking into the issue.

Earlier also I had filed same complain which is not yet resolved and didn't get attention

I had subscribed and paid rs. 1260/- for everyday milk delivery of 2 packets from 24*7fresh.in, but milk service was stopped just after 1 day. and since then their customer number has not been reachable. another number by which i received a call from them (+[protected] has also been going unanswered since days. never seen such a fraud company. request you to look into it and start my refund immediately.

I have ordered amul milk 500 ml x 2 full cream on daily basis for a month on 18th may 2016. But i did not recieved the product then i called up the customer care number[protected] and answered by executive of company that they have some problem to providw the product when i asked for return my amount then he said it will be returned after 90 days as that is the company's policy. After that i have reminded them again and again but they have not answered. Any mail. I have recieved a mail i am attching this mail.

I ordered a milk subscription dated 5/4/2016 and paid 648 rupees. I was waiting for it to get delivered but no such delievery has taken place. I called on their customer care thousand times but they dont pick the call. I have got no refund and no mails after sending them many reminders on the mails. They are looting customers in the name of supplying milk.. Please take strict action against them. My order id[protected]. They dont even pick the customer care. My request to you is please take strict action and help me to get my refund...

I have ordered vide order ID no.[protected] dated 22.04.2016. Inspite of various mails and calls to customer care, no delivery started till today (04.09.2016). I have already requested for refund various time but all in vain. no one is replying to mails, calls.

Now it's September dey haven't initiated my refund n fake commitments dey r gvng..
They cheating consumers DTS it.. Way da freak is going out guys its better u guys upforwrdly contact me n intiate my refund as u guys told me vl start after 15 days den again false commitment, so one o[censored]r executv told me mam v vl initiated it by august month coz v refund after 4months_, so may I know we're u ppl r digging ma money n odds money.. Step starts n ur fake registrd company nmbr is nt in use i[censored] guys don't revert me via call or don't refund m gonna sew ur company gonna file complain rembr DAT n vl explore ur company rembr DT, I don't reside in Delhi m citizen of Mumbai so whomsoever is runng dis firm better watch out n do initiate very consumers amount n so do my. company name 24x7

I subscribed to their milk subscription and they gave good service for first month which was Janurary.
So i paide them again in Febuarry for 1 month service. For Feb month they gave milk for only one day.
I paid for 1.5 litre amul milk scheme for 1 month
I have written them many mails regarding this but they have not started neither refunded my money

Had placed an order in April 2016 and paid Rs 1245 neither reveiecd milk nor refund after lots of talking and e-mailing etc

My order id is[protected] for amul full cream milk 4 nos. X 30 days.

I had received the milk for 8 days from 5-Feb to 12-Feb.

The milk subscription for 22 days are pending.

I had called multiple times to customer care and several mails have been sent. But neither delivery of milk is being done nor the amount is refunded.

I am also a victim of 24*7fresh. I subscribed milk and the day I cleared my cash delivery stopped. Igor supply just for 3days and kept on casing these guys for delivery but got no update for one month. My order no is[protected].
Finally what I did was surprising for them I ordered again from my friends id and my alternate number in nearby location and got a call same day in the evening. When the delivery guy came I caught him and made him wait for 3hrs and ask his boss for refund but than he agreed to it in 24hrs I told him to send me a mail for same and left the guy but still waiting for my refund.
Request you guys also to do the same. Order again from other id and get once they send for delivery get hold of that guy and take refund and release their delivery boy.

I ordered a mail subscription dated 10/5/2016 and paid 1674 rupees. I was waiting for it to get delivered but no such delievery has taken place. I called on their customer care thousand times but they dont pick the call. I have got no refund and no mails after sending them many reminders on the mails. I ordered milk from 24x7fresh.in and paid Rs. 1674/- to this company with order no.[protected] on dated 26/4/2016. They did not deliver milk at my address. His customer care no. is not in service. This is a request for refund my money. Please take necessary action against this company. The company always tell a lie and cheated to the customers. I think I am looted by this company.

I have ordered for 1 Kg. Mother dairy Milk per day for 30 days on 7th May 2016 by order No.[protected] and paid Rs. 1296/- by my credit card.

But after passing three months I have not received Milk till date, Please deliver the goods as ordered or refund my money with interest. Phone Number of the merchant[protected] is also not working.

Refund of order[protected] for rs 3076 for milk subscriptions has not need executed yet, this placed in May 2016, please help me get my refund.
Followed up many times on their contact no, even that is not reachable past 3 months. Since beginning false commitments have been there, a fraud company.They are playing with hard earned money of people and legal action be taken against them.
