Thus company is a big fraud. I contacted the company but no one bothers to answer the phone. They have taken full advance inspite of calling them no one answers. The culprits should be arrested
Since two months they have taken money but not giving refund. There is no customer service and they don't reply u back the numbers are [protected]......

Hi All,
I have placed order on 14/04/2016 with Order#[protected] for Milk subscription and waited for a month and called up customer care, They told that they are working with local Delivery people to complete the order. But again there is no supply and Sent a mail to get an update till now there is no reply. Called up Customer care in June they told we have cancelled Your subscription and refunding your money. Again there is no response...

This is my second complaint,
I have ordered 1 month of subscription on 15/5/2016 with order id[protected] for 1 month subscription and paid Rs. 3974, this is a complete fraud company and from since day one no one bothered for anything. firstly they mailed service will start after 1 month n now they mailed that there crime cell has already frozen bank accounts, payumoney blocked there payment gateway, n people are filing case against...

This is with reference to my order no.[protected].

We had paid Rs. 2, 520 to Mr. Pradeep Shukla, a milk vendor registered with 24*7fresh.in, who came to deliver the milk for the first day (500 ml * 4 packets) yesterday as part of the 30 day daily milk subscription. The 30 day period started from yesterday.

However, the milk has not been delivered today till now, despite him promising that it will be delivered...

I have taken monthly subscription of milk and egg supply. I had paid total of rs 1539 but got the milk delivered only one day.
Not a single egg they have delivered till date.
Even they are not picking up calls and call to their customer care number is not going through
This is the worse experience with any ecommerce site.
Now i want my money back...

I paid rs. 1350 in april, 2016 to these guys for one month delivery of 1 liter milk. My order id is[protected] which is being shown in "processing" state. They delivered milk for 15-odd days and then stopped. After that they either don't answer my call or just say that your milk will be delivered on so and so date which has not arrived yet. Please help.
A few days earlier, i placed a new order (Cash on delivery) for which i got a call...

I ordered for 2 liters of amul toned milk for thirty days in Feb 2016 which was in continuation of my earlier orders Milk was supplied for 5 days thereafter no supply. Number of e-mails to company but no reply. I have given my telephone no i.e., [protected] and my e- mail i [protected]@gmail.com is already with company. Booked a subscription of tender coconut on 27 june to the address ob3-307 ongc colony poonam nagar andheri east, mumbai. on first day delivery boy came and taken rs1000 and told i will get reciept and change tomorrow. after that only no recipt came and i got delivery of only 2 days. customer care no is wrong. local coordinator mr deepak bangar ph no [protected] dont pick call and after more than 15 20 days of continuous calling suddenly got...

I paid for ur 1ltr milk subscription for a month and the only day they came was to collect the money n from the next day i get a msg from deepak bangar : +[protected] stating that its a public...

I ordered milk delivery in april for 1 month from 24x7fresh.In. Delivery started after 2 weeks and after 1 week, they stopped the delivery. On call, they said that delivery will start soon or they will refund after 90 days,.
Its been more than 3 month but neither the delivery started nor i got the refund.
Now their no. Is also off and they aren't responding to mails....

It had been more than 3 month sorder placed with the company, but the company neither fulfilling the order nor refunding the money. I have done several follow ups, but there is no response from the company. Recemtly while i called up the customer care, i have been told that the company can't fulfil the odrder at my location and also wouldn't refunding the money....

Payment made for milk for 30 days and only received milk for 3 days and after that it has stopped forever. We called up the manager whose contact number was given and he said that the company has done fraud with them and ran away with their salaries and all the deposits. And now from this forum, i have got to know that this has been going on forever....
