I requested them to cancel the order and refund my money. They said the money is refunded. But on 16th march, i get a mail saying my order is confirmed. I had booked an Order No.[protected] for supply of double toned milk on 22.02.2016 thru online facility by paying Rs.918/- by credit card. The delivery was to commence w.e.f 01.03.2016.

I have done the above payment on mar22nd, but till now i have not received any confirmation of order as well as deliverty details.

Called up several times[protected], but always number is busy and some times post 15 seconds, it will automatically disconnect.

I had subscribed for 1 litre of milk for 30 days on 28th Nov 2015.

The subscription was supposed to be started from 7th Dec 2015. But it actually started from 9th Dec 2015 and provided till 20th Dec 2015 without any issue.

It was delivered on 29th Dec 2015 for one day and there after there was no delivery of milk.

I am Krishan I paid 24x7fresh.com on 2nd Feb 16 from my payumoney account for 1 ltr of Amul Milk daily for 30 days. They started the service on 10th Feb 16. I have registered for milk delivery on 24x7 website. Delivery was supposed to commence from 1st Feb but it could not started. Since then I am writing emails and calling on their customer care.
Getting just one response every time ... There are some operational issues and we will commence the milk delivery soon, if you want a refund we will refund in...

This is a grocery site.I ordered 1L Milk from the same and it asked payment in advance so i paid the same.
But it failed to deliver and now has deleted my account and also not responding to mails.

Taken payment on 21st feb 2016 but never ever delivered. They had deactivated my account also and not responding on call or email. I need refund but unable to even speak something as they had blocked each and every medium of contact of customer.

On 30/1/2016, I paid for 1.5 liters 30 days vide Order #[protected]. Milk delivered fro 3 days Feb2-4, 2016 and later stopped. Initially mails sent to wait patiently. Now no response to emails & not able to contact customer support customer support. Seems to be a fraud company. Their operations should be stopped immediately before they cheat many more people....
