Details :

I have placed the order for supplies of amul full cream milk at my address . The subscription was for 30days. I have made the full payment of rs . 1944.00 online.

The supplies were suppose to start from 29th march 2016 which never happened till date. I have tried contacting the company but they only postponed the date twice till 13th april but nothing happened. I have requested for cancellation of the order and my refund through an email but there is no reponse to that also.

I need my funds back and i think they should be blacklisted.

ORDER #[protected] placed on 3/23/2016 still not delivered. These were fresh eggs i ordered, but every time i call, after many attempts, some one will (eventually) pick up and promise that the product will be delivered 100% within the week's Saturday, but that week never came and delivery never happened. The amount is less, but this was my first attempt shopping at 24 7 Fresh and it left very bad taste in my mouth, as i i did not expect 24 & fresh to act in this manner.

Huge stress on my well being and mental harassment.

I have ordered 2ltr of nandini milk.
Till now there is no news of the confirmation and haven't received any mail too
I logged in as a guest and ordered the item
I have already made the payment.
When i call the customer care they ask me to wait till next day
I have already made the payment of Rs 1026

I have placed an order for daily supply of Amul milk 1.5 ltrs of toned anf 0.5 ltrs full cream vide order no.[protected] dated 18 April 2016 and paid an amount of Rs2187.00 by credit card for one month supply of milk to be delivered at home. on opening the status of the order it shows under processing. I have tried calling their contact no.[protected]. The voice says thanks for calling 24x7 fresh, the call will be recorded for training & quality purpose, Please wait while we connect your call, then comes music and then again please wait and the voice is cut off and the message comes thank you for calling 24x7 fresh and the call is cut off. this happens every time you call the number, I have done it at least 8 to 10 times. There is no way to contact 24x7. I do not know how to connect to them. The milk supply has also not started.
There site gives contact numbers which when dialled you receive a voice message asking you to check the number you have dialed.

Hello,

I had placed the order for 'nandini shubham 515 ml milk (Orange pack) x 30 days' on 14th april 2016.
Order no is '[protected]', i had paid the amount of rs. 1080 online. There is no update on this order till now.
If i call customer care they are not answering the call as well. (Waste customer care experience in my life).

Request concern person to look into this. If delivery not possible please revert my money.

Request to answer / response at least here.

I paid 1080 in the month of dec'15 for milk monthly subscription from jan 2016 onwards, but due to continue dely i asked them to refund my amount in jan end of the month. I even received email we are iniciating refund in the month of feb'2016. But i still to receive in my creditcard account.

Please don't trust this fresh24x7.In, i belive its a fake online website.

I took milk subscription for 1lts mother diary milk daily delivery for 30 days(Order no:[protected],[protected]. I got confirmation of payment and was told the subscription will start from 7th /8th/9th april and i would be contacted by mr. Harsh. I however didn't receive any call. I tried calling the customer care but the call would go to the ivr and disconnect.

After trying for 3 days i got through to the customer care and was told asorry story about supervisor having left the company. I wrote to them and was told that the subscription would now start from 14th april or the money would be refunded. Once again it was not delivered on 14th and then when i called and asked for the refund, i was told 19th as the new date and on 18th when i called to check the status i was given 20th as the next date.

I've written multiple times to them asking for refund but i've not received a single response. Yhe customer service doesn't give amy details except a new date. They refuse to refund, or disconnect the call.

I had booked one litre Nandini Shubham 515 Ml Milk (Orange Pack) daily for one month On 5th April 2016 and paid an amount of RS 1080
The service to deliver the milk on daily basis was expected to start from 11th April 2016, , but till date delivery of items has not been started. In this connection I have mailed to the company many time but no response is received, Phone number mentioned on site is not picked by any one

I had booked one liter mother dairy milk daily for one month + some other items on22 feb-2015 with assurance of start of delivery w.E.F 01.03.2016 and paid an amount of rs. 1300 something, but till date delivery of items has not been started. In this connection i had earlier also mailed as reminder but in vain. Phone no. Provided not respond by any person, only ivr machine voice listen which ends in seconds.

But till date delivery of items has not started. In this connection i had earlier also mailed as reminder to deliver the supply or refund my money but in vain. Now I am thinking to take legal action against the Co.

I have paid rs.5265/- online for monthly subscription of Amul Milk on 18.02.16 and rs.110/- for delivery of walnuts.

from then onwards i am contacting 24x7 fresh via their email id : [protected]@24x7fresh.in . but till now no delivery or refund has been received.

i need an immediate refund along with a strict action s anticipated against this fraud site so that nobody else falls prey.

After confirmation from customer support of this company that the start date for milk delivery shall be 01 april 2016, the online payment of rs. 1620/- against order #[protected] for 3 packets of nandini shubham (Orange packet) was made on 27.03.2016 afternoon. Payment / order confirmation details given below:

However, till date the delivery has not started. Customer support doesn't reply to email complaints and none of the given phone numbers are working.

Appreciate whatever support you can provide, especially by furnishing the contact details of the concerned in bangalore and delhi, so that the fir can be lodged with the police with proper details of the defaulters and this fraud company.

I had taken subscription on 14th Apr 2016 for an amount of Rs 3, 078/- for 3.0 Ltrs Amul Toned for 30 days Subscription through my Credit Card with Subscription No./Order No.[protected] and till now I have not received the milk . I have been continuously sending mails but till now I have not received any update on my order. No body in the Customer Care is answering the call. No revert on mail. On checking on internet, I have realized that this company is fraud. Can you please get my refund back to my credit card.

I have paid for 3kg milk everyday which After so many updates.company did not deliver so I asked for the refund... my order id is (24x7Fresh: New Order #[protected]...After maby chasers I have been told that I will get my money back but still nothing has been credited back in my account.And their helpline number also does not work..

24x7fresh has not been able to arrange the delivery of items till now.In spite of repeated complaints, my money has not been refunded.

I had renewed on 19th feb 2016 for amounting rs 1539/- for 1.5 amul toned for 30 days subscription through my credit card with subscription nos/ order nos[protected] and till now i have not received the milk . I have booked Amul Milk x 2 packets for 30 days. I have paid Rs.1080 thru Net banking. But it is showing on net Order processing. So why the company is not refunding my money and no response they are showing in resolving our queries neither on phone and not via email. Very unsatisfied service...Also regret to inform that the executive on customer care is not at all literate / cooperative.
Plz refund my money back at the earliest as I have booked on 08/04/2016 and til date I have not received or the money is not yet refunded

This is a fraud website ( 24x7fresh.in ) . I had made online advance deposit for daily milk supply. Order number[protected] dated. 6th April'16 amount of Rs.2322 was paid online thru my credit card. But, no delivery has been made till date. Also, I have been making repeated calls at the number provided on website to the call center but no one is responding. Have even sent emails but there has been no revert.

I had placed an order for 3 Ltrs (6 x 500ml packs) of Mother Diary milk on 24x7 Fresh, with an assurance of beginning delivery by the next day.

My order no[protected] dated 10th April 2016, with Rs 3078 made through Paytm.

I am still awaiting any communication from them post the payment, I have send them mails without any response, and also their Customer Care is not picking up any calls now.

I have ordered for one month milk subsription on 10/4/2016 and paid Rs 1080.
as per terms, all payment need to be made before delivery.
i tried connecting their customer service number, but no response
as per site, order status is still showing as "processing"

However there is no update on delivery.

i have searched on internet and found many such similiar complaints from various consumers.

seems this company is fooling people and collecting money.
