I had ordered 1 liter milk for 30 days

1Liter Blue Nandini Milk and they never initiated to delivery.

Order ID:[protected] I have paid on 01Feb16.

We subscribed 2 Litre (500 ml x 4) milk for 30 days on date 30.01.2016.
Rs. 2592.00 paid advance thru online payment.
Order no.[protected] received against subscription.
We neither got milk even for a single day nor got my money back into my A/C.
Nobody is responding at contact no. given [protected].
There is no response against so many mails sent on [protected]@24x7fresh.in or [protected]@24x7fresh.in.
As per their terms & conditions company is saying for the reversal of money between 7-9 working days into same A/C thru netbanking if they are not able to deliver the product.
Kindly help us to get our money back into our A/C.

I have taken 30 days subscription of Amul full cream milk on 19 Feb 2016 and I got confirmation from them on 23rd that they will start deliver milk from 24 Feb but till date there is no delivery. I have paid monthly subscription in advance . this fraud company who have looted our hard earned money we should not leave him easily. I requested to all of you come together to fill complaint against them.

I purchased milk subscription from 24x7fresh.in like 2 weeks ago. My order #[protected], Placed on February 13, 2016 12:22:08 AM IST.

The service never started, and when I asked for the refund, they did not give my money back also. I have sent a lot of e-mails, and now they are not replying to that as well. They have not given any number to call on, and the customer service number is never available. Please help me to get my money back. I am also attaching snapshots of my last 3 e-mails to which they have not replied. Thank you.

I have paid the amount in advance for the Milk, and they delivered for 4 days, after that they have not delivered the milk and are not responding to mail and even phone.

I have notice and found they are cheating like this to everyone, SO many people have been cheated like this.

I would suggest to lodge a police complain under IPC section 420 for doing business with intention of forgery and cheating people

I had ordered 1 liter milk for 30 days and 60 Eggs.

1Liter Orange Nandini Milk = 40 * 30 = 1200.00

60 Eggs = 3.50 *60 = 210.00

They never delivered them.

I had ordered for subscription of mother dairy milk and paid Rs 1836/- towards supply of 2 ltrs of milk for 30 days and service was to start on 23rd Feb.
Initially company responded to my mails saying it would start from 24 th and then they told that they don't have staff and cannot start now. Need more time. When I asked how much time they stopped replying. I think this is a fraud company and want my money back...

24x7 is a fraud company they will accept your order and give you a particular date that your subscription will start from this date but nothing will happen.

I ordered my subscription for 2x500 ltr of Mother Dairy tonned milk from it on 29th of January by making online payment and booked a slot that my subscription will start from 10th of Feb, but as the date came closer i was expecting some kind of confirmation call from them but nothing happened. Then one day i got an email from them saying that this is the number of my local area supervisor and my subscription will start from 11th or 12th then i called on that to make the confirmation but no one answered my call. I called almost 10-15 times but no one replied neither i got any call back and both the date passed and then on 15th i called there customer support team and the guy told me that it will start from 17th or else your money will be refunded to you. But nothing happened and since i have continously calling on their customer support number but the only response which i get is all our customer service executives are busy right now we'll call you later but their later seem to be like never.

I have paid money for milk services, 24x7 has provided milk for 8 days and they stop the services without any intimation. I have written multiple mails and called customer care atleast 30 times. There is no response for mails. Cosutomer care team will say that within 4 working days money will be refund.

Till date nothing happened.

They are attracting people by discounts and collecting advance money and then cheating.

This company is fraud, they never reply to mails nor attend phone number mention on website.
Please let me know if can put FIR and open fraud case against them.

I have paid full money for monthly subscription of milk supply vide subject order number for delivery of 1 Litre milk daily for 30 days on 19th January, 2016. The supply started on 29th January, 2016 and it has been so erratic that till today, after almost a month, I have received the milk for only 16 days. Nobody picks the phone of customer care and there is no response to my innumerable mails to the customer care.

If the company has any problem, they should come forward and let me know the reason for this erratic supply and refund the money in case they are not able to handle the situation.

Whenever the milk supply has been disrupted, I have sent an intimation email to the company's customer care eliciting no response from the company so far and copies of the same can be provided as and when required.

i have order them a milk subscription on 22nd feb, till now there is no confirmation and no response from them. their customer care number is keep busy,

These people are making fool o[censored]s, their delivery boy is not picking up phone, office no is wrong, customer care no always disconnected with the massage all are executive are busy pl try later.It seems there is nobody accountable for anything in this company. Very irregular in delivering the product, All contacts are fake, no way to contact to them and get our hard earned money back from them.

From Bangalore. My Order no.[protected] dated 03.12.2015 and Order No.[protected] dated 28.12.2015 towards milk subscription. Paid Rs1998.00 through NetBanking, in advance. Neither milk supplied nor amount refunded. Vague correspondences. No solution [1 ltr blue Nandini Milk supplied for one day]. Wd u help?

This is Fraud Company which is not refunding money against above cancelled order. They are neither responding to my e-mails nor attending phone calls.

This is fraud company and it is suggested that no consumer should place any order on them. They will neither execute nor refund your money.

I Had ordered milk for 60 days and paid full payment thro my credit card, and they started supply after few days they stopped the supply for 15 days, again they sent a mail tht milk will be supplied by new delivery boys, but again stated and stopped for 5 days, in 60 days of my order i got the milk supplied for 36 days, 24x7 fresh.in has cheated 22 days and 22 litres of milk, around Rs 800.00.Please i request the cyber crime to ban this site bcoz of this so many customers are losing lacs of Rupees and so many mails i had send but no reply, if i cont customer care they hav put the call in auto record.

I have placed two orders order no.[protected] and order no.[protected] for the supply of milk and money was paid through credit card. They delayed the supply and after speaking to them, we got the mil supplies for 10 days.
After that they again stopped supply of milk and neither are responding on their helpline no [protected] nor responding to my mails for refund. We have tried to make 100 calls and the reply which we get is all our executives are busy and we will call you back.
Even I have requested for refund but I didn't get any response.

I had placed order for monthly subscription of Amul Milk 500 ml for 30 days along with some fruits order vide Order No.[protected] on 18th Feb., 2016 and pay online Rs.641.75. Their customer care does not pick the phone as they did not provide any confirmation mail and sms for starting of services.
I want to cancel the same and refund back my money.

i have placed the order for the above said items vide order no[protected], paid Rs. 2700 through online and received the confirmation mail with starting the delivery from 11/12/13/02/2016 on the feasibility by vendor (Mr. Raju, Dwarka). After so many calls done on customer care number, nobody picks the call and vendor is saying that he didn't received your order from company. I also tried through mail and the result is same, no revert back from their side.
