I haven't received any response from them over the milk subscription of January which was not provided at the promised time. When it was started to deliver it was immediately discontinued !!!

Initially, it was promised to be sent from 9th Jan 2016 but after further waiting, it was started to deliver only from first week of February. It has stopped only after...

On February 21, 2016 24X7FRESH took an order for delivering 1 liter of milk everyday morning for 1 month and I paid Rs. 1080/-

Even after repetitive complain, they are not delivering milk. I have also asked for the refund of money but they are neither refunding my money as well.

24X7FRESH is a cheat company and I am looking forward...

I paid of rs. 830 to 24x7.in on 26th nov.2015 for supply of 1 litter milk for 30days but they supplied only nine days, afterwards they stop the supply. after various reminder through mail they are not giving proper reply.and not supplying the milk also....

I paid rs.1260.00 to website 24x7fresh for monthly subscription of milk and vegetables. But, even after so many mails and follow-ups i didn't get any of the products delivered to my address.

We placed the order for milk subscription on 21/02/16 (order #[protected]. we received mail informing that delivery will start from 5th march but its been 11th march and there is no sign of even a single delivery. and on contacting there is no response. We want our money back, refund it right now ....

I also placed an order No.[protected] with 24x7fresh.in on 17th Feb. for Rs. 885 but still the orders is not delivered. Their customer support number doesn't connect and always plays a message that their customer support person will contact you shortly, which never happened. Eventually, I did the email correspondence with one Radhika Priya, who assured me that my order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded in 7-9 days but nothing...

My order number order #[protected] Placed on February 19, 2016 3:33:45 PM IST (prepaid order) for daily morning milk delivery from 24x7 fresh in, which was supposed to start on 23rd February, 2016 but was not delivered on that day and I was informed from 24th onwards it will start. On 24th I was delivered Milk in the morning at 8 AM. Then they called and informed me I was informed it will start again from 1st March. and they changed again three...

24*7 fresh is a totally fake and fraud company

I placed an order #[protected] on dec 29, 2015 with and today is 9 March 2016 and they have taken the money but not delivered the items as committed.

I have proof of several emails written, several phone calls made and they just dont revert..such companies should be penalized for wasting consumer time, money and trust. the oder was delivered partially and the rest they just didnt deliver and they are least bothered.They should...

Very warm regards to you i have a complaint against an e-commerce website namely 24x7 fresh whose link i have provided below. On 20th of January 2016 I got message stating 10 % discount on amul and mother diary milk, so i logged on to website and ordered 1.5 liters daily milk for 30 days i soon got an confirmation mail stating that delivery will start from 27th/28th/29Jan 2016 depending on the system feasibility....

This is regard my id no:[protected] & ID no:[protected] .i paid for milk subcription & for fruits & veg. Till now i haD not received any product nor they returned my money.they don't pick call even.thanks hope to get help soon....

I have opted for Amul Full Cream milk(1.5 Kg)@ Rs 1944/- for 30 days from 24*7Fresh on 23rd Feb 2016 via order number[protected]. I have received a call from them to inform me that delivery would start by 1st March '16. I have not received delivery of milk even for a day, I have written mails & have phoned them many times but all efforts are in vain....

I have paid monthly payment of Rs.918 for milk delivery for the month of March, 2016. I haven't received any milk packet from 24x7 and also they are not picking up their phone and not responding to my mails either. I have been cheated and want to get my money back and would like to shame this company who is looting off people in unethical manner. Help me out over here pls!!...

I have subscribed for Monthly Milk delivery Service from 24x7.in on Jan 1 2016.
I received an email that they will start the distribution on Jan 16 2015.
Firstly, after numerous calls and emails they started the delivery on Jan 28 2016 and again they stopped the service on Feb 7 2015.

Delivery not started yet...however I get mail with a new date to start delivery.
I tried to contact customer care...they never pick.
Area Superviser Sushil [protected] whose number was there is an email also not picking the phone. There is no option of cancellation or refund on website. I am feeling cheated...
