My login id is [protected]@yahoo.com. And my name is jagjeet singh matharu. I ordered for supply of 1ltr toned mother diary milk at my home in delhi for 30 days vide order no.[protected] dated 30/04/2016. For this purpose i made the online payment of rs. 1036/-. Even after 4 days there is no response from the company and no supply of milk.

I tried to contact on the phone number given on the website viz.[protected], there is no reply and recorded message replies that 'office is closed please try later'.

Either you start supplying the milk or refund the amount deposited

I had placed an order[protected] on 24x7 fresh.In for daily supply of 1.5 litres milk over 30 days.Since there was no acknowledgement of this order or supply of milk from this company i had been trying to contact them on their registered number[protected] for the past fifteen days and except for two occasions viz 24042016 and 28042016 there has been no response from their end.On the first successful attempt on 20042016 i was informed the supply of milk will commence from 24042016.When there was no supply on this date i tried contacting this company daily from 25042016 onwards till i was able to get in touch with one of their officials on 28042016 who promised commencement of milk supply from may 01, 2016.However this has also not happened.I tried contacting them again today i.E may 03 2016 and though i did get in touch with their official he abruptly disconnected the line and thereafter all my efforts to access this company met with the recorded message that the" company is closed for the day".Since i believe this company will not be able to honour their commitment i want them to refund my payment of rs1377.00 immediately .

I had placed milk delivery order on 26th April 2016 with order id[protected], at the time of order i was told that delivery will starts from 1st may 16, but it did not start, since 1st may i kept on calling[protected], every time i got new date to start delivery, i think u r not going to deliver order,

i think this is an another Fraud Company, please do needful to get out money back

I placed and order on the website on 27th april 2016 . Order #[protected]

Order is still showing processing and there is no response from them. Called but number not working . Mailed them multiple times but no response.

I asked them to refund the amount, no response.

Guys don't order anything from this site, it is run by the fraud people .

I have placed an order having order id. No.:[protected]for milk subscription on 23rd feb'16 for 30 days, but till date i have not received any delivery from there side. I called them almost every alternate day and they assure me to delivery within 2-3 days. I even send order cancellation mail to them, but still no response from there side. Please help in cancellation of my order as i am fed up from calling them again and again.

I had purchased an online subscription of "amul double tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days" from 24 x 7 fresh - an online grocery delivery company. I was to get the delivery from 19th of april, 2016. However, i am yet to receive it. In this regard i have contacted the customer care both via telephone and email a number of times, but each time i received the future dates (Starting from 19th of april 2016 to 3rd of may 2016). My non-agreement to it was overlooked and my demands for refund were also neglected. Now the customer care is not even relying to my emails. It appears to me that my subscription is not being started intentionally for some reason or the other, or there is not intention to deliver and make a refund.

Due to this i have been subject to mental agony, harassment and stress. I am a student preparing for various government and private jobs. I am in habit of having milk and oats at breakfast and then leave for classes for my preparation. So relying on the claim of online subscription i have missed my breakfast since the 1st date of proposed delivery (19th of may 2016). This has resulted in loss of efficiency and concentration in my preparation which may adversely and negatively affect my career. I have also noticed irregularities in my digestion and metabolism. A feeling o[censored]neasiness has crept on me. Though, it may seem small an amount, but it matters to me as i am in preparation phase and having no source of income other than what my family sends.

I demand my refund for the subscription along with an appropriate compensation for the mental agony, harassment, stress, deterioration in health, loss of time and money, negative impact on my preparations and career and damage to my sleep wake cycle which i have been subject to during this period.

The email below has been written to 24x7 fresh. There has been absolutely no response & i feel duped by 1084 rs paid to them via paytm.

As a matter of fact paytm; should not tie up with such companies with fraud status.

I am equally concerned like others who have paid and got duped.

As per my discussion with you on 25th april 2016, i was awaiting my milk supply/email communication on 30th april 2016(As assured by you) regarding the delivery details and confirmation of the daily supplies.

I spoke to your customer service team again today and they have mentioned that there is a problem with the supplies and it should start after 16th may 2016.

As a first time customer i have lost faith in your brand and may return probably when you are more operationally strong.

I hereby notify you to cancell my order no:[protected] and refund my money in my paytm account mobile number: [protected] with paytm transaction id [protected].

Look forward to a non_follow up journey for refund of my money

I placed an online order[protected] on 4/30/2016 for 459.00 for Amul milk. The customer care number is always dropping the call and unreachable. There is no option to cancel the order. I did a transaction using my PayTM wallet which was successful. The order is appearing as "Processing" on 24x7fresh.in website. The address and contact number which they have mentioned on their website are also unattainable. Can anyone fix the issue of all o[censored]s like victims of such a fraud company? There are many websites which are full of complaints by many other victims of 24x7fresh.in. The website is owned/controlled by Rudraksh E-commerce supermaket.

Hello Team, I ordered milk subscription on 30th April'2016 vide Order number #[protected] and when contacted them each customer service representative is telling different story. Now they say that they will not deliver before 16th May'16. Please help me get back my money Rs.2700 which I have paid.
Please save others not do the same mistake. Thanks.

I have placed an order of milk & eggs on 14th march. 2016 for the following items

Mother diary tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days 1000105 ₹292.50 ordered: 5 ₹1, 462.50
Amul full cream 500 ml milk x 30 days 1000101 ₹648.00 ordered: 2 ₹1, 296.00
Fresh brown eggs 6 pcs x 4 weeks 1000113 ₹55.00 ordered: 1 ₹55.00

On 18th april i received the above email saying that we have successfully processed your order for the delivery of at your door steps. We shall start delivering the milk (Quantity as requested) at your door steps from 20th/21th/22th april 2016 depending on the system feasibility.

We assure you that once our services begins it will continue uninterrupted.

Fyi - before starting our services, your operation head delhi ncr - mr harsh banga with local area supervisor and delivery boys will connect with you for confirmation of delivery start date. Count for milk shall begin from the day our service starts.

When not contacted by any one from 24x7 i phoned on your customer care no.[protected] on 25/4/2016. They said that supply will start on 1st may. When i requested for confirm the quantity the reply to my surprise was mother diary tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days, amul full cream 500 ml milk x 30 days and fresh brown eggs 6 pcs x 4 weeks. Whereas my order was for 5 packets of mother diary tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days, 2 packets of amul full cream 500 ml milk x 30 days and fresh brown eggs 6 pcs x 4 weeks. He again checked on my request and confirmed that it is 15 packets mother dairy toned for 30 days and 2 packets of amul full cream for 30 days fresh brown eggs 6 pcs x 4 weeks.
The same is showing here on their website in my order details.

I requested him to correct the quantity in his records and confirm me through email the corrected quantity and revised delivery schedule. He assured me that i will get the confirmation mail within 6 hrs.

When i didn't received any mail from 24x7 till date i contacted again at their customer care no.[protected] and talked with mr. Samar.
He said that as per their records order is only for mother diary tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days, amul full cream 500 ml milk x 30 days and fresh brown eggs 6 pcs x 4 weeks and delivery will start on 5th may 2016. I requested him to recheck the quantity but he was confident enough that the quantity is only one packet each daily.

On my request to let me talk to any senior he refused and said no one is available and hanged the phone.

This company looks like a fraud company

I have subscribed to their milk subscription for 30 days 1.5 liters each day. I have already paid 1560 to them. The delivery was to start on 1 May 2016 but nothing has been delivered as of now. I spoke to them yesterday and they said that the delivery will start by the evening, I have been trying to contact them since then and I've got no reply.

The Company is chor company. Just taking money and not delivering anything. Be aware and file police complaint immediately rather ten waiting on their promises. I gave order on 23rd April 201 for milk supply. Till 2nd May 2016 I got nothing but false promises.

The Company is Delhi based and address is also faque. If you have already made payment, then its your loss unless you take any action against the company.

I had bought the Subscription on Nov 29th, 2015. vegetable delivery to start from Dec 1st, 2015. But they have not yet started the delivery and they are mailing me the process will take some more time and postponing the Subscription. I had paid 1440/- Rupees for the subscription. I have been mailing them for past 4 month to either start the service or refund the money but non is happening.
Even the customer care is not picking the phone at [protected]

PS: the first refund request was raised on Jan 31 2016 and still waiting.

I had bought the Subscription on April 26th, 2016. Payment made through Paytm (txn ID: [protected]) for the milk delivery to start from May 1st, 2016. But they have not yet started the delivery and they are mailing me the process will take some more time and postponing the Subscription. I had paid them Rs. 1836/- for Msy month subscription.

I called them up today and some guy in typical Delhi/Gurgaon accent spoke to me and started saying it will be done by May 1st, 2016. When I asked to give the local distributor no. He got spooked and started blabbering "hojayega sir, hojayega sir, aaj hi kar denge" and (it will be done, it will be done, today we will deliver"!! When I asked at what time he simply cut the call!! I am sure this is a fraud company now looking at so many complaints. I request you to take action against 24x7fresh.in and paytm as both parties are involved in the transaction.

Requesting others to pls push for the Justice and reimburse our stolen money and send the CEO/MD of 24x7fresh.in in jail.

I have placed an order on 24x7fresh.in, monthly milk subscription, order number[protected], and paid 1404 rs on 29 apr2016, they mentioned delivery should start from 1 st may 2016, no one came to deliver my order.i sent mail and got no response, customer care numbers are not working saying our office is closed, we will call back .i am thinking that i cheated by them.i am requesting you to take a serious action against 24x7fresh.in, i do not understand how paytm providing payment service to them(Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]), i am requesting you to refund my amount.i wonder how publicly they are doing fraud.

I made a subscription for milk in April which was supposed to start from April 11th April with document reference[protected] which didn't happen. Upon raising the issue they promised for April 19th, even that didn't happen. From that time I've been mailing them with reminders and no use. they don't even bother to reply to our mails. I am asking them for a refund and they are not replying.

I have place an order on 22nd March through PAYTM wallet..for Milk subscription through Paytm Transaction ID: [protected] for vaule Rs 1836..I have not received any order ID, sms or phone calls. When I called to service no they said it will start from 3rd April and I got the mail also regarding the same without any order id.. But Delivery didn't started.. On 5th April I spoke with your Mr. Sourabh available at the customer service number to cancel the order and refund the amount and on the same day I have sent my first mail for Cancellation to you cs support email id...Since then I have called more than 20 times and spoke with Mr, Saurabh, Mr. Santosh, Mr. Prateek, Mr Arun and many more customer service executive.. Everyone from 6th April till now is saying that you order will get cancelled and you will get refund within 7-9 working days..Its more than 25 day since I place the cancellation my order didn't got cancelled nor I get the refund.. I have asked to escalate to next level and share the escalation matrix. They have not done anything and not helped me.. They only said that its management committee you decide the cancellation and refund and they can share there no and will not escalate neither share the escalation matrix.. It more than one month from the day I have placed the order and money debited from my account..Why my refund is not happening ? Why your call center people are helpless.. Why I am not getting any replies to mail that I am sending? Why your customer service team is bluffing? Is there any system and process to support the custome? It seems I have been cheated by you people...
Please refund my money to PAYTM wallet at the earliest..

I have not got my order ID so sharing my mobile no [protected] and my email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in... My name is Abhishek Roy.

I have ordered of milk 2 packets of milk everyday for 30 days on march 25, 2016 vide order number[protected] and effected online payment.

Even after repeated reminders sent by e-mails, i have not receive any reply. I have asked for the refund over phone and they assured that the refund will be effected within 7 days. Neither the supplied the milk as ordered nor refunded money till today.

Consumer court complaint has been filed against 24x7fresh.In for failing to provide servivces vide order number[protected] dated 18th feb 2016

Neither they respond on phone nor on mails

. Many mails were sent to either refund or start services, but failed.
