I placed an order (order #[protected] for monthly milk subscription online on 24x7Fresh.
I havent received the delivery of the milk packets yet.
I tried to reach the fraud company multiple times via email and phone.
Email querys are not replied and phone calls are answered with a IVRS which states "All executives are busy" and hangs up.

This clearly looks like a case on online fraud as they are shutting out all means of communication with customer after they received the payment.

Hi, I orderd Amul full cream milk x 500 Grams on 8th FEB and they didn't delivered. further more they are making false excuses and not refunding my money Order#[protected] they are not even picking the calls and not replying the mails. Please help me to get my money back. Their superwiser Pankaj is abusing me on phone also. I want my money back otherwise I'll have to take very strict actions. their customer care representative "vishal is also abusing me.

I have paid the money for monthly milk delivery to 24 X 7 Fresh. They people delivered for only 7 days and after that they stopped their service without any intimation. I dropped the mail bit no response. I called their number but again no response. I tried calling them more than 100 times but no response. Also, they are not replying my mails. They are neither resuming their services nor refunding my money.

Placed Milk subscription order and amount paid online.

They have not started delivering milk.
They are not responding to customer care call.
The number sent for the local supervisor also not responding to the calls.

I placed a subscription for milk order[protected] on 26th Jan and it was supposed to be started from 1st Feb then received sms saying it will be delayed then after few days new email saying it will start from 17th Feb and now new email saying we cannot start until 1st March.
I am following up from last 3-4 days over emails and phone but no one responding even they blocked me on facebook so that I cannot comment anything.
I called their CEO Randhir Kumar @ [protected] but no response. Even sent him sms with details but no response.

I want subscription to be cancelled and refund

I place order for 3 milk subscriptions. I have never been delivered a single packet.
After placing my 1st order, i mailed them to ask if I can take 3 months subscription. Within an hour I got a reply saying yes I can. But now that i have not been receiving any milk, I called them up. No response on phone. No response for multiple emails.

Please cancel the order, and issue a refund.

I subscribed for MILK from 24x7 fresh...they delivered for 7-8 days and then suddenly stopped delivering milk..no response from customer care team...when I posted my complaint on their facebook wall they simply deleted my comments...

I am not sure whats happening with my pre-paid orders.

I had placed 2 orders for 1.5 ltr milk delivery to my home for respectively for 2 months.

I Sateesh from Bangalore, placed an order as per their offer and done payment online but still the order is not fulfilled. I have tried to contact their call center and field area supervisors and they keep extending the date of delivery and there is no response for my request.

i paid this order through debit card and he promise me he deliver my order 1 february but i dont received my order i call and mailed lot of times but he dont reply me any i paid rupees 2835 in 24 january for my order if i dont received my order then i case in court in this website because he fake he dont reply me any i call and mailed lot of times

I had payed advance of Rs. 2592 for 2 liter Amul milk dated 10/1/16; Order number:[protected]. They have stopped the delivery without any information. I mailed and called them repetitively but no one is responding to phone call and email.

I had payed advance of Rs. 992 for 1 liter Nandini cow milk dated 30/11/15; Order number:[protected]. They delivered 3 days late from the date they promised to; and after 10 days they stopped delivery. I mailed and called them repetitively but they just gave excuses that there is manpower shortage. Every-time, they gave only dates and its been 2 months; i neither got milk delivery nor my money refunded. Now they are not responding to my mails and phone calls.

One of the managers (Mobile no:[protected]) said they are changing the whole team for my area and i will get my subscription delivered, but now he messages that he don't work there anymore and gives away a number ([protected]) saying its CEO's number but refuses to say his name. Called this number as well but i get no response. I feel cheated and want serious action taken against this company.

I have made a payment for fruit subscription on Dec 2nd 2015 its been nearly 2 months they are not processing the order or refunding my amount.

They dont respond to my calls or call me back. I feel cheated. I will never recommend their services to anyone.

I placed a subscription order at 24x7fresh.in on Jan 11, 2016.Order #[protected] Nandini Blue Milk 1L per day for 30 days. Before placing the order I had called them and checked from when, and how the delivery will happen? They said, "next batch is starting from 16 Jan, 2016"

When on 16 Jan I received no delivery from them, I called them. Customer Care executive said it will start by 18 Jan. As usual, no delivery on said date. Once again I called them on Jan 19, 2016 and asked status? Now their executive said Jan 23 delivery will start. I requested for a refund. Agent told me to email on info @ 24x7fresh.in . I requested a order cancellation and refund, to which they did not respond.

I called on Jan 20, 2016 and their so called manager Mr Deepak picked the call. He said he does not know of any email (cancellation and refund) and said delivery will start on Jan 23. I told him clearly, if delivery does not start on 23 Jan, better refund my money to which Mr Deepak in a goon style said "we handle many like you" :O (I have audio recording which I am going to upload soon)

So in short please don't fall prey to their lucrative discount offers. This company is a total scam, cheating people online. The owners of this company have run scam sites earlier also (unfortunately I did not google deep enough before subscribing). May be they have support from some political party.

I(Pavan) placed an order of milk pack(1Ltr) daily delivery by 24X7Fresh.in. Delivered 1Ltr for 6days with improper ways(in timing and packs) and stopped due to their man-power problems. So, i made order cancelled and requested refund.
I tried many times to customer care number and emails which were no response.

Ordered for milk subscription for home at JP nagar, Bangalore. Paid in advance on 10th Jan. Still waiting for service. They have already postponed it thrice and still unable to start the service.

To my greatest surprise, today when I am trying to call customer service getting a message "All our executives are busy, we will call you shortly" But no one called me after that.
