I have placed the order on 06th apr 2016 and i have made full payment through credit card my order #[protected]. In status till today 29th apr 2016 it is showing in status as processing.
The customer care number which is provided in website is[protected] is a fake number always it goes to ivr voice message and gets disconnected.
So i have sent many emails to [protected]@24x7fresh.In but no response also i have cancelled my order over the email but for that also no response.
I instruct public not to register in such company as i have lost my money so request you all not to register or apply in 24x7fresh.In is a fake company.

I booked a order no.[protected] in jan 2016 for supply of 3 packets of full cream milk for a month. The supply of milk was started from 21st jan 2016 and remained continue up to 13.02.2016. On 14.02.2016, i again booked an order for supply of same quantity of milk further for a month. Unfortunately, i never receive the milk from 14.02.2016. I located a mobile number of a member of the company[protected] and talked with him. He was astonished after receiving my call and enquire me the source from where i got this number. The company is a fraud company. The company promise many times to refund the money but never materialized. Now no one is picking phone.

I paid Rs 4104.00 against Order no.[protected] DT 30/12/15 for 08 packets of fresh milk on daily bases for a month starting from 01 Jan 16.
But I received only 16 packets i.e.on 3rd & 4th Feb 16. After that there is no response from the supplier.
I spent almost equal amount of money on phone to contact customer care but all in vain

I received my money back from the credit card company.
Ordered for 2ltr for 30 days on 25/11/15
First slot start from after 10 days for 5 days (05/12/15 to 11/12/15)
Second time it start from 27/12 t0 30/12 for 3 days
Third time it start from 05/1/16 to 07/1/16 another 3 days
After that no delivery and no response from call center...

I made an order for milk for 30 days and paid the amount in full. We were suppose to start receiving the milk daily from 17 apr 2016. But milk never arrived till date.
Customer care just says that they will start sending the product but they never tell us "when" will that day come.

This is a completely fraud company. This should be banned immediately and all users refunded.

I had made order for amul milk for 30 days and paid 1350 rs.
But after that there is no response from company.
They do not receive call and they also do not reply to mail
This is fraud company and sending mails to so many people. Please stop this company with immediate effect and how payment processing company are allowing such company to accept payment. My

Incident: I have ordered for milk on subscription on 11 April 2016. After 4 days I contacted team for delivery status .They promises me to deliver milk by 18 April 2016. But they don't delivered it. So again I called them to process order. They promise to deliver milk after two days. Their after on each call they are promising me to process milk after two days. But After so many promises company haven't delivered the milk to me. I have requested to cancel the order. But they are not ready for that also.

I placed order for milk on their website www.24x7fresh.in. The order did not go through successful, however the payment was successful. I wrote to the customer care indicating the order number. No response. The order number neither shows up on "My orders list" or there is a revert from customer care. Total waste of time and such a fraud organization.

I have placed order for milk supplies on their website 24x7fresh.in, on 3rd of April 2016. order no[protected], amount Rs. 918.00, i have received a mail from their customer support that the supplies will start from 12th april, but till today there is no response, i have contacted their customer care no.[protected] and also mailed at "[protected]@24x7fresh.in but no response. i told them to start supply immediately if not then cancel the order and refund. such a waste e-commerce activity by them. I requesting you to please take a further action asap so that other consumer will not affected by this Fraud E commerce Company

I have placed order for milk and egg supplies on their website 24x7fresh.in, on 1st of April 2016. order no[protected], amount Rs. 571.00, i have received a mail from their customer support that the supplies will start from 7th/8th/9th april, but till today there is no response, i have contacted their customer care no.[protected] and also mailed at "[protected]@24x7fresh.in but no response. i told them to start supply immediately if not then cancel the order and refund. such a waste e-commerce activity by them.

I have paid Rs.1377 for the milk subscription with order No.[protected] on 24X7fresh.in. This was a monthly subscription and was supposed to start from Feb 1, 2016. So far no delivery has been made and I have contacted them multiple times to refund my money. But no response so far. I need my money back. I have also registered a complaint with consumer forum with complaint ID 680672. Please take a quick action against the owner and company and now I observe that there are many who have paid to this company and have been cheated by this company.

I was made a milk subscription with above mentioned company on dt. 17.04.2016 with subscription id. 10001795. They have to delivered on 19.04.2016 but on after passing 19.04.2016 they again promise to deliver on 20th/21th/22th april 2016 depending on the system feasibility. But on 23rd april 2016 when i spoke with customer care executive then he said we will start delivery from 25th april 16 but till date i had not received my order. I was paid full amount in advance for rs 1944/- on dt 17.04.2016 via credit card.
Now i am trying to reach them then the customer care no. Just ringing and after that the call will automatically disconnect and no one there for picking up the phone. I am 100% sure this is a big scam and they fraudulently cheated all persons. I have all mails of confirmation, bill, credit card transaction. Pl. Do needful in this regards and help me to get back my money.
Most importantly a hard punishment to them .

3 months, product not delivered till date..called several times to there customer care...no response..

Clear case of online fraud...they still except orders (only pre-paid for milk) so that they can do this fraud...

They delivered milk initially but stopped in between and then never resumed even after multiple follow-ups. When I was tired of constantly changing delivery dates and no information at all about when they are going to resume, I asked them to initiate the refund for undelivered days. .
After multiple follow-ups, finally one day they claimed that refund is initiated. But, when it was not getting credited in the account statement, I asked about the details of refund. They are not providing the information and they again started talking about delivering the milk. So, i understood that refund was not even initiated and unnecessarily i called up my bank to know what could be the reason for amount not reflecting in the account. This is the height of lie. One day they claim that refund is initiated and next day claim that they will deliver the milk or will work on refund. Such a big team of liars they are.
When i really pushed them for the refund, they are diverting it and telling me that i have negative mind set. Then expect me to appreciate that 24x7fresh.in after myself going through this pain. Anyways, they have asked me to go for legal case if i want to get the refund. Looks like this is the process.

On a side-note, even now they are taking orders when they are not able to serve the customers who placed orders in the month of the December itself. To me, intention does not seems to be good. Every-time i talk about the refund, they start explaining me that 24x7fresh.in is a great company and do not provide any information about the refund itself.

For others, my person suggestion is that don't pay them anything in advance otherwise you may end up putting a lots of effort to just get the money back.

I subscribed for milk my order of is 24x7Fresh: Order #[protected] and paid money in advance in March and I didn't receive milk inspire of several complaints they are not refunding my money I paid for 30 days milk subscription of (2 Nandini Shubham 515 Ml Milk (Orange Pack) x 30 Days) till date I haven't received milk and when I called for refund they never pick my call I have forward mail to them to refund my money but no reply customer support is very bad.

Nandini Tonned 520 Ml Milk (Blue Pack) x 30 Days.

on 18th April 2016 and was confirmed that the service would start from 23 Apr 2016. I had paid the amount of Rs 1377 online using my HSBC debit card. Below are the details of the transaction:

The company is now not reachable on phone/email/website. I am also not able to cancel my transaction.

I expect that a criminal case be failed against this company by this forum (representing a lot of customers) and arrange for the money to be refunded. It is quite possible that the authorities can freeze the bank accounts of this company and block their online transactions to safeguard against new offenses.

I subscribed for milk my order of is 24x7Fresh: New Order #[protected] and paid money in advance in January and I didn't receive milk inspire of several complaints they are not refunding my money I paid for 30 days milk subscription of 1.5 litre Akon twig vegetabels and fruits but till date I haven't received milk and when I called for refund they never pick my call I have forward mail to them also found refund but they are not replying also

I have placed Order No.[protected] dt.26.01.2016 & paid RS.8066.00 for 6lt.x30days Amul Full Cream Milk & 500 gms.Rasins + RS.20.00 delivery charges. But I have recd. milk for only 12days till date without delivery of Rasins.
I also paid RS.1316.00 against order No.[protected] dt. 09.02.2016 for 1lt.x30 days Mother Dairy Full Cream Milk. But I have recd. milk only for 4days till date.
They are not responding now.

Subscribed for Milk +Egg+Vegetable subscription vide order no.[protected] on 11 February 2016. From 17 February to 21 March They delivered 115 Packet of Milk. After That they suddenly discontinued their services. They promised to start delivering Vegetables & Egg by end of March'16 but it never started. The customer care are not competent enough to process the refund request. They are saying to send email at [protected]@24X7fresh.in but they are not responding through email too. It is a fraud company. They are not refunding the money. a legal action should be taken against them.

No. of days recd =02 days (on 3rd & 4th Feb 16). Total 16 packets received. Request calculate and make arrangement for refund.
I spent almost equal amount of money on phone also to contact customer care to refund the money instead making excuse but all in vain
