I made purchased the milk supply on 9th april, 2016. As per commitment milk supply was running smooth and was to start with a day.
However, post making online payment the status showed as pending.
I tried to call their customer care but there was no response from them all time phone is on ivr
I also wrote mail to their mail ids [protected]@24x7fresh.In and [protected]@24x7fresh.In
But there is no response to my mail written

Not getting milk delivery even though we have paid money on 18-03-16. Tried Customer Care number at least 100 times but no one comes on the line.

I am place order one month vegetable subscription e commerce site 24*7 fresh Delhi vide order no[protected] rupees 1800 dated 23 Jan 2016. Till date delivery not start, I am mailed 24*7 fresh more then 60 time regarding refund balance 24*7 customer care executive Radhika Priya was replying some mail she was promise me, your money is refund 7 to 9 working days in your account (as provide all account details through mail [protected]@24*7fresh.com by me) but not received money till date I am also call 24*7 fresh customer care number many times not attend any one only computerised voice hear me all executive busy another call we will call you back soon but can't any one call me. Pls provide solution as soon as passible.

Hello team,

I would need your complete support in providing me with the refund of my 1 month milk subscription of 1080 rs. I booked this subscription on 9th of april 2016 so that i can get 1 ltr of milk from today i.E., 11th april onwards but i have not got any confirmation email nor they called us regarding the booking made. I have tried reaching their phone number: +[protected] several time with no luck.

Kindly take necessary actions on this company so that nobody else face the same trouble again in future.

Now its more than 2 months over and sent more than 20 mails to refund the money..But till now no response..Their number also doesn't respond. It is totally fraud company just to make money out of consumer..Thats why they ask you send money in the beginning itself and then not deliver. So pls don't fall prey into their hands

I have purchased milk and vegetable subscription from 24x7fresh.In on december 2015. Order id[protected]Item no 201811) for vegetable subscription. Till now i haven't received not a single piece of vegetable. I have sent many mails to their customer care but i haven't receive any response from them. If i am calling customer care they are not picking the phone, by chance if they pick the call after listening to the events they are disconnecting the call. And it happened to me many times. Now they deleted my registration as well from their website. This kind of system manipulation should not be allowed. I have mentioning all the details i have. I can provide the money transaction receipt later stage if required.

I am yet another victim of this e-commerce site. I paid the money through Paytm and transaction was successful on 4th April 2016. However there has been no response from the E-commerce site ( the site shows in processing). 200% the website is a fraud company and they are just collecting the money in this fraudulent way and there are several victims. Interestingly all their site numbers, even the Customer care nos. are defunct or non responsive. Not sure if anyone knows the Company address, so that I can file a criminal offence against the Company authorities. I send mails several times for refund my amount of rs.1296 but they are not responding you can find the mail which i received from them.

Have booked milk which was to start from today but didn't hear anything about it. Have been calling their ONLY customer care number from the morning and still not able to get thru. Very very bad. My order number is[protected].

I had booked milk for 1 month on 5th of this month. Order #[protected]. But even after 5 days web site is showing it is under process. And also i have not received any confirmation email. I tried to contact company through number given[protected] but could not contact them as it automatically got disconnected 15 seconds . You are requested to interfere in this matter to get me refund at the earliest.Thanks.

I have ordered monthly milk subscription on www.24x7fresh.in and paid inr 3483 on 28 march 2016 . Initially they told that delivery will start by 2nd april, then they told that it will start by 3/4/5th april. Now they are saying 7/8/9 april. They dont even respond on emails. I am feeling cheated . I am unable to contact customer care [protected] as call disconnected every time after ivr. I have dialled hundred times in last few days..

I have made an order to 24x7 fresh.in website for milk, tender coconut and vegetable delivery and paid Rs 4375 through paytm on 31.3.16. I have mailed the payment confirmation also. They confirmed receipt of money and replied to start delivery by 5th April 2016. But till date delivery not started nor they responding to email / customer care phone. One day some responded in face book but there after again disappeared. Is it a fraud company sending mail to people and trapping customer..
Request for refund to resolve the matter.

Ordered for milk subscription. Paid in advance on 8th February. Still waiting for service. They have already postponed it thrice and still unable to start the service. The emails and phone remain unanswered while facebook message says why shall we resolve complaint.I request to refund the amount.

I request my Money to be refunded ASAP, since the service bought is never delivered.

I was ordered 1 kg milk subscription for one month to 24x7 fresh online on date 17 february 2016 but till now i have not received milk and many times i request that cancel my order and refund my money. I am always mailing to 24x7 fresh but i get no response from the support. So i request you please solve my problem. My order number is[protected].

I had raised a request to subscribe mil regularly at my door step which never started .It was suppose to start on 2nd april 2016 but i received a mail that it would stat by 3/4/5 april, 2016 and would be communicated by one of the designated person from 24*7 in-charged for this which never happened till date .I sent a mail which was never responded back by your csr and i am not sure where is it going . Please find the mail attached below...

I had taken a 30_day double tonned milk supply subscription for Rs 1835/- in February and since then I am receiving false promises towards the start of subscription. After every few days I get a mail saying that the subscription would start in few days.
I am sick and tired know and want my money back.
Would appreciate if you could refund back my money without any delay otherwise I would FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY AND THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA WOULD BRING YOUR REPUTATION TO DISREPUTE.

I ordered for milk subscription on 28th Jan 2016 with order id[protected]. the delivery team delivered only one on FEB 6, 2016 and they went missing post that.

i tried to contact them but no response. i sent email for cancellation and to get the money refunded but they didn't even replied to emails. if we call to customer care sometimes they will just pick up the phone and disconnect and sometimes it gets disconnected without getting connected.

i must has spent more than 300-400 rupees just on phone call to the land line number [protected].

after multiple tries i was able to talk one of the customer support team and he mentioned there was lot of problems at there end ( they don't have the capability to run business ) and he said i am cancelling your order now will get refund in 14-15 working days. even they mentioned the same on email which i received on MARCH 2, 2016.

Still i didn't got my refund. i sent email and calls but there was no response.

Today accidentally the call got connected and again the representative is asking me time till april 11 within 7 to 11 they will refund the amount. Still there is no guaranty of refund. He was talking in such a way that he is giving his money to me. " Me apka refund karba sakta hun April 11 tak". as if the money belongs to him.

i request everyone not to fall in this trap and also govt should not allow such uneducated, unprofessional people to run business in india and hamper people trust on online retails system.
All online retails seller should make such type of sellers/ businessman out of this forum.

as per my knowledge they are trying to run business in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad along with Bangalore. Govt should take quick steps to save common people from this trap.

I had made online payment amounting to inr 1, 026 for amul tonned (1 kg) milk on the website of 24x7 fresh.In but it never got delivered to my place. I had made payment on 17th feb (Po[protected] but not received delivery even once for this order. I had received multiple mail updates stating reasons for delay and revised date of re-start of services (Last mail on 18th mar’16) but the same is still not in effect. When i contact the customer care no one picks up the phone call and i have also written several mails (Attached below) but didn’t receive any revert from them. I feel highly disappointed and would like to file a case in consumer forum for the online scams and cheating done with customer and would like the amount to be refunded back to me.

I am attaching copy of po received as confirmation for my payment and mails received from the company assuring gifts (Like free mangoes) for delay. All false promises which have never been provided.

I transferred Rs.4149/-on 19/02/2016 to 24x7fresh.in for supply of milk vide ID no.[protected]. Neither they have supplied nor refunded till date. He is a big fraud. He has duped thousands of people. Please join me to file FIR and other legal remedies to get hard earned money back.
