Tried to place an order on 28th March 3 times. According to 24X7 website all the orders failed but the third time my money was deducted from PAYTM. I tried calling you, but in vain. Finally when someone picked up the call, he said that the PAYTM transaction was successful and the order number is[protected]. The subscription was supposed to start from[protected], but didn't start. I sent you an email yesterday night as well but as usual no response. I tried calling again today morning but again no one picks the call. The company website says they are open Mon-Sun 9.00 AM - 6.30 PM, so why aren't you picking the call or responding to the email. Hi Team,

I received a call on 4th April that you'll refund the amount. Since i was outside i couldn't get back to you. The representative also confirmed that he'll give me a call later, which never came.

Could you please resolve this at the earliest.

Hii...as like everyone i am also facing the same fraudulent behavior of 24x7Fresh.in.Neither they are delivering milk nor they are returning the already paid money.Guys its a fraud company, so file a complaint on behalf of the customers.My order id is[protected].
