i purchased a postpaid tata docomo photon plus modem on 18th sep 2012 and till date my conection has not been activated. i called up tata docomo outlet in channi himmat, jammu. they told me that they gave me wrong modem by mistake and to collect right one from their outlet. i am a govt employee and my hometown is far away from jammu so i dont have much time to go to their outlet and collect right modem...
