Whenever we take it to the skoda dealership, there is bull service. They always tell us that its "Normal" for these things. I do also agree that skoda has very-very poor service as i've bought skoda fabia around 2 months back in the month of february -09 and still i haven't got my car insurance papers as i've contacted the dealer (autoBhan -andheri-west) many times but no positive reply is coming from their end...
