Dear Sirs,
This is with regards to Swift Diesel ratteling issues.


We are group of 10 friends and are planning to do a bulk purchase of swift in next month. However are really put off the issues that you get right from the 1st km. And may be planning to get Getz if Maruti feels customers of India are of no importance but its high profits are, using its brand name for the same. We wonder how maruti wins J.D.Power Customer Satisfaction awards! Please look at the www.team-bhp.com/forums to see that almost every once is complaining the same and maruti is all loosing out to Hyundai who are bit pricy but give peace of mind and prove cheaper in long run. Swift is indeed a great car that is now in line of being throw out by Getz diesel due to low quality of parts used and parts ratteling issue right from the first day of purchase. Sir please help and get your engineers to work in this regard.

I hate to see India's best hatchback being beaten by a ugly looking korean model(getz D). Availibility is not an issue now but swifts build quality and horrible interiors are. Please revive it without increasing the price further and show the world that Maruti has power to provide world class products.


Sir to summerize: the complaints against the quality / pricing and market monopoly are brewing anger amongst indians to such a high level that one day media might bring the entire picture in front of public and we might see the pride of india into more trouble. We do not want Govt + Indian Consumer forums to file a legal action or similar against Maruti for the same and create more trouble of Maruti and its patrons the way it happened with GM and Ford in their nations some time back.

Please help and action asap in this regard.

    I had booked at Bimal Auto Agency, Indiranagar, Bangalore for a Maruti Suzuki 800 LPG A/C (Red) car on 26/Nov/2008 with an expected delivery date of 15/Dec/2008. Today is 5/May/2009 (more than 5 months!) and still do not have any confirmation when the delivery is.

    The response from Bimal and Maruti are extremely poor even after several enquiries and waiting every time the initiative being from my side. Both Bimal and Maruthi seem to be not bothered about the issue.

      I purchased a new ALTO Lxi from M/s Popular Vehicles and Services, Trivandrum on[protected].
      On my first long trip when I switched on the AC, to my dismay, only hot air was coming, and my whole journey was a terrible experience . On my return trip the horn was also not working which made my suffering worse. On taking the vehicle to the Maruti showroom, they directed me to the Maruti service center where they examined the AC compressor and reported that gas was not in there. After detailed examination of the compressor, I was told that the compressor needs overhauling as one of its nuts is faulty and they have to send it to some other stations to get it overhauled. I was also told that they have not come across similar faults in a newly purchased vehicle. What I understand by these reports is that this is a manufacturing defect. In such scenario, I was sold a basic alto model with power steering at the price of Alto lxi. They have removed the compressor from the vehicle for overhauling and i am still without AC. Maruti should ensure that the customer care should not be confined only to the superficial AC showrooms and customer lounge with serving tea. If the dealer had ensured that all systems are working perfect before delivery, I would not have suffered this bitter experience, or is it a result of some malpractices often reported.

      Sir,

      I am purchased One MARUTI ALTO from Maruti Dealer in Malappuam named AM MOTORS on 19/11/2009 Dealer Code E601. In the time of Delivery I felt fifth Gear tight nd I am reported the Sales Executive, but he told me that some fresh vehicles will be the same. After three days I am reported the same problem to the Works Manager in TIRUR Workshop and went for to rectify that. The same problem still with us.

      In the time of First Service they replaced and told me that we will rectify the problem also. Kindly check the job card JC09006393 dated 01/12/2009

      Without doing proper PDI checking the Vehicle delivered by AM Motors. Only for the negligence of AM Motors I lost my time money etc.
      Today I spoke to Mr. Deepak from AM Motors but I never got a proper result.

      If the dealer had ensured that all systems are working perfect before delivery, I would not have suffered this bitter experience from any other automobile industry.

      I would like to complaint against MARUTI and AM Motors in Consumer Court for this kind of negligence.

        i am a customer from pondichery wanted to buy a swift vxi azura grey. i paid about 2 lakhs at vasanthi automobiles and then only came to know the firm is in crisis. After some frustrating experiences i got my money back in march and in the same day i booked my vehicle at ABT cuddalore. I also paid my premium amount of 2 lakhs and for the remaining amount i opted for icici bank loan which i was sanctioned with ease. its now may and i have not even seen my car.moreover i even started paying my emi to icici bank for an unpurchased car. Hope its the most wierd thing that u may hear.frankly speaking i dont believe in maruti anymore. U are all the same like the dealers who cheated us. even they are not responding to my phone calls.hope this piece of work yeild me good news or else it makes me arrive at decision that "Maruti suzuki is the best in India but only on papers and not even a bit in real".

          Dear Sir/Madam

          I am a user of Maruti Suzuki Auto Card for last 3 years and is being expired on November 2009.

          In my Auto Card I have 5294 points means Rs. 5294.00. twenty days before i purchased leather steering cover from DD Motors, Dealer of Maruti in Dehradun and it was costing Rs.492.00. The payment was successfully done from my AutoCard. But last few days my auto card is not functioning and says "On Hold" or "Card Block" and due to this problem i am unable to reedem my points from my auto card.

          I trid to contact toll free no. so many times but no response.

          kindly help me.

            booking of car

            sir.i have booked a swift dzire zdi on 29.03.2009 and they had given time of 3 months.after i booked my car they are saying that car will take 6-8 months bcoz maruti is now doing production of maruti swift dzire....

            DEAR SIR,
            THIS TO INFORM YOU THAT I MADE A BIGGEST MISTAKE ON BUYING YOUR BRAND CAR MARUTI SWIFT ON 24TH APRIL 09.I WAS HANDED OVER THE CAR BY THE SALES MAN MR EKBAL IN BEEKAY AUTO YOUR SHOWROOM AT CHANDA MORE ASANSOL.ON THE SAME DAY WITH OUT BLUE BOOK. BUT IT WAS MY BAD LUCK THAT I MEET WITH AN ACCIDENT ON 29TH APRIL NIGHT ON ROAD BY THE DIVIDER AND MY NEW CAR WAS BADLY HIT NEAR RIGHT SIDE BUMPER AREA AND THE WHEEL RIM WAS BADLY HIT WHICH WAS NOT IN THE CONDITION TO RUN SO I BOUGHT THE CAR ON SAME DAY NIGHT AT 2.30 AM NEAR THE SHOWROOM BY RECOVERY VAN FOR INSURANCE CLAIM. THEN I CAME TO THE SHOWROOM AT 10.30AM NEXT DAY IN THE SHOWROOM TO HANDOVER THEM FOR THE INSURANCE PROCESS.BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE SALES MAN MR EKBAL WHO SOLD ME THE CAR THAT THEY CANT KEEP MY CAR AS I DONT HAVE BLUE BOOK OF THE CAR ( REGISTRATION BOOK).SO THEY FORCED ME TO TOOK THE CAR BACK TO MY HOME.I WAS RELLY SHOCK TO SELL THE CAR THEY BEHAVE SO GOOD BUT WHEN I AM IN A PROBLEM THEN ARE KEEPING THEM SELF AWAY.THIS IS TO INFORM THAT I WAS HANDED OVER MY NEW CAR WITHOUT REGISTRATION DONE WHICH I GAVE TO THE SHOWROOM DONE.I ASLO REQUESTED THE GM OF THE SHOWROOM BUT HE ALSO SAID HE IS HELPLESS.I WAS SIMPLY ASK THEM IF MY INSURANCE PAPER IS COMPLETE AND I HAVE MY PURCHASES INVOICE WITH ME AND I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEIR SHOWROOM THEN WHY THEY ARE HELPLESS JUST TO KEEP THE ACCIDENT CAR IN THEIR CAMPUS TILL I GET MY BLUE BOOK OF THE CAR.
            THEN CALL TO YOUR REGIONAL OFFICE IN KOLKATTA FOR HELP THAT WERE I WILL TAKE THE ACCIDENT CAR WITH ME AND ASK FOR HELP.THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL HELP ME AND BEEY KAY AUTO HAS TO TAKE MY CAR AT ANY HOW.THEY SAID THE WILL TALK TO THE GM AND ALLOW ME TO KEEP THAT CAR IN THEIR CAMPUS.THEN SOME HOW GM AGGREED TO KEEP BUT AGAIN I WAS SHOCKED WHEN HE ASKED ME TO GIVE THE PARKING CHARGE RS 250 PER DAY.TILL BLUE BOOK OF THE CAR COMES.WHAT IS THIS SIR PLEASE TELL ME TO KEEP THE MARUTI CAR IN ITS SHOW ROOM I HAVE TO PAY THE RENT. ITS REALLTY SHAME FULL.               Hi,

              I'm not sure if my complaint would be processed from this site or not but i'm so frustated that i'm put my complaint.
              I booked a Maruti Swift VXI (ABS) Silky Silver colour on 4th of April 2009 and paid Rs. 10000/- as booking amount at Competent Automobiles Moti Nagar Branch New Delhi. The finance manager of the company comitted that i'll receive the delievery of car on 20th of April 2009. However on 19th April 2009, i received a call from Branch Manager "Nishant Shori" telling me to buy a White Colour car.
              I told him that i have booked a Silver colour car then why i should go for Silver. He told me in a very Rude Tone that otherwise i'll have to wait for two more weeks.
              I agreed for that. Now when that two weeks Deadline is finishing on 2nd may 2009, they are still not having my car ready for delievery.
              Now they are telling me that it will take another 7-10 days. When i contacted their CEO Mr. Kamal K. Kumar, he informed me that Maruti has problem in manufacturing Cars with ABS. This is quite unacceptable. A Comapny like Maruti can face problem in Manufacturing cars??????
              My B'day falls on 10th May. I wanted to have the car before it so that i can present it to my Parents. After all this is going to be first car of my life and my emotion are attached to it.

              Competent Automobiles are very rude in dealing and have kept my Rs.10000/- for over a month now. I want to have some stricted action against them as they do fake bookings just to retain customer and delay the delievery.

                Dear sir,
                I had purchase a new maruti swift VXI model(chassis no.-400587) from Stan Autos Pvt. Limited, G.T.Road, opp.Delhi Public School, Jalandhar, dtd.19.1.2009.Before 40-45 days the original papers of my car was stolen .Then i went to that showroom for duplicate papers .but their two salesmen Mr.Satish and Mr.Amarjit behaved with me so much rudely .their behaviour was so terrible.I visited that showroom many times .But they clearly refused to give duplicate papers. .they have no sense to talk with customers.
                Now i think i had done very big mistake to puchase a car from your showroom.I request you please issue the duplicate papers as soon as possible otherwise i have to take another steps to get them.I am sending you F.I.R of my lost documents, please kind attention about this issue .because ur dealers service is not good & i m feel very bad for purchasing a car from your dealer. plz look into the matter and do the justice to me if possible .

                  My car had an accident. Left Door of my car was damaged by this accident. Instead of replacing the angle on the door authrised service centre has just repaired the old broken angle and fitted it with the door. They have not informed me at the time of delivery of repaired car. This was my first year of purchasing car therefore my free service period and insurance both were alive. They have claimed higher amount from the insurance company. I don't think their service worth this much money.
                  DL1CL 3327 WE GAVE OUR CAR TO UR WORKSHOP.TO REPAIR ROOF. BUT AGAIN IN ROOF VOICE IS COMING. AND THERE IS ALSO SOME ONTHER PROBLEM THAT IS GATE LOCK IS NOT WORKIN PROPERLY . WE COMPLAIN MANY TIME BUT THEY DIDNT DO . WE WENT UR RANA MOTERS WORKSHOOP THREE TIME BUT IT USELESS FOR US .

                  I posses one Maruti Wagon r car running 24, 000 km, did my paid service (5th) at Jyoti Moters for the 1st time with that dealer at Bhubaneswar thinking that the work would be better than Narayani Moters, where the previous work was made.

                  Unfortunately, along with regular sevicing work I had to pay another Rs.1000/- for Iterior cleaning and Engine flush work as adviced by concerned service advisor. Total expenditure was around Rs.3552/-.

                  The washing of my car made by the dealer is worst.The waste of a bird on the roof of the cae was not even cleaned.They called me to take the delivery of the car in time. But on reaching at my home when I found the washing of the car is worst.On seeing the outer work of the dealer, now i am in doubt that wheather they had done the mechanical work appropriately or not.

                  such type of work by the staff will certainely damage the reputation of Jyoti Moters.The mamnagement should take proper action to stop such type of cheating work, otherwise customer will loose their faith on Jyoti Moters.

                    dear sir,
                    i have purched a car (Wagon R LXI) on 27/09/2007. but sir my problem is that when my car go to washing in competent service station, gagipur, delhi and after that my car autolok remote is off. and i immediate contact to nippon autolock company and the company send immediate a service engg. mr vimal his no. is [protected]. mr. vimal told me autolock remote is wet. this is very surprised for me inside the car how can say wet. and changed my autolock remote and told me pl. pay Rs. 663/-. but sir my car is under warrenty. mr. vimal give me a slip without mentiond amout why? pl. solve my problem immediately

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is to convey to you my Disatisfaction with your service. I have a Maruti Alto 2004 model HR26-W-1017 serviced by M/s Vipul Motors Gurgaon on Dated 13-Apr-09. Job No 0415.

                      After the service I faced major problem in my vehicle.
                      I found average of my car which gives 16 Km before service it comes to 12-13 Kmph after service, unwanted noise is coming from the engine, AC is not properly working, cleaning is not satisfatory, light allignment is not done.

                      After 3-4 days of service I reported these issues to service center also.


                      Then I visited the Vipul service station on 24- Apr-09 to address the above issue I got the response come another day then I make request to complete the work on the same day as i have to attend some marriage out of station. Then they response that this is way of service it is your wish to come here next time or not.

                      Which results i hired a taxi to attend the marriage.

                      I feel so bad to see such type service and pathetic response by Maruti service center.

                      So it request you to close all my complaints so that my trust will be same as before the service towards Maruti, as i have to buy my second car with in month.

                      Maruti Suzuki — bad and pathetic service

                      I always give my vehicle to Batra Auto Companyand every time they do not service it in one shot and do not finish it off, I have to go again to them for the same complaint for which they charge me again.the staff sometimes behave like they do not know what the car is.last time they charged me Rs 12000/- and again same problems came in and the person who took the test drive does not have an idea what the problem is. simply a useless maruti authorised service station of maruti. the staff and service persons are like they are 10th pass and work like a road side service workshop, simply harrasing customers and nothing else.today they said to me that what they can do in this.simply pathetic nothing else. making fun of Maruti in the city and maruti must be having and impression that my authorised dealer is giving a wonderful service. I am driving Maruti from the last 15 years but due to them i am not planning to buy maruti next time, I know it might not matter to a big organisation like maruti but for that why should i be harrased.

                      There is no difference between Govt. Agencies and the local service provider of the Maruti in Bhubaneswar.
                      The front line people are arrogant .doishonest and argumentative.After dealing with these people for a few minutes a normal customer would definetly curse his fate for continuing with the brand of maruti.
                      There is hardly any person to refer to for redressal for the grievances.
                      The normal refrain of the frontline service providers is"come tomorrow, we are very busy" A few of them are also can be seen shouting at the customers.
                      It is very dificult to trust them.
                      It is high time Maruti should have a comprehensive audit of the quality and standard of the services provided.There is no doubt otherwise the market share of the Company will fall further.
                      I had deposited my car (Maruti Alto Lx: WB02X-0816) in your Mohan Motors workshop near Science City on 03.11.09 for repair.

                      The case was accident repair & brake check.

                      Mr. Raju Singh of your Mohan Motors workshop confirmed us that we will receive a call regarding the extent of damage & necessary payment for the repair latest by 05.11.09.

                      But one week has elapsed & no body called me. I am completely unaware about the progress of work also.

                      I have called Mr. Raju Singh a number of times, but he is not picking up the phone.

                      In today’s day of automobile market competition where Maruti boasts of very good customer service, this is the service actually what we are getting.

                      I request you to look into this matter urgently.

                        1. Sir i want to state that i, gagan deep, k.p physio care & sports injuries clinic, bank road, muktsar had purchached swift LDI wide bill no. VSL08002900 dated[protected] [delivery date[protected]].

                        2. As per the comittement by the concerned sales executive mr. amit chohan we were duly cheated and mislead in terms of delivering us the swift LDI instead of swift VDI which we have booked vide cheque no. 00001 on the name of satwinderjeet singh.

                        3. Our funds were misused by mr amit chohan by his personal intrests and i am still short of apporx. 13000rs/- which according to him were used by him for his own personal intrest as under:-

                        A. As per statement advance booking money 50, 000/-
                        B. Draft sumitted to batra auto 5, 20, 262/-
                        C. Invoice of amount 4, 67, 990. it means the due balance to be given to me 1, 09, 395 rs/-
                        D. from the above left amount removing the extended warranty chaerges and insurance and temporary challan charges the amount comes to be a total of 87000 rs/-
                        E. i received balance amount vide cheque no. 489769 amount of 74, 788 rs/-
                        F. I fell short of Rs/- 13000 which were used by mr amit chohan for his personal financial intrest which was told to me by him on a telephonic conversation by him.
                        G. A case of fraud, cheating, mental, social and personal harrassment would by soon registered against batra auto in the Honourable punjab and hariyana high court chandigarh.

                        MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT LDI — ABOUT REPAIRING

                        I AM VERY OLD CUSTOMER OF MARUTI SUZUKI FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS I AM USING MARUTI CARS OF DIFFERENT MODELS. ONLY LAST YEAR 1ST OF JUNE I PURCHASED SWIFT LDI HAVING CHASIS NO. 225120 WITH REGISTRATION NO. UP 65 AH 3631. UNFORTUNATELY THE CAR HAD A PROBLEM DUE TO RAINS ON 21ST OF AUG. 08 AND THE CAR WAS GIVEN TO THE AUTHORISED DEALER M/S VARANASI MOTORS FOR REPAIR AND RS. 1000.00 WAS DEPOSITED IN ADVANCE VIDE RECEIPT NO. 4244 DT. 22/8/08. THE CAR WAS WITH THE AGENCY FOR 24 DAYS i.e. FROM 22ND AUG. TO 13TH SEP. 08. STILL THERE WERE CHANCES OF FAULTS, AS I WAS TOLD BY THE AGENCY PEOPLE, IT WAS GIVEN TO ME AFTER MAKING THE FULL PAYMENT OF RS 7504.00 ON TRIAL RUN BASIS. AFTER 300-400 KMS. RUN, THE CAR STOPPED FUNCTIONING ULTIMATELY THE CAR WAS ONCE AGAIN HANDED OVER TO THE AGENCY PEOPLE FOR FURTHER REPAIR SINCE 26TH OF SEP. 08 THE CAR IS UNDER REPAIR.

                        IT IS JUST BEYOND MY UNDERSTANDING WHY AND HOW LONG SHOULD I SUFFER FOR THEIR NEGLIGENT, ILL-EQUIPPED AND FAULTY SYSTEM OF WORKING SETUP, THE REASONS GIVEN FOR THE DELAY, (i ) AGENCY MECHANICS ARE UNABLE TO DETECT AND REPAIR THE FAULT SO TRAINED MECHANICS HAVE BEEN CALLED FROM LUCKNOW, (ii) NO SPARE PARTS IN STOCK SO IT WAS ORDERED FOR, AND AFTER GETTING THE SPARE PARTS MAINLY "SELF", REPAIR WORK WAS STARTED. BUT OF NO USE, SO FAR THE CAR IS STILL UNDER REPAIR, AND EVERY DAY A NEW DELIVERY DATE IS PROMISED BY THE AGENCY PEOPLE BUT ALL IN VAIN.

                        MARUTI UDYOG IS KNOWN FOR ITS HIGH REPUTE IN RESPECT OF QUALITY AND SERVICE. I TOO HAD THE SAME IMPRESSION AND CARRY THE SAME OPINION, BUT AFTER FACING SO MANY PROBLEMS THIS TIME I DON'T KNOW HOW SHOULD I EVALUATE THE REPUTE OF THE COMPANY.

                        THOUGH ONE COMPLAIN HAS BEEN LODGED ON PHONE NO. [protected] WITH REF. NO. [protected], I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN ANY PROPER ANSWER AND INFORMATION, WHATSOEVER REGARDING ITS DELEVERY, OFCOURSE, WITHOUT ANY FAULT, EITHER FROM THE AGENCY PEOPLE OR THE CONCERNED COMPANY CELL DEPT.

                        I CAN SIMPLY WAIT, AS I AM WAITING FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS, BUT HOW LONG ...? DON'T KNOW.

                        I, BEING A HELPLESS CONSUMER, REQUEST THE COMPANY SALES AND SERVICE DEPT. TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT SHORTEST POSSIBLE, BECAUSE WITHOUT CAR MY HEALTH AND BUSINESS, BOTH ARE SUFFERING VERY BADLY, WHICH REALLY COST VERY HIGH.

                        I AM STILL VERY HOPEFUL ABOUT COMPANY'S GOODWILL AND SO I CAN EXPECT FROM THE COMPANY TO REPLACE THE OLD ONE (IRREPAIRABLE) WITH A NEW ONE. IF AT ALL IT HAPPENS, IT WILL BE A PLEASANT SURPRISE FOR ME.

                        I was going through the issues and complaints. There is a process of moving with complaints. I guess none follow them. I am a consumer only and going have an A-star in next 10 days or so. Be methodical in all your approaches. Your rights can be downplayed by anyone. The dealers usually show stubborn, but if you move in no time they will bend. Remember, the only thing they are afraid of is monetary loss. They don't feel abuses, bad words, threatening.

                        I am Alaudeen S . I have a maruthy swift LDi car .it was brought from indus motors thiruvananthapuram and i also service my vehile from indus motors mettukada thiruvananthapuram. in my second and third service i complaint adjust the wheel allainment .they did not adjust that complaint. so my front left tyre is totally damaged.I know maruthy suzuky is one of reputed ompany in the world . so kindly do the needful for rectifying the defects immediately. The Reg. No. of my car is KL 16 G 1506.
                        it is one of the major complaint .so please rectify it.

                            I had purchased the maruti wagon R Duo vehicle in the month of Aug'08 from M/s Ammam Cars, Hosur in tamilnadu and the second servece was done in the month of Mar'09. At the time of second service service team was done the tyre suffelment by this the stepni tyre was fittend in the right rear side. After the second service when i was take vehicle for long drive on 16th Apr'09 the in the running right rear side stepni got punchured.

                            When we are openned with the help of of local punchur shop person i found a plastic object ( Mouth cap of tyre) and got shoked . As i was travelling with family and going at very slow speed i felt that i got ecaped from big accident.

                            After this incidenet i was unable to use the car and no confident on the quality.

                              I had sent my accidental car (Maruti Suzuki Estilo-engine no.3266655 chasis no.142745, reg. no. CG-04-FG-8001) to Sparsh Automobiles, Raipur, C. G. for repairing/serivicing on 12.03.2009. Estimate of Rs.60147.16 were given to me. One day I went the service station to receive my car. I found duplicate parts were fitted, Servicing also not done properly. All the settings also were not properly. I left my car there after getting no satisfaction reply.

                              I anticipate your kind cooperation and early reply at the earliest.

                                Hello Sir,
                                This is regarding a fraud happened to me and my father Jacob Joseph. My father is a NRI working in UAE. Last time when he came, we visited one of the dealers in Kottayam 'Popular Vehicles And Services LTD' True Value Division. We went there for enquiring about buying a good maruti vehicle preferably Maruti 800. The showroom executive giuded us. The executive name was 'Julee'. She explained very well about the vehicle which we liked. The vehicle registration was KL-3E 7527 Blue Maruti 800 5 Speed 2000/3 Model. She told the price was 1, 20, 528 (True Value) and she explained it as the vehicle was a true value category. And i was also happy with that price because the vehicle is a true value category. At the same time the market price for the vehicle is only 105000 Max. But since it is a true value value, i was not worried about the price because the future benefit which we will get will justify the price. But at the time of billing she entered the vehicle as a non true value vehicle. My father did not noticed that. And unfortunately he signed on it, and paid an amount of 4000 Rupees as advance(Bill Number- Temporary Receipt 4544 dated 22-09-08, in the name of 'Jacob Joseph').
                                When we noticed about the fraud we decided to cancel the purchase. We cancelled the purchase only because of the fraud. And we called the executive and ask for the money which we paid as advance, but she denied the proposal saying that there is no rule in repaying the amount. But after some time she and her manager agreed to pay half the amount. But they again withdraw that decision. We made a complaint to your true value manager but he also had no interest in dealing with our case. We have also sent one complaint mail to maruti. But the effect was same. Maruti people dooes not even tried to call us.
                                We want a serious action on this case. We are planning to move further because of the non-response of maruti. Non-response in the fraud case means promoting the fraud practises in the organisation, this is what we are experiencing from Maruti, India's one of the most trusted brand.
                                We hopefully looking forward to hear more from your side.

                                  My maruti car no-800ac up21 x 0655 has insurance from Akansha Auto Mobile Moradabad and I had renewed it on 23 November 08, my policy no is 4852614 proposal no-5545859 and it has not been still verified .I have given so many reminders and it is regretting that I have-not got my renewal verification till date after five months and the center is not helping me out. so I have a very humble request to please do me favour n take some appropriate action against this, or suggest a legal way out

                                    I Purchased Wagon R Duo (LPG Version) on 15th January 2009. From that day onwards it has some blasting sound while riding in gas especially in lower gears and slowdown . Even thoughI went several times to the service centre, THEY CAN'T rectify the problem, why this happen ? what its remedy any body can pls help me.
                                    Change 4 sparkplug, it should be ok
