People, If you have issue with ABN Amro/RBS credit card, such as your name is in the default list in CIBIL report please follow the below steps: How do you come to know if your name is in default list in CIBIL: Very recently you may have applied for a loan and your loan application had been rejected due to policy of the applying bank does not meet the requirement in CIBIL Database: So What is the next Step: Next step is to purchase your CIBIL report from CIBIL Website and verifying yourself, to your shock you may see that your Credit card will be marked as "Settled" or "Written OFF" What does Settled or written off mean : In simple English it means you paid less amount to the actual pending amount claimed by the bank. In Banking terminology you did not pay the full amount hence bank had added your remaining amount as bad debts and bank has undergone a loss by providing you the loan, when you apply for a new loan the banker see's that you are not in position to re-pay the loan and hence rejects your application. Next step : Is to write a mail to ( for the closed CC) to in.[protected]@rbs.com asking about the updated status regarding the credit card, they will reply with whatever amount is due along interest or will explain to you what needs to be done Note: If you are in that position as said above your surely in the deadened becauase you might have noticed after a very long time and in process of recovering the shock, my truthful and correct advise would be to re-pay all the claimed amount. Do not get me wrong because it our mistake to have chosen the CC with out reading 100's page of terms and condition and not continuously checking our report in CIBIL, I know you had only 2000/- pending in 2007 and now it would have gone to 1, 50, 000/- in 2014 with all interest and hidden charges, i suffered the same thing and after ping-pong for many years and speaking with many experts i came to know that i have to pay all the dues and get NOC from the bank, hey i said to GET NOC from the bank claiming that no dues from your end to the bank, do what ever it takes pay full amount ( take help from your friends, family, thats what friends and family are ment to help you when needed pay them when you recover ) Next step: After paying the full amount & geting NOC, you need to ask the bank to update in CIBIL, generally they may take 60 days, if not you need to file a dispute in CIBIL will all the supporting documents and CIBIL will enquiry with the bank and after bank notifies them they will update in CIBIL Next Step: give it a min 6-9 months for your CIBIL score your improve with doing correct payment on time and apply for a loan again.     Hello Everyone, I got a call from [protected] today saying he was Sub inspector Rana and he told me that there was a case pending against my husband for not paying his ABN Amro credit card. He said he wanted to talk to my husband only in this regards. I was a little apprehensive since I didn't understand why they were calling me instead of him. Well, I handed over the phone to my husband. That person told my hubby that they sent two notices to our old residence(which we left 5 years ago), and since we didn't revert, they have the orders to would arrest him. My husband go a bit scared. He asked us to contact an advocate at [protected], RK Malhotra. My husband called him, and he asked us to pay 25, 000 as an out of court settlement. He also told us that not paying will mess up our CIBIL score. Luckily, we knew our recent CIBIL score and didn't see anything pending in there. My hubby told that guy that he used the card 8 years ago, and had made all the payments. We kept forcing us of dire consequences. We were asked to make the payment in the next 2 hours. We smelled something wrong, and asked him to send the details of all the pending balance on our email id. He didn't send anything. He kept calling me entire day, but I didn't pick up the phone. When we asked him to meet in person to discuss all this, he said he doesn't meet in person. My advice to everyone, please DO NOT fall in the trap. Their motive is to make you nervous and take away your hard earned money. Ask them to come to the nearest police station to discuss the case, and I am sure they would vanish.Amita

        is come to my notice from IDBI Bank that Rs. 9855/- (Rupees nine thousand eight
        hundred fifty five only) overdue against credit card dated 28.04.2005.


        It
        this connection, it is intimated that as per ABN AMRO Bank settlement of
        account letter dated 16.08.2008, vide which ABN AMRO Bank has advised me that
        the settlement amount is Rs. 6000/- (Rupees six thousand only) as against the total outstanding of Rs.
        13550.31, which was deposited against CR No. 18433 dated 24.04.2008 and 20922
        dated 21.08.2008 (Copy enclosed).


        In
        view of the above, nothing is outstanding against me, I have written letters dated 24.04.2008, 24.07.2008
        & 19.03.2009 to GM, Credit Card collection Deptt., ABN AMRO BANK And
        Manager (Operation), Credit Card Division, ABN AMRO BANK, Noida (copy enclosed)
        for information and issue NO DUES CERTIFICATE to avoid unnecessary
        correspondence on this account. I did
        not received any letter from ABN AMRO Bank in this regard till date inspite of
        repeated requests.

        are therefore, again reminded to please look into the matter and issue NO DUES
        CERTIFICATE immediately to avoid further communications to higher authority.

But from past 8 days my wife is receiving calls and they are repeatedly harassing her . If this continues we will be forced to lodge the complaint.                 Its been 6 years I am constantly being harassed by the call center team of abnambro bank. In 2008 i had not receive the bill on time and i was facing this problem for 9 months despite of repeated follow up and complaints to the bank. The bank didn't take action and kept calling me for payment. after getting so much torched i still paid my full actual amount on the bill 6100 rs/- they still kept demanding the late payment fees. why would i pay late fees when i am not at fault its been 6 yrs and still they every month harass me.. don't know what to do i have even mailed all the executives at the bank they keep saying they will revert with a solution but never do and just call for payments ...please help..

                    I was holding ABN Amro Card in[protected]. Which Ihave closed with all due. But today I recieived threatning call to me and my wife. They are demading for huge amount and relcutant to give any details. They are also threatning as police custody and arrest warrent. They talking very rude not listening anything. No justification is given. They are calling every 10-15 min and makining arguments. Please let me know how to Deal... VRG

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I was using the ABN Amro Credit card-[protected](NDJ) during[protected]. I had an outstanding of13, 000 but after few month recovery agency dept call me & told me I can pay 7, 000 and they can give full and final settlement to close the card. I paid this amount to the collection dept, but as promised they have not sent me the full and final settlement letter. But later on, the bank called me saying I still have some 13, 000 to be paid to the bank as outstanding dues.Later they have added me in the CIBIL defaulter list. They have spoiled my credibility, because of which I could not utilise any loans or anything from other banks too. I want to settle credit card payment with the ABN AMRO credit card outstanding balance. I am unable ot pay the entire amount(with interest). Can someone suggest me the procedure to settlement the amount and pay in installments

                        MY SELF RAVI KANT SHARMA S/O SH. HARI KISHAN SHARMA WAS HAVING A CREDIT CARD OF ABN AMRO IN YEAR 2007. I HAD NEVER USED THIS CARD TILL NOW. SURPRISINGLY NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY NAME IS PUT WITH CIBIL BY ABN AMRO WITHOUT ANY CAUSE. HOW IT CAN BE, I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND. NOW DUE TO THIS I AM HAVING LOT OF PROBLEM. KINDLY HELP ME OUT TO RESOLE THIS ISSUE.
                        LAST WEEK, AFTER 7 YEARS THEY ARE CALLING (FROM KOTAK MAHINDRA) TO SETTLE AMOUNT RS 3000 FOR ABN CC. I INFOMRED THEM I HAVE CLOSED ALL THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT 7 YEAR BACK AND SHOUTED WHY THE HELL THEY ARE CALLING AFTER 7 YEARS, ASKED THEM WHAT ARE THE TRANSACTION DETAILS, DATE OF THE TRANSACTION, WHERE THE TRANSACTION HAPPNED? THEY DONT HAVE ANY TRANSACTION DETAILS!!!, THEY HAVE JUST THE AMOUNT. LATER SOMEONE ELSE CALLED AND ASKED THE SAME AND AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENED. FINALLY THEY ASKED ME TO COME TO THEIR BRANCH TO SETTLE THIS. I INFORMED THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING WHY THE HELL I SHOULD COME TO BANK, GET ME THE TRANSACTION DETAILS.

                        BUT EVEN NOW IF I HAVE TO IGNORE THEM I CANT.

                        THE MAIN PROBLEM IS NOW I CANT APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT CARDS OR LOANS AS I HAVE BEEN BLACKLISTED IN CIBIL BY THIS A$$*****$. WHEN EVER I APPLY FOR CREDIT CARD, I GET REPLY THAT CIBIL SCORES ARE NOT MET, I USED TO WONDER WHAT THE [censored] IS THAT. ONLY AFTER THIS CALL I CAME TO KNOW WHICH CULPRIT IS BLOCKING EVERYTHING.

                        OLD CC STATMENTS SENT IN MAIL ARE NOT OPENING NOW AS IT WAS A WEBPAGE WHICH HAD LINK TO FETCH DETAILS FROM ABN WEBSITE WHICH IS NOW NO MORE EXISING.

                        AS MENTIONED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE OTHER WEBSITES, BANKS ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY MULTIPLYING INTEREST FOR 5-10 YEARS TO SOME SMALL AMONT LIKE SERVICE CHARGE OR LATE FREE OR SOME B***S**** CHARGE AND PROJECTING RS 3 AS RS 3000. THERE ARE NO REGULATORY BODY TO QUESTION THIS. CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY LOOSERS.
                        I have got call from Kotak Mahindra bank, Bansnakari, Bangalore regarding my credit card #[protected] which I have closed 7 years back saying there are pending amount Rs 5800/- . When I asked why you called me regarding ABN Amro card then they said they are handling the credit card payment collection. I would like to have my credit card statement of this card if the amount is pending what item i have purchased.

                        Hi,

                        My bother K S Pradeep, had a credit card and got to know some one had purchased items from his card. We got to know, that it was a fake transaction. My brother had been to head office and have submitted the relevant documents related to the transaction in the bank in Bangalore.

                        This had happened 3 years back. Currently the bank people started reaching out to me from last one month. I did give my brother's mail id to the person whose spoke to me from the bank and my brother has also responded to their mail.

                        I am no where responsible in this activity. Everyday i am getting a call from them. They are troubling me in my work, by calling to my work location too.

                        Need help!!

                          Sir,
                          I refer to my letter dated[protected] wherein I have mentioned about the loss of my card in a mishap. I have also intimated that I had transacted through this card only for three times and already paid the dues. I also requested to close the card. Since then I did not receive any communication from your end in shape of monthly statement or letter which made me to conclude that the matter has been already settled. Suddenly after a gap of seven years, I got a phone call from Mobile No. [protected] on 14-9-13 besides an e.mail from Mr. RabikKant Yadav, Asst. Manager, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd who informed that the captioned card has been sold/transferred and assigned to Phoenix Trust FY12-6 of which Kotak Mahindra Bank is trustee. He also asked me to deposit a sum of Rs.16,385.63 in shape of cash in Account No. [protected], Standing in the name of "PHOENIX TRUST FY 12-6 SCHEME A" in any Kotak Mahindra Bank. He also informed that No dues certificate will be issued within a shortest period of time after realising the amount. Since I had already paid the dues, I would request you to kindly look into the matter personally and verify the account in details and inform me the latest position in respect of above card with transactions details and accept the mode of payment through check and inform me the address to which I can send the check to take necessary action at this end for settlement in closing the card. I am sending this complaint since I am unable to understand the involvement of Kotak Mahindra Bank and "M/s.Phoenix Trust FY12-6Scheme A", the details of which are not known to me.

                            My concerns regarding ABN Amro Credit Card No [protected], I was quite surprised that when i applied for personal loan thru Tata Capital , they declined my request stating that my name is in the CIBIL pertaining to the ABN Amro card but i have couple of other credit cards and i have never defaulted in my lifetime.

                            Just to brief you with the card details, the O/s on my ABN Amro Credit card is only towards the insurance charges which has been charged without any confirmation from my end. ABN Amro does not have any documentation from my end agreeing for the insurance to be activated in my card. As per the RBI guidelines no credit card can levy the charges without my acknowledgement. I had already complained on time and they even responded by reversing the same (Rs 454/- statement date 10/02/2006) assuring that the charges will not be levied hereafter but still after that they have gone on charging every month.

                            Other charges charged are the card annual fees which I never told ABN Amro to renew. I had already requested to ABN by writing an application for cancellation of the particular card which they never did. I had dropped the application at their Camp, Opp JJ garden road branch. I understand that i would be liable to pay the annual fees if i would have made any purchases in the period of the annual fees been charged but here i have not used the card for the entire period.

                            I would have understand if there was any default been made against any purchase made by me from the card but this is purely membership fee and insurance charges. I hope this is a genuine case of mis management by the card company due to which my name is reflecting in the cibil wherein I am in desperate need of funds for childs education and I am denied just because there is a O/s of Rs 5000, which i was not aware till Tata Capital intimated me Couple of days before.

                            The abn amro credit card has been constantly harrasing me regarding a loan that was never given to me neither i have ever got a loan against my credit card.I had never ever used my abn amro credit card still they insist that i have taken the laon. Its a kind of company who harresses people like this.

                              To the above details I did one settlement in the year of 2006 with payment of Rs. 18000.00 in cash. After six month ABN-AMRO Bank again called for some additional amount is due with me to which I explained well and shown the copies of settlement letter and cash receipt and told them to contact the person who collected the amount from me, sending contact details which I noted at the time of paying the amount.
                              After two years again ABN-AMRO called for the same matter and I did the same to which bank ensured that this is the last call and will deliver the zero due amount certificate to my communication address.
                              Now, this became unbearable when after Seven years someone from ABN-AMRO again calling and talking loose with abusing to my father’s office land line number without disclosing his identity. On asking or requesting to contact at home to show the relevant document he disconnects the phone.
                              Please do the needful and close the issue, all relevant documents are in attachment.

[protected] UP TO 2007 ONE DAY I GONE TO PURCHASE PETROL FOR MY TWO WHEELER BUT MY CREDIT CARD NOT WORKING THEN I MAKE CALL TO BANK CUSTOMER CARE A FEMAL TELL ME THAT YOUR CARD HAS BEEN CLOSED THAT YOU HAVE NOT MADE THE PRV.PAYMENT OF Rs.254/- I TOLD I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT THEN SHE TOLD AGAIN SIR IF YOU WANT TO REACTIVATE YOUR CARD THEN YOU MUST PAY AGAIN ,HENCE AMOUNT IS LITTLE SO I MADE PTHE AYMENT AGAIN BUT CARD NOT ACTIVATE I LEFT ALL THE THINGS AND DESTROYED THE CARD AND SEND TO BANK .

                                  AFTER 5 YEAR I GOT A CALL FROM BANK OR POSSIBLE SOME COLLECTOR FIRM THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE NOT PAID AMOUNT 7500/- AGST YOUR CREDIT CARD .I TOLD THEM I HAVE NOT BALANCE AMOUNT AGST.MY CREDIT CARD THEY DISCUNNET THE PHONE .AFTER SOME DAYS AGOT CALL AGAIN THEN I TOLD THEM CAN YOU PROVIDE ME THE PARTICULARS OF MY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT THEN THEY TOLD TO ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT PARTICULARS OF SUCH OUTSDANDING B,CAUSE BANK MERZE IN RBS .

                                  ON 11.12.12 I GOT SMS ON MY MOBILE TO RECTIFY MY CIBIL SCORE FROM IMPECT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD 926/1,2ND FLOOR FAIZ ROAD KAROL BAGH NEW DELHI I MUCH NEEDED PERSONAL LOAN DUE TO SOME AMOUNT NEED FOR MY DAUGHTER MARRIEGE SO I CALL THEIR REP.MR.AMIT CELL NO.[protected] HE CAME TO ME AND AFTER COMMITMENT THAT THEY CLEAR MY CIBIL WITHIN THREE MONTH THEN I MAKE PAYMENT OF Rs.4450/- THEIR CHARGES BY CHEQUE NO.096623 OF HDFC BANK DT.11.12.12.VIDE THEIR RECEIPT NO.4450 ALONGWITH CUSTOMER ENROLMENT FORM NO.4023.

                                  HERE I AM NOT AWARE THAT THEY ARE FRAUD BUT THEY OBTAINED ME MY CIBIL REPORT AND TOLD ME THAT A OUTSTANDING WITH ABN AMRO IS COMMING,AFTER STUDY OF MY CIBIL REPORT I GOT PHONIS ARC IS THE COLLETOR OF AMOUNT BUT THEY HAVE NAVER CONTACT TO ME FOR PAYMENT THEN I SERCH ON NET ABOUT PHONIX ARC I MAKE CONTACT - MISS ANISHA ON LANDLINE NO.[protected] THEN THEY GIVEN ME MR.                                   ABN AMRO Bank — Unwanted SMS

                                  I am not an existing customer of ABN AMRO BANK but from sometime I'm recieving lot of smses from the bank regarding the activation of Premium Debit Card. I spoke to their Customer care executive who was helpless without the account number and refused to register my complaint, now am frustrated and confused on how to stop these messages when the sender (i.e. ABN AMRO Bank) itself is not ready to register my complaint.

                                    I had taken Abn amro card in 2007 and after some time form bank side given pre approved add on card was sent on my wife name. After some time i had paid all the due and make the settlement amount to their person and after 2010 i had gone out of india for 2 year i had come to know that ABN AMRO BANK has taken by RBS and RBS has given their Portfolio to Phonix Arc Pvt Ltd. and now they are harassing my wife and put her name in CIBIL to harass her more and giving threatening call for payment.

                                    Please guide us to resolve this problem my family is worry about this matter.

                                    hi, my name is goutham iam fom chennai, i hold this abnamro credit card more then a year i took my first balance transfer close to about 24000rs, before taking they told me difference charges but after taking they charged me different, i called more then 20times to speak to their custmer care no body responded properly i requested to speak to higher autherities but they dint tranfer my cal, then recently on 03/10/08 around 2.48 pm i spoke to person (rohit) in custmer care i requested to tranfer my calll to some one higher offical but he spoke to very rashly and kept me on hold for 23min then he disconnected my call this happenens with me two times this time a girl spoke to me even she repeted the same, any one who called me frm abnamro i told them i will pay the due but ask some higher official to slove my prob but no body came to do that now i got a legal nottice from abn amro so tell me who is responssiable for this, is it my fault or their worst services, they gave me torcher i want them to ask sorry otherwise i also fight for my respect, sending this to all higher offical but no body number or contact details is available in site www.abnamro.co.in

                                    ABNAMRO — Credit Card payment

                                    Sir/Madam,
                                    I am Sivakumar holding ABN Amro Credit Card ([protected]).
                                    This is regarding the call from customer care for the credit card payment. I am getting threatening & abusive calls from customer care for ABN Amro Credit Card payment. They are not even ready to listen my point that I am paying the amount by next month with penalty . Though I agree that I am late to pay as per the due date because of my financial crises. but still the customer care person named himself as Vijay was in no mood to talk politely & started threatening & abusing (which I don't prefer to mention as it is too filthy). Even he was used some bad words, My mind was upset and i felt very sad.

                                    This call was from Delhi[protected] &[protected] &[protected] at around 4:35 pm on 13th May, 2009. So I requests you to see in this matter & I expect no more such calls from yourside.
                                    ABN AMRO credit card is the worst. ALWAYS AVOID GETTING THEIR CARD - NEVER TAKE ONE.

                                    There's no customer care and no transparency of operation. Things hapen at their will - no logic applies.

                                    I am having a harrowing time with my appeal for a debit reversal against a 1-time default in payment. So far, I have a perfect payment history. I paid the principal amount (Rs 73150) right in the next billing cycle - still they didn't revert the interest charges for that 1 single cycle I have missed! I have many other cards from many othr banks - have never seen this type of behaviour.

                                    They have not bothered to give any reasoning as to why they won't revert though I am a bonafide customer with a perfect record.

                                    They reply to mails with standard phrases pre-typed in their system (perhaps) - all the replies are the same and bear no relation to your queries or requests.

                                    They don't allow you to reach upto their higher authorities for you to take your grievance appeal there. On their web-site, it says that there are 4 levels of grievance redressal - but you'll be stuck at the second level, "the cardservices". If you are not happy with this division, theoreticaly you can go to upper levels - but practically you cannot since they'll never forward your appeal.

                                    The executives of their "cardservices" are rude, mannerless, unprofessional and they lie! They go back on their words - so do not trust any 'promises', etc., from them.

                                    They themselves make endless mistakes - and unless you are too careful and checking every statement in great details, you'll end up paying amounts that you didn't even spend. If you point out any such mis-debits, all they'd do is revert it - without even throwing a 'sorry'.

                                    Perhaps when Indians work in a MNC - they think they have grown higher than fellow Indians?

                                    ABN AMRO Credit Card — payments

                                    Hi,

                                    Myself is Ankur Chakraborty, a Titanium credit card holder ( Credit card # [protected] ) of your bank. Even though I have not used your bank's credit card for any transaction, but I have received so many collection calls and SMS regarding outstanding issues. I have lodged complaints thrice through your phone banking and everytime they said it will be reversed. Surprisingly on[protected], I got a call from your Delhi office that I have an outstanding of Rs 525 /- only and your office was unable to provide any clarification on the same. But Ihave paid Rs 530/- by cash at your Kolkata Camac St Branch.( request you to check once ) But yesterday i.e, 14th Jan ' 2010, again I got a call for an outstanding of Rs 435 /- . I really got surprised about the communication. Request you to take necessary steps otherwise I have to take legal action on the same as because I am also working in a reputed bank and in the credit card division.

                                    Your Product Team miguided me that this product is totally free of cost. So I dialed credit ard details.

                                    You have mentioned details of product, about this I am intimating you that I have no time to visit any where as I am too busy. So that it is my repeated request to please solve my this sevre problem.

                                    I paid in Nov 09, Dec 09 & Jan 2010 the minimum payment due which is more than my total EMI's.

                                    From Feb 2010, I will not pay more & will only pay dues of my EMI's. The total amount and also minimum amount are much more due to that offer & retail transtions are also due to that.

                                    I am your card member you may convince that Product Team as I being your customer not accepting that offer.

                                    The offer amount Rs. 9900/- may please be reversed after some deductions for this I am ready and if not then, I will think to widhraw card membership.

                                    I hope your next mail will be positive in my favour.

                                    ABN AMRO Credit Card — Giving Call unnecessary

                                    Hi i had taken ABN AMBRO credit card in 2005, I closed in 2006 After all payment. No call afterward. Now in May 2010 i got call from number +[protected]. Said that you have your credit card balance of Rs 5500 and you have to pay otherwise we will daily call you.
                                    I will sue on this person who called me and who is try to harras me.
                                    If any one having same issue, please lounge complaint againt the person who is calling and not on BANK.
                                    Because even we don't know that person is really calling from Bank or Agency or any footpath.

                                      हो गया है....
                                      बैंक से मुझे साल 2006 में क्रेडिटकार्ड एंव ZEERO बैलेंस पर सैविंग एकॉउंट जारी किया गया था जिसका नं. [protected] था जिसे में पूरी सावधानी के साथ इस्तेमाल कर रहा था. इसी बीच अगस्त 2008 में मेरी नौकरी रायपूर (छत्तीसगढ़) के NEWS CHANNEL ZEE 24 GHANTE CHHATTISGARH में लग गयी. जिसके चलते मुझे दिल्ली से रायपूर SHIFT होना पड़ा...उस समय बैंक की बकाया राशि 2711.12 रुपये थी. जिसे जमा करने की आखिरी तारिख 04/10/2008 थी..जिसका मैंने चैक द्वारा भुगतान कर दिया था, लेकिन अब दो साल बाद अचानक बैंक अधिकारी ने मुझे फोन करके कहा है कि आप पर 4369.77 रुपये बकाया है, इससे पहले बैंक ने मुझसे किसी तरह का कोई संपर्क नहीं किया और न ही कोई मैसेज या ई-मेल किया, जब मैनें इस विषय में बैंक अधिकारी से बात किया तो मुझे अधिकारी सही जानकारी नहीं दे रहे और कह रहे हैं कि आपने लेट पेयमेंट किया था जिसकी वजह से आप पर इतना पेयमेंट बकाया है.
                                      मेनें जो बैंक को पेयमेंट किया है उसका मेरे पास बैंक स्टेटमेंट है जिसमें चैक 04/10/2008 क्लीर हो चुका है
                                      बैंक के इस दुर्व्यवहार से मुझे काफी ठेस पहुंचा है, एवं मुझे बैंक ने लगभग 6 महीना से मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया है,
                                      बैंक के इस दुर्व्यवहार के लिए मुझे अमुमन एक लाख का नुक्सान हुआ.



                                      अत: उपभोक्ता फॉर्म से निवेदन करता हूं कि उचित कार्रवाई करते हुए मुझे बैंक से क्लीन चीट दिलाएं ताकि भविष्य में मुझे किसी बैंक से लोन लेने क्रैडिट कार्ड बनवाने में अन्य किसी प्रकार की समस्या न आए,
