I have applied for a pan card but still not received at my communication/residential address. I got the PAN number from my vendor through whome i applied the sam. Kivdly note my PAN number "AKSPA8010E" and help me tracking my PAN card on a priority basis as i need to file my Income Tax returns and plan my investments.     I, Tulsi Patel wish to inform you that I want to close the installment system of the above Smart Gold Credit Card of your Bank.Since i have cancel the above credit card then also the statement has been given.I have talk to your bank they says that you have cancel the credit card but you havent close the EMI system.You have to close the EMI system, please close this system for me.

    abn amro smart gold credit card — harasment from the company people regarding pament even tough i pay full amount

    regarding phone calls recived from [protected], [protected] with refrence to above card no. and easy cash account no. i the above mention reqest you to kindly look into the matter.

    as per telephonic conversation with mr. raj sharma on telephone no. [protected] about my closer of entier easy cash account as well as credit card in single installment.he told me to pay rs.49267.12 for easy cash account and Rs.109717.42 towards credit card outstanding.Acordingly I deposited check ammount of Rs.49268 wide cheque no. 186527 dated[protected] of S.B.I gopal nagar branch Nagpur.
    And ammount of Rs.109718 wide chque no.186526 dated[protected] of S.B.I gopal nagar branch Nagpur
    which was cleared on 1-7-2007 from my account but I would like to bring to your notice since from last few days I am receving phone calls from your executive regarding oustanding payment which is undue
    Sir, since from cleraring all outstanding dues on my card in one stroke.I never have any transaction till today on my card.But since from last few days phone calls from Mr.vinay kukreja from above no.harrasing me about payment which is undue and unfare so I request you to look into the matter and closer of my above card account.and also I would like to know why my credit card is blocked inspit of paying entire amount in one stroke on[protected].Expecting quick and speedy action from your side.

      Dear concerned executive

      Please please note that though I have a zero balance salary account with your bank since September 2009 still Rs 441/-- has been deducted from my account totally unauthorisedly and without any logic by dishonouring ecs facility today 8th march 2010..when your bank by phone exe first informed your system remains down and from the second time onwords no responses are there. This is the high degree of callousness and nonethical practise i have ever seen in my life.I want my money back ASAP..

      Please note that at the time of transction the balance was Rs1097/ which was more than sufficient two honour two ecs total Rs 1000..This is rediculous and required immediate action..

        I WOLUD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION IN MY FAVOUR THAT 8 MONTH AGO I GOT A CALL FROM ABN AMRO BANK REGARDING AN OFFER OF HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD.. HE SAID ME EVERYTHING ABOUT THE OFFER THAT BY TAKING THIS OFFER I WILL GET AN UNLIMITED CARD FOR 1 YEAR FOR WHICH I HAVE TO PAY RS.500. ONE TIME, AFTER DOING THAT I WILL RECIEVE A FORM FROM HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD.. AND HE PUNCHED MY CARD OVER PHONE. AFTER FEW DAYS I RECEIVED THE FORM WITH THE BILL OF RS.9900. THE EXECUTIVE WHO SAID ME THAT HE WILL PUNCH RS.500, HE PUNCHED RS.9900. AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS MATTER I WAS ASKED TO RETURN THE FORM TO HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. I HAD DONE THIS BUT THIS WAS OF NO USE. I HAD COMPLAINT HUNDRED TIMES TO THE BANK. I HAD TALK WITH THE HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PEOPLE BUT THE RESULT IS SAME.           Credit Card Settlement Issue

          Hi,

          I was an employee and credit card holder of ABN Amro Bank. The statement for credit card was always an issue; I never used to get my statement on time. Since I was employee of Bank, I used to get the information about the outstanding amount through other internal sources and used to pay the dues on time.

          After I left the bank, I completely missed the payment of last outstanding amount of some INR 6000/- odd,...

          Fraudulent intentions of ABN Amro Bank
          To: ABN AMRO MakeMy Trip Go Credit Card

          Subject: Fraudulent Amount Charged by ABN Amro Bank
          Date: 18th, Feb, 2010
          Dear Sir,
          I wish to state following:
          1. I am holding ABN AMRO MakeMy Trip GO Credit Card No: [protected].
          2. A fraudulent amount of Rs: 5,513.88 was charged in my credit card statement dated 14/01/2010 showing description “MMT HAPPY HOLIDAYS FEE DEBIT”.
          3. I deny using my said card for amount and details mentioned in point number two. Regarding this issue a complaint was lodged with ABN AMRO bank through phone number[protected] and I was given complaint No: [protected]. I was promised that the issue will be resolved in 7 to 10 days time.
          4. Yesterday (on 17th, Feb, 2010) I received my credit card statement dated 14/02/2010. I was deeply shocked to see that said issue was not resolved and more over a late fee of Rs: 650.00, Service charge of Rs: 177.58 along with education cess of Rs: 85.24 was also charged in my statement. Know the total fraudulent amount charge by bank in my credit card statement is Rs: 6426.70.
          5. I have again lodges the complaint with bank on 17th, Feb, 2010 at phone number:[protected]. I have talked to Mr. Sameer on said phone number and requested him to resolve the said matter. The same complaint has been updated but not resolved under complaint number: [protected]
          6. I am depressed and de motivated with this fraudulent attitude of bank.
          7. It seems that this is planned strategy by bank to harass me and degrade my credit rating.
          LOOKING IN TO ABOVE MENTIONED SIX POINTS I REQUEST ABN AMRO BANK TO DO FOLLOWING:-
          1. Immediately revert the fraudulent amount of Rs: 6426.70 charged in my said credit card statement.
          2. Issue to a written apology to me.
          3. Immediately cancel my credit card( No: [protected])

            In February 2009 I have received a telephone call from ABN Amro Bank's tele promotional person, who first introduced me a new credit card with some unique features. Since I was facing some financial difficulties at that time I have agreed for the same. But the person who contacted me from the said bank told me that you should also join with package to get the said credit card. The package offers local/international tours worth around Rs. 70,000/- and the only fees to be paid is just Rs. 5,000/-. Though I was not interested in the said package, I have agreed for the same to get the credit card. Subsequently, the bank has charged me Rs. 5,000/- to a different credit card, which I have from the same bank.

            Thereafter, I did not hear anything from the bank. As for the new credit card, I have called a few times to the bank's customer care department and received different answers. Once they told me that it is going to be dispatched.

            But, unfortunately, I haven't yet received either the credit card or the said tour package. I have called them a number of times for refund with no luck. As all o[censored]s know, if we delay even a day to pay the credit card dues, you will receive one hundred calls from these kinds of new generation banks. But, if you want to get some money from them, you cannot trace them, they will make you hold for hours, etc.

            Till the date, I haven't received my money back. I humbly request the concerned authorities in India to take strong actions against these kinds of activities and punish the concerned people as per the country's law.

            I am writing this mainly to alert the public and advise them to avoid any kind of promotional calls from ABN AMRO BANK in India.

            ABN AMRO Bank — CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS

            I am really shocked at your Attitude.

            On Feb 19th you replied saying that you will be arranging to send the Medi claim Document's.

            I am Really shocked till now I had not received the Document's.

            On Jan 18th the deal was finalised.Till Now I had not received the Document's. Without seeing the Document's you had Debited the Amount to my Account.

            Till now I had not even got the Document's.

            Upon that the Wrong amount debited to my Account.For this Easy Pay you do the Investigation that what was told to me on that day.Based on what Commitment the Easy Pay was Finalized.

            I want you to do the Investigation.I want that Report.This Amounts were not explained to me.

            I will not leave this case like this this.I will fight till the last.

            Even I was told on 27/12/08 at 10:00 am by your Executive that I had won a gift of LG TV.

            All your Manpower are cheating the Customer's.

            This is too much.

            I am going to Complaint this Matter to RBI, MRTP etc if Justice not given to me.

            I cannot keep quite.

            Nobody had dared to call me till now.

            ABN-AMRO ONE CreditCard — ABN Amro is cheating the customers

            Hi have given a request to the bank to cancell my creditcard as I am leaving India for long time and I paid all and made the balance to ZERO and I just Ignored about it as I have already gave request to cancel the card. After 6 months I got an e-mail saying that you have outstanding amount on ur card.

            I was surprised, they charged me annual fee and charges, I gave the call to CC and they told to me that they will reverse and cancell the card this time. but same is happening every month since last 6 months. every month I am giving the call they are saying the same. But issue is still pending. I have given so many complaints and no complaint was addressed yet.

            Can some one help me what should I do? I was frustated with the service of ABN and decided to educate my family and friends beaware of fraud trick of ABN and maintain distance with such cheating banks.

              I have taken a Personal Loan from Abn Amro bank (loan A/C no.9487152) for my Mother's treatment. When I have received my Cheque from Abn Amro With their Loan Schdule, I have found that 13493.00 Rs. has been deducted on Account of Insurance Premium. But on Application form of bank, I have not made any Signature on Column of Insurance policy & in advance I made very clear to bank that I dont want any Insurance. But bank has made my forged Signature. When I Complaint to cancel this Insurance & amount will refund to me, their customer care Assure me for this & promise me that no EMI will be deducted from my account. I have also not Encash Their Cheque. But bank has deducted EMI regularly from my account, I have Comlaint & Demand of my Loan Agreement & form Where Forged Signed had made, But they always gived me only Assurance, I had amde Complaint to RBI( Banking Ombdusman ), Governer & also to Police but no action had been taken against them. I had request so many times to bank for registering Police Complaint against the Culporist, that had made this job. But all top Employees of bank want to save them.In this time my Mother was Expired. I also had taken a loan from private financer on very high interest rate, for my mother treatment. Bank has deducted 8 Emi from my account & made my Credit History Very Poor. So I requested to Forum to look in this matter & give necessary directions to Bank. I shall be thankfull to You.

              ABN AMRO Bank is in habit of doing this they did wid me the same thing while giving the credit card.
              Secondly, what they have done is gave a easy cash loan of 40000 around in april 2008 of which emi was 2115/- per month. without informing me of the due date they fixed due date on 22nd april for the 1st emi due of which i got the information late and they charged a late fine in the next bill due after paying the amount with in 3 days of getting the information when i complained to there service desk calling for payments the asked to pay the EMI amount which was 2115/- in may 2008. I paid the amount the same thing happened in the next month bill and they asked me to pay the EMI amount and which was collected from there end. the same thing continued for 5 months around which annoyed me i called up the service desk and the assured the same thing that it will be reversed in the next bill you just make the EMI payment. But this time I calculated the total amount due less the late fine assured of reversel + 3% and service tax which came around 34950/- I made the payment of 35000/- in end of sept 2008 as the statement generation was 2nd of every month and which the received. I informed then of the full payment. So I end up paying them 2115*6+35000/- thats around 47690/- + processing fees charged.
              Now I was of the feel that the payment has been made in full but what they did was adjusted the amount paid against emi and now they are saying that i have to pay another 9000/- for closing the account because the account was not closed were as i have surrendered my ABN card in Dec'08 after clearing all my outstanding is it justified.
              After several Emails regarding there services to the ABN Card services they are not ready to close the account and are not reversing the late fine which was charged on me for there misinformation and assured of reversal at least on five occasions i have asked then to go by there recorded statement but to no use.
              I am not going to make any more payments because of there wrong and misleading information.
              OF late they have started calling and harressing me over phone.
              please help me out of this situation

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This is wrt the usage of my ABN Amro Credit Card No:[protected].The card has been used for some online transactions and these are have resulted
                  due to unauthorized and illegal use of my credit card for purchases whose details are mentioned below.
                  1.Ebay.com 7th Feb 2007 Rs.13577.16
                  2.ANZ Amazon 8th Jan 2007 $ 149.78
                  3.ANZ Amazon 9th Jan 2007 $ 274.93
                  4.Pizza Hut 9th Jan 2007 Rs.956

                  The first three are online and the 4th transaction is made at Mumbai. You need to kindly note that the above details were received by the customer care on request, as the above transactions have not been done by me. I am a resident of Bangalore and the date of these transactions I was in Bangalore and not at Mumbai.
                  Also I received no mobile alerts for the above transactions inspite of subscribing for the same. Received an alert only on 10th Jan 2007 after which I called the Customer care and requested for investigation. I immediately had my card blocked and a new card with No: [protected] was dispatched
                  to me. A complain was registered with the bank official and all supporting documents with details were sent to the bank as given below.
                  1. Courier thru Professional Couriers on 22nd Jan 2007
                  2. Courier thru Inland Couriers on 10th Feb 2007
                  3. Registered Post on 20th Mar 2007

                  I have all the acknowledgement receipts for the above. I had to send the documents multiple times as the bank officials repeatedly mentioned that they had not received the documents.
                  As for the card statement dated 5th Apr 2007, the above-mentioned transactions have been credited with provision of temporary credit. But only one
                  transaction dated 8th Jan 2007 for an amount of Rs.13577.16/- there has been a reversal of temporary credit dated 7th Mar 2007.On speaking to the customer
                  care on 29th Apr 2007, the official by name Mr.Mohit mentioned that further to the investigations they have found that I am liable for the particular transaction.
                  I would like to mention that I am not responsible for any of the above-mentioned transactions.
                  Request you to kindly have the above mentioned case of fraud to be thoroughly investigated to avoid such cases to be repeated. Also make a note that I am not
                  liable for payment towards the same, as I don't hold the responsibility of the transactions. But I have been receiving repeated call from the bank for repaying which is proving to be a mental torture.

                  Expecting a sincere effort from your end for investigation of the above-mentioned case and help me out of this misery.

                  PS: I had tried lodging an FIR but was asked to from one police station to the other but in vain.Even the cyber crime branch at Bangalore was not helpful.

                  ABN AMRO — ABN AMRO Credit Card Statement Fraud

                  Hai,

                  I was using ABN AMRO credit card (Card No. [protected]) for more than a year, i made a transaction into EMI's which i preclosed it after 6 mnths completion, i have also paid the pre closure fees.

                  But still they are generating statments for my EMI's and charged late fee also for not making last month payment ( Fraud stmt generated ).

                  Suggest me whether this can be taken up legally.

                  More or less similar case with me, after paying all the instalments also they are showing the EMI principal in the bill and they are deducting that amount from the available funds.

                    I hold the ABN AMRO credit card no [protected]. Earlier in 2008, there was a wrong transaction made on my card for some Airline Promotional Offer. Inspite of my refusal, the transaction was taken into consideration by the promotions/marketing team and I never received any Tickets offered. I noticed this in the subsequent statements and Informed the Customer Care during 2008 and requested to revert the transaction amount around 3500 as that was a dispute transaction. The customer care executive arranged a call with one of the ABM AMRO managers who confirmed that the transaction will be reverted as that was not done intentionally. Also, I requested to close the Card.

                    Surprisingly, I came to know that the Card is just blocked instead of closing and the same dispute transaction was not reverted to my account and till date a balance of 7367 is pending for settlement. I'm facing the problem in getting new loans as this transaction amount is reflecting in my CIBIL reports.

                    It is unfortunate that a reputed bank like ABN is not considering the requests made through phone banking. This simple issue is effecting my credit score.

                      In the month nov 2009 received call from ABN AMRO marketing person that u r VIP customer and u r selected best 50 member, The amn amro bank offer u wrist watch and hotel stay package from Effort BPO delhi. You required just book the offer and its will get reverse so u dont required to pay any amount. I told him i am not intrested then continus he asking me for 2 week with his senior. They gave lot of promisses and get the offer book from me. I complaint to ABN regarding this matter but still no solution ABN AMRO. Even they not taking any action of such froud minded people r working in their marketing team. If anybody then pl send mail , i will forward mail to abn amro bank..

                        Dear Sir

                        I am troubled by the services of ABN AMRO. I want to sue them as I have already closed my account and I have all the proofs of acknowledgement of closing the account even then they are sending me bank statement and charging me for not balancing the minimum balance.

                        Please help me. I am harassed a lot this Bank located which is located in Bangalore.

                          Hi ,

                          My credit cards details are [protected]. I am associated with bank from Last 5 years, this is first time i am facing an issue with your bank.

                          I am Arpit Rawal and there is case of FALSE SELLING against ABN AMRO Credit Card division. Product name is “World is Yours” and Transaction done for this is in the name of “EFFORT BPO LTD” of Rs. 9900.

                          Nearly in the 1st or 2nd Week of Dec-2009, I received a call from ABN AMRO stating that “You are our privileged customer and basis the same, the bank is offering you a unique offer WORLD IS YOURS. In this offer you bank will provide you a discount card which will work across [some] restaurants across the world. Along with this you will be provided stay across the world for 5 days/4 nights and a pair of Sonata wrist watch. The charges would be Rs.9900”.Post discussing with the executive I refused for the offer as I am not interested for this big amount.

                          By nearly 18-Dec-09, I again received a call stating “I am RAHUL AHUJA, SENIOR EXECUTIVE calling on behalf of ABN AMRO Bank and this call is being recorded for future references. You can clarify all your doubts regarding the payment for this offer”. In this conversation, I was clearly told that if I book hotel then ONLY I will be paying the amount (Rs9900) else if I am not booking any hotel then I don’t have to pay anything. I confirmed this at least 4 times before proceeding for the transaction, to which he replied that this is also written in the documents which you will receiving post doing the transaction. I also inquired him regarding how this would be maintained in credit card statement. He said- this will be present in your card statement in the lower shell for your reference for the next 6 statements and this would not billable unless you book hotel. Once you book the hotel it will come in your billing section. After 6 statements this offer will automatically expire. I also asked him that your executive told me that this offer cannot be reversed, to which he again clarified that if you book hotel then you cannot go for reversal. Also he told me that executives are being provided with the scripts which they have to read as it is. His last sentences for convincing me are “Trust me, this call is being recorded and as you are our privilege customer, I am giving you my direct number. This number is given only to privilege customers like you, and only senior executives of ABN AMRO bank will be solving all your queries from now on”. The priority number he gave me was [protected]. After inquiring every detail, I did the transaction using phone.

                          After completion of my credit card cycle and post receiving statement, I was surprised to see that this amount is coming under billable section i.e. I have to pay now. This is 1st FRAUD as this should be in non billable section unless I am booking hotel. So I called up the above mentioned priority number and surprisingly I was connected to WHO instead of ABN AMRO priority customer helpline. This was 2nd FRAUD, I was misguide with wrong contact information. To this I requested ABN AMRO stating each detail for the reversal of this offer as what commitment was given to me is not fulfilled (Complaint no : [protected]). Executive from ABN called me after few days and asked for every detail and later he said that I would get back to you after sometime. 1 week later I called up cust. Care to inquire about the status of the query and they informed that “We cannot do anything, you have to pay this. Someone might have called you on behalf of ABN AMRO, but we have not called you”.

                          I work in private sector in gurgaon and till date I pay entire amount with in due date. My credit cards track and loan tracks are excellent. Till date I have always paid my outstanding with in due time. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and kindly do the appropriate.

                            HI,
                            I am holding ABN Amro card. Every month I used to pay bill by submitting cheques by dropping it in ABN Amro ATM. Due to ineffeciency of their cheque collection department they produce the cheque to my bank (ICICI) in 10 - 12 and I end up paying extra charges that makes aroung 1000/- including late fee, service charges and interest on billed amount.

                            Finally I decided to close this card by paying all billed and unbilled amount by dropping cheque in ATM and informed Bank about closure of card and issuing me NOC. After paying all my dues I never make any transaction. This time they again took time and submitted the bill after generating next month bill of service charge and all other charges.

                            Since then I am following up with bank to reverse the unecessaray charges and issue me NOC but always my request is getting rejected and collection depertment are giving me thretening calls.

                            Please help me.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I Pradeep Kumar holding your Visa Credit Card No.[protected] from last 3-4 years and in last 8-9 months facing so many problems from only your ABN AMRO Credit Card that want to close not only your card but remaining 4 other cards which I am having. Now it create detest from inside when I got a call from any credit card representative.

                                Kindly spend your precious time to understand and rectify the following grievances.

                                1-In the first week of November 2009 I came to know by a sms followed by bank statement from your bank that you have charged Rs 168.22 on the name of Card Shield without my consent or permission and in regards of that I had send a mail on 23rd November (Refer Enclosed Mail#6) for reverting the above said Card shield amount and confirm me for the same.
                                On 27th November 2009 I got a reply (mail enclosed #7) from Client Response Unit stating that “We have referred the matter to our concerned department and will revert to you within the next 5 working days. You may also quote the reference number [protected], in case you need any further clarification on the above resolution.” Then I thought it is ok I will wait for 5 days.
                                Then after wait of 11 days I got a mail from Miss Meenakshi Rawat from Client Response Unit on 08th December (Refer Enclosed Mail#8) stating that “We regret that you have had reasons to be dissatisfied with your recent interaction with the Bank. We would like to inform you that the Card Shield Premium has been debited on basis your interaction with our Product team. However we have forwarded your request for the cancellation of the same to the concerned department. The same will be processed within next 10 working days. You may also quote the reference number [protected], in case you need any further clarification on the above resolution.”
                                After that in the month of December I called bank helpline 2-3 times, person attending the helpline told that your request is still in the process, till last week of December my request was in process. I don’t understand when abn amro bank 5 days will be completed from 27th November or 10 days from 8th December (refer mail of 27th November in which ABN Amro bank told that they will revert to me in 5 working days and mail of 8th December in which Miss Meenakshi Rawat Informed that your cancellation request will be processed within next 10 working days) and how Miss Meenakshi Rawat from Client Response Unit can write on basis your interaction with our Product team.

                                2-On 18.12.2009 at 03.00 pm, I was in a meeting with my HOD and others executive from outside then suddenly I got a sms from your bank with write-up “Dear Customer, we have received a tranx on your card xxxx5314 for INR 42300.00 on 18.12.2009.Pls call BBP for further assistance” I was shocked ,immediately I said sorry to meeting members, came out from the meeting, took out my Wallet from pocket and checked that whether my card is with me or lost, it was with me safely then I called your helpline No#[protected] then initially they said that you got wrong message after that they said that a cheque of loan has been issued today for the said amount ,then I asked that whether any consent is required from the customer or not then girl on your helpline told that we don’t know about that because this is done by marketing department and when I asked for cancellation she told if you don’t want cheque then either send it back to our office or don’t accept it when courier person will deliver at your address.
                                On 23.12.2009 at 10.35 am I got a sms with write-up “Your Tele draft has been sent thru AWB#[protected] .Please call OVERNITE EXPRESS on[protected]/83/[protected] to schedule delivery, if not received yet.” Then I thought that when the delivery boy will come I will refuse to accept and same thing I conveyed to my wife also.
                                On next day watchman of my building gave me a letter and told that one person gave me and said that our company has told us that don’t go to any house and deliver all the letter at gate when I opened it was Cheque of Loan. In that way finally without asking/without any permission/ without any consent/without any requirement, a Cheque of loan amount 42300 with rate of interest 2.16% per month was in my hand and it was written in the covering letter “This is with reference to your application requesting for loan please find attached the same payable at par” I am not able to understand the meaning of line (This is with reference to your application requesting for loan), I think only ABN AMRO Bank can understand meaning of this line, not others.
                                On 19th December 2009 I got an email (refer enclosed mail#1) with write-up “Thank you for your interest in the Easy Pay program. Based on your request, an amount of Rs. 42,300.00 purchased on your ABN AMRO Bank Credit Card has been transferred to the 24 month installment Plan.” again I am not able to understand meaning of “Based on your request”. Again I think only ABN AMRO Bank can understand meaning of this line, not others.
                                Worrying point is that this is the second time I am facing this problem. In the month of July 2009 cheque of same amount was issued and in that regard I had written a mail on[protected] to [protected]@in.abnamro.com and [protected]@in.abnamro.com (refer enclosed mail#2) and asked to collect the same cheque from my house and to take the action against the erring employee who are issuing cheque of loan without any consent from the customer.
                                On 21st July 2009 I got a reply from Mr. Rahul Bhatia (mail enclosed #3) from Client Response Unit stating that “We assure you that your feedback has been shared with the concerned unit and we will take adequate corrective measures to avoid any such recurrences. We would request you to view this incident in isolation and not representative of the services we strive to provide” And asked for physical instrument for cancellation. Then I send cancelled cheque by post and again wrote a mail on 5th August 2009 (Refer Enclosed Mail#4) regarding action taken to avoid such type of recurrence.
                                On 7th August I got a reply from Meenakshi Rawat client response unit of ABN Amro Bank (Refer Enclosed Mail#5) stating that “We regret that you have had reasons to be dissatisfied with your recent interaction with the Bank. We wish to confirm that your feedback has been shared with the concerned unit Manager and we assure you that corrective actions have been initiated to avoid any such recurrences”
                                Now can Mr.Rahul Bhatia and Miss Meenakshi Rawat clarify that when you have had initiated corrective action to avoid any such recurrence in the month of August then how it can repeat in the month of December.

                                (3)-On the basis of these two cases I got my monthly statement in the first week of January with details as under.
                                Card Shield EMI[protected][protected]-----165.00 Rupees
                                Easy Cash EMI[protected][protected][protected].00 Rupees
                                Late Fee[protected][protected][protected].00 Rupees
                                Easy Pay Processing Fee[protected][protected].77 Rupees
                                Service Tax Incl. Education Cess[protected]----220.18 rupees

                                After 2-3 days from my statement I started getting around 8-10 call daily from ABN AMRO BANK Number[protected],[protected],[protected] etc) up to one week asking that when are you paying our money and one day it was limit, when I asked that how much is your money ,she told that it is 84,000 (I again don’t understand that from where this figure has come),after asking details she told that detail is with marketing department ,your case has come in recovery department and I am calling from recovery department, persons are calling up to last week from Delhi asking that when are you paying our money and if I am asking details of the due then not even a single person was in position to tell the details.
                                On 13-14th January I got a call from Bombay AMN AMRO BANK that sir when you are paying our dues, I told that I have not made any transaction on your card, can you tell me the details, Then again like previous answer she told that we don’t know the details but your due is around Rs 43000/.
                                On Last Saturday date 16.01.2010 time 01.30 PM, Mr. Anand from ABN AMRO bank came to my residence, when I was in my office and asked from my wife that when are you paying our money, she given a call to me, when I asked which money again he told that I don’t know the details.

                                IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE, MY EXPECTATION FROM YOU ARE-

                                (A) REVERT ALL THE CHARGES IMMEDIATELY AND INFORM ME FOR THE SAME BECAUSE I HAVE NOT DONE ANY TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER MAY 2009 AND I HAD PAYED ALL MY DUES WELL WITHIN THE DUE DATE (ALL ARE DUE TO YOUR MESS).
                                (B) I DON’T EXPECT ANY CALL FROM YOUR BANK IN REGARD OF THESE DUES.
                                (C) STOP IMMEDIATELY THIS BHAIGIRI TO SEND MAN AT MY RESIDENCE FOR MONEY.
                                (D) ARRANGE TO COLLECT YOUR CHEQUE OF LOAN FROM MY RESIDENCE.
                                (E) INFORM ME ABOUT THE ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOUR ERRING EMPLOYEE WHO ARE ISSUEING THE CHEQUE OF LOAN/ CHARGING CARD SHIELD PREMIUM WITHOUT TAKING PERMISSION FROM CUSTOMER (EVEN DONOT BOTHER TO CALL FOR CONSENT)
                                (F)PROVIDE ME CONTACT NO/EMAIL ID OF YOUR BANK PRESIDENT/VICE-PRESIDENT.

                                AND ONE SUGGESTION FROM MY SIDE IS THAT-

                                Change vision statement of your bank and paint it at every hoarding/every advertisement/at letter pad of your bank as-
                                “We are capable to give loan to you without your requirement and will become capable to recover the loan money without giving loan to you”

                                when i was checking my mail then i was surprised to see one mail from yourside
                                that yours 42300 Rs has been converted into EMI. since i have not done
                                any shopping for the above said amount then i enquired your customer care
                                and came to know that i had applied for loan and you are going to get the
                                cheque for that.
                                But dear sir i had not applied for any loan or not even had any conversation

                                cheque of loan.

Before 15-20 days i got a sms from your bank that your current month amount in your statement is Rs168.22. since i have not done any shopping for the above said amount then i saw my statement wherein it was mentioned that this amount is for the card shield payment.
                                Then i called yours helpline and asked that before charging this amount atleast your representative should call me.In that matter they shown their inability and told that we dont have any record in regard of that.then i requested them to cancel this card shield and they have lodged my complaint and said that within 48 hours you will get confirmation about that but till now i didnt get any confirmation.
                                Today again i have called your helpline and asked about confirmation of cancellation.they said that due to some problem from ourside it has not happened till now i am again sending a reminder it will be done in 48 hours.
                                But dear sir i did not applied for that nor even had any conversation with any of your Representative for the same then how you can charge the money just like that.
                                In the month of July you had send a cheque of loan.In that case also neither i had applied nor your representative had a talk with me.and the matter resolved after you intervene in the matter.

                                Sir Kindly try to cancel the above said Card shield and revert the amount you have charged and confirm me for the same.

                                ABN AMRO Credit Card — fake charges

                                as i have given so many emails to abn amro card division but nothing is done in this regard please unudo all which are subject to not liable
                                i agree as these people should be punished for harrsing those people who are paying their dues in time
                                more ever govt should take action against their modus of oprendy

                                  I have 5 years old credit card of ABN Amro Bank, but now I am very fedup from ABN Card, they have charged without my approval his premium service charges, it is not happens one time, it is happened 3-4 times, after that they will also not reverse charges easily, for take refund I have to call 20 -25 times, they charged late fees also.

                                  Now I finally decided, I will surrender this cardin next month.

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is Pankaj Suresh Deshmukh from Nagpur (Maharashtra) I’m having the credit card (Abn AmroBank) freedom card from last 8 years
                                    on 13.01.2010, I received a call from Customer Care ABN AMRO (Delhi office ph no.[protected] by 10.57am) credit card department regarding payment of the bills. They asked when you make the payment of 1500/-. I told them I will make the payment by 20.01.2010. ABN Amro bank officer namely Mr. sunny (I know its fake), He started shouting at me for no reason. I also scolded him and asked him to talk properly. Than he said (aap ki haisiyat nahi thi to card kyon liya….. etc) he is talk 17 mins. After that same day near about 5.00 pm one lady (ABN AMRO BANK OFFICER) was call on my home ph number & same thing said to my wife.(my wife was very affright) Is this customer care or un-care. Once I said there was no issue of calling. , it’s my discretion. Who are these people to dictate terms of payment? If I delay the payment they charge penalty, I never asked them not to neither do they show their gratitude by sometime waiving it of. I know it a business and i wont comment on that but some sense needs to be put in them. Customer care as the name suggest should take care of their customers rather then misbehaving with them.
                                    Complaint be registered against the misbehavior of the customer care officer.

                                    ABN Amro must recurit some literate peoples in their customer calling staff, they always make reminder call for payment and it irritates the persons who make all the payments on time, somebody should take action aganist such cases...

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      ABN Amro bank executive issued a policy on behalf of my credit card without my proper concept and my permission,Then I lodge a complain to customer care of ABN AMRO against this executive,after some time policy was called but cancellation charges is due on me when I refused in this connection and told that executive is resposible for this calcellation charges, but he suggest me you may lodge a complain in our credit card department,I lodge a compliant but there re-solution and they forward a e-mail for cancellation charges.After some a executive call me and press me if you cancelled your policy then you will pay cancelation charges otherwise you also in deaulter CIBIL Report.
                                      Sir plz help me.

                                      Recently I have recieved a credit card statement dated[protected] with amount of 1,110.75 rupees.Regarding a policy issued on behalf of my credit card (5415 3824 [protected] without my proper concept,neither I agreed for issue of this policy nor I signed in this connection.I was lodge a complaint by customer care of ABN amro bank and after some days policy was cancelled but cancellation charge is due on me why I pay and why you have sent a statement showing a balance of 1,110.75 rupees to be paid in favour of ABN Amro bank.Never I will pay even a single rupees in this connection.
                                      I requested and suggest not to dispatch a such type of statement,if it is again reciept from your side,I will not pay any balance.Morever I may lodge complaint against in your fraud practice.

                                      Credit Card — Request for not paying cancellation charges

                                      Request for not paying cancelation charges and Plz stop this fraud practice because this is not my problem,10% persons are facing this problem out of 100%

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                                      I Mukesh Kumar Singh, My A/c -1159191, Sector -18, Nodia. I issued cheque no-748824 on 07/12/2009, which gone for clearing on 08/12/2009 and salary transfered on same days i.e, 08/12/2009. I don't know why it happned that Rs 386 diducted from my account due to insufficient fund.

                                      I talked to customer care about this, they told me that due to in sufficient fund charges is taken through the bank, While salary transfered same days.

                                      I also talked to the Relationship Manager Mr. Sukendu who is taking care of entire salary transfer and relation between comanies and bank. He always tell that it will be refund, it will take some more time and more and more. Now it has taken lumpsum two months and nothing will happen.

                                      Pls help me.
