The screen showing abnormal patches the moment i open the lid, and the laptop is under warrenty, now i approached acer service, head and all of them have same answer that this issue doesnt cover under warrantey and this is internal damage and it is chargeable as per the acer policies and eventhough i told them after work i just closed the laptop and then next moment i opened then it behaved like this way but they are blaming on me that it is physical damage, no one can see even a scratch on laptop but they are insisting that is physical accidental damage, why should the customer bear these charges when the internal hardware is faulty and by just closing the laptop it caused issue, even if i pay this time to repair costing is (Rs.7500+taxes), what is the guarntee, this issue wont come next time, again i will end up in paying charges for the product under warrentey, and that is very vague term for acer that is under warrentey but as per policies this defect do not be covered. Same incident happend with me with dell after using for 11 months and they replaced the whole product without even giving such answers. Really disappointed with the product and should take some action against them, even i will file a legal complaint for the work stucked due to this issue and the charges they are asking for. I wont acecpt this so easily, i can see each and every customer have raised this issue but i dont see any solution from acer to them.

    I just bought a new laptop ACER ASPIRE3 - A315-53G-5968 on 20 -October -2019 from a retailer name "JT Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Nehru place, New Delhi.
    My laptop S/N : NXH1ASI0039170D4AA3400 and SNID: [protected].
    After 2-3 days o[censored]se i found that my laptop is functioning quite slow and also i was not getting the 1080p HD quality which was specified in the system specifications. For this i spoken twice to your customer care and he has lodged a complaint and regarding this they sent a technician to fixed the issue. when he visited he also agreed that laptop is slow and picture quality is little dull. Then he reinstalled the windows . Before this also one more problem is there that even while working on a word it use to hang and black screen is used to appear . Even after the visit of the technician the problem didn't resolved after that black screen problem increased even more. I am just feed of this problem. Again and again and i am facing this problem.
    As i am not able to work properly . I am student and the purpose to buy new laptop is only my study as my college asked every day for laptop to do the practice on programming language. But to be very honest, I could not able to do even single activities through this laptop. Every day, every time when i start my laptop i found issue as my screen gone blank, I don't think that new brand laptop should have such kind of issue in the very beginning.
    So, I want the replacement facilities of this laptop asap.

    Please try to understand my issue because i have missed many exercise in my college already and i don't like to miss any more now. hope you will consider my concern and respond with proper solutions as earliest.

    I have attached the snapshot of the issue i have found while using the laptop. kindly check the same.

    Our laptop screen showing white.i cant enter the bios using key board.this instrument given by it school, kerala, i cant open the lap using biosand lap shu t down is dificult.nothing showing exept white screen.

      I have registered a case regarding to my laptop speaker after that the technician arrived 19 days after case registration this shows us how acer make fool their costumers by saying 3 days onsite support warranty and also after 19 day my laptop never got repaired but i faced issue with battery also. The toll free number of acer never get connected. Never gonna suggest such brand and i will try to avoid it in future also.

        We own an acer monitor with snid [protected] which was brought on last year. As per the rule we have a warranty up to three years. Unfortunately our monitoring is not working from last week on wards. We contacted the customer service centre which is at kochi from were we brought the computer. They haven't take any action yet and we are very much disappointed in your services.
        Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        The Acer veriton Desktop (Sl. No. UXB1JSIY05I2157297) was received (procured) on 13-07-18 and it has 3 years warranty.

        The system hangs frequently with a error message "Your system encountered some problems, collecting information" and then restarts causing loss of time and severe difficulty.

          I purchased an acer laptop (A515-51g-5673) from flipkart on dt 14/09/2019 and after twelve days the laptop is having issues related to booting and it's not getting start-up. While complaining to flipkart they stated that their returning policy of ten days is over so they can't do anything and closed my complaint without my issue being resolved. Then i complained to acer service center and one engineer also visited and diagnosed the issue is of keyboard replacement but till now nothing has been done. I'm mentally harassed by flipkart and acer company and now i want my money to be refunded.

          New laptop bought on 3rd september, is not working from the second week.registered case with case id 3306074i. Contacted shop, acer, service centre.didint got proper solutions.no repairs no replacements.still have to pay monthly emi.

          It has been a few days I am not able to type on my keyboard. I'm not able to fix it. It's within the warranty date and so I request you to fix the problem as soon as possible. I contacted the nearest customer centre and they asked me to register my complaint and generate a complaint id . I hope my laptop will get serviced at free cost.

            Purchased a brand new laptop acer e5-576 in may 2019...
            Within a few days, it went wierd... And kept rebooting by itself... First got tech support over phone.. Then again problem persisted.. Then took to service centre.. They took a few days.. Then returned... Again the problem resurfaced... Took again to centre.. They said bios issue... Now it has been fixed after so many weeks... And now again... Keyboard is not working!!

            What is wrong with acer quality now??
            I would like a replacement considering the time, effort and money for the opportunity cost that has been spent in running around for the past few months for these repairs...

              Hi,

              I purchased acer aspire 3 a315-41-r95s on 25-august-2019 from vijay sale mira road branch, the serial no: nxgy9sl0018490e2d13400 and snid : [protected]. After using 3 to 4-time use, laptop not working.

              I called acer customer care for the same issue on 28-september-2019, customer care executive has given me the basic troubleshooting, after troubleshooting laptop starts working. Next day again the same issue occurred. The same issue reported to customer care on 30-september-2019 and case id 3311970i.

              Engineer visit to my place on 03-october-2019 to see the issue, after doing some troubleshooting from his end, he found the issue in power button which was not working. The engineer said need to replace the entire keyboard and went.

              From that day i am calling customer care to take the follow-up. The same answer i am receiving. The spare part is not available.

              I am disappointed with the acer product for this kind of service and product manufacturing.

              Request you to replace the laptop with new or give me the service asap.

                Acer had complained that my right side speaker is not playing, so he came home and took the speaker, since then i have not received any response from him so far 1mujhe apne laptop ko jald se jald theek karvana hai month is going to be done. The date was compiled on 13/09/2019, when i called customer care, he is saying that when it will happen, when the goods will come, it will be done.

                  Hi, my name is tinderpal singh and my complaint against acer india laptop company, my work as this - i am video creator on youtube facebook like and make firmware roms modified any android phone, i give free services to all indian customers who have subscribed me on youtube channel tinder technical, and i purchase a 38000 rupees laptop in 30 july from acer and original microsoft window, but after purchase acer laptop starting problems in my work and i call service engineer then thier engineer come and he flash a wrong window in my pc then after few day i receive a new update in my laptop and it brake power button function and many other keyboard function, then i again complain to acer india and there sended employee check on 3rd september 2019 and say its a keyboard issue, and we can send a replacmemt kayboard order under garrenty after 28 days till i have not received my keyboard from. Acer india laptop after several times i call and ask them where is my keyboard they told its a new product and keyboard is not available in market then told them change my laptop they say no, we will send keyboard and replace old keyboard with new and u can wait, but still i am waiting my keyboard but acer india laptop company have no answer for this, while a long period from one month i am waiting, my compalin and call id is

                  I logged a complaint to acer for this matter and they send the service engineer, who diagnosed the issue as keyboard not working and promised that it will be replace within weak but it is in pending state since then. It's been over a month and yet the issue is not resolved.

                  So i wait for Acer india reply, My phone received calls from 7 am to 9 pm indian times.i think that this is a big matter i seen there is too much complaints of acer and thier employees, if acer did not send my keyboard in these next 72 hours or no update about my keyboard dispatch number, then i will file a case against shop owner, seller, acer distriputer dealer authorized seller partner.its my warning to acer because i lost my too much money in these days and i buy the laptop only after told to sellers that i want a laptop for online work video editing youtube facebook creator and a apps making work, i make animation also and i am starting my websites 2 websites last year but in now 6 september is my last day of 2 domains and i have save these id paasword all in zip file with lock in my laptop for renew again for 2 years now i lost my website and i have nothing, i have not post any video on internet i did not write any blog, my whole work coming from home and 24/7 servers i buy 2 month ago but my whole work is now fail and i am going everday in loss, so its requeat from my side you can think or anything else, if my keyboard does not arrive from in next 72 hours then i expose acer india and cmt on call service at home by acer in public in court in internet, almost these losses make me mentel.
                  if this will happen with you acer manager then you feel how a buyer and user feels after a bad service, last week i call to acer care and your excutive didnot complete whole call and he disconnect call, i save all calls all files on mobile, i record all calls and alao take backup for compalin in district and higher court, to show how cheat acer to indian customers...thanks very much maybe acer india team understand, i copied all compalin from consumer compalint website Also for submit in report, because only 5 to 10% people about consumercompalint website but if my keyboard not recived then all indian will know about this site and you dont identify how much compalints coming on sites, because i sold 10 piece same laptop as buy me same model i recommend to 10 more friends they also buy and they 10 person also lived in patiala and they also facing same issue from september 3rd that keyboard is not working and they still complaints but next time i didnot put comment here, i upload 10 fir on acer same day from Patiala And upload fir copy here.

                    I have called on 26th sep 2019 due to acer laptop screen gets white and flickering.. The support engineer shared link to update bios... After updation that laptop completely stop working... And i have paid extra charge to reslove this problem... All engineer who are giving support from call center... Not even know the actul issue is...

                    Even acer dont have best authorised service center in mumbai... Service centers not even touch... Out of warranty products..

                    Dont have proper after sales services from acer... Even they dont have udated serices centers information and loction in there system.

                    Do not buy acer laptops... Bulit qulity is very cheap and worst service after sales.

                    Nothing can be operated.
                    This is the second time Iam complaining about this, please resolve the matter as soon as possible.
                    boot the windows os in to safemode. and then uninstall the built in graphics driver.
                    Is there any active service center in Mumbai, please provide the Contact No and address, there is not after sales service for Acer in Mumbai. "please be careful to buy any Computer related product"

                      Hi, my acer laptop crashed on 3rd sept 2019, which i bought online on 6th april 2019. I logged a complaint to acer for this matter and they send the service engineer, who diagnosed the issue as keyboard not working and promised that it will be replace within weak but it is in pending state since then. It's been over a month and yet the issue is not resolved.

                      I have mailed them multiple times but each time they tell me to wait and they will revert me asap but after that there is no reply from them.

                      At this point i lose my trust on the acer and if likely to go for a refund and they aren't keen on repairing the laptop

                      Reinstallation of drivers or reinstall of windows os might fix the problem

                        I bought it from amazon. Within 2 months display is distorted with some colors at the bottom screen. It is distorted from the startup screen itself. My friend owns a computer shop. So i went and ask about the problem, he said it must be the hardware problem and told me to claim to repair under warranty. I mailed many times to customer care, still i didn't get any response. Acer india must notice this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                          I have bought this laptop in 2018 and till now laptop is facing soo many problems. keyboard have been changed 4 times after soo many mails and tweet and ignorance is there top priority. i was facing screen issue from start. But i ignored it but suddenly from one small black dot it kept increasing to 2 now there are white dots too, total nine dots. i asked acer first they said they don't cover this in warranty(pricey screen). again i tweeted acer soo many times then they replied and asked me to email them and they asked again for picture i have provided them then they logged the complain (case id 3271295I)and service engineer came and he can see the dots properly and acer need picture of dots in bios. should i use laptop in bios mode or play move in bios. service engineer requested acer for parts but acer clearly denied it and said it is a dead pixel but dead pixel(dead pixel doesn't change color from angle) and it is not covered under warranty and you should go to nearby service center and pay the charge to get the screen replaced. and they closed the case saying "DP-09-DISPLAY UNIFORMITY". many company chnage the screen witout hassel like MSI, HP, LENOVO but not ACER.i begged them to replace the screen and i am student and i can't pay for it even i have extended warranty then what's the use of warranty when a consumer have to pay for all important component mostly pricey one. now they are again ignoring me no email replies no tweets replies. worst after sale service i woul never suggest anyone to buy ACER laptops or any product.

                            I am purchase acer laptop on 05/06/2019. On 17/08/2019 display of laptop broken while watching a video and complacent registered on same date. On 19/08/2019 service technician from service center visit my office and laptop is taken for repairing. But unfortunately the same is not repaired even after 10 days lapsed. Now i hate acer products and i never recommend to purchase acer products to my friends and relatives. I will start a campaign to hate acer products in my friends circle. Also i will think to file a complaint in consumer court.

                              The laptop is not getting charged even though the charger is working on another laptop. To my best knowledge there might be some problem in the charging pin on laptop. My laptop is in warranty till march 2020. Please see to the matter as soon as possible because i need my laptop on daily basis.

                                Hi, i've bought acer aspire 3 (A315-41-r45r) laptop just 2 months ago and from first day itself, some keys such as "8", "enter", etc were making some kincky noise.
                                So now i'm facing total keyboard failure from 6th aug, acer technician ordered a new keyboard replacement for it (Seeing that something is wrong with the connectors of keyboard). (Case id: 3232702i)
                                So, from then acer hasn't responded back to me regarding that part, it has been half a month from then. I wanted to ask acer, you are dealing with laptops, it is necessary device for work, do you understand that you have to keep backup parts for every laptop?, for a company like acer, it is truly shameful.
                                Now every time i call the service centre, they simply say one thing, "part is not available, it still needs to be shipped". Is this some kind of joke?, 1/2 a month just to find a damn small part?.
                                You should be shameful acer..!!

                                Now that acer has shipped a new keyboard replacement, it has been found defective by the engineer.
                                What a cheap company @acer.
                                You cannot even check the part you're shipping, how can i expect a checked laptop?
                                Never i will/ or let any of my relative buy a acer product in future..

                                  Its been 20 working days since i have purchased the warranty offer along with the gaming mouse.
                                  I got an email stating that i will get a call back from the service desk in 10 days, i didn't receive any call regarding the same. I didn't get the delivery information of the mouse also.

                                  Please take a look into the issue. I have attached all the details in the email below. And please find my details...

                                  Hello myself atul thapliyal from dehradun, uttarakhand.in sep 2018 i went to the acer computer centre raz plaza dehradun for new battery for my laptop acer aspire 5755 and talk to the mr. Ritamber for this but he told me to buy a duplicate battery from his friend local shop. First i refuse to buy duplicate battery because i know the local fake market. So, mr. Ritamber suggest me to buy duplicate battery intead of provide me original battery. Now that duplicate battery got corrupt 2 times in 11 months. So in this way they got fake batteries for my money.

                                    I purchased an acer aspire laptop/ notebook no a315-32 from croma, odeon, connaught place, new delhi-110001 on[protected] with 1 year warranty plus 2 year extended warranty.

                                    The computer is hardly working as it goes into buffering and is very slow. It cannot even send emails with a long list of receipiants. It cannot take attachments. Its google crome is also not functioning properly. Its not functioning well and whatever it does is very slow. Its a waste of money.

                                    I need a replacement immediately.

                                      Dear acer team,

                                      I cash id is a 3186593i.

                                      Please check a my issue & solve my problem.

                                      My problem is network port not working in this system.

                                      Acer surat service center in not cover in warranty because this system is a working in dusting in motherboard..

                                      This complaint is a 7 day delay and not solve this my problem.
