Worst service support I ever see they send a ### technician who have to repair a loose keyboard key but instead of it brake it completely and then paste it using cello tape and said issue resolved and when we call costumer case they said your issue resolved we can't do anything now .
This type of worst service I never see. Never-ever buy atleast laptop from acer.

    I have brought the Acer Swift 3 laptop on 5/Jan/2020.
    From September onwards the laptop freezes continuously and I need to switch off it forcefully to start again. I have given the Laptop to local Acer service center on October first week. They have told me to replace the motherboard and they have requested a replacement motherboard from the Acer company. Till now I am frequently contacting the local Acer service center and they are informing that they are yet to get the spare motherboard from Acer company. Its being more than 1 month since I have given the laptop for repair and because of this my works are getting affected seriously. I don't have any alternate laptop as well for continuing my works. Kindly look into my issue as early as possible.

      I have brought the Acer Swift 3 laptop on 5/Jan/2020.

        Hello sir, i purchased acer laptop on 24 june 2020 date on amozon and delivered to 30 june 2020. and i start laptop 1 july and some kind of no bootable device issue occur. and i have directly contact to acer warranty support and registered a compaint baceuse i have to no time to return laptop and purchaged a new laptop on online that consume 15 days or more so i compaint acer. and acer has can't resolve or detect issue and only take a time and every month close old compaint and generete new compaint . in between my exam has gone, my semester has gone has totaly consume 4 and half month and still say 'wait, your case are in the process ' .. i purchage laptop for online study and complete my master degree file semester project and all my work and study are distrust or incomplete and they have take my laptop two or more months into their service center and still they not can't able to detect issue and not give a proper solution...sir please communicate the company and replace my laptop or refund money so i purchage a new laptop ...laptop serial no:UNHGWSI007K1183979 case id: 3572574I, 3595845I, 3659077I, 3695797I

          Hey Team,

          I am Vasu Arora and recently I had my laptop keyboard repaired from your ESSKEY OUTSOURCING PVT-Gurgaon service center by Mr. Praveen and please find attached images of the detailed problem which I am facing and that is slowing down my work by a major time difference time.

          The actual problem is in the key spacing. Some keys are fine to press while others are hard to press with none height at all. Please see the images attached below.
          Just after the repair was completed, I told this issue to Mr. Praveen who is the engineer that got my laptop repaired. He told me that he will rectify the issue and also since he gave me the laptop my speaker stopped working which was duly acknowledged by the engineer as he was the one who told me he broke the speaker while repairing and he will order the speaker and repair it once the company delivers the speaker at his office.

          Now coming back to the keyboard. Mr. Praveen acknowledged all my problem and promised me that he will get my laptop repaired as soon as possible but when I called him yesterday, he spoke to me very rudely to me and said that he is not the one who is responsible for my keyboard not working properly and that company is the culprit here for not sending the part right.

          I have every conversation recorded and can also send it to you for reference.

          Also for your kind information the service guy took my laptop 3-4 times and I have registered several complaints for the same issue.

          Please see to the below images and look into this matter very urgently as this kind of bad service is not expected from big company like Acer and people like Praveen is ruining the image of Acer irrespective of the fact that products are good but services are bad which is not only bad for your company but also for your future.

          I hope you will look into this matter urgently.

          P.S.- I already emailed acer team on this email- [protected]@in.aegisglobal.com but it's been a week and no reply at all.

            Case id-3687906I : Its been 27 days since my acer nitro 5 is not turning on. First it shows an error.I made a complaint an acer engineer came . he recognise that it is a motherboard issue and it needs to be changed. Customer care told me to wait for 7 working days for the motherboard. Now it been 25 days i called customer care service several time and everytime he told me that it will take one or two days. Acer I;m really tired and getting frustrated now I m a last year grad student and my placement season is going on . it is the time when i need my laptop most.Look into this issue and repair my laptop as soon as possible it will be very helpful

              My acer aspire5s A515-52 laptop keyboard is been automatically typing so i went to an acer service center near me they said the keyboard had to be changed but they didn't have the key set for this particular model .. kindly help..

                  Hello Sir,

                  Laptop display start detaching from 5/6 month of purchase(see attachment pic1 and pic2). I logged a complaint with Acer and they could not send person for onsite verification due to corona.

                  Now after 8/9 month the display is completely detached(pic3). Laptop is working fine but display needs a wall support to stand straight.

                  There is no physical damage due to external force and the display detached(sticky part removed) during regular work(opening/closing the Lid) over time due to poor fitting/ material used.

                  As per Acer warranty clause ""Acer India will repair or replace any defective parts and correct any problems resulting from poor workmanship free of charge."

                  So this should be under warranty but acer person said this is damaged and will not covered under warranty which is against the warranty clause.

                    Hi,

                    This is Swarnendu Sarkhel, I have purchased Acer Nitro-5 via Flipkart by paying an amount of Rs.47990 on[protected]. On[protected] my laptop was suddenly stopped working, then I lodge a complaint on the Acer website, and on[protected] it was approved, but without solving the issue they transferred my complaint on[protected] to a service center named IT Campus Burdwan, West Bengal. Then one of their in-charge/engineers called me and asked me about the issue and after hearing they said that laptop's motherboard needs to be replaced and since then my laptop's motherboard was neither replaced nor repaired, every time I called/emailed them they be like the issue will be solved on the topmost priority but nothing has happened till now, and my case status is awaiting spares. It is been more than a month since the complaint was lodged and still, the issue is not fixed.

                    I have sent Acer India a legal notice 7 days prior but I did not receive any positive output from the support team. I have been placed in TATA Consultancy Services and from[protected] my ILP training starts but due to this I am facing a huge huge problem. Such a poor and stressful service from Acer.

                    I am putting the following allegations on Acer India:-
                    1. Fake promise of providing service within 7/8 days.
                    2. Giving me mental tension, trauma, and agony.

                    I want any of the followings as my resolution:-
                    1. Repaire the laptop within 21 October 2020.
                    2. Replace the laptop with the same specification or higher.
                    3. Refund the price of laptop i.e; Rs.47990 and warranty extension worth Rs.3970

                      I purchased my laptop from Canada and while I was on travel to India, suddenly it completely stopped working. I have 1-year international warranty. But when I went to the local Acer International service centre, they asked me to have complained no first in order to submit a laptop but when I ask the Acer customer centre for the complaint no, they said we don't provide it. The service centre should directly accept it. So I got juggled back and forth between these 2. They also provide me with the number of their manager. He asked me my all details including passport with a stamp, visa and then just got disappeared and not answering my calls.
                      What a pathetic people, I have the warranty, I have all the documents, I can go to the service centre and still I cannot get my laptop repaired.

                        I have purchased my laptop with extra hdd slot
                        When i want to upgrade my laptop witj an extra hdd
                        Which is easy for any kid while i already epaired thousands of customer's laptop an mobile devices on my shop

                        Then called to acer seevice center about that
                        I want to insert hdd and i need to remove "warranty void sticker"
                        They tell us if want to upgrade you should have to do it with acer authorised service center
                        So i simply tell them my laptop is onsite warranty
                        So, come and install it for me
                        Then acer said
                        You have to visit our service center and you have to pay installation charge for upgrade

                        The probelm is here acer force us to pay charges for upgrade in india
                        And they put "warranty void sticker" for insisting customer to visit their center and pay money for nothing.

                        While in various country it is illegal like us

                        It should also need to be illegal in india.
                        I have trust in indian constitution i hope it will resolve asap

                        Acer still has this in practice in 2021. Why doesn't people just rob other directly? why go through the middle man? If it takes years of complaints to get a sticker removed that is unethical and downright illegal in other countries, then there is no point of having such forums because the complaint lasts more than the product, if not the product owner.

                          I purchased Extended warranty support for 2 years for Rs.3790 from www.shopacer.co.in on19th September, 2020. My product was in warranty which was is going to expire on 23rd of October 2020. After the purchase I received a copy of warranty certificate on my Email. I checked the status of my warranty again online on the acer website but they had not updated the warranty, therefore I asked them to update it as soon as possible. They replied that they have forwarded my complaint to update the status. But even after so many days they have not updated my warranty and neither replied to my subsequent mails. Please help me resolve this issue.

                              My complaint of faulty product is closed without resolution. They provided me a faulty laptop and only once the engineer arrived and after that 1 month later they closed the complaint without even notifying me. the product is not even repaired. Alomost 3 years warrenty is still available.

                                I ordered Acer Helios prediator 500 laptop on 5th Sep, 2020 and received my with defective machine. As per your engineer, there was fault in motherboard. I requested them to replace my machine because I have'nt used it. it was like this from their side.
                                after 15 days they called then said we don't have replacement policy.

                                I want new machine or complete refund of my amount including interest of EMIs

                                  Approximately 3 months back i bought acer nitro 5 laptop. On july 24 it stopped working so i registered a compliant on 27 july. The engineer came to visit 15 days after i registered the compliant to replace the keyboard but after checking he realised that the problem is in motherboard and he told me it would take 2-3 business days to change the motherboard. But since then there is no update of changing my motherboardThe online portal is showing awaiting spares. Its almost 2 month since my laptop stopped working. As i am an engineering student i am in dire need of laptop otherwise my whole semester would be wasted and it will effect my cgpa. Now i started realising that my 55k is wasted on buying acer product.

                                    It has been 2 months i have been complaining about some software issues regarding my laptop which on february, 2020... People from service center came took my laptop and returned me on next... And i found that my laptop's front pannel and hindges are broken
                                    A techanician also came to my home to check and took out the front pannel and broke it... And now i have been using tape to keep pannels entact
                                    I have been complaining to the customer service but i am not getting any satisfactory response
                                    The company is not ready to change the damaged parts of laptop... Even if the damage is done by their technician
                                    *acer has given the worst service one could ever imagine

                                      On 14 august 2020, i purchased nitro 7 laptop. At the time of purchase i saw on the box the manufacturing date was march 2020.
                                      Now after just 3 weeks of purchase the laptop is running into mechanical issues. So, i had to register a complaim and started looking for the snid. That's when i saw another manufacturing date on the back which was june 2019.
                                      Upon contacting cc they conveniently say it is a printing mistake at all 3 places.

                                        I purchased a laptop from flipkart on 4th of august, 20 and the display just blacked out on 26th of august, 20, within 22 days. I went to the service center and got to know it had a manufacturing defect as a board inside the laptop was defective. The service center told me it will take 15 days for the new part to come so i kept waiting and after 15 days they told me the new part also had some fault so it will again take 15 days for a new part. So basically i paid 53000 for a defective laptop? I seriously need a replacement as it had just been 22 days i used it and it just got shut. I am facing a lot of problems for my work and even frustrated because i have to run to the service center for the laptop. I need an immediate replacement for this product because it may have more manufacturing faults which i not know right now. I have mailed acersupport but no response was received. And even the call centre people were unable to help me.. So please look into this matter and provide me with a solution for this situation. Replacement is required.
