Hi, i've bought acer aspire 3 (A315-41-r45r) laptop just 2 months ago and from first day itself, some keys such as "8", "enter", etc were making some kincky noise.
So now i'm facing total keyboard failure from 6th aug, acer technician ordered a new keyboard replacement for it (Seeing that something is wrong with the connectors of keyboard). (Case id: 3232702i)
So, from then acer hasn't responded back to me regarding that part, it has been half a month from then. I wanted to ask acer, you are dealing with laptops, it is necessary device for work, do you understand that you have to keep backup parts for every laptop?, for a company like acer, it is truly shameful.
Now every time i call the service centre, they simply say one thing, "part is not available, it still needs to be shipped". Is this some kind of joke?, 1/2 a month just to find a damn small part?.
You should be shameful acer..!!
Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Ro1malik Now that acer has shipped a new keyboard replacement, it has been found defective by the engineer.
What a cheap company @acer.
You cannot even check the part you're shipping, how can i expect a checked laptop?
Never i will/ or let any of my relative buy a acer product in future..
