Acer detachable laptop bought three months back, is in warranty period.
It is detachable laptop.
Keyboard and mouse not working properly sometimes work, sometimes not.
Lodge a complain to acer service centre on 4 th june.
But only via mail company is giving response it will take time, work is going on this issue.

      So, I bought the Acer KG241q monitor from amazon in November 2018 and the monitor worked great untill 21st of May 2019 as on the night of 21st the display went blank suddenly and then I heard some noise from the monitor after which the monitor never turned on so, on the very next day I contacted Acer's customer support where the representative registered my complaint and gave me a complaint ID for the same which is 3145977I ( that is a capital 'i' in the end) and told me that an tech engineer will visit my place in next 3-4 days but as expected no one turned up (even though I did sent the snap of serial no and ports of monitor to the engineer) so I contacted the customer support again after waiting for 4-5 days and this time they told me that the spare is not in stock so I have to wait 3-4 more days but the status of the spare is still 'unavailable' till today i.e. 13/06/19 and I have contacted many of the acer officials as well as their customers support many times but my problem hasn't been resolved and the worst thing is I don't have any idea whether my issue will even be resolved or not each passing day further increases my anger and anxiety as for someone like me who used to do a lot of work from home and study from online courses I have lost all my productivity in last 20+ days as I thought that a reputed brand like acer would understand the value of people's time .
      I have experienced such a pathetic after sale service for the first time in my life and that too from a brand like acer, you people should have the common courtesy of providing with a temporary replacement since it's your fault that the spare is unavailable in your warehouse (especially for a product that you are still selling to people).

          I have given my car to acer motor services hyderabad. They have removed the screws but did not fix them back due to which my car door is broken. On asking them, they are behaving rude and not taking any serious responsibility to fix the issue. The mananger himself is saying to send pics of the identified areas where all screws need to be fixed but how could a common man understand where are they missing actually. Don't they have responsibility to check the car before delivery?

            I have given my Baleno Alpha Car in Acer Nexa Hydernagar (which goes to Trimulgherry), Hyderbad, to replace a mirror body case on the left side. They have returned my car after a long delay of two weeks than unsual 3 days. I took the vehicle and returnred home. When I tried to close the door from driving seat, the entire plastic body case of the door came out in to the seat and then understood that not even a single screw is fitted back

              Sir with humble request i sajad ahmed complaint here on behlf of this said bike.
              Recently i hve booked my bike for services in jammu rehari bajaj auto garage center..
              So for reciving good response from the owners of this garage because thy have charged me 16000 thousand charges for service. I welcome abd paid the said amount.
              But after one day my bike problem contained the same problems and readmit after some days..
              Thy told me that everything is working good but its oil tank should bi replaced for its working.
              So...
              If the problem was in oiltank why have charged 16thousand me.
              Ten days have to go but my bike is still in the garage for waiting secnd hand tanki to repair.
              I want justice
              Otherwise i hve to go through judiciary

                I bought an Acer laptop. after 4 months, it, s display color got changed. I called customer care and they resolved the issue by sending a technician at my home. after some days it, s USB port 3.0 stopped working, when I called to customer care team they told that warranty of laptop has been ended.
                The laptop is only 5 months old.
                I have sent them booking challan copy and original invoice copy.
                They are saying that they will update the warranty because of the date is different in both copies.
                The laptop was booked on 01/10/2018 and delivery was taken on 06/10/2018.

                Just I spoked with you. Go to Acer website and try register again by entering serial number .
                And again go to seller, you are responsible to update the warranty of the purchased laptop.

                You can update the USB 3.0 drivers to laptop through windows update .

                    I am highly dissatisfied with acer's service because my laptop problem remains unresolved even after 4 months.

                    Unprofessional people, they kept my laptop exactly 25 days, in spite of that, i received in the same condition, they have neither changed the mother board nor changed any part, resulting even i have used an hour and my laptop is getting over-heated and taking too much time to respond on my single click on any file.

                      . I bought this laptop on 26 may, 2018 and is on warranty till now. Sir yesterday while working on the laptop suddenly it switched off and now i am unable to switch it on back. I launched the first complain on 25 july, 2018 where the problem reported that it can't boot and then again on 31 july, 2018 with the same problem. Third time the complain was on 11 january, 2019 and then 12 january, 2019 with the problem of hanging and for hard disk. Now this time again i want to launch a complain against this acer laptop that i am unable to switch it on. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                        I have booked an advance booking for nexa maruti and as they were not able to provide the car within the stipulated date, i wanted my money back. I have cancelled my advance booking. But my money was not given back. Nexa hyder nagar branch manager has told me that he would get me the desired car and transfer the money. They called to tirumalagerry for my maruti swift dzire and actuallly the vehicle is also ready but my advance booking is shifted or not to maruti dzire is my problem noone is talking about my money paid as a part of advance booking through acer motors.. It is booked under the name of spandana naraharai. I have a complaint against this as noone in acer mòtors is responsible with my advance booking money. Kindly look into the issue.

                          Recently i called acer india to repair my laptop as it was producing cracking noise (Speakers), they sent a engineer who put new speakers on, but the moment he turned the laptop on it does not start, they told me we will order motherboard, its been 3 weeks everytime i call acer they say awaiting spare parts. I am frustrated by their response. I think i will have to go to consumer court.

                          Please help me out here

                            This is very disappointing to buy acer laptop as there are so many issues in this product. From day one i observed slowness, heating problem, rough keyboard and mouse operations, wifi and bluetooth issues. The very first complaint was for battery issue, where it was not lasting even for 30 minutes after full charge. So they checked and fixed it at acer service center. Then within a span of 6 months its dvd writer stopped working and they replaced that too. After that i realized bluetooth was not scanning nearby devices. Acer sent the technician at my place and he updated the firmware which did not fix the issue. Since wifi speed was also very slow as compare to other devices they tried to troubleshoot it and ending the replacement. To summarize till now almost all the devices (Wifi card, dvd writer, keypad, touchpad, motherboard) have been replaced and many complaints were punched for this product. Most of the warranty period went into troubleshooting and replacing its components and still we are back to square one as nothing has been fixed even after so many replacements. Last month also it was kept in service center for 2 weeks. Now again it has started giving troubles and acer wants me to send again to service center. I work from home as a recruiter and my work has suffered so much from this. I don't know what to do, this faulty product of acer has wasted all my time. Finally i have decided, i want to return this product to acer and want my entire money back as this laptop served no purpose but only troubles the day i bought it. Please arrange for return as i am fed-up with getting it fixed every other day now. I cannot take a risk to keep this faulty product. Even acer's technicians couldn't fix as there's absolutely something wrong with machine. Every now and then they keep laptop in service center for 10-15 days and it comes back with same problem, they are just wasting warranty period. I have already complaint with consumer affair docket number: 1090540 but no response till now. Pls help me.

                              I am very disappointed by the warranty service provided by acer india. I purchased acer laptop with original windows licensed copy and ms installed. On dec 20th 2018 my laptop suddenly stopped working and i raised complaint with acer india, they found the issue with mboard and installed refurbished mb (Acer claims that they only replace the mb with refurbished one and not new, even in warranty support). Since they replaced the mb, the windows was not working and to my surprise they installed pirated windows and ms office. Looks like they are also cheating microsoft. After multiple complaints they agreed to install the genuine windows and ms office. While this was work in progress the refurbished mb started giving the problem with battery. I am not sure if this is the kind of service acer india provides. Big on name and low in quality of service.

                              I have still not received the laptop and is with company since last one 4 days... From 24th jan.

                                I bought a product in the offer period But I have not received that yet.I had ordered the mouse of Acer in the offer period 2 months ago, which has not been delivered to me till now.
                                I do not even know whether the product courier was done or not. I have not yet received any message to related my product.
                                I have made a call in Acer Customer Care ([protected]), I have no solution for this.
                                They say that Last Thrusday (17/01/2019) has become a product courier. But in a week they could not even send me the tracking ID for that courier.
                                He said that today or tomorrow the agency will give the tracking id, but in a week they can not given the tracking id.
                                I'm surprised: my product has not reached me in 2 months.
                                I am not sure whether I have to face this kind of problem even after purchasing the Acer company product.

                                    I would like to inform you that I have purchased a Acer laptop with Linux based.when I come home try to turn on computer. There was a boot issuse.Next day I go to Acer service center. They told me that it's a hardware issue .so I asked him to give a DOA latter so I can replace the laptop. They okay with it. Now after one week they denied to give me a DOA letter and suggesting to me replace a hard disk.. But I want to replace the the laptop so I need a DOA letter.. Please let me know me what I can do..

                                      I had acer predator helios 300 it started flickering every 10 second after that i go to service center and i submit my laptop after that not getting any response when i call the service center it always says that it is on process or says that the part hasn't come to service center and i also see the case id it always show allocated and i also contact to acer customer care it always says that the part is delivered to service center.

                                        I've confirmed with acer customer support on chat if i can install an ssd by myself by removing the warranty sticker.
                                        They said, no i can't and doing so voids my warranty. Instead i need to visit acer service center for doing that and as my laptop is in warranty, they'll do it for free as i shouldn't be doing it (Consider installing an ssd in a laptop is not a talent. A kid can do it)
                                        As suggested, i've contacted the service center and they told they'll charge me as the ssd is not acer's and void my warranty for installing a non-acer component.
                                        Nowhere is it written that, the laptop's dedicated empty ssd slot is only to be upgraded by acer's ssd. Not even in terms and conditions.

                                        So i went back to acer customer support. Told them the situation, they said sorry for the inconvenience that's acer's rule!!!
                                        And when i told them that they are the one's who told me installing an ssd won't void my warranty and it's free, they just simply told me "i apologise for that"
                                        I don't need apology. I've spent 55k on laptop and ssd.
                                        What do i do now?

                                        Can any of the tech giants tell me how do i remove the back panel without removing the last screw which is covered by acer india warranty sticker?

                                        Well, that's what I would do. But as stated in my post, the service center told me that's chargable.
                                        Same problem here. The Service Center guys are asking INR 850 for putting a chip into the slot.
                                        Really, Acer? You think people are that dumb?
