4 months back I bought Acer laptop from the date of purchase I met lot of repair in that and replaced 3 hard disk and 2 times os change.
Every complain takes 10 days to fix.
Once again laptop not booting. So I requested Acer care manager to replace my LAPTOP . He was not going to replace my laptop and again he was planning to replace my hard disk only.

From this laptop so many times I lost my confidential and business data's and I met heavy loss while using this laptop.

Following defect informations are

4. 2955777I - 23/11/2018
I used this only 4 months only and 50% of the days in service center only. The only solution is need to replace my laptop as soon as possible.

    Good morning!

    I have purchased acer calling tablet for rs.3, 460.80 from udaan (https://udaan.com/) on 01/01/2019 but found faulty when we checked it after opening the box. There is no audio and there is a touch pad issue and both are not working properly.

    I have created a return request on the same day[protected] but they have denied saying it is not refundable as per their policy but i saw there is a replacement & refund policy of 2 days (48 hours) and i have attached everything for your reference.

    I raised many return requests with udaan but they have rejected saying there is no refunds or replacements. When i called them on [protected] and even though they have not responded properly. Today when i have again called they have given me the service center number of acer tech support, when i called that number there are nobody over there respond me and then i got the number of acersupport online and called their customer care number ([protected]) and they have asked me the detailed information about acer tablet, its imei number, serial number, from where i purchased etc. I have them all the information and even sent mails to them but there is no response.

    It is my daughter's birthday next week and i thought to gift it to her but due to this fraud & the fake people i am unable to gift her anything.

    I am fed up of these people as they have delivered me a faulty acer tablet which is not working properly.
    Please take necessary action against udaan and also their vendor called shop name: pearl overseas, b15, meera complex, ground floor, office no.3, matiyala road, uttam nagar, landmark: near delhi bazaar outlet, delhi-110059. Delhi. Who sent me this faulty acer tablet through udaan express (E-commerce agent).
    I request you humbly to get me the amount or the replacement of that product which is in the working condition and everything should be fine.
    Hence please justify this issue, resolve it and will be very grateful & thankful to you forever.

      Its 4th week and no one has resolved my laptop's overheating problem, not only that the first guy came when i was in gujarat he broke the fan inside the laptop and said he will replace it after 4 days another guy came installed the new fan but the speed (Rpm) of fan is slower than before and the thermal re-pasting he did was soo bad that overheating increased, after that i went to mumbai the guy came who also has no idea of the laptop and he said that play games on laptop's battery so that it doesn't overheat (Which decreases battery life) and said to use the laptop for a day and contact him next day but next day he didn't came after 2 days another guy came and said that the laptop needs another thermal re-paste, i waited 3 days no one came. Now i am in gujarat again and too afraid to ask for service since they broke my laptop last time.

          Consistent remark ???

          This is to bring into your notice that Acer phone z630s is manufactured in May 2017 &
          Delivered to us on 27Nov 17 & within a month battery was changed after whooping 1month in jan

          Now in July, i.e within 5months of new battery, now is said battery is cause 3rd time.

          Even after intimating display is getting heat up & not battery & phone not appropriately working where is Acer Mobile Phone Co Sector heading of Delhi branch

          Such service is inpalatable.
          3.5months already surpassed???
          Kindly take note of this defective phone and resolve grave issue

              I have to inform you that from the beginning my laptop was creating problem.
              Total 4 times i registerd the complaint in which last 3 complaint was of same problem of auto shutdown.

              After that i hardly used the laptop twice or thrice in a month and same problem found again in the month of august after warranty expired but due to laptop was working only by connecting charger so denied to complaint anyone.

              But now my laptop is totally shutdown and display is not working/showing. Only leds are blinking.

              Request you to kindly support in the replacementof the same faulty product.

              Acer Company RM M/s. Aarti Deshpandey is rejecting to solve the problem in FOC basis without anycost to me.

              Acer is surely a very bad product in Laptop.

              Company is Selling Defective Product in the market so that customer buy and get trouble in terms of Acer Laptop.

                I have submitted my application laptop in tpm in creative omg infotech pvt ltd allahabad during the start of august as their was system faliure but it's 19 october and they have not provided my laptop back in working condition. My laptop was under warrenty as i bought it last year in diwali still neither they are diagnosing its problem nor they are providing me new laptop. They are just avoiding it from 2 months.                 Lap Top Battery gets down after full charge. It has been checked by company Engineer and the complaint is still there kindly send an Engineer or The companymay replace the batteryby new battery

                    I have an acer aspire 5 a515-51g and it ran into some problem and i called acer service centre. I have requested to acer service to replace my screen due to abnormal green or pink colour lines on it. They said that it would be replaced in 7 days. But its the 10th day now also it is not replaced and the case status is awaiting spares. Please help me out fast.

                      I have an acer aspire es-1 laptop purchased in jan 2018, the laptop after just 7 months o[censored]sage started to have issues and the hard disk failed. A complaint was raised and they replaced the hard dist after 20 days almost on 27th sept.

                      After replacement the laptop was working very slow and a compliant was raised on 28th sept 2018 under case id 2889995i
                      Till 11/10/2018 the complaint has not been resolved.
                      I have called the customer care atleast 4 times since 3rd oct and also mr upendra singh support manager on his nos [protected] twice and both the times was assured that the visit of the engineer will be done.
                      I got the number of manager mr vikas and called him on his nos [protected] but the calls were unanswered once and then was in call waiting and have received no call back.

                      This is pathetic service from acer as the laptop is lying as a piece of junk because it cannot be used.

                      Kindly get the same resolved and action should be taken against the managers and engineers.

                        I have complaint several times to the acer customer care and every time they are making exuse.
                        I had made complaint in consumer complaint forum last time and they are ready to replace the lcd display under my warranty but the service center (Cms it, bangalore) is so irresponsible towards customers. One official of that service center mrs. Pooja, always used to told me that within 3 days it will be replaced but again she did the same. She make me fool saying that i will change it in adp warranty and send me form to fill and i have filled it and send her back but again no action is taken. I have attached the screen shot of mails in which she asked me for filled adp warranty form to change my lcd screen.
                        A strict action against the company is required.

                          The laptop has been bought on 30th april 2018. The laptop once has been shut down it wont start again. It costs a lot. The service provided us horrible. We cannot stand this anymore. The service centre named dolphin systems, thane has been accusing us for breaking the seal. We've been reaching out to all the call centres and helpline numbers and they have been giving us assurances that action will be taken since the laptop is still under warranty period. Kindly provide us some assistance. We've bought laptop before from your company. It is still working since 9 years! But this brand new laptop did not work even for 2 months.

                            I got acer aspire 6 laptop before a month and I got OS issues from the 1st week i dont weather it is a software problem or hardware problem i getting that blue screen saying that YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM which i have attached below in getting that blue screen as soon as i open my lap and start working and the lap got hanged and i have to restart and use the lap again and the blue screen again appears when i start using it .This goes on repeating.When i called to the service centre they asked me to reset tha pc amd i did so after resetting also imgetting tje same issue ….I called to the customer service and asked to register the complaint but they are not registering the complaint …..I have warranty as my lap was a new one .So please arrange the service mechanic to my area soon.

                            make windows to go usb pendrive 64GB use rufus softwaare
                            and then boot with usb pendrive, see if pc again gets bsod

                              I bought an acer laptop from paytm mall. Serial number acer a315-p4cr (Un. Gntsi.002)
                              Laptop motherboard stopped working after using 3 to 4 times, complaint lodged on 30 aug, complaint number 2845043i. Till date nothing has been done to replace the motherboard, the fraud people just keep saying that motherboard is out of stock, never ever buy acer products guys, they are bad products with zero service

                                I was purchased this avenger series laptop on 24 june 2018 and from the 1 day it has problem and i make 2 complaint against this but 2 months has gone but still. Y issue is not resolved and acer maharashtra team is not cooperating he behaves too arrogant,

                                  HI All Consumers, Even iam suffering from the motherboard, within 6 months time frame i started getting mother board problem which was replaced by acer service center dont know they have replaced or stolen my genuine parts also because within 10 days again i had mother board problem also the service center guys mis-handled my laptop, not able to upload pic as max limit they have is 2mb.

When taken to service centre they told that there is a problem in motherboard and we have requested for a new one, it will arrive in 3-4 days. 8 days have passed and after contacting customer care there answer was " The motherboard is not available and we do not know when it will arrive."                                       I have coplained about my LCD screen but now also they have called me and mailed me to fill a ADP warranty form and told to send the filled copy of that.They told it is under ADP warranty and we will change it.After that they are again not responding at all.
                                      I got mail from service center CMS IT SERVICES, Bangalore from Miss pooja.But now she is telling she is suffering from jaundice so now she can't do anything.
