I have bought acer one s1002 in 2017 january through snapdeal

Just after 15 days of purchase i faced issues with poor connectivity of detachable keyboard/harddisk system.
After 32 days, it started creating troubles with touch - giving unwanted lines all over the screen (You can experience it when you open any drawing app, say paint)
I gave it to service for twice in an year and both the time, and just one week after rectification, the problem restarts.
I have hardly used the laptop with proper response for a mere 20 days or so only, in whole 400 days after purchase.
Its such a shame that, after buying it for a price of rs.17000, even to type this email to you, i had to borrow my friends laptop, as i couldn't connect a keyboard with acer!!!
In december i tried contacting again the service center, but they told that, since the same problem persists, they don't have any thing more to rectify with this laptop.
And now its out of warranty (Since january 2018 is over) and i cannot get this repaired anywhere as no one knows what the issue is, or they are asking a price more than what this laptop cost!!
Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
