Last week my Acer laptop wouldn't power on. When taken to service centre they told that there is a problem in motherboard and we have requested for a new one, it will arrive in 3-4 days. 8 days have passed and after contacting customer care there answer was " The motherboard is not available and we do not know when it will arrive." That is Acer. My Case I'd is 2800277I. Do the needful as soon as possible.

after 4-5 day its cursor go to bottom automatic and no work do
please solve this problem

    I have coplained about my LCD screen but now also they have called me and mailed me to fill a ADP warranty form and told to send the filled copy of that.They told it is under ADP warranty and we will change it.After that they are again not responding at all.
    I got mail from service center CMS IT SERVICES, Bangalore from Miss pooja.But now she is telling she is suffering from jaundice so now she can't do anything.
    I fed up from Acer India service.
    Please help me out.

      I had called acer for complain regarding mu monitor issue.(it has a black spot developed on the screen which is enlarging day by day)
      the engineer who came to check gave me a complaint no. and now he refrains with the same.
      in complaint receipt he has mentioned that the screen needs to be replaced due to internal issues.
      i request u to take some action on urgent basis.

        I bought a new laptop from acer india in 2017. Due to regular charging my lcd screen get hot and got some blocks on the screen. As my laptop is in warranty period i complaint in acer customer care several times. After that i got a complain no-2724199i. After that one engineer came from acer tpm in cms it services pvt ltd-bangalore and after doing several calls to him as he didn't picked up the call then i messaged him that i will complain to customer care after that he came and misbehaved with me and he was very rude and arrogant. His mobile number is - [protected] and also told that no one can repair my laptop as long as i am working in acer india. After that without any action taken for repair company closed the case. When i inquired they told that my case is closed. After that company told me to complain again, i did according to them and complained again. My new complain id is -2727669i. After they did not entertained me and neglected my case totally. After that i complained again with a case id no-2735838i. After complaining again with this id no they did not respond at all. After complaining three times they did not register case for me and did not respond at all. After complaining 3 times and wasting my time of approx.1 month i m very harassed by the service given by acer india and i personally went to service center he demanded me 8000 rupees. I suffered too much loss of money and wastage of my precious time as i am student and i need my laptop all time. Please look inside this case seriously and help me out.

          Recently i bought extended warranty for my acer predator laptop on 19th may. The package cost me rs. 5899 which included accidental protection, predator headset and other stuff. I received a mail initially on 19th may 2018 stating that for the delivery of predator headset, a representative would call me on my no. Its 18 june today and i still haven't received any call yet. I have mailed numerous times on the email address provided on the website, but i haven't received any reply. Also i have tried calling on the number provided on https://www.shopacer.co.in/ but it says the number is invalid. I have also messaged acer india on facebook and tweeted them on twitter but still no help. Kindly look into the issue.

            I brought acer swift 3 ryzen 5 (Sf315-41) laptop couple of months back. It suddenly became extremely slow after windows update. Reinstalling windows did not help. So i gave it acer service center on 18/05/2018. They told me that repairing would be done by a week. Almost a month now but still they have no idea when it will be done. Case status is showing awaiting spares. Every time i call customer service they are saying to wait for one or two days. I really have no idea what to do next.

            Case id-3687906I : It's been 25 days since my acer nitro 5 is not turning on. First it shows an error.I made a complaint an acer engineer came . he recognise that it is a motherboard issue and it needs to be changed. Customer care told me to wait for 7 working days for the motherboard. Now it's been 25 days i called customer care service several time and everytime he told me that it will take one or two days. Acer I'm really tired and getting frustrated now I'm a last year grad student and my placement season is going on . it is the time when i need my laptop most.Look into this issue and repair my laptop as soon as possible it will be very helpful

              I bought a acer product which is acer predator helio 300 ph[protected]ul on 13th may 2018 from online store.

              I have received a defective product from them, after a day o[censored]se the screen completely freezes.

              To my knowledge, all the products of similar model have this issue, and acer have only agreed that there is some technical problem with this product.

                Dear sir/madam,

                This is to inform you that i have given my laptop for repair in under warranty one month back still i have not my laptop back the service center peoples are saying they are waiting for the material from the acer company (Mother board replacement)

                I am very wondering that no one is giving the exact date when it can be repaired all customer care peoples saying you have to wait until material comes it means to say i need to wait for whole year or what?

                Old case id:2677405i (Requested for on site repair)

                I dint expect like this poor service from the acer company kindly repair soon or replace me the new laptop immediately before i approach to the consumer court.

                  I have a problem with my adapter. Service center guy told we need to replace it.(Under warranty). He told within 2 days i will get. Now already its 19 days.
                  #Acer accesories are of low quality and they do not have the spare parts also.#
                  Worst product# Worst Service# Worst customer care.
                  I am dam sure i will not get any solution here also.

                    I bought predator laptop for that i also bought an extended warranty in acer india site
                    They offered book my show coupon and also a predator gaming headset
                    They send book my show voucher to my mail which is already expired
                    Also they menctioned to call for verification to dispatch the gaming headset
                    Since now there is no call and also an expired book my show voucher
                    Resolve it

                      The worst laptop to own this my experience and i would like to let people know before they buy this brand of laptop just save money since their puch line is price competitiveness. The quality is pathetic it is made in such a way that you are bound to get the problem within first year. I had purchased aspire range 4720 laptop at thane and now it is lying idle for a year due to the problem of mother board which will cost around 12500/- the service center is just kept to mint money by suggesting to change the mother board even if it is not required to. I would suggest to buy branded laptop since i dont consider the i own.

                        I had recently bought an acer spin3 laptop, 512 gb, sleek design, attractive model, and was very happy with my laptops functioning but suddenly it had started heating up and not only this i am not able to transfer my files through my samsung galaxy j 7 prime phone, so i had contacted for their help and must say their technical team is working very hard and also they are having hands-on training in dealing with laptops.

                          I have bought acer one s1002 in 2017 january through snapdeal

                          Just after 15 days of purchase i faced issues with poor connectivity of detachable keyboard/harddisk system.
                          After 32 days, it started creating troubles with touch - giving unwanted lines all over the screen (You can experience it when you open any drawing app, say paint)

                          I gave it to service for twice in an year and both the time, and just one week after rectification, the problem restarts.
                          I have hardly used the laptop with proper response for a mere 20 days or so only, in whole 400 days after purchase.
                          Its such a shame that, after buying it for a price of rs.17000, even to type this email to you, i had to borrow my friends laptop, as i couldn't connect a keyboard with acer!!!

                          In december i tried contacting again the service center, but they told that, since the same problem persists, they don't have any thing more to rectify with this laptop.
                          And now its out of warranty (Since january 2018 is over) and i cannot get this repaired anywhere as no one knows what the issue is, or they are asking a price more than what this laptop cost!!

                            We called a number of times to the customer service contact no.42648778 which is in nungampakkam regarding the service they provided in our school for the acer system 2 weeks before and did not respond to the calls. Engineer from your firm came to service the system which was later worked properly for a week and again it stopped functioning the very next week. We tried calling the service centre again and again, also registered complaint several times and the complaint no. 2571517i. We need you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                I have a 1 month old Acer laptop which was damaged by Acer Service Center.

                                From the beginning, my the Optical Drive of the laptop was not working.

                                It had to be replaced three times to fix it.

                                However, the Acer Certified Service Center, Aforeserve, Kolkata physically damaged the chassis/body of the laptop.

                                There is a dent in the side, and a crack mark.

                                Also the service I received for replacing the Optical Drive was appalling.

                                At first, they tried to fix it with glue.
                                When I protested, they changed the Optical Drive but damaged the body of the laptop instead.

                                I am disgusted with Acer right now, and only wish they would give me a replacement or refund.

                                It is very sad to say that even after one month of delivery of Dezir-VDI on 19 Jan 18, till date I did not get the registration certificate/ documents.
                                The PO form CSD for the same, has been submitted to Acer Motor on 12/01/18.

                                I am not satisfied the way that Acer is dealing with customer.

                                    This complaint is about the doubt of forgery with regard to parts replacement of my laptop which i brought from the same centre. There was only damage in the base panel and screen panel but after the service they charged for touch panel also saying that it wasnt working and also didnt returned the old one. Also after the service and paying a huge amount of 6500 rs the connection device is missing which i guess has been taken out. If this kind of service is given by a certified service centre than its better to give it to non certified centers at least they will charge less and work well.

                                      Dear concern,

                                      Have purchase acer laptop on 29/12/2016 is not working properly. I facing lining issue on display. My acer laptop is under warranty period. I logged complain and my complaint id - 2513555i. Service engineer mr niket check and confirm that its product issue and display change with in 2 days. After that he sending report to his service center but service center manager refuse to repair it and say that screen damage and replace chargeable basis. Here i attach screen photo. Please check and solved problem as soon as possible.
