I have purchase a mobile, from Chandigarh. I have ask for 4G mobile for my Jio sim.the sim was not working at the time of purchase i told the shopkeeper but he said that your sim is not activated yet it will work in two to three days. After two days i again visited your dealer, he told me to visit to DO.I explain my problem but no person have solution of my prob.He told me to buy new one.Sir i have already spend 7000/- sim should work in this set.But the same is not working till date.Sir please guide me how to solve the prob

    Hi,

    I had purchased Acer 2 in 1 Laptop (Model- S1001) from your Authorised Dealer located in Mumbai on 29th Feb 2016 vide Invoice No.RC/16-16/014317A. Within few days, the laptop's keyboard started malfunctioning. It was given to your service center with whom i am following up regularly. Its been more than a month now but i have not received any positive response from them. They keep saying that the required components are not available with them and are waiting for arrival of the same from Bangalore.

    I had opted for Acer with the confidence that it is a reputed brand. But i am extremely sorry to say that I am highly disappointed by your service.

    I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and solve the problem by either repairing it or replacing the same with a new one.

      My wife purchased a honda city vx (o) mt (ivetec) engine nol15z13300181 chassis nomakgm85dag4200175 from ms ace honda ltd on 27th may 2016. we were completely satisfied with the car hence i decided to purchase an another honda city car for me also. accordingly i purchased an another honda city vx (o) mt (ivetec) car from ace motors, noida, engine no. l15z13300174, chassis no. makgm65dag4200166, reg. no. up 14 cx8049 dated 22.6.2016. it was since late evening i was reluctant to take the delivery and asked ace motors to give me the delivery on next day but they insisted to take the delivery on the same day, hence i took the delivery on the late evening/early night.
      While taking the delivery i noticed some sticky substance on the navigator plate. it appeared like used chewing gum hence i did not bother much and the matter was brought to the notice of the sales person and he replied that it will be cleaned after rubbing.
      When, it was cleaned i found that there is some mark, the matter was brought to the notice of m/s ace motors through numerous phone calls, and finally through my letters dated 16.9.2016, 27.9.16, 31.9.2016.
      Now i have received a reply from them that it has been caused by me after taking the delivery which is completely untrue and causes the doubt about my integrity. it is clearly a case of avoidance hence i am left with no alternative but to approach the honda motors directly.
      Sir, the navigator is working perfectly but 1 inch mark spoils the aesthetic look of the car (attachment 1to 4).
      For information i may inform that this car is very sparsely driven and meter reading is 702 kms on22nd, september 2016, as i mostly i drive my diesel vehicle.
      Sir, honda has a reputation of its own and i am sure that you will rectify the defect at the earliest.

          Sold a defective lappy to me on july and since last 2 months i it was with service centre and now working they replaced parts 3 times mother board, battery and charger still it doesn't work and they r not ready to replace. mr. ashutosh kumar from acer has mailed me that he cannot replace. karan kumar adeppa from reliance digital also mailed me to look into matter but all these are big time bastrd and fraudsters irresponsible routes. don't but anything from acer and reliance digital. shameless ppl.

            To whomever it may concern,
            I had filed a complaint with the acer customer service representative on 20th July 2016, regarding my laptop (laptop not powering up). However nobody came to pick up the laptop for an entire week. (I was told a technician will come to my place within 48 hours)
            Thereafter I myself visited the service centre in Chinchwad (opposite Darshan hall, pin code 411019), on 28th July 2016. It took almost a month for the repairing of my laptop.
            Even after taking so long the problem persisted and I had to visit the service centre yet again for repairing on 28th August 2016.
            Now its been a month and I'm still waiting for my laptop.

            It's been 2 months that I don't have a laptop.
            1) Why was I given a faulty piece in the first place?
            2) Why is there such an extreme delay in serving? (unavailability of parts seems like a laughable reason, given that my laptop is just 6 months old)
            3) Why has Acer hired incompetent staff who are unable to repair the laptop? (does brand reputation mean nothing)
            4) For such a huge delay and inconvenience, how does the company propose to compensate for my losses (my daily earning from the laptop is around $50 or Rs.3000, which I have lost due to such despicable service)
            5) Will my warranty be extended as practically I didn't even have my laptop for 2 full month?
            6) Both the telephonic customer care representative and the service centre technicians seems clueless of how my problem would be solved!!

            I would appreciate if someone with adequate knowledge and professional attitude calls me.

              I purchased acer aspire e5-532-p1x5 laptop from chroma, delhi on 23 october 2015.
              Since the day i purchased it, i had audio drive issues and wifi adapter issues.
              I am studying in chennai. Few days back when windows 10 in my pc automatically got updated, i received a message - page default in non paged area. I went to the 'so called' acer care centre in adyar and they charged me rs.500 for installing windows 8.1 pirated version. The link i am attaching with the complaint shows that the centre is the warranty centre for acer. However it is not a warranty centre.
              Despite of having my laptop under warranty i still had to pay for something which was my fault at all because the website (Link provided) shows a false information. It is not easy to go to anywhere at an unknown place and get your laptop repaired. You should respond to your customers properly instead of having an ignorant attitude. It becomes really difficult to handle such issues specially when the person is in an unknown city. I want my original windows 10 back free of cost. I request you to please see to it as being a student its really difficult to manage studies with such laptop issues. Also compare the online mail i received and the bill i paid. How can they charge me if it is an acer centre please kindly see to it.

              Hi Pragya Joshi,

              May I know from where did you download the drivers?

              As of now some of the drivers of old Windows may not work properly on latest Windows. For the meantime, I suggest you some basic troubleshooting steps that may help you to solve the issue.
              1) Press Windows + R keys on the Keyboard.
              2) Type devmgmt.msc in the Open textbox.
              3) Expand Sound, video and game controllers from the window.
              4) Right click on the Audio Driver and select Uninstall.
              5) Click on OK on Confirm device uninstall prompt.
              6) Restart the computer, the drivers will get automatically installed on your Windows 10.

                  I bought an acer Veriton desktop (how unlucky was i when i purchased acer) in july 2014. Computer worked with some minor problems every week but it was still working. Last month i, e in July 23rd 2016, i started the computer as usual. But it refused to start. CPU wasn't starting and after some time rebooting itself without showing anything on monitor. I called customer support and they Registered my complaint. Told me to wait for 24 Hours to get response from engineer.. 48 hours later a engineer visit my home, checked the PC, did some cleaning inside of CPU, and tried to start the computer but obviously it was not going to start. He told me that my motherboard have to be changed and it will take time approx 4-5 days. After 7-8 days he appeared again with a new motherboard, replaced it and tried to start but nothing happened, then he told that acer sent faulty motherboard i have to wait such a long time again. Again 7-8 days later an another engineer came, replaced the motherboard and when nothing happened he told me that my processor has problems instead of motherboard. And took my motherboard to his office. 14-15 days have passed (32 in total) and i am still waiting when they replace processor, every time I contacted them they said processor is on the way. I hearing this from last 7-8 days.

                  Overall.. Don't waste your valuable money on acer again in your life. You will get nothing instead of some frustrations, they will do nothing except burning your blood.

                  The cheapest, slowest, poorest quality i saw in my life is of acer.

                    This was purched on 1-3-2014 since then around 15 complaints check the history changed key bord, smps, mouse, mbd and problems of rebooting still there. is this the quality of acer???
                    Latest comp, no id 1922076 dated[protected] od key bord not working following kes not working 1, q, a, z. i think no one should purched acer product if this is the quality.

                      I purchased the laptop acer e 15 on the 10th of april, 2016. i have received a defective piece. it just completely shut 1 week ago i. e. on the 5th of july, 2016. i complained about it today i. e. on the 12th of july, 2016. the technician came to check it. he said that the motherboard is spoiled. what is the probability of the motherboard getting spoiled within 3 months of purchase? very very slim! i have received a defective piece! on top of that the company policy says that they have a 7 day return policy! which laptop will get spoiled within 7 days?! how can such a big company not have a replacement policy for such a huge mess up!
                      I want a replacement and i will not accept anything less than a replacement of the laptop.

                        I have purchased the acer iconia tablet w3 810 from amazon order #[protected]. From the day 1 i have got this tablet i facing issues with the tablet i have got the tablet on jun 5th 2015 through amazon, amazon was great.
                        From the next day the tablet was not switching on, hence i have went to service center address: ground floor, gvs complex, 10th main, 3rd block, jayanagar, opp. Cosmopolitan club, bengaluru, karnataka 560011,

                        Complain id: 1361571i.
                        They told that they will fix this issue, even after 20 days i haven't got any response, hence i have called and get the tablet, the time i took the tablet there was no charging hence they assured me that this will work fine.

                        On coming to home i switched on now iiam getting and blue screen on the tablet.
                        This happened on july 2015 i need to travel 50 km to this longe, despite there is only one service center for the complete banglore.

                        2nd time:

                        This time i took the table in september i was busy with my work, once i went there they told that there is mother board issue they will fix this.

                        Okay, again the same thing no response for 15-20 days i called them they asked me to collect the tablet, again it took 5-10 minutes to get the home screen on the tablet i asked what is the issue, they told that it will take 5 minutes to boot.

                        Okay!!
                        1st tome they wrote.: not switching on
                        2nd time they wrote: mother board.


                        Once i went and stated using that tablet within 10 minutes the table will heats up (Very heat as if it will burnt).

                        I never used it again and i again i went to service center on december 15 now i want to meet with the engineer. I was waited for 3 hours on the center.

                        The engineer started like this.

                        Sir, this time i will personally look after this and fix this if it will not fix i we will look after the alternative, okay i got assurance from the engineer and he promised me that he will get it ready by dec 20, i have called on that they told me it not yet completed, i went to my vacation and came after 10 days, it was not still fixed in january again i went to the longe, now i spoke with the engineer again, he started telling.
                        Sir, i have done it everything it doesn't have any issues now. I checked before him the issue is still there, of booting up and getting the blue screen again and again and i prooved before him.

                        Now, he says as the tablet is new model this is a manufacturer error by default and the other models don't have this issue. You need to wait for 10 minutes and you need to use.

                        Okay, i waited for 5 minutes its slowly showing the blues screen it disappeared and the i got the home screen again the touch is not working now i showed to the receptionist. She called the engineer again, now he tells if you keep charging fully this issue will not repeat.

                        "i assure you that if it will happen again i will replace this tablet"

                        Okay!! 3 times till now more that 3 months in the longue.

                        My fate i have met with an accident and i was not there in the city for 2 months. Once i came back i have charged the tablet. I know it will not work..

                        I have removed charging and kept near my bed, after 5 days at night 12 o clock we are getting an smell out of the tablet it was burning. And the power cable and everything beside the tablet and my niece is sleeping beside that. I suddenly took it away i as very frustrated and i have called amazon.

                        This happened in may.

                        They asked me to send the screen shots of the tablet i have sent that, within 6 hours i got a response that "they will issue complete refund if i can get doa certificate"

                        I came to know that the warranty will end by 10/16/2016. Hence i took the tablet to the longe by travelling 50 km in leave.

                        I asked the manager sukumar to get the doa certificate

                        He refused me to give the doa he was arguing that he will make sure everything is fine.

                        Within 5 days they will contact the higher authorities and see if they can give the doa or they can repair it.


                        I refused and started arguing that i want the doa as it has been more that 3 times issue with the tablet and 4 months in the longe.

                        I asked for the confirmation email from him stating that if i do not get the issue fixed they will give me the doa.

                        Fine!!!

                        I have called him after 5 days he told me that it will take another 2 days.

                        Okay i waited till 24 th of june. I didn't got ant response i called them 3-4 times no response.

                        Hence i called the technical support[protected]

                        A agent by name ravi i spoke with him and shouted on him.

                        He told me that i will get a doa certificate if i go to the service center,
                        I asked to send a confirmation email so that i can get the doa.

                        He told that they do not have an option, "i have contacted the service center and if i go there they will issue the doa"


                        Okay!!

                        Within a minute i called acer service center where i have the tablet.

                        They informed that the tablet is ready after 25 days and i can get the tablet.


                        I asked him just now i spoke with agent ravi, he told that i will get the doa

                        He asked me to get a call from the agent who assured me.

                        I told okay, and called them back.
                        "
                        Now another customer by name rahul.

                        He told as the table t is not under warranty they can't help me anymore.


                        I have spoke with him for 1 hour he told me to email us about all the isses to [protected]@sutherlandglobal.com.

                        Again at 3:00 pm ist i called them and told that i have sent and email please check and get this resolved i again adked me what is the options for me he told that

                        "our manager will speak with the service center and call me back within 1 hour" this happened at 4 pm on jun 24 2016.

                        I waited till 6pm and call back too [protected]

                        Now iam getting a recorder sentence, as it is weekend all our support are nit responding now that i can call the, m on monday.


                        Okay!!

                        Today i called them.

                        I asked why you people haven't called me

                        4th assosiate

                        He was directly answering me that they are not able to help me any more as the tablet is not under warranty.

                        I told more that 4 months it is in the longe

                        I haven't got proper resolution from the service center.

                        He was repeating the same thing to go to the service center where they will not help me at all.

                        I am not getting any help from the service cenetre and i am not getting any help from the technical support i have email them too

                        I asked for the higher authority contact they declined, me giving they again gave me the same email address [protected]@sutherlandglobal.com.

                        I don't know how this issue will be fixed.
                        The tablet is now in the service center.

                        I do not believe acer or service center anymore

                        If i go there to take the tablet i am sure they will tell something rubbish and give the tablet

                        They will tell new stories new policy.

                        I do not want to take the tablet.

                        If i take the tabler till now i got the serice under warranty.

                        If i take it now from next time i need to spend thousands on it.

                        I want a resolution now!!!

                        I have done all the best attempts i can do

                        I came to a conclusion that acer is the worst brand and there are no one to help me fixed this issue.


                        Amazon told me if i get the doa they will issue me the refund

                        These service center or the technical suppiort will not give the refund or resolution.

                        It is by default an damged item

                        These service center do not know how to fix this

                          On 11 june 2016 (Saturday) i bought acer laptop s. No. Nxmlesi[protected]a3400/sn. Id: [protected] from nehru place shop (Eurosys world (Acer mall). With in one week 18 june 2016 (Saturday) laptop is not working properly. Problem is system boot after 10 minutes, touch not working some time, in shut down time screen is flickering, shut down after window close but system is not shut down after 3 to 4 minutes system is shut down. I call to customer care on saturday (18/6/2016). He suggest me so different type kinds of suggestion. I work on this but problem is still, after that customer care time is over and next day is sunday. So i do not work any thing, because sunday is off customer care. On monday (20/6/2016) i have call lock in the morning call id is: 1825838i. He is suggested me for replacement you talk to shopkeeper & service center. On 21/6/2016 (Tuesday) i have submit the laptop in laxmi nagar service center. He saying that it’s mother board is totally dead. So it’s replace mother board, but i do not want to replace mother board. Because i have buy this product newly and with in one week this problem will be generate, i want new product behalf of this one. Because i do not believe in this system. So i request to you please replace my laptop and give me new laptop.

                          Customer care attitude and role: i am very frustrated. Because customer care not support to the customer. He saying that you talk to the shopkeeper. Shopkeeper saying not my role in replacement. If service center writ to doa i have replace this product. Shopkeeper not making the acer product. So where is role of shopkeeper. Acer customer care only support for suggestion not any thing. Because he saying that not my hand. Every effort work done by the customer. What is role of acer customer care. Please update your customer care. People is why buy branded product. Because he is believe the branded product work long time. If branded product dead within one week. Who can buy the branded product? Acer is branded company. If any condition product is dead. Why is not replace this product with in some time.

                          I am buying acer product first time. It’s my bad luck or good luck. Please suggest me. Because not help by on your end.

                            I have purchased Acer Laptop model- E5-573G-566S on 20-April-2016.

                            I have been facing the screen flickering issue since day 1. I took it to Acer authorised service centre 'Dolphin Systems' in Thane on 26-April-2016.

                            The service engineer informed me that it is OS issue, he simply re-installed the OS. Case ID was 1757977-I.

                            The issue was resolved for that time. And exactly after one month, i am facing the same issue again.

                            I went to the same service centre on 21-June-2016 and they asked me to submit the laptop again for a day to check. Case ID is 1827675-I.

                            I received a call from Dolphin System today morning stating they have solved the screen flickering issue just by formatting the OS and updating the drivers. Really?

                            How can I be assured that the problem is solved permanently as this is the same thing they did during the first service?

                            All i am asking for, is a replacement of the laptop as it has a faulty screen since day 1.

                            However, service centre people informed me that I will be eligible for replacement only if the laptop is completely dead. Really? Giving a faulty device to customer from day 1 doesn't qualify for replacement?

                            Request you to please let me know the process to get the laptop replaced, as this issue is occurring from day 1. In this way, we can avoid this issue getting dragged till Consumer Court.

                            FYI, I have attached a copy of my original invoice, SN number and first service receipt.

                            I have purchased acer one 10 on 15 august 2015, but it was not working properly it was hanging constantly the touch of the laptop is not working . I want acer customer support to resolv my problem as soon as possible

                              Sir/Mam,

                              i was facing a problem with my acer tablet in warranty period s1002 and i submitted it to the servicing center on 3-6-2016, after 9 days they could figure out the problem and ordered the part, today is 12th day .Each and every day they are saying they have not received the part yet. What kind of serving are you providing to customers. Its a totally irresponsible act. i have 3 acer product and in future i dont expect to have any. My call log ID is "1804315I" and seral is NTG5CSI[protected]E67200. If you dont have the part replace it,
                              What kind of harassment is this ? some times the acer helpline people say the part is not available sometimes they say they have shipped the product . What do i understand from dis ? If the part is not available replace my tab.


                              I am highly dissatisfied by what service you are providing to the customers !!

                              Kindly look into the matter .

                                The charger of my is not functioning properly. Earlier i encountered the same problem, then it was replaced. Now again my charger is not functioning. Without charger i'm not able to do any of my work using laptop. I'm highly unsatisfied with your product. My laptop is lying like a dead body since many days. Kindly replace both the laptop and charger or return the cash back. I can't carry on with this laptop anymore.

                                I took them to the stores from Acer laptops with 17-May 2016, which was paid in excess of Antivirus Store Keeper 1st of April 9, 2016 Activated established, Nitin Sharma yet again some of these products, the user has been activated, Asked if there is no satisfactory Utter, my laptop has a problem.

                                  I'm using an acer laptop with snid [protected]. It is under warranty. It's usb port on the right is not working. It's not showing any power also. It was faulty from the very start. Your technician visited me 2 weeks back to check it and told me that there is some problem in the wiring of the usb port and it has to be changed. He said he doesn't have a usb port right now and he will come back after two days and will install a new port but he never came back. He literlly lied to me, in the job card he mentioned that it was a software problem and he has sorted it out.
                                  I got to know thia today when I called customer support again and they are saying that my problem had been sorted out by installing driver and if I want to get it sorted out again then I have to vissit the service center but your technician clearly told me that the usb port is faulty and he willl change it after two days, then how can he say that the problem was sorted out? and why should I visit the service center when acer has promised me onsite warranty? I have purchased an extended wrranty and accidental damage cover also. You customer care guy is not ready to listen to me. He was repeating same things again and again.
                                  This is very incovenient and very unfair means of service.
                                  I am seeking a fast resolution from you.

                                    I logged a complaint of my laptop before four day ago. I called again acer care they gave me service engineer number. I contact him yesterday he told me that he will come around 2 o'clock but he did not come. I am very worried about your service. Other companies resolve their customer complaint within 48 hrs. But your service is very slow or bad. Next time i will not purchase any product of acer and suggest other do not purchase this company products.

                                      I purchased a projector or from thailand now its color got bluer they give wrong info and make us fool it has international warranty they dont have service center for it.
