This is Pravat Kumar Sahoo from Bhubaneswar, Odisha have purchased one Acer E1 471(CI3-4-500-LNX) model laptop on 12th Sep 2015 from INFOCITY, B-7, Shaeed Nager, Bhubaneswar.This laptop was working perfectly till 1st of March 2016, on that date when I was working it suddenly stopped and I am not able to login then.It seems the hard disk of the laptop got crashed and I am unable to use the laptop since 1st March 2016.
Since I have purchased the Laptop on 12th Sep 2015, I should get the support till 11th Sep 2016.But I am shocked its support center is saying the support has been ended up on 30th May 2015.Though I have purchased the sealed product.

I have been running behind them(Acer Support/Acer Local Service Center/Local Shop) since 1st March 2016 but yet didnt get the service.

PLease do the needflul and provide me the service ASAP.

      I am MURALI CHANDRASEKARAN from coimbatore (Tamilnadu). I purchased ACER E5-573 model laptop SNID : [protected] on 21.10.2015 in RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED coimbatore.. After one month of purchase I started using of the product, right from the first day I am facing internet connectivity problem through Wifi, lan, bluetooth etc., I called customer support they ask me to reinstall the wireless drive by download in Acer website, after doing that procedure I faced same problem. After that I registered complaint on 06.02.2016 ( ticket Id 1661137i) I gave laptop to the service centre on 8.02.16 they updated BIOS after 1 hour I faced the same connectivity problem as before... Again I gave to service centre on 10.02.2016 they updated the OS, again and again still now internet not connecting, while I m connecting report show LIMITED service.
      (11.02.16) I registered the complaint in customer care ticket Id : 1667316i... Now service centre people saying that have to change mother board...
      Listen this problem is not made manually right, it is a manufacturing defect . i[censored] change any hardware in new laptop it marked as opened device... Then what is the use of buying new one. I regret of choosing ACER. I need replacement...

      For your reference i here attached purchase bill and service receipt.

      I gave all complaints in the name of KARTHIK..

      Check and do my needy as soon as possible.

      Finally acer replied there is no possibility for replacement.

        i bought acer laptop in jan 16 and after few days their tocuh pad found not working & after complaining the same their is no response given by their local engineers based at Jaipur and after regular follow ups from my side as off they not address my complaint as on date & said do what ever u want ... lodge complain to whom u like to want...

          I bought an Acer S1001 before a couple of months. The bluetooth wouldn't work properly, you cannot play songs without stutter on a bluetooth speaker. But looks like that is what you get when you buy a cheap product. I can connect an aux cable and play as long as it works. Real trouble is the keyboard started malfunctioning after hardly a month of purchase. 'W' key is stuck, not physically stuck on the keyboard, but w keeps on appearing in any textbox making the tab useless when the keyboard is connected. I was like, you know what, sometimes things malfunction, let us get this fixed. I gave my device to a service centre on Feb 4th (Ticket No. 1658295I). Today after 6 days, 2 phone calls to the customer care and 2 phone calls to the service centre I have no idea when I will get my keyboard back. The folks in the customer care does nothing other than repeating what I already know. Now I know that I made a mistake by buying an acer product. I will do my bit by posting this in some forums and spreading awareness. #donotbuyacer #acer

            The same laptop screen broken due to laptop fall on the ground, but unfortunately we doesn't register the same in your sight after purchase of acer laptop due to that we lost your warranty. Than after we paid repairing charges to your service center at vadodara.
            After the repairing of your acer laptop different kind of problem arising in the laptop
            problem: speaker and head phone both are working at a time
            WiFi not operating in the laptop, mouse touch paid not working, the also replace hard disc, they replace operating system 7 times in the laptop, they replaced also motherboard.
            At present also the same laptop in your service center since 21.02.16.

            looking to the above all the problem found in your ACER laptop, this is my humble request to you please do needful in the matter other wise replace the laptop.

                I bought ACER R14 from Hong Kong on 12/12/2015 with receipt number 012044. I am based out of Delhi and when started using it the performance is not great at all. Despite INTEL i5 processor, the processing is extremely slow

                I opted for the most advanced model but performance has been disappointing

                If it can't be rectified then I need a replacement

Now I have a hanging problem while working hence I decided to handover my laptop with m disk and os password to service centre namely XP IT service in trichy . Now they said my mdisk not support.                     We have purchased an acer laptop from GIP Mall on 03rd Dec 2015 in the name of my wife - Sherin Abhilash. The invoice number is GipAcer/ 15-16/810. From the day of purchase there is an issue with the laptop. The cursor would move automatically and the appplication would open automatically too. I visited the mall on 28th and reported this issue in the store, however was directed to the toll free number for assistance. This pretty much looks like a initial defect and I dont want to get this repaired. The service team ( Quest Infotech) told me that there is an issue with the touchpad and this needs to be replaced. I dont want to get this repaired as the laptop is pretty new. I request you to please replace the same with a new one since this has caused a lot of incovenience. Attaching the invoice copy. Expecting a positive reply on the same.

                              I have given my laptop in the service center "SOLO COM SERVICES" Satya Nagar Bhubaneswar (an authorized service center of Acer) .There was a problem with the bluetooth connection .Customer service provider has resolved that problem and has gifted me a new problem i.e:-they have broken my laptop base. It's lead to a new problem of not charging.The customer service provider deny to accept that they have broken my laptop. If this type of service center would be an authorized one
                              then it would affect the company as well as the purchasing rate by the customer.

                                We had contact ACER service center named "SYSNET PVT LTD", Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar for our computer repairing, they checked and said us that your mother board has been damaged. We said them to put a new mother board since last 15 days but they are not replying us. Our ACER machine S/N - UDVD9SI089C2333183 purchased on 21.07.2012. So, It is not under warranty. Kindly solve the above problem as soon as possible.

                                  Regarding case number 1410387I: On 17th August I took my laptop to acer service centre in Allahabad as my laptop was dead (it wasn't getting charged) . They told me it was motherboard issue. I left it with them. I received it back on 24th August. Within an hour I realized that the problem wasn't solved as my laptop was leaving charger connection after around every 30 seconds. I took it back to service centre on 26th. They told me it's still the motherboard issue. But the problem now I'm facing is that my warranty expired on 18th August and I'm being told to bear the charge of replacement i.e. Rs. 3000. So it means I have to pay for their guys' incompetency!! I have already contacted them through e-mail/phone and it's been over 2 months and still no progress. I guess they are just stalling.

                                      My Laptop Warranty was not extended by Acer authorized service center(Bangalore Jay Nagar 3Block)

                                      I have paid money to enhenced my laptop warranty for 2 more years.
                                      But Jay Nagar-bangalore Acer service center branch taken the money but not taken action so that the warranty will be reflect in Acer Central Data base.
                                      My laptop is having issue, But I have to pay money for that even it could be covered under warranty.

                                      I have all transaction proofs and mails from that Acer Service Center.

                                      I did so many followup with them. But it was not done.

                                      Now warranty period expired.

                                      As Acer Center has taken money from me and did not fund that money to Acer central system.

                                      As this was service center mistake that taken money from customer and not submitted to Acer Center System.
                                      I need money back from this Jay Nagar Bangalore Acer service center.
