i am inconvinient to use acer laptop aspire one tablet laptop on 8th january i worked on that for 5hours so my laptop screen have been a dark dot and 2 lines on screen of acer laptop aspire one d257-nckky ddr3 2gb ram, 250 gb hard disk n i showed to service center delhi janak puri, jaina tower, district center, 8208th floor vcl technocare pvt.limited.

      respected sir/mam,
      i brought a acer laptop last year september. and two times it was affected by virus and i had some software problems but i use to clean it. then i stopped using today only i took for entering some softwares of my subject and i saw it was broken .i use to keep it in its cover itself and once when i took in the middle i saw some movements of air bubble as the top cover was easy to press i didnt notice it properly. now i saw it was broken so i request you to change the top cover without any charge for it .as my warranty period has got ended. this is a small request to you sir to do this without and charge please sir /mam thi is a greatest request to you sir.

      im hema belani, i purchese the laplop may2009 and i t working only 2 months after that one day it got bubbles so i compliet to excellant computer in ulhasnager he dont help me my comliant nu is 070609 &high fun nu is 312 &job date 07/07/2009 acer aspire 4530 notebook all my detials.

      Then i spok to bombay office all men and womans ajesh, amutra,sager,shuba but all they are not help me so now i diciede to send the notice for court or in mieda i saw the lot of compiant for acer so if company will to guides or help. Otherwise i take i acctioan , im belong from middleclass family, FROM FOUR MONTHS MY LAPTOP IN COMPANY so hope ur help out me, from my side no problem in the lap top kindly inform me what will do

        Dear Concern



        I have purchased Acer- Notebook and the details are as below:



        - Product Model: AO532H-2DB

        - Serial Number / SNID: LUSAL0D2920051A3D91601

        - Date of Purchase: 29/03/2010 from ACER Mall, S-122, IInd Floor, V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.





        ISSUES (UNRESOLVED):



        - The following problems were noticed in the month of January 2011.

        1) Problem in loading windows, usually I need to try 2-3 times to get the windows loaded. At the time of loading, one can witness a strange type of sound.

        2) Once loaded, upon opening windows explorer the screen starts shaking / flickering (misbehaving).



        - I have visited your service centre- Perfect Services, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, and reported the problem and they assured to correct it by replacing the hard disk and my notebook returned to me on 02.02.2011. (case ref no 006 dated 27.01.2011).



        - After few days the problem starts again, and so I have called 2-3 times to your customer care for resolution but I haven’t received any response.



        - Today I have again called to address the same issue, only to be informed that warranty period is expired and so nothing can be done.





        GRIEVANCE:



        - Pls note that I am facing the same problem what i have faced earlier and even after getting it repaired (by replacing hard disk, as informed to me), the problem still remains unresolved.



        - Even after repeatedly taking up with customer care no response was given to my complain.



        - Today I have been informed that my warranty expired and there are no call / log reports available to prove that I have called Acer Service Support after 27th Jan 2011.



        - Fails to understand, how the claim which was made before expiry of warranty or the issue which was not resolved during warranty period, can't be taken by ACER as warranty claim.

I made a complaint on[protected] that colour display is not proper. U replaced the full unit s.no LXPMBO[protected]E62000 on 7-6-2010.               I was purchsed Acer Laptop model no. 4736z, S.No. LXP540C0279463C2A71601, SNID [protected]. on dated 15.02.2011, from Mr. Amit Kumar, Key Point, Jalandhar, Punjab. on that date he was provided me bill by saying that he will provide me after 2-3 days. but by asking after many times he was not provided me the same. I was camplaint it to Acer company but they said that they dont have any record of this and have no record of their dealers. Is it possible that Acer has no record. Company is not hepling me about it and dealer is saving his taxes by not providing the bill and selling the Laptop black in market. So please Help me...

                    I HAD purchased an ACER laptop(Aspire 4630z) on[protected] from digital desk shop, Jyoti complex MP Nagar Zone 1 Bhopal @ 3year warranty offer. Now my laptop is not working for more than lat six month and when I showed it to service center I came to know that I was provided only 1 year warranty whether It was an offer laptop with 3 yr warranty n even its mentioned on my purchase bill No.182. Now I am wndering for last 6 month to Shop Keeper but all is in drain.He only saying tomorow ,now then etc.

                      I HAVE BOUGHT ACER LAPTOP ON 24th MAY 2009, FROM BIG BAZAAR SEALDAH . AFTER 10months, A PROBLEM OCCURRED IN THE HARDWARE OF THE LAPTOP. BUT , I COULD NOT GET ANY IMFORMATION ABOUT SERVICING OF THE LAPTOP FROM THE FROM THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE CUSTOMER CAR (PHONE NUMBER , WHICH WAS NOT REACHABLE AND NOT RESPONDING). I CAN NOT AWARE OF THE ADDRES OF THE SERVICE CENTER .

                            I bought 2 Acer 4741z laptops from Bangalore Acer mall showroom ( August-2010), I use them for work mostly simple presentations & Excel reports. Nothing crazy, fancy work. While one of them is still working okey, 2nd one is just NOT been working fine at all. From the 1st day, there were issues with hardware ( battery lock broke first) , then the keypad stopped working. Got it replaced ( Warranty) in their Mangalore service center. A month later the problem started again ( January 11), this time gave it to their Manipal service center & a week later response I get is - "we havent recvd the keypad yet"!!!!!!!! . They dont even have a spare laptop to provide, I just couldnt work for a week. PLEASE DONT BUY ACER LAPTOPS OR PRODUCTS, they are waste. Even if you buy, find a different service provider, DONT go to Acer authorized agents.

                            Update on 29/01/11-

                            keypad replaced 2nd time in 3 months !!!, I got back the laptop back on 28th January evening, checked it after an hour, it was still the same !!!... wasnt functioning. Took it back on 29th Jan to their "authorized" service center, they said its "motherboard" problem...

                            HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TRUST THEM??, why cudnt they figure this out the first time they kept the laptop for repair for a week?????????

                            I am just fed up with this now, wont have the laptop for another week ( they need it to replace the motherboard). Its been one of my worst purchases ever.. NEVER RECOMMEND IT

                                sir,
                                my laptop is showing a hard disk problem. i thought it as a software problem and formatted 3 times the whole hard disk. but the same problem is showing again and again. so i became sure that it's a hard disk problem.
                                when i called to the toll free no. of acer to verify the problem, they said that my laptop's serial no. is not validated in their software though the day before i registered the laptop with same serial no. on www.acer.co.in and it showed the exact model no. i.e travelmate 4740-332G32Mnss. They also said to send a mail to acer.[protected]@intravo.com and with in 24 hours they will call me. but it has been 72 hours and i've got no calls yet.
                                the local service center of acer are not receiving the laptop saying that it's a software problem.
                                so kindly verify the problem and inform me soon.

                                  My name is Swapnik Mandavkar, I have purchased ACER(AS5745-433G50Mnks) Laptop model no LXPTW[protected] on 11.08.2010.
                                  Within a month only a problem in display appeared( vertical line appeared on screen). I logged my 1st complaint the complaint (case id no[protected] with cutomer care on 30.10.2010.
                                  After contacting the service centre Chinchwad, Pune they promised me to fix the issue within 7 working days. But I got a call from service centre told me that to submit the Laptop to change the display.
                                  But this complaint got closed due to wrong part received by service centre. Then after this I was in continuous contact with Chinchwad service centre Mr. Hanumant cnt no [protected], Mr. Sushil cnt no [protected] & Mr. Mahesh Kulkarni cnt no [protected] but nothing happened. Then Mr. Sushil arranged for an Display but due bad picture quality again the issue kept pending.

                                  As no one was at all looking into the matter again I launched a new complaint(case id[protected] on 03.12.2010 all the procedure took around 2 months to resolved. Case id[protected] got resolved but still picture were not good & video quality was very bad so again on 11.01.2011, again reopened the same case id[protected] & Laptop submitted on same date then on I had a talk with Mr Hanumanth on 13.01.2011 he told me that the issue will get resolved by Monday i.e. on 17.01.2011 & Now on contacting he told me that the it will take another 15 days to fix the issue. Now I am really fade up the services being provided by Acer. To resolve a single problem it is taking more than 3 months.

                                  I kindly request Acer to refund my money as I cant wait anymore & no1 in Pune service station talk properly with Customer.

                                    is been showing unxpected shutdown showing the blue screen again n again.its just 12 month which been purchased and more the 50 times this problem has occured enginnerts from ur help center came a went but there iis no ultimate solution for this problem n even engiineers r showing neglicenes towards thwe matter the have never shown proper commitment towrds the problemm taht is been faced by my pc
                                    i want an ultimate solution towards ths problem i want my system to be replaced because its cozing lots of problem to me i have kept ma work to halt because of this matter so kindly requset u to may attention towards this problem have a justify solution and does not give me another chance of compalin

                                      I had paid INR 40000/- for one Acer laptop in this shop [Acer Mall, Manipal Center, Bangalore]. But when they delivered the laptop I found the MRP written is INR 36495/-. inclusive all taxes. When I asked them for refund they are not at all willing to pay me the amount. After several calls and police complaints it is settled like they will provide me with 2 years extended warranty instead of cash refund.
                                      But still after almost 2 months it did not happen despite several reminder calls and e-mails. Instead they [Manish Chowdhary] are asking me to withdraw the complaint. As I did not do this they neither provided me the extended warranty nor replying to my e-mails.

                                      This is the situation you may face if you are booking any item by paying some advance. Ultimately you have to suffer to get all the products/services on time as promised.

                                      Can anybody help me how to get rid of this issue?

                                        I have registerd complaint with ACER toll free no.[protected] on 21 Dec 10 and one complaint no. was given that is[protected] for coming white broad lines on monitor. no reply is received so far. why a branded compnay is working like this.it needs more attantions towards its valuable customers.

                                        ACER DESKTOP — Faulty piece delivered repeatedly

                                        I bought an ACER desktop last april. I changed three mother boads till now and now i have given it to the service person due to problems. First i gave it on october as the system didn't gey switched on, later(after one and half months) they replaced the mother board with lower configuration, then again problem started with 10 days so again requested so they checked and found the problem is with the mother board, so they replaced it with another one and now again it's giving trouble and it's already one month since i complained. I didn't get any solution yet. I'm in position to follow up the service man daily to repair my system, but no improvement. I need help to replace this system or any kind of suggestion from your side. please do help me.

                                        ACER DESKTOP MONITOR — NO COMPLAIN RESPONCE

                                        I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAIN WITH ACER CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY ACER MONITOR NOT WORKING BUT THERE IS NO REPONSE FROM THEM AFTER THAT THEY SAID THEY WIL REPLACE THE MONITOR IN 7 TO 14 WORKING DAYS. THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND NO REPONSE FROM THEM MY COMPLAIN NUMBER IS[protected].
