After sales service - Warranty

I had purchased Acer Laptop from Croma stores situated at Ghatkopar R-City Mall on 12/11/2011 with one year warranty from Acer company saying that the product will reapaired at homesite with representative of Acer company.

Acer betouch e210 phone crashes within 7 days of purchase

i bought a brand new Acer btouch smart phone on 15th Oct. by 22nd Oct, teh mobile phone had crashed and was not usable. queries to customer cell were clueless on replacement formalities. they said repair will be done. just needed to know hiw can teh company expect the customers to use a repaired brand new phone. pathetic service. advise future customers to stay away from this phone model.

No proper Service / Faulty product

I Purchased Acer Laptop 5742G model in the month of June-2011. And given 3 times complaint to contact center of acer support & in ASC for technical support as i use to get BLUE SCREEN ERROR... And till date no solution is given to me simply ASC people will took the laptop and doing factory reset and giving to me back by saying issue rectified....But when i using laptop for 1 week again my problem begins.... Non-existent after sales service and an extremely poor quality device

I purchased an Acer Aspire 5750G laptop from Vijay Sales on the 12th of Aug.

battery problem

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Blue Screen -- Malfunctioning

Purchased 03 computer ,just after one year the screen getting blue of all computer, The service station REDINGTON MIDDLE EAST are again cheater they are after making money. The quality of Acer computer is very poor and also its customer support. I had been using HP and Dell and never faced any problem

about speakers and dvd driver

Faulty Motherboard

I have purchased a Acer Aspire 5745 laptop (sl. no. LXPTW0C[protected]) on16/5/2011. Right from the day one it got hanged when connected to direct power supply.
I registered the complaint on couple of ocassion, finally the service centre agreed that motherboard is faulty and got to be replaced and it will take time.
I inquired how much time it will take, they told me from 15 days to one month. But till date (06/09/2011)...

False promises for replacement

I bought an acer laptop 2 months ago and it was rich with manufacturing defects.

It takes 12 -14 hours to recharge a 6 cell battery. At fist support at acer claimed it to be normal time, which is not correct. Later they changed the battery, which never helped... the issue is bigger may be the mother board is faulty... but who wants to purchase a new laptop and start off with repairs from day 1 to an extent when acer doesnot...
