I am using for last 3 month (Model-ASPIREone NAV50
,S/N:LUSASOB[protected]C1601).It was supposed to give backup of 8 hours
, where as it is only providing me backup for maximum 40 - 45 mins.
I even tried to call at customer service number but was
disappointed with no answer from their side for several times.I also informed local dealer and head office.
but they are giving lots of excuse by time and time.I purchased it from MIcronics electronics,local dealer of acer laptops and notebooks situated in kaknkurgachi,kol-54(west bengal)..they have a service center but no support hav yet i received from their side also.now they are waiting for my expiration of notebook..i will be thankful if it will be solved as soon as possible...

    Dear Sir,

    My Acer Laptop Timeline 3810 34 cm is under extended warranty by Infiniti Retail Ltd (CROMA)Unit No. G 15-16, Ground & Upper Ground Floor, Ansal Plaza, Block-G, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana 120017 Invoice No.[protected] Customer No. 9006353. I Purchased my Acer Laptop Timeline 3810 34 cm on 23�92009 with 1 yr warranty by CROMA and 1 yr Extended Warranty from Croma by paying extra charge of Rs. 1200/-.

    On 28/10/2010 I made a complain for Display problem and adapter malfunctioning to CROMA, Gurgaon/South Ex, New Delhi and according to CROMA I submitted my LAPTOP to INTARVO Technology (RT Outsourcing Services Ltd), G-4/5/6, Chandra Bhawan Building, Near ICICI Bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Phone No. 41095838/39/41.

    They have given me the CASE ID 5566, obligation Type warranty dated 29/10/2010.

    After that it was informed us that after 3 days i.e. on monday 01.11.2010 they will give the status of the Laptop.
    After contacting on Monday it was informed me that there is some problem on the Laptop and they never informed me about the actual problem it has.after my many phone calls the person used to cut-off the phone saying that it will take some time and they have no idea how much time it will take to repair..
    I made atleast 10-11 times call in 41095841.

    I Informed the same to Ms. Kamla, CROMA, South Ex, New Delhi on 1o.11.2010 and she informed me to take action. but no action was taken. In between I made many calls to INTARVO service centre but no reliable information was given and then I made again complain to Croma Gurgaon on 10.11.2010 where Ms. Premajit informed me the same but no action was taken.

    After My many request Ms, kamla has given me no. of Mr. ASRAf ie [protected] and i had many a( at least 6-8 times) discussions but found no result.


    I made again complain to Croma Gurgaon on 15.11.2010 where Ms. premajit asked to contact MR. Asraf.

    It was intimated to me by Mr. Asraf that he is in touch with Mr. Prassna, Head, Mumbai regarding the same issue. on19th nov I got a call from Intrvo Nehru place informing the the PC will given to me on 24th Nov 2010, but again the same answer i got on 24th nov 2010 form intarvo that there is some issue of Panel and it is not available right now.

    Now, today I have given a call to Mr, Asraf but till today there is no any information about the Laptop's status.

    More then a month has gone and till today no any relevant information is given to us by intarvo/Croma.

    According to Mr. Asraf they will give a call on my mobile but no any call was given to me till date from CROMA/Intarvo.

    Om asking about my LAPTOP the Intarvo People used to ask for hold down and after waiting more than 10 min i was bound to cut it off or many times the used to cuts the discussion in between informing they have no proper information of Laptoop and it will take again 7-10 days..

    Now whenever I tried to call Intarvo Nehru Place the always cut-off the phone after saying that it is nt ready and they have no any information.

    Now, I am tired making compalins in CROMA/Intarvo.
    I have proof of purchase/extended warranty etc.
    You are requested to please help to solve the Case.

      I bought Acer Liquid S100 phone on 12 sept 2010 and Phone was registered .It was working though some features were not functioning properly,battery problem,some SMS features. It blanked out completely on 16 Nov 2010 after 2 months o[censored]se.
      Phone was given for repairs at Acer Authorized Service centre, they said within 7 working days phone would be ready.They found out that phones PCB was not working hence service put the requisition for PCB but it was not available with the company.I asked them if the required part is not available then issue me a new phone,for which they said its not a company policy or it will be decided by the company. I asked then, when the company would decide, for that they had tricky answer ,very soon in couple of days.
      I called them many times but their answers were rude and quite unsatisfactory. Till date I haven't received my phone yet ie 17thDec 2010. I hope the matter would be resolved soon with this complaint.
      I am really shocked the company like Acer would fail to deliver their services and spoil their reputation.

        I purchased Acer Aspire 5542 0n 18/4/10 from Vijay Sales , Kalyan. From October end there was problem of Lanport not working.I complained through toll free no and received a complaint no[protected] I was told to give the laptop to Dolphin Systems Thane. Since the product is under warranty I lodged my laptop for repair at Dolphin Systems , Thane on !/11/2010. They gave me Job card no 4342 dt 1/11/10 but till today the repairing is not complete as the service centre is waiting for spare parts to arrive. Every time I make a call I am told to wait for 3-4 days .It is difficult to communicate and do work without Laptop.The customer service in Andheri telephone number is always busy. Pl help.

        Acer — acer systems are not working properly

        i have registered my complaint already to acer company, but there is no such a reply from that ACER company...

        i am dhawan singh from chandigarh. i have a problem in acer notebook aspire 4710. my screen will become white after fem minutes i have given my laptop 6 time in your service centre but my problem is not solved till now. i am fad up from your service so if you are not solving my problem soon i am goin in consumer court. my no is [protected]

        Laptop — lan port

        ii bought a toshiba laptop on 16 june 2011
        when i connected a net wire to laptop
        i found that there was a problem in lan port
        the company claimed that it is a physical damage and its not under warranty
        they asked me to change motherboard worth rs 18000
        i have spend 30 000 to purchase laptop two months ago and now they are asking me to pay 18000 for lan port
        i am being victimized in this case

            This incident happen with Acer Mall, Manipal Centre.
            The price of one laptop was told as INR 40000/-. As I don't have cash that time I was told to pay an advance of INR 1000/- and next day they will deliver to my address. They delivered the laptop and took the remaining amount by cash and told that the final tax receipt will send by DTDC courier. As I was in hurry I agreed with that. Later when I checked the MRP I found it was INR 36495/-. When I asked them for refund they are not at all willing to pay me the amount. Even I went to nearest police station [Holasuru Police Station] to register a complaint. But I was told to settle down the matter with those shop guys.
            Then it is settled like they will provide me with 2 years extended warranty instead of cash refund. But still after 11 days it did not happen.

              i purchased an acer laptop from ss united technologies , pattom ,trivandrum on 19/11/2009, the very first month itself i am facing continuous hardware problems 29/12/2009 its speakers and microphone were not working. on 12/07/2010 its display got damaged. Again on 04/11/2010 its display showed serious problems. All these problems are coming during its warranty period but what i do after expiring my warranty. As i am development officer of LIC of India, i want to use laptop through out the day , pls take action for replacing this laptop immediatly .

              i bought LAPTOP of ACER company from CROMA of TATA Show room Suart dated on[protected]. we had registred complain regarding screen problem. screen was damaged due to some liquide problem insite the screen but he told me that it is a phycicali damaged but i know there is no any phycical damaged on the screen. we are requisting them to solve it genualy but they are not responding us properly.it is under warrenty of 1 year. my compain ID[protected] dated on[protected] at 4:30 PM. than i went to ASC of ACER on[protected] but there was no any reply from them, then i went at CROMA whre i bought dated on[protected] and they give genualy responce told it is solve by the ACER. i have all proof regarding that.

                  I have purchased an ACER 4738z Lap top from Siddhi computer,Ahmednagar.The dealer has informed about the festive offer on purchase of the ACER Laptop and requested me to register in their website www.acer-online.co.in for the lucky draw contest.Since then I made the purchase I couldn't open the site.It is a trick and cheating by the company offering such gifts and fooling the customers.This will lead to customers distrust with the brand and may not prefer to go for purchasing the product.The mgmnt should take necessary steps towards such announcement and act on it or they may have to loose their customers in future.

                        I have Acer 5738 notebook. It is under warranty period upto Nov. 2010.
                        I had problem in tapping and Left click button,for this I register my complain at Acer coustomer care.

                        Coustumer care provided me an case id[protected] and ask me to contact me to Meerut, Acer service center.
                        Now it's being 2.5 months and till now they have not resolve the problem.
                        Kindly, look into my matter

                          ACER ASPIRE 4720Z — misleaded by afore serve com ltd

                          Dear sir,
                          this is bring to the kind notice that my laptop odd was not detecting any cd but it was detecting only dvd, On 17th. March 09 i made a complainst of the same to the customer care and got the case id ACER : OL :[protected] and on 18th March i had submtted the same to M/S, AFORE SERVE COM LTD . 35, Chittaranjan Avenue, 1st. floor R- NO. 13. kolkata. and they promised that they are going to replace the ODD and will deliver me on 19th March But early in the morning near aout 11.00 A.M. i got a call from the M/S. AFORE SERVE COM LTD stating that they will charge 5000 /- (approx) for the same .

                          I just wana know when it is on warranty than why they are demanding money . and even they are stating that know my ODD is not detecting dvd also

                            Acer Aspire 5740 — wifi problem

                            Dear Acer Service head,
                            I have purchased Acer Laptop approx 2 months ago but Your comany is very selfish they can not provide us good service. Me and my family members called more times but every time they have given same response(engg. will come toady)but no body come to my home.Now i m very dissatisfy because my wifi system is not working so this is a very critical time because next time i;ll go with other company bcoz your selling activity is good but after selling your service is poor.So kindly send me one engg or provide me any service center address for repair or replace my laptop otherwise i'll go with consumer court.

                            Acer Aspire 5740 — cd drive not working properly

                            i have buy a laptop of acer on 10-3-10 & now my cd drive is not working properly & it got hanged several times

                            when i connect the net my laptop get hanged.... and without net it doesnt hanged....
                            and when connecting the net only that page will be active and we cannot open another page...
                            so wat should i do now.. suggest me....

                              Hi there,
                              My name is Rajesh Kumar Pant .I had bought ACER 4736Z model in Jan-Feb 2009 from Care Solutions outlet and currently it is under warranty .From 27th sept 2010,it has not been working and currently lying at Acer Customer Service Center at Ahmadabad .Its case Id is[protected] .The service center fellow told me that there was some problem with the Motherboard and it has to be replaced with a new one.So he ordered for that part for delivery to the delivery center .22 days have gone till now ,but the part has not reached at the service center .I cannot work without my laptop for so many days .I had called at the toll free number many times,but they do not know upto when the part will be delivered to the service center at Ahmadabad.Please do the needful as soon as possible .I guess that at your end ,there would be someone to track the record what the customer is asking for, but it is really frustrating that customer complaints are not entertained at all .I am very disappointed with the kind of service I have been provided.I hope you will consider my complains and help me out .

                                Hello , my name is Rajesh Kumar Pant .My laptop is not working since 26th September while I shut it down after I had finished my work. My acer mode is ACER4736Z. I went to the ACER customer service center at Ahmadabad on 27th September where the ACER employee told me that there is some problem with the display and it will be repaired by 4-5 days.When I did not get any call after 5 days from the employee I asked him whether it is repaired ,he replied "no sir,I have not received the motherboard from the delivery center".I followed up him again and again but got the same answer every time .This all trouble is going on for the last many days and till now (19th October) ,my laptop is pending at the service center .

                                Please do the needful help ,I an bound to bad mouth the company to any person buying the laptop ,so that they do not get into the trap of false promises ,the company makes through advertisements and campaigns .

                                  I have purchased an Acer laptop Extenza 4630Z from Singapore in March 2009. Within a month’s time the display stopped. With much difficulty I was able to contact the company Engineer who was arrogant and abusive and refused to entertain the complaint. I met the local service Centre and they tried their level best to get the spare part- FLE inverter- but were unable to help me as the Acer Company refused to send the spare part. Ultimately I contacted my brother in Singapore who got within a day and sent it to me. Now the laptop’s screen is not working properly and has so many lines appearing at the bottom. I am fed up with Acer products and I appeal to all consumers “DO NOT PURCHASE ACER PRODUCTS, DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR IT>”

                                    ITS MORE THAN A MONTH MY ACER PHONE HAS BEEN GIVEN FOR REPAIRE. THE PHONE WAS BROUGHT IN MAY 2010. I GIVEN TO REPAIRE ON[protected] WITH Rs 1100/- IN ADVANCE FOR FORNT COVER REPAIRE BUT THEY ARE GIVEING REPLY THIS PART IS NOT COMING FROM CHENNAI. PLZ. SUGGEST ME THE NEXT ACTION FOR THE SAME AVILABLE THE MY PHONE.
                                    i have an acer betouch e101 purchased in may.now i am encountering some problem like if some body call m i dont get the call.and get as missed call after 2 3 hours.even battery works only for 1 to 1:30 hours thats it.

                                    I have an Acer Liquid E. Within a month of purchase it had a faulty receiver and i couldn't hear anything on calls without headphones. Once that was replaced the software got hung and the phone wouldn't start. The service center at Vashi reloaded the software but the phone is still giving problems - Camera not working, incoming calls alert not working, and once the battery runs out the phone hangs and refuses to start !!

                                    sir, my name is (Amol patil) i purchased acer liquid e mobile before five months but now my mobile display is broken down so i have register complaint to (vashi. navi mumbai) service centre about this before one month ago but they are not providing me a display they are only telling me that display is not available . repair ur mobile to other service centere so pls help me

                                        my newly bought laptop Acer aspire 5740G was under warranty and given for repair at Delta Technology Goa as referred by ACER. Its one month now and the laptop is not yet repaired. I lost one month warranty period also lot of money and inconvenience due to this delay.
                                        Service station has not yet received the part. Problem was these was sometimes no display when computer was started. Service center engineer told that the mother board has to be changed. but they did not receive that part yet.also the acer customer care call center has not have any information and is very difficult to contact. I am displease with both acer and service centre for the delay and want to file a complaint in the consumer forum against both. and wan them to pay the compensation for the delay cause.

                                        i have bought acer laptop on 30th July, from your dealer Yusuf Vanyak. The laptop didn't run for a month. I gave it for repairment to I.T. Care, Raipur (C.G.), till the day I have not got the response, and not only this the peson dealing to the I.T.Care, Tatibandh, Raipur(C.G) doesn't respond to the phone, he doesn't take the pain to pick up his mobile. The worse thing was that I was unable to enjoy the work in laptop for more than seven days. Sir, I'm lawyer by profession and this is my last request in your acer office now I will be going to response against your company in the Consumer Court.
                                        I too have an acer 5740 g bought in feb 2010...got some problem in november had given to repair in I.T. Care, Raipur (C.G.)...waiting for part delievry in centre...
