I have purchased acer aspire 7 on August 2021. And i am facing battery issues from the date of purchase.
I have also filled complaints for battery replacement and 2 times its battery is replaced and 1 time its motherboard is changed. But the issue is still same. I am facing this issue continuously and it is giving more and more issues with time. Now its fan run so fast while charging. now I Don't want any part replacement. I just want my laptop replacement.

    I had pre-paid for the laptop from your website on 20/1/2022. At that time it was written there as delivery till 28th January so I had placed the order, but still I have not received the parcel. I have mailed a lot before but I have not received a reply...

        My system SNID- [protected]
        I purchased Acer product and having hardware issues from beginning, I hardly used the unit and it always shows 100% utilization all the time with no program running, I got HDD replace twice in last 4 months and the issue was never resolved. I am afraid now that post my warranty will be expired, I will be end up paying my hard earn my to have these parts replaced in coming future as well.
        NOW I WANT THIS UNIT TO BE REPLACED OR REFUND, NOTHING ELSE.

          Worst of the worst customer service. I've raised an issue a month back and a engineer came after 10 days of non-stop ask then came and said as battery issue, which will be replaced within a week. Then, literally got zero response from any of the service center/ engineer. When I somehow able to reach them after the month, they are saying like the case is still open and the problem maybe motherboard issue and they need to order. When I asked for the delay, they said as officer was on leave. Seriously? are you guys studying in schooling to give such reasons? Is there no other person to look after? These people are spreading their internal issue to the customers. Do u guys even care for your customers? I surely won't buy or recommend any acer products to my surroundings.

            My case was logged on 2 December .
            Approvel for the part was given on 5 th December 2021
            It's 15th Jan 2022 today and they haven't shipped the part from warehouse yet.

            I have lost my job as my work is purely dependent on my laptop, I work as a graphic designer .

            I have called toll free number and had issue escalated 24 times already, then also my case is not showing any progress.

            It's been a month almost my case hasn't been solved.

            Please do needful

                After Payment I did not receive any update regarding my offer (Pen Drive Combo with Warranty Extend). I have paid the payment on date 15th November 2021 for warranty and pend rive but Acer did not reply once even after I mailed to remind you many times along with calling the customer care service many times . It has already been more than 40 days so now please tell me when I will receive the pen drive.

                  I m a student i purchased a new acer aspire 7 on 23 dec 2021. On 2nd jan 2021 my laptop display started flickering. I registered my complained next day acer mechanic arrived and checked the laptop. He told that screen panel is epic centre of problem So he will replace the display panel. I demanded for my laptop replacement expect of screen so he told to visit the service centre. There he refused to give the DoA letter by giving some extraordinary so called acer policy. I brought these laptop by borrowing money from my relative. I m so disappointed today please help me.

                          Hello team acer,
                          I bought a laptop from digital stores dehradun on 9th of October, 2020 for my husband. Accidently he broke the screen of his laptop so I contacted the person from whom I bought it but he said that it's screen cannot be arranged and we can get it replaced from some other person who was not giving us the original screen replacement. So we bought another laptop from acer outlet that is located in GMS road, dehradun as it was urgently needed. He also gave us the contact information of the service center of acer situated in dehradun, we called them up and they too told us that this screen cannot be arranged.
                          I request you to please see to the matter and reply with a positive response at your earliest convenience.

                            I have registered a complain regarding my monitor flickering the guy from the service centre came he sent an email to the company and told me to wait for the replacement approval after some days i called him he told aproval has been given you'll get your replacement soon... Now its nearly 1 month and they are saying its not despatched yet.. and my work is stuck my job is at stake please help me.

                              I bought this laptop on 05/07/2021 and within 5 days the screen started flickering randomly, I complained to the retailer from where I bought it and it took almost 2 months by your company to resolve this issue by changing the motherboard by your engineer and since them screen flickering issue is solved but my laptop fan making loud noise when switched on. Plz solve this issue as soon as possible because it's the second time in nearly 5 month of buying your laptop and facing problem 2nd time.

                                I have bought acer aspire 5 A515 -56 few months back . since the day i have bought, it is malfunctioning ., , All apps take mins to open and if i try to update the software through windows update it take 5-6 hrs for even a small update . i have contacted the tech team and the engineer keep saying to buy a new SSD for laptop . if SSD was required at first then why dont the company installed it in the begining . purchasing a 45 grand laptop and then for its proper funcitionlity we have to pay 15K extra . it was not expected .
                                i want a full refund from the company for this useless item .

                                  My laptop stopped booting on 14 oct
                                  An engineer from acer team (Quest Infotech, Laxminagar) came to my house
                                  He corrected it, But installed firmware/bios update which I even told him not to do.
                                  After that my laptop motherboard crashed, and it was replaced 4-5 times
                                  Very recently on 13/11/2021, when he got to know that he had destroyed the bios through that update,
                                  He took laptop and gave me back after few days
                                  Now laptop has refurbished motherboard, Not a new motherboard which typically works for very long, And Laptop has become so slow I cant really do anything productive on it

                                    I have been facing an issue in my acer swift 3 SF314-55G for last 4 months of blacked out laptop display. Everything works fine other than the display. I had to get it checked from an independent repair shop as there is no authorised care centre in my city (Nanded, Maharashtra).
                                    Later it was discovered to be a problem with a broken display cable. I tried to get it repaired at the authorised care centre at Aurangabad (Sysnet global solutions) but the staff there were least interested in solving the problem and charged me 700 Rs without providing any receipt.
                                    I am now trying to contact one of the authorised care centres in Pune (ArMee Technology Services Pvt Ltd) but there also I being told that due to some errors in some portal they are not sure of the availability of the parts.
                                    It has been over a month waiting for these parts.
                                    Also, on some care centres I was told that acer doesn't repair units which are out of warenty (as mine is out of warrenty)

                                    I have sent a mail concerning this to acer help desk also but haven't got any update from them from last 50 days apart from mails telling to wait for a update from their service manager.
                                    Please let me know if this problem can be solved by visiting some centre or if it has any other solution.
