Worst of the worst customer service. I've raised an issue a month back and a engineer came after 10 days of non-stop ask then came and said as battery issue, which will be replaced within a week. Then, literally got zero response from any of the service center/ engineer. My case was logged on 2 December .
Approvel for the part was given on 5 th December 2021
It's 15th Jan 2022 today and they haven't shipped the part from warehouse yet.

I have lost my job as my work is purely dependent on my laptop, I work as a graphic designer .

I have called toll free number and had issue escalated 24 times already, then also my case is not showing any progress.

It's been a month almost my case hasn't been solved.

Please do needful

    After Payment I did not receive any update regarding my offer (Pen Drive Combo with Warranty Extend). I have paid the payment on date 15th November 2021 for warranty and pend rive but Acer did not reply once even after I mailed to remind you many times along with calling the customer care service many times . It has already been more than 40 days so now please tell me when I will receive the pen drive....

    I m a student i purchased a new acer aspire 7 on 23 dec 2021. On 2nd jan 2021 my laptop display started flickering. I registered my complained next day acer mechanic arrived and checked the laptop. He told that screen panel is epic centre of problem So he will replace the display panel. I demanded for my laptop replacement expect of screen so he told to visit the service centre. There he refused to give the DoA letter by giving some extraordinary so called acer policy. I brought these laptop by borrowing money from my relative. I m so disappointed today please help me.

      Hello i have received a laptop which is a faulty/fake product/ refurbished
      i have raised a complaint many times to replace it but nothing happened

      I have replaced my right speaker of the laptop from the service center since then its top right panel is opening by itself and screen is becoming free from bottom right corner. i want this to be repaired as soon as possible.

      I have registered a complain regarding my monitor flickering the guy from the service centre came he sent an email to the company and told me to wait for the replacement approval after some days i called him he told aproval has been given you'll get your replacement soon... Now its nearly 1 month and they are saying its not despatched yet.. and my work is stuck my job is at stake please help me.

        I bought this laptop on 05/07/2021 and within 5 days the screen started flickering randomly, I complained to the retailer from where I bought it and it took almost 2 months by your company to resolve this issue by changing the motherboard by your engineer and since them screen flickering issue is solved but my laptop fan making loud noise when switched on. Plz solve this issue as soon as possible because it's the second time in nearly 5 month of buying your laptop and facing problem 2nd time.

          I have bought acer aspire 5 A515 -56 few months back . since the day i have bought, it is malfunctioning ., , All apps take mins to open and if i try to update the software through windows update it take 5-6 hrs for even a small update . i have contacted the tech team and the engineer keep saying to buy a new SSD for laptop . if SSD was required at first then why dont the company installed it in the begining . purchasing a 45 grand laptop...

          My laptop stopped booting on 14 oct
          An engineer from acer team (Quest Infotech, Laxminagar) came to my house
          He corrected it, But installed firmware/bios update which I even told him not to do.
          After that my laptop motherboard crashed, and it was replaced 4-5 times
          Very recently on 13/11/2021, when he got to know that he had destroyed the bios through that update,
          He took laptop and gave me back after few days
          Now laptop has refurbished motherboard, Not a new motherboard which typically works for very long, And Laptop has become so slow I cant really do anything productive on it

            My Laptop Charger Not working since Last 1 Month, I have done compliant on 14 Oct 2021 to Local Dealer - Crystal Systems, Jalgaon from where I bought Laptop. then Company Engineer Visited my Location on 29 Oct 2021, he told that You will get your new Charger in next 8 Days means upto 7 Nov 2021

                Within one week of the purchase of Acer Aspire, the laptop was making sound and got blacked out. Filled the complaint and got it resolved. Then within 4 months, the battery went off. If you keep the charger on, it works otherwise it doesn't. Just wondering how there will a battery problem in a new laptop? Is the battery a duplicate one?

                I've logged a complaint and waiting for the replacement of battery. Not sure what more problems will i get with this acer laptop?

                Is there any chance of replacing the laptop for me?
