Acer 32 inch tv screen issue

I purchased acer I series google tv on 15th july from Amazon after using it for two months tv screen started blinking and automatically turned off. It happened for few days later I contacted acer support team after checking the technician said the motherboard would be replaced and it would take 10 days for this process however they took almost a month when they replaced the part my google tv turned to Android tv with less RAM and storage....

I want to sugest everybody that kindly dont purchase acer tv becouse its customer support system is very poor .Once you fecing problum no budy help you. They just sell you and forget.Even you cant find any help for instalation too.

    I have ordered an acer extensa laptop ( Order id: OD[protected] in flipkart and it was delivered on 11th october 2023.The prodct was defective, completely dead. So i asked for replacement but in flipkart website there were only return and refund option showing, so as per the instruction from flipkart team i ordered another product of same price and same seller. Technician visit has completed 2 times and i have submitted the DOA letter/number in flipkart. Now 1 month is completed and there is no response from flipkart team. I have already contacted flipkart team more than 100 times regarding this. I need refund for this laptop immediately. i need refund, not replacement. Because i have 2 same laptops with same price and same seller

        SR NO. ASS[protected] Installation person demanded 1500/ for wall mounting 50 inch tv instead of 499/-. and did not install tv . And company messaged me that your SR has been resolved. Very bad installation service indeed. Pl. resolve immediately.

I request you help to escalate the issue to senior management and get me TV replacement . am without TV for last 2 months. There is no cooperation from customer service

                Dear sir /Madam,
                I brought a Acer Nitro 5 laptop on Jan 19th 2023 and it comes with a faulty motherboard since day 1 as it have a overheating issue despite being a low CPU is like two or three percent but temperature rose 100 degree Celsius which is maximum threshold for this laptop so I registered a complaint against the issue next day the engineer came and change the thermal paste and laptop started working fine as the temperature was in limit but after two three days the problem Rises again so I registered again same complain this time the service centre told me to visit their service centre for this issue after I visited them what they did is just reset the PC and reinstall the windows again even I told them this is a motherboard issue not a Windows or any software so thay try to give one or other excuses because they don't want to change the motherboard or replace the motherboard since I already wasted more than one week here I don't want to waste more time on this so I just moved on with the issue but two three months later suddenly the wireless devices work stopped working that is Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth one so when they try to change the Wi-Fi with the new one the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all because I already know the motherboard is faulty even so what they did they change my Wi-Fi with some other brand Wi-Fi let it work with this motherboard so again they tried to ignore the motherboard issue now after 20 days on 10th September I tried to boot up my laptop in the morning but laptop doesn't respond at all so I again the complaint and the engineer again visited me and said this motherboard is dead so he took my laptop with that service centre for replacement of the motherboard with new one but since now almost 10 days gone and their status is showing just a awaiting for spares I don't know even despite living in a tear one city like Jaipur you have to wait for those spares at least these many days I don't know why I am just fed up with your laptop when since day when I was telling them to change my motherboard the motherboard is faulty they didn't respond me at all to my queries and now i this happened so that suddenly ready to change my motherboard I don't know or because of your laptop my studies I just so mess up I can't even focus on them or the other issues that going on in my life please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible because I already lost my so much productivity because of this issue .

                    I have bought a laptop on[protected]. From the 2nd or 3rd month, my laptop started to not charging. I have called the Acer tech support and they told me some trouble shooting methods. I followed that and the issue resolved. Then after some weeks the issue came again. Again I called the Acer support. This happened 4 or 5 times. So finally I deleted all my personal data and handed over the laptop to Acer service centre. They replaced the laptop battery. But after 1 or 2 months, the charging issue came again. The I had to delete all my personal stuffs again and I handed over the laptop to Acer service centre again. This is also happened 3 or 4 times.
                    I have bought this laptop for 50, 000. But in this 1 year, I couldn't able to use it properly. Its literally a waste of money for me. And now its not a reliable laptop for me. Now also the laptop is with the Acer service centre for battery replace. I can't replace its battery once every 2 months till its life cycle is over. The mental pressure because of this continues charging issue is unbearable. My concern is that, I need a reliable working laptop for the hard earned money I have spent. Since this laptop is not clearly in that category, I need my refund ASAP, so that I can buy a new one

                      I purchased an acer Laptop on 02.07.2023 from City Tec Solution, Nehru Place. I also purchased 2 year extended warranty from Acer India on 10.07.2023 for Rs 1769, for which invoice has still not been given to me. A Free wireless mouse was to be delivered at my residence on purchase of the extended warranty, which till today I have not received.
                      Also I asked the acer merchant for giving me a 6 month Zero EMI scheme for my HDFC credit card for this Laptop purchase, as this was a scheme at that time. Surprisingly, I was charged a 15% interest rate on my First EMI. I asked my Bank & they responded that the merchant did not select the Zero EMI option at the time of making Invoice for this Purchase.
                      Written many complaints for this hassle to their customer care & also spoke many times with the dealer at Nehru Place. But no one is responding. Such a Pathetic Company- Acer India . What kind of staff they are keeping at their Customer Care & sales team at their Showrooms. They do not know to select Zero EMI option? They do not know to send invoice for extended warranty ? They do not know to fulfill their commitments for delivering products as a part of scheme? Kindly help in resolving this issue & take strict action against Acer India for their casual attitude, carelessness & unprofessional Behavior with their Customers.

                        I Booked acer smart monitor (AD320Q) from acer e-store. when I knew there is no remote included (which mantion in description and shown in pic on amezon) I want to cancel or change my order within 10 min but there is no option. I tried to call and chat for help buut failed. finally received mail and got reply as per company policy you can't cancel or chage my order. I feel cheated. without any option I and waiting for my product which I already paid but after 4 days there is no response and my purchase is under process status. I can't able to contact anyone for help. so guy's please stay away from Acer india product. if buying experience is so horrific then God knows how is after sales service.

                          Hi,
                          I ordered a laptop of rs 94500, but after placing it within 1- 2 hours i realised that i have some other financial issues, so went to cancel but there was no such mention that it cant be cancelled in the site.However, after reading their terms and conditions i came to know that till order is in processing stage it can be cancelled.I sent the mail regarding the same within 2 hours of placing order.But now they are not replying properly..Its been more than 2 days.

                            There is some motherboard issue in my laptop Acer Swift 3 which was purchased in April this year.
                            Engineer came from Acer, and said that motherboard will come in 4-5 days and it will be resolved.

                            It has been 12 days and there is no update. Customer support says that Parts are not available, neither giving a time duration in which it will be resolved. What kind of service is this. The laptop is dysfunctional in 3-4 months of its use, and now I am supposed to wait for infinite time?

                            Every time the customer care says that they escalated my request. But the status remains same.
                            The laptop belongs to my sister who is a Surgeon in KGMU college Lucknow. The laptop is most essential device for her, and even a single day delay is costing her.

                            They won't even say to refund or replacement. They say that replacement policy works for only 7 days after purchase. So does that mean i have to wait for infinite time for repairing? or just give up?

                            Please look into this matter. Acer seems to be indifferent about the issue.

                              I hope this email finds you well. I am facing issues with my laptop, which require immediate attention.

                              I recently purchased ACER ASPIRE 7.
                              Few days ago motherboard was having issue and it was changed by Acer service care engineer and now i am facing issue of graphic card
                              Its showing unsupported graphics card and showing green screen. I have reset the laptop many times and also updated the graphic driver many times but still the problem don't solved . As per guidance of acer customer care and engineer but facing the same issues.As an graphic designer I am losing my clients because of this problem and the service is so slow, I am so much frustrated because of this

                              I would like to request a replacement of laptop to ensure that my work can continue. This is crucial for me to meet my professional commitments and avoid any further delay.

                                  Hello, on 6/05/2023 the concerned person from Acer TV came for installation. He was in a hurry as he told me that he was having his engagement. The installation was not proper. The TV was not at the appropriate height and it was slightly tilted towards left.                                     Greetings,
                                    Following are complaints number ; MAH[protected] as on 20/4/2023MAH[protected] as on 29/4/2023
                                    and before that one more complaint number which was not given to me between 11/4/2023 to 15/4/2023 and it was cancelled without informing and visit at my place. I just received the sms and nobody turned up.

                                    Defect Issue:
                                    When you run this TV for 5 or 6 hours continuously, then 1 beep constantly starts coming out from the TV, which you can see in the attached videos (as proof). And a couple of times the voice of the video becomes disappear for 2 or 3 mins. Earlier, we thought maybe a video issue but not like that. The first time this issue occurred was on 6 April'2023 then I informed the retailer "Gaurav Sales", frankly speaking, they are making fools of their customers just to earn bugs (No Knowledge, No Regret, No Ethics).

                                    I had written this complaint to Acer support, and 1 technician came for the inspection and reset the TV... Seriously? It is a 20-year-old criterion that when the technician does not have any knowledge about the product, then he used to format the product.

                                    3 or 4 days later, the same issue occurred. Now, that technician came with his senior, and he changed the complete software. And now, the situation is at a different stage. Now, after 5 or 6 hrs beep comes, and then the TV restarts automatically, and "OK GOOGLE " stopped working at all.

                                    I have been informing your retail partner (Gaurav Sales) about this issue for the last 4 weeks unfortunately they are not replying properly. And, this is Display Product - I had informed them please DON'T send me this TV. I want a only new packed product. But they ignored my request and delivered the same display TV to my home.

                                    I am very disappointed with your services. Kindly replace this product on a priority basis. I will not take this anymore.

                                    This is my last requesting mail to replace my TV on a priority basis. I am really fed up with your support team. You have to accept that your product is defective.

                                    Thank you for your time and consideration. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
