I placed an order of shoes on the website on 4th Dec 2021. The shoes got delivered on 7th December but were too large for me, I placed a return request immediately and the return was picked up on 9th Dec 2021.
I waited for the 14 days refund period but it didn't come. I wrote an email to the company requesting refund on 23rd Dec 2021, they responded on 25th Dec saying they are still doing the quality check and will get back soon. They did not do or say anything after that.

9 days later on 3rd Jan 2022, I again wrote to them reminding them to get back to me, to which they responded saying they will not give me refund as I had returned a local product. On 4th January, I called their customer care and a person named 'Nikhil' took my complaint and agreed with me that I could not have returned a local product when the return happened so quickly, and also that the pickup person checks the item serial number before accepting a delivery. He said he will be getting a re-check of the quality and that I should hear back from Adidas in 24-48 hours. I got an email saying the same thing. My case number for the complaint, he told me verbally, was 43962322.

It has now been 6 days since this happened. I am sending them reminder emails for this daily but still not hearing anything from the company's end. No replies are being received to the emails and the customer care numbers are always busy. I am writing this complaint on 11h January 2022, for a product that was returned to the company on 9th December 2021. I have tried every possible way of getting this addressed before taking this step.

    Such a pathetic company, my brother had ordered shoes on 30th Nov and received totally different shoes in the package on 3rd dec, mentioned the same on 3rd dec to the brand, they approved the same and got it picked after 3-4 days and I got a call that it’s approved and I’ll be getting refund within 24-48 hrs, but till date I didn’t got any refund, almost every other day I am calling on toll free number, they say they’ll call back but, till date I didn’t got any call, and now they’re saying that I have send the wrong product to them and now they’re refusing to take back, seriously guys, I have paid them 8999, just to get tortured and harassed by them on every other call, they’re so ill mannered, uneducated people in your company, they don’t even know how to speak to the customer, how to revert, I m very pissed now, I want my money back that’s it … no more wait now, i[censored] can kindly help out for the same,

      I haved order shoes from adidas application I received that product but colour deflection I had returned it and on 24 Dec company received that product from 24 Dec to still 7 Jan 2022 I have still not got my money back 100+ times I have tried to call customer care not responding receiving my calls not replying my mail are not answering please help me

        I had ordered a Man U jersey but returned it on 22nd Nov due to size issues. The product was not getting picked up (again poor service from Adidas) until 7th Dec, 2021.

        Since then I have been following up with everyone possible to get my refund back. I am neither getting my refund back nor any updates from Adidas team.

        I have raised complaints in Resolver, Escalated it and yet no updates.

        After 25days, they are replying me saying they have not received the product yet and asking me for delivery details. How will I know that? It is one of Adidas's delivery agents who picked up the product on 7th Dec.

        All I have are these messages which I received from agents on a daily basis. Now, I neither have the product nor the refund. What should I do?

          I purchased a red jersey from your outlet in Jalandhar and wanted matching shorts but they didn’t have the size (M) I needed. At this time, they also had a 40% off deal on the jersey and shorts (red in colour)
          They told me they would courier the shorts to me the next day. I made the payment for the jersey and told them I would pay for the shorts when I receive them.

          However Jyoti (the female salesperson) told me they could not deliver it that day via Whatsapp because they didn’t have the delivery boy.

          After a few days I enquired asking them what the update is?

          She tried selling me the same shorts that were on 40% discount (₹1100) on a fresh price (₹2000) saying that now that it’s been a few days, the price has changed

          I told her this was not done as it is not MY fault that THEY did not have the delivery done as promised.

          I called up the outlet but they told me they could not do anything and even denied the price that was offered to me saying it was on a different colour when I clearly read the price deduction on the price tag. The manager of this outlet was also unreachable as he was on a seven day holiday. Please resolve this at the earliest.

            Hi Team,

            First of all there was no confirmation message after the pickup was done, the delivery person said we will get a message on our phone, but we received no message.
            I got 3 messages for the pick-up request and on 7 December the pickup was finally done .
            Attaching the screenshot for your reference for the mentioned issue
            This is the only ID I have of the delivery, no other message from Adidas.Pls check, disheartened as facing this much problem from adidas and issue a refund aand confirm .

              I ordered two products i.e slippers and face mask from Adidas official app and when i received the parcel there were no mask in the parcel so i informed them immediately because i had already paid money . They made me mail a email to their mail address regarding this and told me to wait for maximum 2 working days for a solution to this problem and i waited, now it's been 17th days and i haven't got any solution or response for the same . And i even returned the slippers but they are not initiating refund for that
              I urge u to help me get my money back from these scammers

                I ordered a pair of sandals for 1250 rupees. As the size was not perfect I had to return my order. My Order no: AIN00305565. My payment mode was Cash on Delivery. But I received a mail from Adidas saying that they will refund my amount to the same bank from which the payment was made but my payment method was COD and there is no option mentioned on the website where I can enter my bank account details as well.
                Please resolve my problem and initiate my refund.

                  I ordered a pair of shoes from adidas of order no. AIN00184341 . The refund is processed on 23 November 2021 and yet my money is not refunded in my account. I called to customer care number around 5 times but they said to wait for 2-3 days . Now I am very disappointed with the adidas and this was my last order from adidas

                    On 14 December I ordered shoes from adidas which cost me ₹2399.50 and received it on 16 December but when I tried it it's size was small so I returned it the same day and was picked on same day since then 5 days have passed but i am not getting my money back I tried to call customer service but they are not picking my call I also wrote a mail but I have not got any respond

                      I had placed a prepaid order on adidas.co.in on 30th October, 2021 with ref. no. AIN00142037. The item was not delivered to me and the tracking status shows that the order has been LOST by the company. The customer service assured me that the money would be given back to me.
                      It has been more than 50 days but I have not received my money.
                      No refund has been processed by Adidas. I have made more than 15 calls, 5 E-Mails to the customer service but everytime I am being told that the refund would be processed within 48 hours, 50 days gone but refund is not processed.
                      This refund has become a matter of great concern for me.
                      Neither my order is delivered to me nor my money is given back.
                      This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The Adidas customer service is at its lowest.

                        item returned to the 24/11/2021.
                        refund by adidas on 05/12/2021 with reference number given. but nothing received (17/12/2021).

                        seriously adidas unable to provide the refund receipt to customer?
                        how do i know adidas does't bank in to the wrong customer or wrong accout? or really DID?

                        it was very disappointed for the reply for 'no receipt for the refund'

                        i demand a receipt of refund to me. Not just reference number or invoice.
                        Receipt would make everything smooth and easier without me to double comfirm in between bank and adidas day to day.

                        sincerly i hope the relevant team can verify and rectify my concern again as soon as possible.

                                Order AIN00236543 placed at adidas.co.in, on Monday 29th November and received on Thursday 2nd December
                                But due to size issue I made a return request but till today 8th December, there is no response from your side, neither my return request processed nor any confirmation has received which is against the return policy.
                                whenever i called customer care they said that request is in progress but after a week there is no confirmation regarding return. They are cheating with customers.

                                        I had returned a pair of footwear on 22nd NoVv and till date i javnt recieved any updaye from their end.After calling on help line no. Multiple times, they just say that product has been recieved and quality check is done and will be receiving a mail regarding refund details(To provide bank details)
