My Order AIN00029070 delivered dated 25/09/2021, Later returned by me, duly acknowledged by company dated 02/10/2021. After that so may mails & phone calls from my end for refund hasn't yielded much. Even as on today 03/12/2021 I am still waiting to receive my refund.

Also please share necessary legal step up protocol for this.

    i am ajay i ordered one pair of adidas sl20 shoe Rs5499 order id[protected] in sale and the real price of the shoe was 11999 but after using for one month the sole of the shoe start coming out which adidas claims it falls under wrannty so i contact adidas support last month on 19th october and they share the invoice details and pic of the defect but till now they didn't reach me so i call them after one week that i send all the details that u required after that they say i am registring complain on high priority in next 24 to 48 hrs we will contact you but they didn't contact me after that till now they say all the same thing

      I placed an order for ADILETTE AQUA SLIDES (order id - AIN[protected] amounting ₹1609 which was delivered to me on 7 november 2021 sunday, but it didn't fit so I eventually returned it with the price tag and box intact the very next day and the company accepted my return on 15 november 2021 and its policy says i’d be refunded within 14 days but there’s been no progress i’ve called many many times they cut the call or tell me to wait but dont send the mail and form so that i can give my bank details for refund. I’ve been calling them for a week and but their staff cut or put the call on hold so i am really tired of this and want my refund to be made as soon as possible so i seek your help.         I placed an order with Adidas directly from there website with Order number AIN00042409 and the product reached back to there Warehouse after Quality approval on 9th October, Since then they arent issuing my REFUND of 7999 because there system is unable to capture my banking details and the best part is they dont have any solution to it. So if there internal system is not capturing the details does that mean they will not issue a refund??? I have 15 screenshots of filling there refund form which there customer care executives made me fill while on call with them and confirmed they are not capturing it. I have been chasing them for One and A Half month now but they are not issuing my money. I really dont know what to do. I have always been using Adidas but this time, i am sure this was my last purchase with them.

        I have still not have any solution from them, they have confirmed that they will come with up with a solution by 2Pm which i am assuming will not happen, because thats what they have been promising me since 9th OCtober. Until unless i dont receive my refund, i will make sure i keep updating this complaint area.

        I would like to know on what basis Adidas is marking this complaint as resolved wherein the issue is still open and i have not received any refund as if now neither did i receive any update yet! WHY ARE YOU MARKING AS RESOLVED?????????? A branded company like you can do such an activity is inappropriate. If my issue is resolved i will myself remove this complaint.
        Same here, Brother. They are not issuing any refunds. Just dragging.
        I was ordered a Adidas shoes on 28th Feb the ETA was on 8th March unfortunately the the product wasn't delivered to on the date..so i have raised request for cancellation of the order on 8th March but next while contacting they said that the cancellation not happened so again they escalating for the cancellation on 9th March since that day onwards I'm following the customer support over the mails and calls they not responding properly and not providing any update..the Adidas website also not accurate.
        Kindly help me out on this.

          Hey there, thanking you for taking the time to address this email. I am filing this complaint to your adidas online shop (self-operated) in Joybuy, a widely known e-commence platform in China over its delayed shipment of my orders ( Joybuy order No.[protected]. I placed this order to buy two pairs o[censored]ltraboost sports shoes on this November 10, and your online shop committed to starting shipping in next 72 hours, however this order is still left under a status of waiting for shipment after almost 10 days, with nobody’s care and attention, no matter how hard i’ve pushed your customer team based in China. Ironically in this Joybuy online shop you are still selling the shoes to other customers, which I ordered yet to be delivered.
          I’ve wasted lots of time in pushing around with your Chinese customer team in Joybuy. And if you truly pursue to quality and service, I would like your customer team to interfere from your headquarter office to look into this order and give me a proper answer and delay damage as per applicable laws and regulations.

            This is with reference to the order no mentioned above, I have made n no of calls and written on these ID many times for my refund. I have been chasing for my refund from 08th october 2021 and on 12th I was asked to furnish the bank details which I immediately provided and then also confirmed verbally and also in writing whether you have got it or not. I was given a confirmation from your side and then after chasing for my refund - again I was asked for the details which i once again provided and then again chasing game begins. I tried many times in days and wasted precious time of mine and it also affected my reputation in my office as they thought I am wasting my time on phone as I had to try many times and when i got connected - I was disconnected after putting my call on hold. So first there was a challenge of connecting and then your executives hung up on me and then fresh challenge was started of giving dates from your end.

            I am harassed mentally and wasted lots of my precious time in the follow ups mentioned in your website, so please end this ordeal and refund my money.

                I placed an order with adidas in October but due to the incorrect shoe size I had to return. I returned the shoes very same day of delivery and shoes reached their warehouse on 19 th October. Called adidas numerous times and mailed them too. They say my product failed quality test due to incorrect size. They are refusing refund. My order number is AIN00090392

                  I bought a shoe from adidas official store CP DELHI i ws shown size 11 but i ws given size 10...i went to the store after 2 hrs to exchange but they refused they asked me to get online approval i applied fr adidas customer service fr approval for exchange...its been over 40 days now...evrytime i call them they say you will get your approval within 48 hrs 6 people have told me the same thing but i dont get it

                    I have provided all the refund details and it's been more than 15 days and I have still not received the refund amount. Please note the refund amount is ₹2 399.50.

                      I bought a pair of adidas sneakers and it hardly took a 8-9 days for the first damage to occur. The sneakers seems to have a inferior quality built and does not suit regular usage. Sneakers have formed a very deep cut which will ultimately result in tear of the material. Its fascinating how a brand like adidas can come up with such cheap quality products. Really dissapointed. I wish to proceed with my complaint and hope the officials revert.

                          I bought a pair of shoes from adidas.co.in, because it was small for me I returned the product . It's been 23 days since the returned product reached adidas and 8 days after that i shared the bank details, so basically today(11/11/2021) is the 15th day after I shared the bank details and i still haven't got my refund.

                            Order number AIN00027960. Ordered shoes from Adidas website on 23 September, received and returned on 28th September .
                            I got a mail and a sms saying my refund will be issued within 7 working days but it’s been more than one month and I have got my refund.
                            I contacted the numbers given on Adidas website. Phones are not picking up. WhatsApp number issued says he is just a rookie and not responding. Very bad service.

                              Stolen Shoes/Fake shoes of Adidas/Lotto/Nike/Reebok being sold at Priya Shoes behind commissioner office Moradabad.
                              He doesn't provide the receipt when asked and doesn't have any authorized license of selling any of above mentioned company shoes.
                              He is also not paying Tax to the government by not providing any bill/invoice receipt to the customer.

                                I have placed an order on Oct 14th 2021 for Adidas shoes. Order no - AIN00098622My order has not been delivered yet. I havent received any update. So I requested to cancel my order and initiate the refund. The customer support keeps saying that concern has been forwarded to respective team. The order has still not been cancelled and I havent received any refund. This is highly disappointing

                                  I have been trying to return an item since October 12, 2021. I have called Adidas customer service numerous times, sent them many emails. Nobody is willing to help. It’s all pain, misery and agony dealing with Adidas customer service.
                                  I have spent my hard earned money and never expected such a pathetic customer service from Adidas.

                                    Ordered shoes from Adidas on 21 September. Delivered on 28 September.
                                    Returned on 3 October.
                                    Company has received the item on 11 October.
                                    Asked for bank details on 15th October and given. But I haven’t received the refund amount. Contacted on WhatsApp number but it says I am just rookie. Called the other two numbers but not responding.

                                        I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 16 September 2021. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. the order was picked up by the courier partner on 20th September of June. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. I received an email from Adidas on 23rd September 2021, three days after the pickup stating that the refund will be processed within 4-5 days. But in Adidas site is mentioned that the transfer takes 14 working days. It has been 12 Working days since the pickup however, no refund has been received by me. I also have mailed multiple times. I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs.5399.50. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.
