Hi, I purchased a product in Jan and would like to exchange it but as there is no option of exchange and customer care executive asked me to return the product and suggested to place new order after getting refund. I followed same. I paid amount through credit card and voucher. I have received the amount paid through credit card and they haven't reactivated my voucher.
From Jan 27th I have been following up team but still they are keeping my request on hold and not getting proper updates or resolution.

    The delivery guy didn't call me on the first day and claimed failed delivery. Then the next day the delivery guy which I believe didn't attempt delivery. As I was there when he said he is at the distinct location and didn't even call me back again. The delivery needs to be fired. This poor delivery service is not something to be expected from adidas.

      I ordered a pair of boots on 10th march and i got it delivered on 12th march as the product was a big in size for me i ordered returned it and I haven’t received any information regarding the refund and i tried calling the authorities multiple times and they said I’ll get a mail regarding the refund to fill in my bank details as it was cash on delivery but I haven’t received any mail from their side and the product has been returned.

        My colleague ordered shoes form adidas.co.in with order number AIN00543222 on 27.2.2022 . the product delivered on 3.3 2022.
        the size of the shoes is 7, which was big for her, so she returned the product on 8.3.2022 with every tags intact . the shoes were picked up by delhivery agency on the same date and the product reached to the original seller on 14.3.2022 . today she got a call from adidas, they were saying the shoes were not original and they failed in quality check, and they are not refunding money . again when i called the company customer care number on 15.3.2022 they said either they recheck the product or they will send the same product to us ( duplicate product ). she wants her money back rs 2279 . her name is sakshi pandey and her email is pandey.[protected]@gmail.com. we dont know the product we got was original or duplicate, she returned because she was having size issue . please help us

          I ordered size 6.5 US size but the one I received is 5.5 US size.
          No action taken from call center after more than 2 weeks of calls

            Hello. I have made an order from online store. I already returned the product and got an email from adidas team on 7th March 2022 but I have not received the form where I have to fill my bank account as I made a payment via COD. However I have received the tax credit note and I dont know where adidas will refund to since I have not yet received the form. Please solve this problem. I already try chat and call with the agents but the line were always buzy. Please help me.

                Greetings of the day...

                Reference to my earlier mail, I have ordered the product on sale from adidas online store with references attached and I was very upset to find that it did not work as expected from Adidas. I have been a very long time customer of your company for a number of years and I was very upset when I recently purchased one of your products only to have it be defective, this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you.
                I have raised a complaint with the customer service for which the order Number is AIN00477428. Today i received a call from the customer service where i was told that there is no manufacturing defect but a wear and tear. (Well, of course the item had already been used two times before as there would be no other way for me to learn that it was defective!

                We don't expect such quality of shoes from a company like Adidas after paying so much. If you wish to return to the top of this industry, you will definitely have to improve the quality of your products, as this simply will not cut it in the future.
                I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want is my money back ​as I do not believe that this product was delivered to me as promised​ ​​or to have this product replaced with one that works properly.

                ​I really do not want to be rude, but the quality of this product is nowhere near what I would expect from a company like yours and I believe that this should be dealt with as soon as possible.

                I do not feel that I am being unreasonable with my request.

                  I placed this order on 25th February but on 28th some OFD lock got applied to it, since then I’ve been requesting to get it removed, their team gave me a false promise to get it delivered within 2 days and since last one week they have been doing the same, they even asked me to go to ecomexpress to collect my parcel and ecomexpress denied it, after making constant false promises since last one week, today, they told me that it won’t be delivered. They have been troubling me since last one week, they gave me the wrong information and fooled me .
                  They infringed my fundamental right to right to information by giving me wrong information which is a legal wrong, as an Indian citizen I can move to court and file a case, also, I can file case in the consumer forum .

                          I Placed an order with adidas which was delivered to me on 19th december 2021. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 days picked up by the courier partner I was asked by adiads to provide my bank detailsover email. since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. It has been nearly 2 months since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs1000. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

                            Adidas blatantly denies to help with this return request how my efforts to get issue sorted from past 4 days seems completely useless. As these people are not willing to reply in a appropriate way and rest they are able to deliver products but return pickup has not yet done.

                            From 14th Feb 2022 I received nothing except blatant denial to help and assist why their social media team is unable to work it out

                              I had ordered shoes from your website and returned it due to size issues.
                              I had placed an order on October 17th and gave the return request on Oct 20th. The shoes were returned in a proper state and I received a text that my payment is being processed on November 3rd promising that i will receive my payment in 7 days, yet its been more than 3 months and I haven't received my payment. I had made multiple calls on your customer care, spoke to a different person every time and each person promised different things and many a times I've just been left on hold over the call and the person never came back. I want this issue to be resolved.

                                  I received 2 orders (AIN00355834 & AIN[protected] on 04 Jan 22 and placed return request on the same day via Adidas website. Called up customer service 4-5 times and also emailed customer service over 5-7 times. Every time I receive a message that my pick up has been rescheduled, however, no one comes to pick up the orders. My refund amount of 9k is stuck due to this. I have even copied my mail to their CEO and send them message on instagram. Please help.

                                    Returned two articles to Adidas. It's been almost 2 months but refund has not been given. the cost is INR5000. I have sent more than 10 emails, called them over 100 times, and sent multiple message on facebook page. No resolution to the matter, and it's absolutely draining mentally and emotionally.
