As per attached invoice, an order was placed on 24.05.2020 for Predator 193 FG Shoes. Refund/Replacement was sought since the shoes were not of correct size. The product was returned and confirmed its receipt by adidas.

I requested return and self shipped the product. In the name of quality check they kept we waited for 2-3 days, then they said that quality check has failed and we have received a local product.
I requested them to provide me the quality check report and photos of the product to confirm that they are telling the truth or not. Then again i asked them to provide me report and photos but they didnt provide. After waiting for 6-7 days...
