I bought adidas vs pace sneakers black but not expected this type of comfort from adidas also suggested one of my friend when i ordered the shoes so he also bought them but he also finds them uncomfortable

The chappal has got damaged and sole has been removed within 2/3 months of time with a minimum use by me. Pl forward your suitable response and replacement procedure.                       Dear Adidas,
                      I purchased a pair of shoe from your site (Order No[protected] . The piece was small in size. So we returned.
                      Then we received a mail from you asking for bank details to process the refund. We shared our bank details twice. Then second time we got message from you stating you have received bank details
                      We received mail from you that refund has been processed on 3rd of November 2020
                      But we never received it. I called customer care many times during these days. But they are not able to solve the issue.
                      I was asked to share bank details for the same. That also I had to go to bank taking leave from my office. Still I went and shared two times because I think Adidas never get mail in one go.
                      I have been calling on an average every day. But no solution is provided. Requested to speak with some senior team member but now Adias is not replying at all.
                      It’s really very disappointing. I request you to please return my money ASAP.
                      I am hoping for immediate action taken regarding this issue.

                          I have been receiving sales promotional messages frequently in my mobile no. (+[protected] from ADIDAS. Based on my bitter experience with the shoes that I purchased a few years back, ADIDAS enjoys a poor image in my mind. So, I contacted ADIDAS' Customer care around a month back, requesting them to stop such messages to my mobile no. Though the help line person indicated 48 hours as the time that would be taken for this action, I am surprised that even today (1st Novemeber 2020) I got a promotional message. May I expect speedy action at elast now?

                              Dear Sir,

                              As per attached invoice, an order was placed on 24.05.2020 for Predator 193 FG Shoes. Refund/Replacement was sought since the shoes were not of correct size. The product was returned and confirmed its receipt by adidas.

                              On 23 June 2020, Team Adidas (Name was not mentioned) informed that returned product failed in quality check process as the product was received ‘’without brand box’’. Quote: We will be unable to process your return/refund request further ’’Unquote.

                              After many email communications with customer care adidas team, the reply was that it was forwarded to the concerned team .The last mail of adidas was received on 13 Aug 2020.The issue is neither solved nor it was escalated to higher team of adidas.

                              I would like to submit the following :

                              1. The product was returned with same packing which was received, and the adidas team courier agency also made video film and said packing is also ok. I asked video film from adidas which was never shared.

                              2. I asked quality team report which was never shared. It may so happen that the either courier agency did not handed over the same packing or adidas team did not forwarded the same packing to quality check department.

                              3. I asked phone nos/emails of higher team or management which was never shared till date.

                              4. While ordering, it was never mentioned what consists of your packing details as to how many pouches or tags, boxes would be there i.e this product also being dispatched with so many packing boxes/tags etc. Your courier agency also did not acknowledge that they have handed over the original packing with details.

                              In view of above points, I therefore request to please review the status of refund and escalate this issue to higher management.

                              Please solve this issue within 10 days otherwise I shall be free to take any legal action/Media/online sharing of this issue at your risk and cost.

                                I ordered a couple of shoes on the 12th september 2020.Order number[protected]. I received the same on the 18th. So far so good.
                                Of the two pairs, I found one, not to my liking and requested return of the same, immediately.
                                On the 19th, your representative picked up the material from me. There was acknowledgement from your end for this, like we get it from Amazon or Flipkart.
                                After waiting for a reasonable period, on the 23rd I contacted your customer care number.
                                I was informed that there was a lengthy process. The returned material will have to reach your warehouse and it takes a maximum of 7 days. Then after scrutiny to accept the return and authorise refund it will take another 7 working days. This in itself was shocking. Amazon refunds the money without hours after collecting the returns.
                                Till date, I have been calling them with interval of three days only to listen to the same story. The material has not reached their warehouse and they can do nothing about this.
                                Kindly advise further course oaf action.
                                So far I have not received a single mail or call from your end.
                                Each time I try to call you takes about 30 minuted to speak to your representative.
                                There is no professional approach.
                                Hope something will happen at least after this.

                                    This is to inform you that i ordered for purchase of 2 shoes vide order no.[protected] dated 27th september 2020. Since then i am waiting for receipt of the supply order.
                                    I was given to understand that the delivery agency has falsely shown refusal of delivery which they never presented to me. As i am living in a society flat and there is every recording of visitors in cctv.
                                    I being senior citizen do not go out these days and am always in home only.
                                    Please investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the delivery agency for reporting false information.
                                    It is once again requested to please ensure that my supply order is completed at the earliest.
                                    A line in reply willhighly be appreciated.
