Order placed kn 10/03/2022 and product returned 13/03/2022
Account details sent via email on 27/03/2022 that too initiative taken from my side for the refund. Tried contacting customer care for several times where i could speak to them only twice.

Customer care experience has been the worst when compared to any other brands. This is highly not acceptable from adidas and it is high level of irresponsibility shown towards customer

Customer care executive does not even respond to calls as it is always busy.
So this makes no sense to have customer care portal.

Never expected this to happen with your team

I have also sent mails to service team of adidas well i did get the response only for two emails and that is all.

I would really need my refund with few days as you know it is not a small amount

I hope there need not be any kind of escalation from my side

    Hello, I am Sagar,
    I ordered shoes from the adidas app on 19th April.
    Order amount:- ₹2399
    The quality was not upto the mark and the shoe size was small so I returned the order on 22nd April. It was a Cash on Delivery order. I filled the form for the account details on 22nd April and got a confirmation and refund initiate email for the same on the same day. The returned item was received by adidas on 27th April. And they initiated the refund process then. But it's been more than
    20 days and I haven't received my refund yet.

    During this time I talked to the customer service agent 2-3 times and they asked me to wait as my refund is in process.
    But when i called them again on 16th May again they told me that my account details haven't been updated and I have to fill the refund form again and wait for 14 days again. It's been 20 days already and 14 more days now.
    I can't wait that much for my money.
    Kindly assist me in resolving the issue.

        I had ordered a tshirt from adidas app in India order no. AIN00688666 due to size issue i returned the product. The tshirt was picked up for return. Since then i haven't received the refund. It was a cash on delivery order. I have tried contacting adidas for refund through every way possible all the numbers available on website, all the mails ids, i even tried initiating chat with the agent but all it says it all agents are busy please try later. Its been days i haven't received the refund. I am helpless i lost my money. I even texted them on adidas. My email address is [protected]@ymail.com please help me.

          I order a track suit from adidas.com, it was not properly fitted on me so I returned within the next day but after 7 days they got their products on their warehouse but still they didn't send my money back so please it's my request to do some strict action regarding their returning policy and help to bring my money back

            My product got returned to adidas warehouse on 26 april 2022 and till date that is 11 may 2022 i have not got my refund of Rs 2999/-. no answer on mails, no text, no answering of calls on customer care no. pls resolve my issue.

              Not refunding the money

              Its been around a month since I've completed my return process but haven't received the refund yet.
              I contacted adidas multiple times through mail, chat, calls, messenger services but to avail.
              They sent me a bank detail form to fill out twice which i did fill but i still didn't receive any refund.
              Once i called them and waited for good 15-20 mins before my call was answered by a man who took my order details and asked...

              I’ve received the confirmation email that I’ve successfully returned my product and it has reached your warehouse. I’ve received an email saying I’ll get a refund in 7 days but I’ve yet to receive my refund. I’ve paid in COD mode.                 I had ordered MANCHESTER UNITED TEAMGEIST WOVEN JACKET (L- SIZE) mid April and got it delivered on 25th of April. After checking the size, it was not fitting, so I initiated the return process through my adidas IOS app. On 30th April 2022, Blue dart picked up my return product. It's 4th of May today and there is not a single update of my return reception by adidas warehouse. Please help me as I had done cash on delivery and paid Rs. 6459.15 /- which I don't want to loose. please look into this on priority. The adidas customer care helpline is totally useless as I tried calling and for hours, no one would pick up the call. Return status on the adidas app: Return started, nothing else since 4 days.
                When I checked on https://adidas.clickpost.in/reverse?waybill=[protected], Last Update shows Returned on 4th May, 11:32am. However on the adidas IOS app, I don't get any updates.
                My adidas IOS app is logged in through the IOS email and I am not able to change it to my Gmail (siddhesh.[protected]@gmail) as I don't receive any emails on the Email: [protected]@privaterelay.appleid.com which gets auto generated as a private one.
                I request you to please get my return status and my refund as soon as possible.

                    I have ordered A Windbreaker jacket through cash on delivery on Adidas App.I returned the product on 22April and on 29th April I received a mail stating that I will get my refund in my bank and it will reflect in my bank in 7 days.But I have not sent any bank details and they have not mailed me asking my bank details.When will I get my refund?I have tried to call Adidas on this number [protected] but a music plays and after that the phone gets cut.Tired of doing this

                      I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 22nd april 2022. Due to an issue with the quality and size, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 24th of april.since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. But till now i didn't get any mail or message asking my bank details. So i tried to reach them through their customer service in all the ways possible but none of them worked. Due to a fault at their end, I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an

                            I've ordered a pair of boots on the official Adidas website. The order delivered within the expected time frame and was paid on a COD payment method. After trying it out, it was a size small for me so i had it returned the next the itself and ordered a new pair with a size bigger and both had also been done within the expected time frame (the new order delivered and the shipment returned to their warehouse) . But coming to the first order's refund i still wasn't paid within the given time frame, i do understand some issues might be going on whatsoever but atleast the customer service should pick up the calls or atleast some assurance or information about the ongoing transactions should be made aware to the customers. Now it's been past the expected date of refund and still not a single chat with the customer service team. Kindly look into the issue.

                              I ordered an product and due to size issues i returned it. the product has been returned but i have not recived the refund for my product. A msg said that refund will be credited to my bank account but bank account details are also not asked yet.
                              Its been days now and i am very disappointed by the customer care service they are not picking up calls and not replying to my mail also. This is not a good service from such a big company.

                                This is in regards to order number: AIN00678377. The order has been returned and I have received the email of my return being received by Adidas. The email says that my refund has been issued, but the thing is that this was a cash on delivery order and I haven't received any form or emails asking for my bank details. This is not the first time this has happened. In the past too, I had to myself take the baton and write emails to them to ask my bank details for the refund.

                                The customer service number is nothing but bogus, nobody answers and it always says that you are facing a high volume of calls. Even if I wait for 30 minutes on the call, nobody will pick up. And my last two emails regarding the refund have received no replies. It has been over 15 days since this started.

                                    Placed a return for the defected piece received within the warranty period but they just passed time so that the warranty period gets over then rejected my return by saying that the customer is unavailable then...when I again contacted them...they said that the warranty period is over so new return request cannot be created.. highly disappointed by adidas

                                      Shoes warranty claim

                                      {I purchased a pair of Adias X ghosted .3 FG from flipkart on 3rd October 2021. Order ID: OD[protected]. It's been 2 months exactly since I purchased this shoe and I would like to say the shoes are a complete disgrace and pathetic. The quality doesn't seem like it's from Adidas and the build feels like a first copy or something. The issues with the shoes are - It's completely biting all of my fingers and has given some major shoebites....
