I will never buy here again, and I will not let my friends buy here. You are too careless, so I bought two pairs of slippers and returned them. less hair

    I Placed an order with adidas which was delivered to me on 19th december 2021. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 days picked up by the courier partner I was asked by adiads to provide my bank detailsover email. since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. It has been nearly 2 months since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs1000. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

      Adidas blatantly denies to help with this return request how my efforts to get issue sorted from past 4 days seems completely useless. As these people are not willing to reply in a appropriate way and rest they are able to deliver products but return pickup has not yet done.

      From 14th Feb 2022 I received nothing except blatant denial to help and assist why their social media team is unable to work it out

        I had ordered shoes from your website and returned it due to size issues.
        I had placed an order on October 17th and gave the return request on Oct 20th. The shoes were returned in a proper state and I received a text that my payment is being processed on November 3rd promising that i will receive my payment in 7 days, yet its been more than 3 months and I haven't received my payment. I had made multiple calls on your customer care, spoke to a different person every time and each person promised different things and many a times I've just been left on hold over the call and the person never came back. I want this issue to be resolved.

            I received 2 orders (AIN00355834 & AIN[protected] on 04 Jan 22 and placed return request on the same day via Adidas website. Called up customer service 4-5 times and also emailed customer service over 5-7 times. Every time I receive a message that my pick up has been rescheduled, however, no one comes to pick up the orders. My refund amount of 9k is stuck due to this. I have even copied my mail to their CEO and send them message on instagram. Please help.

              Returned two articles to Adidas. It's been almost 2 months but refund has not been given. the cost is INR5000. I have sent more than 10 emails, called them over 100 times, and sent multiple message on facebook page. No resolution to the matter, and it's absolutely draining mentally and emotionally.

                It's already more than 11 days I've returned the product but still now I haven't received a single penny from them, my trust is vanished from this online shopping especially Adidas 😔, please give my money back.

                      I had placed an order on 3/2/2022. I should have got my order by yesterday. The tracking link is so slow that it doesn't update for more than 24 hours. Neither the customer care executives are answering the call nor am I getting any update about my order. I want to cancel my current order and want to order another pair of shoes in my size once they get restocked but the customer care executives aren't providing me with enough knowledge about when the product will be restocked

                          I ordered an item from their site and initiated a return on 30th January 2022
                          They said they would pick the order and the delivery executive will call me but when he came to recieve the order he said his app was not working so he cannot scan the product and i will be assigned another delivery executive now no executive has been assigned and nor they are replying and the customer care never picks the call my order number is AIN00452041

                              Amount is: INR 3926.57

                              I ordered one Jacket from Adidas app on 15th Jan 2022, I received that product on 19th Jan 2022, So the product I received is exact same product that I ordered but the size is incorrect.
                              I ordered size S but received size L though the product is exactly same as what I ordered.
                              I placed return request for the same mentioning the reason as wrong size, and it is picked by their delivery executive on 20th Jan 2022 (He also verified the product and tags before picking it up)
                              The product reached warehouse on 21st Jan 2022, and product quality checked didn't happen in the warehouse till date i.e. 1st Feb 2022.

                              I have contacted customer service team 7-8 times, each time they told they have talked to quality check team and escalated the issue to them and issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours, which didn't happened yet.

                              It seems like Adidas don't want to refund my amount just by asking me to wait for 48 hours every time I call their customer support team. They are delaying quality check process with no specific reason.

                              Please help me resolve my issue as soon as possible and provide me the refund from Adidas.

                                I had ordered pants worth Rs.2500 from Adidas. I had to return it because of size issues. Since it was a COD order ( AIN[protected], I had to fill a form with my bank account details in order to get the refund. It’s been more than a week since I’ve returned the product and more than 3/4 days since my product has passed the quality check but I still haven’t received the refund form. Their contact number is always engaged. Previously, Adidas had a much better and quicker service.

                                  I ordered a product on adidas and paid the money online via card. After a week i called the helpline number and they told my order will be canceled by them as the product isn't available and then it's been 10 days and the app says the product is in shipment and hence no sign of refund whatsoever yet. I call them everyday to ask for the same and they say you'll get a mail within 24 to 48 hrs and no sign of mail yet

                                    I had placed an order no AIN00275188 on 11th Dec 2021 and the same was delivered on 15th Dec 2021 under a 30 days return policy. The size was improper and the shoes were too big. Hence I tried to initiate a return but since delivery partner(Delhivery) did not update delivery, I could not initiate online return. Had to call customer service [protected] and ask for a return and refund. They assured me that return has been initiated and sent me an email on my registered email id. (attached as a trail to this mail). Since then no one has come to pick up the product and I have been calling the customer service everyday for 30 minutes since most of the representatives are working from home with huge technological issues to retrieve my complaint and every day a new person tells me since there is no previous request, he or she is initiating a new request for a pick up and sends me a new mail of confirmation of a reverse pick up. After 30 days of these calls and emails when nothing happened, I asked for the address and sent the shoes back at my expense (pfa courier slip and receipt signed by your warehouse) and sent them an email to just refund my original 2000 Rs. And now their emails are bouncing back and the customer service phone is switched off. I am not aware if adidas has closed down its India business or what is the reason for such a pathetic service. Now shoes and money both are with them. And I am not sure how to get refund.

                                      I would like to inform you following few lines for your kind information and favourable action please.

                                      01) Sir/ Madam I purchased 02 no.s of Tshirts from Adidas offical app my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered both the Tshirts ln different date and then i received both of them on different date. I have some fitting issues regarding both the same so i make a return request of both of them and for your information the order no. Of the Tshirts is AIN00359967 and AIN00331101.

                                      02) Then on Jan 08 2022 the deleivery boy from bluedart from adidas had reached to my station and after verify both the Tshirts they collect both of them. They even check all the tags quality related things and matches the images which are in his mobile to ensure that the recived product by him from me is actual a original one or not and after meet all the conditions they satisfied and collect both of them. So, as a customer my responsibilty and liability is over and that point of time.

                                      03) After that on jan 16 2022 i recieved a call from adidas customer care in which they told me that one of the Tshirt who's order no. Is AIN0033101 has passed in quality check and the refund of order no:- AIN0033101 is credited to my bank account the other one whose order no. Is AIN00359967 is not passed because of the wrong quality received . And i also send call recording on jan 16 2022 in which the deleivery boy has accepted that they collect the article has per the images which are send to him by adidas in his mobile.

                                      04) So, today on jan 27 2022 i make a call to adidas customer care to know the status of my product because in every 2-3 days i make a call to your representative someone is saying different thing and other is saying something i am very much confused and harrased because i did not receive a meangiful answer and it is having 1 mnth that i cant even recieved my refund. So when i make a call they said to me that your product is failed in quality check there is having a wrongful item.

                                      05) Now, sir my question is that when I handed over both the product to the courier partner which are send by adidas and when they received the product by having all the satisfaction so my liability is over and even i did not after that what happens because a customer my liability is over . Maybe they doing something illegal and maybe something wrong is happening from his side so that why may be adidas received a wrongful article. But in this entire matter who can you blame a customer when they meet all the responsibility by his side.

                                      06) so on the same day jan27 2022 i told the adidas customer team to snd me the images of that product which you be recieved and which u called as wrongful item. They snd me only one image to me and in that image only the upper portion of the tshirts seems to show. But i am shocked when i see that image because sir it is the exact one which I ordered and which i returned because there is a tag attached to that tshirt in which all the specifications which is Article no, Model no, country in which made, colour all are same. So, i demand to snd me more pics so that can confirm surely this is the exact one but they denied It means it is clearly shown that they are willfully harrasing me because at one point they said u snd wrong product and when I demand to snd me more images. They denied and when i match the product which i ordered to the image they snd me it shows the product is same. ( As per your information i snd u the image which is given by me from adidas and also the image of the product which I ordered.

                                        Hi

                                        I have order anproduce in 19th Jan where in I have mentioned incorrect pin code and the actual address was different and I keep calling customer service and they are disconnecting my call everytime I called customer service they give me different resolution and the product is showing delivered to the pin code where in it was not and they are not giving me the resolution at all
