I have order anproduce in 19th Jan where in I have mentioned incorrect pin code and the actual address was different and I keep calling customer service and they are disconnecting my call everytime I called customer service they give me different resolution and the product is showing delivered to the pin code where in it was not and they are not giving me the resolution at all...

We had applied for redelivery on 21 January and still haven’t received any of the product yet.. the customer care number always seems to be busy. So look into your matter and make my order deliver as soon as possible....

I Placed an order with Adidas (AIN[protected] which was delivered to me on 6th January 2022. Due to an issue with the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. The order was picked up by the courier partner on 7th January 2022. On 15th Jan, it reached the seller but they refused to accept my return and they didn't provide any reason why. I have Ordered a 2 pair of Shoes last January 10, 2022, 1 arrive last January 17, 2022 and the other is CANCELLED. As per the Adidas Store they already sent a refund Last Jabuary 14, 2022. But until now Still not Reflected on my Bank Account....

I gave my order for return adidas on 14 th jan 2022 and so far no confirmation mail is received and the payment was cash on delivery and till now they haven't asked any bank details. Its been 5 days....

I ordered a Track Jacket From Adidas Official App Worth 3, 599 INR On 2nd January And The Mode Of Payment Was Cash on Delivery / Pay On Delivery And We Ordered Size L But It Was Short To Wear So We Used Return Option In Adidas App And Next Day The Logistics Worker Came To Pick Up The Jacket On 6 January And We Asked Him To Give Us The Money Back So He Said That It Will come in the app and he cannot provide the refund the company will provide...

I placed an order of shoes on the website on 4th Dec 2021. The shoes got delivered on 7th December but were too large for me, I placed a return request immediately and the return was picked up on 9th Dec 2021.
I waited for the 14 days refund period but it didn't come. I wrote an email to the company requesting refund on 23rd Dec 2021, they responded...

Such a pathetic company, my brother had ordered shoes on 30th Nov and received totally different shoes in the package on 3rd dec, mentioned the same on 3rd dec to the brand, they approved the same and got it picked after 3-4 days and I got a call that it’s approved and I’ll be getting refund within 24-48 hrs, but till date I didn’t got any refund, almost every other day I am calling on toll free number, they say they’ll call back...

I had ordered a Man U jersey but returned it on 22nd Nov due to size issues. The product was not getting picked up (again poor service from Adidas) until 7th Dec, 2021.

First of all there was no confirmation message after the pickup was done, the delivery person said we will get a message on our phone, but we received no message.
I got 3 messages for the pick-up request and on 7 December the pickup was finally done .
