I hv a double door frost free model no.GL-368YVQ4 refrigerator wch was purchased in 2012. Pl refer my complaint nos.[protected] dt. 17th may n[protected] dt. 5th Aug 2014. the mechanic has changed the part but the problem is still persisting n I hv been offered a 60% payback amount for the same. My refrigerator is 2yrs old n for the major defect I'm being offered a very low amount because the freezer can burst n can cause a major accident. U r therefore requested to please look into the matter at the earliest possible n give a genuine solution or full payment. Hoping for a positive response. Thanking you. kusum pandey
