This is not at all true.Plz find four goods being damaged.Same was conveyed to Mr Rajendra and Ria. I got my household articles including motorcycle and car transported through Agarwal Packers Movers via GC no 4160256 dated 12.3.2011 from Hyderabad to Nopida and took delivery on 9.10.2011 to Noida after paying the warehouse cost..When things were unloaded, I noticed following items have been damaged:

But for the first time, we were told Rs 100 per day and then next day it became rs 250 which suprised me so i requested to reconsider.........It will be great if you can negotiate as Dinesh Sharma later on agreed for Rs 6000 per month but i dont have any proof as these people didnt mail me or reverted back and didnt give anything in written as i asked them several times. Plz confirm when the delivery will be made for goods from gurgaon to jaipur--------will it be ffree or chargeable? nobody has called me so far in this regard.........

thanks at last for replyin but i previously had a talk with Mr rajbeer and Mr sunil ....they conveyed rs 100 per day and Mr dinesh conveyed rs 250...Plz let me know the reason for such huge descripancy.........Plz reconsider the charges as rs 250 per day is too high....I also requested for quotation and confirmation of delivery of following boxes to jaipur from gurgaon : boxes no 25,47,48,58 and 117 almost 2 weeks back which has never done till date as mentioned in my below mail and this topic still remains untouched by agarwal packers......plz address both the issues.

I am very much unsatisfied with after services of Agarwal Packers and Movers and their step by step procedures well defined on website but none of their members care to follow it.
I have made 50 calls in total in a month to agarwal packers and movers following members
1.Mr Dinesh Sharma-

to give us in written that are goods and bike has reached safely from hyderabad to gurgoan...few persons above say it has, few say we dont have any information and all are busy givin each others numbers and expecting customer to call each of them and coordinate and match their different opinion and stmts which i think is not customer job ..rather the packers should confirm the safe delivery of customer consign ment instead of harassing customer and forcing him to call them 100 times and recieve different replies each time the customer makes them call....
I also requested them to provide quotation to us prior they loading our goods(much in advance)...if we have to keep r goods + bike in their warehouse and later asked for extension for 3 months finally........i never recieved any quotation through mail or courier or some sort of paper work never done by them............they never cared to call back or revert back also inspite of me continuously pursuing them and asking them same and callin them twice daily.............i wanted few boxes also to be delivered from gurgaon to jaipur and ask them when can they do that and ask quotation for same which again was never provided....nor boxes transferred inspite of giving all required details....I am fed up totally making calls daily and listenining yes we wil do it madam and they never do nor bother to call back...I am too frustrated and wonder if my consign ment is safe or not or what is the matter really?
Kindly assist in the above case and somebody do care to call , mail acknowledging the safe delivery of my consignment no 4160256....provide me quotation in written for keeping all goods in safe custody for 3 months and also for delivery of few boxes from gurgoan to jaipur...........i will be highly greatful to agarwal packers and movers if they can provide timely and prompt services as they promise...

Now I am thinking to go to consumer forum and report an issue against them.
