This is a complaint against agarwal packers and movers (The one having its head office at secenderabad, unit of drs logistics) i would like to advise readers to avoid using the services of the company.
Agarwal packers & movers is a company of cheats and are looting customers, in the name of some past goodwill and some recommendations from few well known personalities, which they advertise on their website and brochure.

Shifting of Indica DLS car from Udupi to Delhi

The consignment was booked from udupi on 22/01/11 with a committement to deliver in 5 days i.e on 27/01/11. Full advance cash payment of Rs.14000/ - was paid at udupi before booking the vehicle.

I gave my luggage to be delivered from Chennai to Vadodara on 13th Jan 2011. (Order no , 4114878)
At max, I should have received it by 20th Jan 2011.
My luggage came here at 21st Jan and then they forgot to unload it in Vadodara.
It went all way back to Hyderabad, their head office and I am yet to receive it (today is 29th)

Recently i shifted to Mumbai and hired the services of Agarwal Packers & Movers to shift my car to mumbai. They charged exorbitantly and promised safe delivery of my new veichle. but to my horror my car was badly damaged, mirror shattered and tyre of my new car stolen.
