Consignment Number CHE24831 - Car transfer from Chennai to New Delhi. Unprofessional behaviour displayed by staff from very beginning. Demanded tips and then damaged vehicle by putting diesel in petrol car. Then manipulating and creating fraud petrol bill to save their employees with least regard to customer. Very poor and unprofessional conduct by Mr Chandra Bhushan and Mr Vijay Dixit who shielded their corrupt and negligent employees with least regard to customer concern. My car has been damaged by Agarwal Packers - Chennai team - Mr Rajesh & Mr Suresh. Worst service - not to be recommended to anyone. Agarwal Packers is a fraud company.

I have used Agarwal Packers n Movers in the past - twice. But this time, there's a marked degradation and unprofessionalism in their behaviour and customer service. They cancelled, without informing us, on the very day of shifting in Mumbai. After waiting for 2 hours of the allotted time, we had to call them to ask and were simply told that they will be unable to do the shifting on the day. Upon asking for a solution, they simply shrugged off their responsibility and the manager Mr. Sanjay and the V.P Mr. Talegaonkar even had the audacity to laugh off the matter and tell us 'ye to hota hai'. We had both taken off from work for the shifting and no one from the company even had the courtesy to apologize for their mistake, even though we had received an email and a phone call to confirm our booking. It is high time Agarwal Packers and Movers realize that this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism and high handed behaviour will cost them their reputation and customers. For all those like us, who believed in Agarwal as the best movers in the market, it's time to find an alternative.

My Name is Lakshman. CG NO 4431170. Goods transferred from Chennai to Mumbai. Fridge, Almirah, Washing Machine, LED TV - All are completly damaged. Sufferring a loss of around 50k. Had called agarwal people ( Lalith in Mumbai who is taking care of claims) 1000 times. Till yesterday no response and today after i am calling him, he is saying that he can reimburse Rs.2000 as settlement. What i will do with this 2000. It is complete pathetic service . Need to file a legal/consumer complaint. I paid 46k for transfer and they have broken all of my goods. VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. Need immediate resolution.

Dear Sir/Madam I have booked household items through Agarwal Mivers and Packers from Hubli to Lucknow and the items dispatched from Hubli on 12 march 2015 which had delivered on my Lucknow address on 20 march 2015 vide dispatch reference number HBL000897, after unloading it was not possible to check each and every item as there were more than 45 cartoons of items, while checking it was found that two big teddy bears as well as few soft toys were missing, those soft toys are costly as well as my daughter is emotionally attached to them, kindly locate the items and send to my address: M-II/19 sector I, Jankipuram Lucknow, Gaurav Berry [protected]

I contacted Agarwal Packers and Movers Bangalore branch two weeks back for moving my goods. Customer care forwarded my call to Bangalore Branch situated at lal Baugh. The service and response at Lalbaugh Branch is so poor that I had to followup several times just to get the quotation. On 16 May 2015 I contacted the branch officials saying that can you please send someone for looking at my goods, though after a very long communication, no response till 1 pm next day. Though on 16 May I was told that at 11 AM, a person will come and have a check. After several followups one of the field officer came to see my goods and told me that by next day 11 AM I will get the final amount and everything. Till 1 PM next day on 18 May 2015 there was no communication and no follow ups. As a customer I had to follow but the officials at branch were so careless that they were giving very vague answers. More over till today when I tried to reach higher authorities, there was even no proper response and nobody was there to resolve the issue and more over there was always one line that we will contact you in next 10 minutes. This is a very poor and improper service and has given me a lot of frustration. I will be looking for some other movers for moving my goods, as I guess Agarwal Packers and Movers as an organization has no value for customers. Very Very Very Poor and Pathetic Service. Will never recommend to anyone.

Car taken from home on 22nd April .(Jamshedpur) Car damaged while loading on 24th. Car was supposed to reach in 15 days.. It's been a month now..no sign whatsoever So, you damage my car and dont plan on delivering it.Instead of the corporation giving me updates, i have to enquire daily.

My name is Bhartendu singh.I want to transport my bike from ludhiana to pune.they told they will deliver my bike with in two days.I booked on 7 May delivery on 10 may.but today date 18 may.till now I have not received my bike. I have handed over my car regn. No. Rj - 14 - cp - 7148 alongwith other materials (As per attached packing list) packed in the car to your representative on[protected] from our indian oil corporation limited office at malviya nagar. The car was to be transported through car carrier from jaipur to bhubaneswar through car carrier of agarwal home solution packers & movers. I have paid rs. 20, 720=00 through cheque as per attached bill no. 1250 dtd. 13. 4. 2015. I was told that the car will reach at bhubaneswar within 7 - 8 days time. Since the car was not reaching at bhubaneswar i started asking your rep. At jaipur shri kishanji at his mob. No. [protected] and i was told everytime that my cheque was not getting clear from the bank and the car has reached at cuttack and can be delivered upon clearance of cheque. But i could find from netbanking that the said cheque was debited from my account on[protected]. But the delivery of the car was not effected with the same plea of non clearance of cheque. Thereafter i conveyed them that i am proceeding on leave on[protected] night to kolkata for 9 days. I got a call on[protected] at around 8 am while staying at kolkata from a person mob. No. [protected] claiming that he is the driver and brought my car in a carrier to cuttack on that day i. E.[protected] and requested me to take delivery of the car from cuttack. I told him that i was at kolkata and the car was to be delivered at my office address at bhubaneswar mentioned in the consignment note (Attached con. Note no. 1240 dated[protected] and i will take delivery at that address only, if required he can talk to his office also in this matter. He called me once again at around 12=35 pm that he wants to deliver the car at bhubaneswar and requested me to make arrangement for taking delivery of the car that day so that he can go back for other trips. Since that day was sunday and our office being closed and no person was available at office address i told him to come with the car at office address at bhubaneswar on next day i. E.[protected] for giving delivery to my colleague. Subesequently i once again received missed call from same no. On[protected] at 3=45 pm. I called him back immediately and he stated that he has proceeded around 10 km. Driving my car from cuttack for bhubaneswar which took me in total surprise and i told him that he should not have done this, once i have explained the situation and he in turn asked me what he should do then – whether to go back to cuttack or proceed to bhubaneswar for giving delivery of the car. I told him to hold on and let me check if i can find somebody to take delivery as the day being sunday. Thereafter i called my colleague at bhubaneswar and asked whether he can take delivery of the car that day at bhubaneswar. He agreed and i communicated to the driver accordingly and sent him my colleagues cell no. And also sent the driver’s no to my colleague through sms around 4 pm. It was confirmed by the driver and my colleague at around 5 pm that the car alongwith other materials reached to our bhubaneswar guest house. After return from kolkata i checked the car and found in very dirty condition. Bidis, matchsticks, one sim of airtel was lying in the dash board and one set of very dirty shirt and pant was lying under the backseat. Other things i have disposed except the sim card. There was black spots on the bonnet and left side on the outside body. I have done servicing yesterday through authorised service dealer of honda. They tried hard to remove the spots but could not as paint is coming out if scrapped. They told me repainting has to be done in the bonnet and side portion if black spots are to be scrapped which is having implication of about rs. 10, 000=00. Moreover the km. Reading shown after taking delivery at bhubaneswar was 10071 km. Whereas the km. Reading was 9339 (Car condition document signed by your rep.) while handing over the vehicle at jaipur. There is a difference of 732 km. Which was run during the transit from jaipur to bhubaneswar while it was in your possession. The above fact has given me ample doubt about the misuse of the car and loss due to damage as mentioned above. I have called several times to your representative kishanji at jaipur but could not get proper response. I have no other alternative but to lodge a strong complaint against your action during the process. The above fact is against the reputation of good transporters. I therefore strongly condemn your inactiveness and expect you to revert back to my satisfaction at the earliest.
The above complaint was lodged on 07. 05. 2015 throgh email at [protected]@gmail.com but did not get any response.

Dear sir, i have recieved my house hold articles in very bad condition from bijapur to bhopal and details are given below, 1.my sofas pairs are brocken its cost is 40, 000 rs 2.my one bed is totally brocken 3.my central table is in brocken condition. 4.metal cupboard is in bend condition 5.maximum crockeries are found brocken This all details are shown to superviser from your bhopal office.It was unloaded yesterday.Still i am tryeing to contact the bhopal office but nobody is responding.So please let me know if this are reparable, then done it and and we already retun back the brocken bed and central table to bhopal office.I never seen such type of bad packing in my life.Now we are regret to send my house hold articles by DRS movers.In future i never do the mistakes like this.So please look into this and do the needful. I moved my things from Chennai to Delhi, via consignment no.CHE022840 in the month of mar'15, All things received in good condition except Steel Almirah Steel Almirah was totally mishandled by APM service team and damaged heavily, When I reported to their local team first they said they will send surveyor, no one came, when i followed up they told to get it repair by myself and they will pay the repair cost, Since I am new to delhi I requested them to arrange a service person, nothing happened; they told me insurance declared value is 3000 APM can pay 3000 and take the almirah as salvage or 1500 for repair ; Cost of the almirah is rs.15000 and its brand new; How i can give the same at rs.3000; Now I got a person to repair who is quoting 5200 for repair; I told APM to pay the same which they are refusing,

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked household relocation from Chennai to Mumbai on 25th March 2015, It was suppose to reach within 1 week, but no one called and inform 11th April 2015. I again called up to Chennai office and located my consignment. After follow they delivered my consignment on 19th April 2015. They just delivered the packets and went without organising the stuff as promised. The staff said they are not equipped and skill to fix bed, TV, Sofa, centre table, kitchen stuff etc. I requested for carpenter, they asked me to arrange to call up customer care. On calling up customer care, I did not receive any positive response. Could not wait so invested money and time again to get the things fixed on my own. It was a nightmare. I have insured for 2 Lakh, but they are not ready to pay. When I call they say they will ask surveyor to visit your place and give report, but no one has visited till date (12/05/2015). Hi, I have consignment 4444996 (Bangalore to Gurgaon) on 10th May at Gurgaon. All the materials are in good condition except my Metal Bed which is in damaged state. I have called the Agrawal employee and make a note on the final receipt to send some engineer/carpenter to repair the same. But no response received till now. Already amount of 7000 is marked in insurance list for the bed (item no 48 and 49 marked in household quotation list) Kindly arrange to repair my bed on coming Sunday or give me the insurance money for the same. My name is khadeer.I want to transport my bike from madurai to medchal.they told they will deliver my bike with in two days.I booked on 29 April delivery on 2 may.but today date 10 may.till now I have not received my bike. I have given my bike for transfer from Indore to Pune on 3rd May, but it still 6 days and my bike has not left Indore. This is purely unethical behaviour. My Consignment ID is IND002168

I had booked Agarwal packers and movers to relocate my house from Davanagere to Bangalore on 1st May. During the shifting process most of the furnitures got damaged. Wooden furnitures and Almirah were completely scratched. Mattresses were folded Not just that, the battery ACID was spilled on the mattress which started slowly burning the mattress. I was charged extra Rs.2000 by falsely claiming that Fridge and Washing Machine wasn't included in the package even though I clearly mentioned in the mail asking for quotation. And I haven't received the receipt for the same which he told I'll be getting by email. And also the carpenter was sent alone to assemble the furnitures without any assistance. We personally had to assist him. And it was more like we helped him in lifting the furnitures and everything. Also the driver who you sent was very rude and demanded for extra money.

Dear Sir We had completed the packing and have sent the consignment HYD011443/011444 on April 29, 2015 at Hyderabad and was assured that we would receive the same on May 01, 2015 at Mumbai, It did no come and we have been constantly calling all the possible people right from Mumbai, Hyderabad and new Delhi . Mr Naresh Kumar, Mr Vikas Pande, Mr Bhagat and Mr Vijay Dikshit, We have made upteen calls and they have not called back and told us when it will reach our house at Goregaon East Mumbai . We have sent every thing and left with hopes that we would get the house hold articles the same day we arrived home on May 01, 2015, however we realised that we will not be getting our hose hold articles and with a young daughter with us we had to make purchases of what we all ready have so that we may subsist till they arrive who will refund this amount spent, and the endless hours of no information. I booked a 19 foot close container for shifting my household materials from korba to faridabad, bt a 17 foot open container came. And due to which many items are damaged . the pics of damaged material is provided, and no particular response is getting from your staff . there for i request u to get claim against my damage . the incharge was mr. Sanjay n the reciever was mr. Bajrangi. The reciever told us to get the claim within 10 days and i have the call recording also. bill no BL/KRB_/2015/300217.

It has been 5 days since your surveyor visited my house to survey and submit the quote for shifting house hold items to Bangalore. He has submitted a quote which is incomplete and the amount he quoted as per his statement is wrong and he wanted to resubmit it. So far he has not submitted the quote either by email or by post. We expect your company to be the best in the country and hope you will help yourselves to keep as such by Customer satisfaction which you have achieved during those growing years.
