On 10th of april 2015 i have shifted my house hold item from thane to guregaon reached the destination at 23 - 04 - 15 in that 2 items are missing one is broom & other is washing mop rod. I am not worry of the broom but washing mop is very important without which my scrotch brite washing equipment is useless & there is no replacement for it & whole set of rs 3000 / - is waste

My consignment no is 4443564 & i had discussed the same with mr. Vazir but no positive response hence this complaint i need the mopping rod so that i can use the washing equipment.

    I am a senior journalist based in Mysore. I had approached a senior executive of the company for transport of my household goods from one locality to another locality in Mysore on 29 April, 2015. The executive provided me with a cost estimate followed by a quotation. I agreed to the terms and conditions. The date mutually agreed for the transport of the goods was 29 April. I myself invited the executive to come to my house and physically inspect the goods to be transported. He came, made a physical and thorough inspection and re-confirmed the quotation. However, much to my shock, the same executive called me over the phone this morning (27 April) to say that the quotation he himself had sent me (and which I had accepted) was no longer valid. Instead, he quoted me a substantially higher figure for transporting the same goods. This is shocking behaviour from a transport company of repute. I am in a fix because I have to start searching for a new transporter all over again.

      I shifted from Delhi to Mumbai in Feb 2015, after receiving my household I feel Agarwal Packers is one of the worst service provider in India. 1. I'd insured my household items. Almost every expensive items including wooden bed, chairs, fridge, washing machine, steal almirah are more than 50% damaged. We called to Agarwal Packers almost 25 times but nobody has come to us for any survey. Since we could live without these items so finally we paid and get repaired on own cost. 2. My bike is Mumbai registered then also Agarwal has charged me Rs 500/-. When I asked to show me the octorai bill they told me that it has been paid to police wala under the table. 3. They delivered me households at 12 O' clock mid night threating that if I wont receive then there might be further delay of infinite time. 4. Agarwal had sent a single boy to unload all items. Definitely no one can do the task by own so I had to involve personally even after paying huge money just for loading and unloading.         I had booked some luggage two trunks and one motorcycle from my residence in Ambala to Trimulghery in Secundrabad. After confirmation from their branch office in chandigarh that the luggage will be delivered in 10 days time from the date of dispatch on 11 apr 2015, now even after 14 days the luggage has not been delivered nor are they answering to any calls from my number. Since 21 apr 2015 every time I call from a new number they take a call and then tell me that my luggage will be delivered in 4-5 hours. My luggage has still not been delivered to me. Request suggest me a way to file a formal consumer complaint against the group.

          Hi,
          I had booked a consignment from Mumbai - Hyderabad(MUM012399). I received the consignment on Friday Apr 17th 2015. Couple of items were damaged and this was notified to the concerned person. Its almost 4 days now and the great customer care representative TEJOMAI says that she hasn't yet received the papers. When asked to give a estimated time when this will be processed, she is shameless enough to shrug off all the responsibility. Its really amazing that there are so many complaints against her on net and Agarwal has still kept her on the job. So its pretty clear that she has all the backing of the fraud company. Now looking at all the complaints on this site for Agarwal packers and movers, I have less hopes of my claim would be settled. But the least I can do is put my experience on the forum and hope that atleast one customer changes his mind and decides not to choose Agarwal packers and movers. I think they have got into Limca book of records too by fraud. Must have managed the people there. Funny part is the tape that you get to hear when you call their number "A" hai to astha hai. "A" hai to apna pan hai... I would like to add to that "A" hai to arrogance hai, "A" hai to attitude hai.

            Dear Sir / Madam, I am a troubled customer of Agarwal Movers & packers. ( GC # 4431010 ) I shifted my household stuff ( 81 boxes ) from Chennai to Ahmedabad on 10.04.2015 with a commitment from Agarwal Movers & packers that it will be delivered on 15.04.2015 at Ahmedabad. I received it on 18.04.2015 with lot of follow up. Below are the complain points : 1) poor packing. 2) Packing & loading took 12 hours on 10.04.2015 with lot of improper & non-systematic way. 3) Vehicle # AP 10 V - 6852 was changed without my knowledge at Hyderabad to vehicle number TS08-UB-0332. 4) Material was delivered with lot of follow up on 18.04.2015 at 9 pm. Unpacking was not done. Below persons shall be fired & terminated from job as these guys are very very irresponsible : 1) Mr. Ashish Mishra - Chennai Office 2) Mr. Rakesh - Chennai Office. 3) Mr. Dilli Babu - Chennai Office. 4) Mr. Reddy - Hyderabad Office. 5) Mr. Surendra - Ahmedabad Office. They promised me that we will accept penalty for delayed delivery but did not pass on penalty amount to me.               We have booked our consignment from Gokak to ahmemdabad through hubli branch. At time of Delivery our box no 52 not received and mentioned on Delivery note. After that I follow up for 50 Times but failed to get my missing box nor any information of box. I regret to tell that there is no sense of responsibility and felt that whether selecting agarwal packers was right decision. our consignment no hbl000927.

                Hi, I am Karthikeyan . N, i had sent my bike (Apache RTR 180) from pune to hosur on (27/02/2015). I recieved the consignment on 02/03/2015. The GC.NO of the consignment is 4232137. I had recieved the bike with the following damages. As discussed with you over phone (+91-[protected]) and your confirmation that your representative will not be coming over to hosur to inspect and you will consider the attached photos for your reference. Please find the attached images for the damages. 1. Petrol tank has a big dent. (Needs to be replaced, since there is no method to repair it.) 2. Rear right side indicator broken.(It had to be replaced in pair) 3. Right rear view mirror broken.( Needs to be replaced in pair) 4. The lock set is broken. I have mailed in DRS group to the below mentioned people, there is no proper response from them. They did promise of giving me part repayemtn, but nothing has been recived till date.                   Hi I had booked a car and house hold goods to be shipped from Noida to bangalore...the initial promises were very good - and acted as if they were very trustworthy..and they were showing thier certifications like limca, mahindra transport etc but at the time of delivery they have damage all the product including new godrej bed, bike, car etc.When i have contacted their area manager Mr gaurav, he gvae me promise sir it will get resolve as per your insurance declaration, apart from this i have mailed many times to their higher position directors and MD but they don't even bother about my complaints . the below mail ID i have mailed : [protected]@agarwalpackers.com, [protected]@agarwalpackers.com, [protected]@agarwalpackers.com, [protected]@agarwalpackers.com and i want to put CC all certification companies that stop making certification for such companies like agarwal packers and movers who don't have their customer policies or they are selling their certification for customers not maintaining any standard .                       I would like to lodge complaint against Agarwal packers & Mover, we have booked with them shifting of house hold goods and items from Nagpur ( Maharashtra) to Vadodara (Gujarat) towards LR no. /G.C no- 4267343 dated 22nd Feb'15. I have also enclosed all the relevant proof & photograph of damaged goods & their survey report, my complaint is regarding to when they delivered my goods to my house out of two items namely Almira and dining wooden chair were found damaged dent mark, lot of scraches, since then i following up with Mr. Gopal singh (Vadodara Branch head) for repairing of goods against insurance occured of Rs. 50000 although everyday he used to say will be done coming day unfortunately that day never come then he decided to give me reimbursement against damaged goods after that i started following up with him then final he has sent all the report incl survey report to Mumbai Head office to Mr. Lalit Mishra after 15 days no any outcome i am really disappointed with this man.I would request you to kindly arrange to clear my compensation against damages of the items occured.                         Hi This is Ravi Shankar. Recently i moved from Chennai to Hyderabad. Luggage shipment has been done by Agarwal Packers and Movers. GCN No: CHE023310. I had asked for separate truck for my luggage. They provided the same and sealed the Truck in front of me. After opening the seal, I noticed few things which are loaded in front of my eyes got missing and few are displaced. AC indoor unit was initially placed on the floor. When seal is opened i can see that it is placed on top of some other though half of the truck is empty. AC plug got broken and sensors also damaged because of improper handling. I handed over bike keys to the person who loaded things in Chennai. In Hyderabad when luggage is unloaded i couldn't find the bike Keys. Few Plants are missing which were loaded in front of me. I don't understand why they put seal if that can be opened and fixed again. Seems, They opened the seal and loaded few more items in the same truck. When i called customer care they asked me to send a mail to shifting.[protected]@agarwalpackers.com. Its been 4 days but still i didn't get any response. Thanks Ravi Shankar [protected]

                          Please refer to my mail below and several telephonic discussion with Your Mr. Sanjeev Bagaria with reference to the consignment fixup receipt number CFRBSR_/1314/05093 for transportation of my belongings from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata and note the following: 1. That a single sitter sofa has been received in damaged condition. (photo attached) 2. The Air Conditioner, T.V, Water filter (R.O) and other electric equipment has not been instaled. 3. Beds are also not set yet. As per the unloaders other persons were suppose to come for the above purpose, hence the same has also been mentioned in the unloading receipt taken by them. the same has also been communicated to your representative at Kolkata as well as Mr. Sanjeev Bagaria. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for completion of pending work as well as change/ replace the damaged sofa by today itself. Sanjay Kejriwal

                            My consignment from Bangalore to Hyderabad was dispatched to Hyderabad on March 26th. We asked for delivery on Apr 2nd as early as possible. We are yet to get the consignment. Sequence if events: 1. Consignment dispatched from Bangalore on Mar 26th 2. Received a call from Hyderabad warehouse on 28th mentioning that the consignment has reached Hyderabad. Confirmed again that delivery is needed on Apr 2nd. 3. Agarwal agent from Bangalore shared number of Mewa Singh and asked us to contact him in Hyderabad 3. Called Mewa Singh on Apr 1st to remind. Was given confirmation that we will receive consignment on 2nd morning. 4. Called Mewa Singh on 2nd at 11am. Was informed that he will call us in 10 mins. Received no call. 5. Called Bangalore agent and received numbers of Dharamveer (Hyderabad delivery in charge) and Sanjay Kumar (State operations head) 6. Called Dharamveer about the consignment. Responded that he will all in 10 mins. No calls ever came. 7. Multiple calls were done to Mewa Singh. Was informed that there is no one from delivery team and we will receive around 3pm. 8. Called up Sanjay Kumar to complaint. He blatantly lied that consignment from Bangalore came on 2nd morning. He gave us number of Padma from customer care. 9. Padma mentioned that she will call in 15 mins. G 10. Called up customer care to get contact of higher authority to complaint. Got number of Vijay Dixit (National operations head). Vijay said he will check and respond in 10 mins. Didn't receive any call from him. 11. Padma called and mentioned that we will not get the consignment today We had to incur multiple expenses due to this irresponsible service delivery from Agarwal packers and movers.

                              Hi Sir, This is a complaint against DRS Agarwal packers and movers. Tracking Number : 4445647, House Hold items shifted from HYD-Chennai (1st March, 2015 - 7th March 2015). As we have a faith on the company, we did not unpacked all the boxes, in front of the delivery team. Next day we unpacked the items and notices that, few sarees were missed. From Monday (9th-March) onwards we had contacted both HYD & Chennai brach offices, and we did not get the proper answer. So on 11th march, we went to Chennai brach office a file a compliant . But movers group is saying, we filed a complaint after 4 days, so they are not responsible for any shortage of items.. Please help me out on this Sir, How do i procedure further...                                 Hi, I would like to complain & bring to your notice the poor service that had been extended by Agarwal Packers with regards to Consignment no:PATNA001067. I have availed the services of Agarwal movers to shift my luggage from Patna to Gurgaon. I would like to bring to your notice that it has been one of the worst shifting experiences that I have encountered. To be fair, the mover and packers in the Patna branch were excellent and gave us no reason to complain. This really had impressed us, but after that things have just been a disaster The delivery of goods to Gurgaon was promised on 15th February and despite the assurances the consignment reached us on 18th February. I had booked my tickets to Patna on the 17th Feb to get my family here. My father was suffering from cancer & he passed away on 17th Feb. so you can imagine the kind of inconvenience I have faced. Due to this I had to leave and requested my brother in law to get the luggage moved & unpacked. To our nightmare the people who had come to unpack & settle house had nothing professional about them. There were nothing less than goons in terms of language & conduct. We were informed in Patna that the paper cartons were supposed to be kept by us. But sensing an opportunity these guys started to unpack the cartons as well throwing away all the stuff on the ground. There was one person called Mr. Misra who was most problematic of the lot.They did not even assemble the beds & the some misc items which was promised. There were sets of crockery that were even broken. I am attaching the pictures to show you how the luggage have been unpacked & how there were thrown out of cartons. During the shifting our crockery sets have also been broken. I had received a call from the claims department. I had informed them that the crockery have been broken and the beds have not been assembled. I was told that carpenter will be sent & will assemble the same. The carpenter did arrive & assembled the beds not once did he mention that he was also there to settle the claim for the broken crockery.He claimed that he was there to fix the bed & nothing more. He did not even ask us to show the broken crockery or anything When I got a call from mobile no: [protected], I said that the bed has been assembled. he claims that he understood that all claims have been settled. In between all this please note that I have been occupied with the rituals after the demise of my father. When I called to ask for the claim I was given a very blunt reply stating that you have already settled it. Despite my protest I was told that that's your fault. I am attaching a copy of the form that I had been signed on my behalf which clearly states that we have mentioned the broken crockery. All I want to know is this the kind of service that Agarwal movers provide? Is there no grievances cell? Not everyday people move houses are we supposed to hire a lawyer before talking to people? At a time such personal tragedy is it right to say you are using it against us? I really hope I would be a revert to this mail & something will be done against the unprofessional, rude & slimy behavior that has been extended to me. I had sent this mail 26th Feb 2015 and got I a one line revert stating that we will investigate the same. It has been 6 days and despite sending 2 more reminder mails, I have heard nothing from them. When I try calling them I am told that the concerned person is on leave & will return next Monday.

                                  We shifted from chennai to madurai on 31-01-15.They stole my blazer and also they promised that free installation would be done but it was not done. They also damaged our wardrobe, D2H antenna and RO plant. very cleverly they got the signature from us once they delivered the goods and when we enquired them about the damages they said that nothing could be done as the document is signed. They dont even respond properly. people who work there dont respect the customers and they hung up the call while we talk. apart from paying 21000, labours they sent asked 200 each both while packing and delivering. There is guy named rakesh who works in chennai office. He is a big fraud. He would give all false promises but when we ask him abt it he would say that he didnt say so. Another thing is that we have to make full payment once our goods are packed. thus even if there are damages or loss of goods nothing can be done.

                                    I had engaged the company for shifting of household goods (GC No.4387219) and car from Mumbai to Patna. The goods were dispatched on Nov 15 were received on Nov 25 while the car dispatched on Nov 11 was received on Dec 01. The contact person of the company in Patna, Shri Pandey has refused to reassemble the TV cabinet and fix the dining table. Apart from that several damages listed below may be noted. 1. Three legs of sofa set have been damaged and scratches in sofa (insured for Rs.10000/-) 2. Deep stratches in Godrej almirah (insured for Rs.12000/-) and in doublebed (insured for Rs.6000 / -) 3. Cracks in shoerack (insured for Rs.10000/-) 4. Damages in TV cabinet (insured for Rs.10000/-) 5. Holes in doublebed mattress (insured for Rs.3000/-) 6.Scratches in Samsonite strolley bag (insured for Rs.25000/-) 7. One number plate of car was broken The case was discussed with Ms.Priyanka from their Mumbai office and she had asked me to get an estimate from a local carpenter for assembling of TV cabinet. The carpenter has provided an estimate of Rs.2000/- for assembling the TV cabinet and Rs. 15000/- for repair of sofaset, repainting of almirah, polishing of doublebed, etc. It may be noted that the goods were insured and premium payment along with full payment was made in advance. I did not expect such a horrible experience from such a reputed company. The company did not provide any compensation for damages and delays till date despite several reminders.

                                      I have shifted my house hold from Bangalore to Delhi NCR dateed on 29th Dec 14, my most of the house hold got damaged, I took insurance as well. Now I am keep on calling to insurance team customer care team but they are giving fake date to visit my house for survey but no one has come till now, when ever I call they give new date but no one has come, now what is a point of paying huge money to DRS group because of the Brand name and what is the point of taking insurance. i am very disappointed with Agrrwal movers and packers services. my GC no is 4415160

                                        Dear Sir / Madam, This is w.r.t. GC No. HBL000661 Dated:- 8/10/2014 (Shifting of Household Goods from Hubli to Indore). This is to be informed that during Shifting of goods, some of my household articles got damaged. The same has been intimated to your Indore claim settlement Team (Mr. R. Jain & Mr. Prakash) & they visited to see the damages. They have noted & taken the snaps of all such issues. But almost now 3 Months have been over, I have not yet been assured that any initiative had been taken to settle the claim, by your team, even after multiple follow-up from Mr. R. Jain (Mob. [protected], [protected]). Even I interacted with Indore Office GM Mr. AK Sharma (Mob. [protected]) but in vain. I am a regular customer of yours & availed your services multiple times in last 10 years (New Delhi – Nashik, Nashik – Rudrapur, Rudrapur to Hubli, Hubli to Indore etc.). But this time, the treatment is really discouraging. As you are having a very good image in market for your services (also a record holder in Limca Book of Records), I don’t expect such type of negligencies as shown by your team.
