My misery starts when I asked Agarwal Packers pick up the house hold items from Chennai (Sholinganellure) to Navi Mumbai.

- Packers came 3 hours late than they promised
- The packers were totally ill prepared came with out wooden crater or any such arrangements to pack washing machine and fridge

I just used the [censored] Agarwal Packers & Movers, DRS group, to shift from Chennai to Delhi. I had already used another co. - INTEREM - for same stuff while moving from Delhi to Chennai, so I also have comparison on hand.

I Rajesh Chandra transported my good from Jaipur to Lucknow. agarwal movers and packers transported my good on[protected] at 5pm from my residence in Jaipur.

154 items were transported G.C.No. 505308, out of which 12 items were brought later as a separate package.

Agarwal packers and movers are professional just for name, they are the most unprofessional set of packers i have met. They have no means of consignment tracking, once you have sent your goods its all in the hands of the driver, to the extent the packers dn't even keep the driver's numbers. I moved my house hold from Gurgaon to pune and for this hired Agarwal packers and movers .There service is good only till loading and taking the payment then and there after that the agony starts and they always lie .
Instead of 6 days commited took more than 15 days and we had no place to stay , no one ever picks the call whether its AGM or Vice president once they know your number.

I believe only place where ine has to pay in advance and then avail service apart from Schools & hospitals is Agarwal Packers. I relocated from Bangalore to Gurgaon and was made to pay upfront entire bill amount.
