we had arranged agarwal packers and movers to take our household articles from ambernath to margao gao. we were told by mr vishnu who came to give us quotation that the car can be taken by road also. He said the movers and packers will provide a driver and will fill petrol and pay the toll charges. For this service the movers and packers will charge Rs.6700/- additionally. The quotation for the household articles was given for Rs.28500/-. The service charges would be Rs.4564/-. The total amount quoted to us was Rs.38764/-, which we agreed to pay. Mr Kuldeep singh agreed to take 50% in cash at Ambernath and the rest to be paid at margoa goa by cheque. On the 27th of December we were given the quotation and the household articles were packed and transported. We paid mr vishnu rs.19500/- in cash at ambernath. Some papers were handed over to my blind brother who was handling at ambernath saying that this is the quotation and the bill and the receipt. In good faith my brother accepted the papers and allowed the cargo to go. On 28th april mr vishnu came with the driver at Ambernath to take the car to goa. on the 29th the household articles reached our place in margao, on the same day our car also reached margao. My brother and father who is 77 yrs old who were travelling in the car along with mr vishnu and the driver. The had very bad experience as the driver was driving very rashly at top speed overtaking dangerously. On 29th dec when the articles reached goa, my blind brother and old father who cannot see properly received the household articles at home. I mrs gina agarwal am working with SBI was neither present at Ambernath nor in margoa at the time o[censored]ploading and downloading of articles. After work when i reached home i asked my family to show me the papers given by agarwal movers and packers. i was shocked to find the quotation incomplete wherein rs.6700/- charged for the car, service charges were not mentioned in the quotation. An incomplete quotaion for an amt of rs 28500/- was given. Another paper mentioning the articles to be transported was with the incomplete quotation. There was no bill nor any payment receipt given to my family. As soon as i realised this i tried contacting the Balkum Thane office. At first i was assured ny the office staff that the bill and receipts will be sent by the courier. few days passed i have not received the same. i tried contacting the office and mr kuldeep singh on the mobile, but there has been no response till date. Mr ajay singh was also contacted but till date no response. We being your old customer having used your service before are shocked by this attitude of your staff and especially of mr kuldeep singh and vishnu. As i have no bill and payment receipt my bank has refused to reimburse the money. since i am the only earning member, this loss of rs 38764/- is too much for me to bear. i would request you to take serious note of this issue and arrange for me to receive the bills and receipts and a proper quoation. Since i am in a transferable job i would reguarly need the service of movers and packers. Your prompt action would help me in regaing confidence on the services of agarwal movers and packers expecting a speedy action from you. JSPR000590 is from jamshedpur to delhi booked by Tarun Negi had been on hold for some days, according to customer care it would charge 150/- per day but your people have collected Rs.2000/- without giving any receipt not even picking up the calls. Atleast tell us the description of Rs.2000/-. We have done these type of consignment 2 or 3 times but this time you made a bad impression on us. Reply or Call us at : [protected]

      These cheaters took Rs: 75000/- for shipment from Gurgaon to Hyderabad. Most of the goods were damaged & all are insured as well. They were offering 4500/- as insurance amount. Even though it looks ridiculous still I agreed on the amount. Its been 3 months since then, these cheaters are in no mood to pay these amount. There is a lady sitting here in hyderabad P.Tejomai | Claim head - HYD Whenever you call her she said it will be done in 2 days. Its been 3 months. GCNO.NSR001178 I strongly recommend PLEASE DONOT USE THE SERVICE OF AGARWAL PACKERS. They will give you sleepless nights.

        I would like to lodge complaint against Agarwal packers & Mover, LR no. /G.C no- 4402385 dated 13th Dec'14, The details are given below, following mail has been sent to their Bangalore / Ahmedabad & Secundrabad office, as a evidence I have all the relevant proof & photograph & their survey report, I would request you to kindly arrange to clear my compensation against damages of the items occured. Email ID & Phone no of the Agarwal packers & movers can be provided as & when required by you. Following email has been sent to your official for your reference:- We are very much disappointed & extremely very sorry to say that I found cheated from Agarwal Packers & movers, specially from Mahinder against my consignment (GC No[protected] dated 13th Dec'14 by paying amount of Rs. 47, 000/- (Rupees forty seven thousand) towards the commitment of proper packing & shifting of items from Bangalore to Ahmedabad for dedicated full closed container (as defined by your Agarwal & packers representative Mr. Mahinder (From Bangalore) as he said items would get initially proper pack with corrugated sheet, then with plastic roll & electronics items TV/LED & refrigerator / washing machine with wooden pallets, based on his commitment & Agarwal loyalty we had placed order to him though his charges was higher than other agencies. Whereas when we have received the consignment on 18th Dec’14 at 7:00 PM, we are very shocked after seeing that our materials has arrived along with some Faridabad consignment, secondly some of the materials were also found missing. Local service agent (Mr.Surender) was not cooperative; he said you may talk to anyone. However I would like to share some my bad experienced with Agarwal packers & movers:- 1) Ahmedabad representative (Mr. Surender) said vehicle would not enter to compound until & unless you first clear the balance money. 2) We paid the amount by cash, moment we saw our items with inferior quality of packing & most of the item were found without the plastic wrap, 48” Samsung LED Smart (3D) TV, there was no wooden pallet packing as commitment. Since I paid huge amount, we do not want to accept any kind of compromise in terms of quality work, never expect shared shipment with other items. During unpacking even your representative (Mr. Lokesh) has found damage on some of the items, & he also agreed with packing quality was below standard, your surveyor came & he also admitted that packing was inferior quality & since it was shared with some other consignment is the only cause of damages, it is also written on surveyor report. Pl find attached herewith Agarwal packers & mover surveyor report towards the damage occurred. I did not get any support from neither from Bangalore representative (Mr.Mahinder) nor from (Ahmedabad representative - Surender). He was least bothered & said you can talk to any representative, however when I asked for Ahmedabad email id & Branch manager detail to lodge my grievances, he said I do not have, neither he has given Branch manager name or no. Due to such ignorance we have directly rushed to your Ahmedabad office & met with Branch Manager (Mr. Somvir). After discussion with you, had finally given assurance necessary action would be taken based on surveyor report of making reimbursement. Pl find attached herewith the surveyor report minimum estimate is close to Rs. 20, 000/- against the damageoccurred. Though Mahinder (i.e your Bangalore representative) took the money for full container shipment, some of the our items they have unloaded at Pune, instead they loaded with some Faridabad consignment, relevant snap attached obtained during night which you can see in the vehicle found at rear side of our items. Damage occured in following items:- 1) Damage in Honda Activa (2 wheeler) (Handle & front & side body dent) 2) Both the double bed damage occured 3) Jumbo suitcase damage 4) Refrigerator dent 5) New cloth stand found damage 6) Sofa set & setty damage 7) Cycle damage. 8) Utensils dent 9) Some of glassware items were broken All the above things has been shown to your surveyor.           Dear Sir / Madam, I am introducing myself Arunabha Das a valued and old valued customer of your esteemed organization. Being an Engineer in a renowned corporate sector I have to move myself and family along with my households to anywhere in India and me and my friends are using your organization as the Best Movers & Packers. As per usual practice I have booked your Organization according to GC No. KOL004258 to move my house holds from Durgapur, West Bengal to Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. During delivery on 13.12.2014 I have found the lots of problems which cannot be expected from a Limca Book of Records holder. Please note down my observation: 1. The material reached at my site at 6.30 pm, which was decleared earlier at around 10.00 am. 2. My refrigerator front legs damaged with left side wall, so it is in tilted condition and I am not able to use it. Please replace it. 3. 04 Nos. Legs’ wheels along with the Drawer Knob found broken in Computer Table 4. 4. The behaviour of the unloading team was not so good and the team is totally untrained for shifting or unloading of materials. Please send trained people. 5. The behaviours of the Supervisor from Vizag, name Mr. Sandeep is very much non cooperative and he is confusing me about this job. He also challenged me to go Consumer Forum also. Hyderabad Office also told a lie, Ms. Tejamayee told to contact with me very soon, but till now I am waiting for her, even I have called her in Land Phone, no one received. Please clear one thing after paid all amount to the M.s Agarwal Packers for a healthy delivery of my important house hold, but the head ache will be carrying then what is this Limca Awardee is doing? To raise this matter in Consumer Forum will be a god feed back? Will I again move for your organization or suggest my friends to choose your organization? However I am looking eagerly to you.             I am an IPS officer and was proceeding from Rajkot, Gujarat on deputation to Govt of India, New Delhi. Aggarwal Packers & Movers charged Rs.55, 000 for packing & moving my stuff in October 2014. Though they had promised to set up all the stuff as it was when packed, the staff was in a hurry & left the work undone. During unpacking lots of stuff was found to be broken/damaged, some of which due to poor packaging. These include washing machine, artefacts, a book shelf, pieces of crockery, paintings, wall clock, decorative telephone stand, etc. Apart from this, while packing the furniture, adhesive tape had directly been pasted onto the surface of each furniture piece due to which varnish has come off. Also, antique items that were not packed in sheets (Heaven knows why!) had numbers written on them with markers directly on the surface! All this was written down while signing the acceptance of all the cartons. A separate written list was also submitted to their carpenter. On being contacted, the Delhi office that the stuff was insured. I fail to understand if it was not done, why was it so because it was their responsibility. The Rajkot office promised to set things straight but to no avail. On being contacted again, Delhi office offered to pay just Rs. 2500/- for all these damages. I want my stuff repaired, not interested in petty cash.

I was wondering that is sending a vegetable truck with Pajama wearing people who use newspaper and used cartons to pack goods during transit. Also is it the standard procedure for such trucks to have Rash Driving, overloading and moving people in goods vehicle - challan handed over to them and then forcing the customer to pay for the same. Is it not beyond the inconvenience that you have mentioned so much in your website and what you have delivered is for all to see. I am attaching a snapshot of what you mention in your website (container trucks - Perfect Boxes and USP/FAQ - Question 10) and what was actually given has already been shown to you in my previous emails pictures. As for strong customer service, I have already got a taste of the same - Golden Spoons comment. Fridge and washing machine were packed and transported without the wooden base tray resulting in my washing machine getting unusable (repair cost as per IFB Rs. 18, 000/-). 6. Nothing was packed in the bubble wrap. 7. The truck after leaving my residence was challened by the DELHI traffic police for 3 violations - Rash Driving, Carrying Passengers in a goods vehicle and Loading goods more than the height of the vehicle. To top it all, the labourers and their supervisor was wanting me to pay for the challan. 8. I was given no bill but a blank BILTI and told to fill it (pic attached). 9. The spoons from my expensive cutlery box were stolen (pic attached). While I do realise that I have been cheated and frauded by your company, I will make sure that what I have lost by the way of money and stress will be recovered from your company by an online campaign telling people not to use your services.                 Its 21 ndays and I have not received my two wheeler, which they promised would reach me within 6-8 days. Its my second bad experience with these people. I ahve written to below mail and as yet they havent reached back.: Dear concerned person, Its seen that you have your website full of awards and accolades, unfortunately, it is not what is coming out in your service. This is the second time I have a had a VERY VERY bad experience with Agarwal packers and movers. While making the quotation or while taking the money from the customer, your eagerness is commendable, BUT IT ISNT SEEN WHEN IT COMES TO CONNECTION BETWEEN THE SOURCE AND DESTINATION COUNTERPARTS OR IN TERMS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS. It is highly unfortunate that I had to write this and waste my time, but I think it was important for you people to know. Whenever you call the concerned person (Ratan Sharma in my case) he would ask you to call another number, which you would search for and they would have no idea about what goods are coming from where. It is highly irritating to keep following up with you people on such a regular basis, all that pain after you have taken 15000 for transferring 5 small cartons and a vehicle. Its been exactly 21 days today and I have not received my two wheeler. APNM, please learn a lesson, in a new city and with your attitude like this, life becomes hell. I WILL MAKE SURE I PUT THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE AND PEOPLE CAN READ IT and make a better choice for themselves.

                  Please beware of the HYD branch. They are out to cheat people. I had called for a local shifting & their head office said a person from their Local office would come & do a survey of the things that need to be shifted. Next day I get a call early in the morning and the person says mam since its month ending we have a lot of bookings but if you want we can accommodate your shifting & it will cost you 15, 000/- for the whole container + extra for packing. How could they charge 15, 000/- for a 2 BHK without even taking a stock of what needs to be shifted. He also said that if the head office calls you just say you cancelled because of the charges being high. Their call center should just say that these are the flat charges instead of making a fool of customers. Beware of these guys & research for other packers & movers before you go with them. Will be shifting at half the amount they were going to charge & after reading the complaints against them glad did not choose them.

                      We shifted our house from hyderabad to bangalore in July 2014, had agarwal Packers n movers to shift our household stuff in which I had a expensive marble top dinning table. Just because we dint pay tips to the workers they got my dining table broken completely. It was worth of 35000 now it's of no use at all. They promised me to pay just 3500 for that broken table however I haven't received the amount yet. Every time I call them for money they make fun of my call n never response to my call. I am still hoping for the payment

                        Took extra 500 rupees saying the load was more. Gave 400 rupees for food to the workers. In spite of being nice to these guys, they have not been returning 900 rupees extra that I gave them during the shifting process. Its been more than one month; they shamelessly postpone the dates to return back my money. I am contemplating filing a police case against the cheats. Hopeless bunch of losers. Wont recommend anyone to take their service.

                          Hi, I had my household goods shipped from varanasi to silchar(assam) consignment number VRNS000543. I am indeed very dissatisfied with the insurance provided my Agarwal Packers and Movers. I had all my goods worth of Rs.1 lakhs insured under their insurance scheme. The packing was upto the mark and so was the delivery as i received them within the speculated time. However, as my goods were delivered in the evening after dark, i just counted the items and signed the receiving receipt. I personally told the man that i would check them later and inform him if i found any damages (He was also in a hurry as the vehicle had parking problem). The next day, when i opened my full length mirror, saw that it was badly broken! Right after that i called him and he said he would give me a call when he reached the office(guwahati office). Called him several times later in the evening but he never responded the same evening. The next day i even called the person i contacted in varanasi, likewise didn't help much. i even called the customer care and spoke with the a guy from the claim department. He also told me that he would talk with the delhi office and give a call back the next day by 12 noon. It exactly a week since i was suppose to get a call back from him. Such a huge company that has pride in having their name in "Limca Book of Records" and " tension free shifting" with "insignia of assurance" can't compensate for a small insured item such as my mirror, wonder what if expensive insured items get damaged?!!

                            Dear Sir/Mam, I had taken houselold relocation service from (APML )Agarwal Packers & Movers ( Ghaziabad to Jaipur) in May'2014 and at the delivery location at Jaipur I found there is damage of my wooden double bed and side table, Hitachi window AC and missing of 2 Khetan Kitchen Exaust Fans and 1 Utensil set. I had intimated APML officials then and there. They had conducted physical survey at my residence to see the damage items and agreed to pay lumsump INR 20000/- as compensation. But in spite of many email conversations and calls by my side with all efforts still after 4 months APML is not paying my claim and they are not responding over phone/email. Please help, if possible, for speedy settlement of my claim.

                              My consignment no is LCK001354 from Lucknow to Pune done with Agarwal Packers & Movers LTD. The items were packed & moved on 30th July from Lucknow. Following are my Complaints: • Delayed delivery – 20 days • Damaged multiple items on delivery o Item no 5 – Cooler Damaged o Item no 6 – Cooler Damaged o Item no. 3 – Mirror completely broken o Item no. 10 – rice of 10 kg completely ruined o Item no. 15 – toilet items ( new liquid soaps) completed spilled o Item no. 13 – kitchen rack (iron) damaged o Item 12 – iron cot damaged from one side o Item 4 – wooden rack damaged door • Incognizance of Company's Insurance claim representative – Mr. Vikram Bhatti, to take into account of all the damages and blames the customer to have loaded pre-damaged items. Items have been loaded by Agarwal packers in lucknow & the ownership of the fault to be taken by the company. I am denied of Insurance claim for all the Damage which Agarwal Packer & movers ltd Company has done during transportation.                                 Agarwal Packer & Movers + DRS Dilip Roadlines = WORST EXPERIENCE EVER GC No. 4395699 I booked my bike from Hyderabad to Lucknow on 7 July 2014, and it's been 3 weeks since I haven't got my bike delivered and have no clear status of the bike till now. The promised a delivery of not more than 7 - 8 days from booking, and said it would be delivered to your home. All bull . They did not even load the bike for 1 week and 3 days, and ironically it should have reached in 8 days max. Finally they loaded it and sent it to Indore (which is not even in the direction of Lucknow from Hyd) and from there it would directly come to Lucknow in 3 days. Then they kept the bike in Indore for another few days, telling me that it's just 200kms away from Lko. Then again they told me the next day that is started from Indore today will reach in 2 days. Then next day it was in Jhansi, and it should reach in 2 days. They it was on the way to Varanasi, should reach in 1 day. They next day it was going to Allahabad, should reach in the evening. Next day, it was still in Allahabad and still there as of now. I called up their Hyd, Delhi and Lucknow office more than 40 times, and what reasons the give is - "driver stopped by Indore for 2 days because his home is there" - "diesel got finished in the truck, thrice during the journey" - "it's already reached Lucknow Sir, call the Lucknow office. - "Sir it'll reach in the night so we will deliver tomorrow morning". In the morning they say "sorry sir our mistake it's still in Indore will reach Lko in 3 days" - Driver says "sir I don't have cash, so can't fill up tank...so won't reach today" - "Sir first I had to go to Kanpur, then Varanasi, then Allahabad and then I will come to Lucknow... so will take 3 more days" I paid all the money in advance and bought stress for the next 3 weeks. People who I interacted with were Reddy Sahib (Hyderabad, Tracking Dept) & Mr. Pandey (Lucknow, Delivery Head) both just served me lies all the time, they didn't pick up the calls most of the time for days, they were rude and also cut the phone even when I was talking. I am still waiting for my bike to reach and hoping that everything is intact, IF THE BIKE IS DAMAGED... then I am going to really mess their image everywhere // social media // all kinds of forums // blogs // directory sites // Whatsapp, Line, Viber, Hike etc. // my company's forum (which has 54K members people on it) // my dad's company forum (which has more than 2 Lac members on it) If you're still brave enough to try their service, I would suggest: - don't pay full amount (they really won't care once they get the money) - tell them to write down the delivery date on the bill & sign it - take their corporate office contact number and address so that you can reach out to the authorities Arun Sengupta

                                  I recently during the month of April, 2014- I shifted my household goods from Dalmiapuram near Trichirapally to Ghaziabad in UP near Delhi. When I saw the packing materials and way of packing I was sure nothing damage will be occur. But alas to my utter surprise when they delivered of course I had to wait for 2 days could not go to office as my family was not there at that time one find day suddenly I was leaving by evening train they brought the materials suddenly and could not give or check expect one almirah which was found damaged they say they will send mechanic to repair. But on return from out of station I opened all the packages and find my Refrigerator, Godrej Storage Almirah, one local steel almirah, TV Trolley, Computer, all totally damaged unrepairable condition. When I called them over phone they advised to lodge to claim section but alas no action even after so many months have passed I am verybusy man taking advantage this they are not at all entertaning. I really fed up with their arrogance reply So beware my friends and other customers if you want to send through Agarwal Packers be carefull and also request not to pay in advance full money that is where they are having control.

                                    Hi Sir, My name is Santosh Upadhyay, I moved from Delhi - Kalkaji to Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) on 29.03.2014, GC Number - NDLH005113 through Agarwal Movers and Packers and same day my household goods reached to Indirapuram my new residence. During the shifting of my goods, One wooden Almirah was broken which was informed to the representative who were unpacking my goods and they suggested me to write about the damage on a plain paper which I had done.Now the problem started, when I called the damage claim team, they said they will check and do the proper need. Post which they sent us a carpenter and he checked the Almirah and said that this would cost more than Rs. 1000 so he would inform the company. Post which I had done follow up with your claim team for 3 month. The excuse they gave that the file has not come and they will check and inform me.In Claim department the person with whom I was interacting was Mr Om Prakash ( [protected]). Yesterday, Mr Om prakash called and said that they will not be able to settle my claim as I have not given them any written document about damage . My Point here is that, what happen to my written document which was submitted along with the other documents to Agarwal unpacking team . It seems to me that the damage document was either misplaced or was removed purposefully. How that would be possible, they had sent carpenter who checked about the damage and now they are saying that they have not got any written report for the damage.                                       Hi All, I shift my home from Delhi to Cochin on 11th June 2014 from Agarwal Packers & Movers DRS Group, it comes on 24th June 2014. Total 23 packages they packed, but only 22 is delivered. And 1 product they delivered late. In the received packs seals tapes are broken in the packs and normal tapes are pasted. Some kitchen items are broken, and Gift products are missing. 1 Digital photo frame, 3 pair of sleepers(sleeper box tapes are removed), and cooking pan, plate, coffee cup are missing. 1 wooden tables leg is broken. I complaint to them, but they are not respond properly. They itself accept, that some culprits are stealing like this, but they are not taking the responsibility. They always trying to pass their responsibility to others. The products are worth of Rs.7000/-. But it's not matter of money, that products are gifted one.
