My PNR is SUMDPV
Flight is cancelled due to COVID
CreditShell is created
But the Actual fare of TKT is Rs 33111/-
Credit shell is created only for Rs.26964/-
Difference is Rs.6147/-
While i contacted Airasia, it was told to contact EMT
It is requested to kindly arrange to credit the said Rs 6147/- to my credit shell or further payment to my bank

    I was denied boarding the Hyderabad bound flight scheduled to depart at 8.15 am though I arrived at 8am today at boarding gate, Delhi Airport.No announcement was made for final call and crew standing at gate were very rude and misbehaved.I never fly again in Air Asia.Flight no.I5993, Departure 30 December 2020at 8.15 am from Delhi to Hyderabad

      Today in the morning I have received a link via sms to download my offer letter for Air Asia Company.
      In the letter all details about interview is wriittem which seems to be original however they have asked for security deposit of 10k which I think it shouldn't as they requesting the payment today itself.
      I had call on the number provided with name as vasant kumar (HR). I had a word with him and he assures that it is genuine offer letter but on research I havent found any details about him on air Asia website or on Google or LinkedIn.
      Please take this very seriously as I also have the recorded call and kindly revert me back with the resolution asap.

        HI,
        I have recently got one message ass your resume has been shortlisted with a link attached. On clicking on the link it showed a PDF document showing Air Asia Recruitment 2021. It seems to be original. And at last in the PDF they asked to pay the deposit of 10000 as deposit for the interview which is refundable. The HR name is given as Vasanth kumar. Mobile number : +[protected]. Please find the attached fake call letter and do the needful.

            I booked ticket on air Asia for flight from Ranchi to Bangalore. but just before 2 days time was rescheduled, but due to covid 19 restriction i could not reach the airport at time. so i cancelled the ticket. but the refunded amount was only 168 INR, Whereas the actual ticket amount was 5, 349 INR.

            PNR nom is H5E7PQ and date for travel was Sun, 05 Jul 2020.

              Today, (26.07.2020) i got a sms that my Resume has been shortlisted in airasia airlines Interview. After downloading the letter, It was mentioned to Rs 9, 800/- with GST as refundable security deposit.
              The Sr.manager HR's name was written as Mr. Vasanth Kumar.+[protected]. They wrote flight ticket and other things will be sent to me after I asked him number of questions even recorded and did paid the amount and received the application form and applied for it but I got a doubt and came across the scams where I found the exact same letter and the amount received to other person as same as like me . I would be grateful if someone could help me on this.

                Traveling on the protocol of medical grounds but without any prior information Air Asia I5 517 flight delayed from Maa to Hyd and making false excuse of weather waiting in departure SHA near gate 2 from early morning but no arrangements made.

                  We booked our flight from indore to goa on 6th november from air asia.
                  Without knowing us they suddenly cancelled ur flight and sent us message of cancellation.
                  according to they're bookings we booked hotels & other things.
                  we called on there customer service number asked them to give us some convince they denied straight away.
                  now we are helpless.
                  Plz help us.

                    Air Asia is a good company but I don't know how the person's r cheating in providing a job .how can we believe the job offer as a fraud .I to got an interview call letter saying to pay 8900 something like that n it will be refunded .but pls send the exact details of airasia recruitment genuine for HR .I didn't paid after seeing all this fraudulent .hw can I go through it pls don't leave such frauds like this to repeat it n this a punishable offence in my view

                      I am writing this to register the complaint against Air Asia Airlines.
                      It's regarding Airline PNR F5J6YA which got cancelled due to lock down and I was given a credit shell of Rs. 11, 078.
                      Air Asia support told me it's valid for a year. Now, today when I went to book a ticket for the same route i.e. from BLR to IXC I do not see any flights.
                      Air Asia customer care informed me that this route is suspended and we do not have any timelines when it will be resumed.

                      At this stage I am feeling frustrated. First the ticket charges are so pricey these days.
                      Second, I was thinking I will make use of these credits. Unfortunately I can not because you are not running on this route.

                      Thus, I am writing to make two humble requests.

                      1. Either allow me to use these credits for Indigo Flights, else
                      2. Refund this amount to my bank account.

                      I am hoping to get a resolution. Please address this query at the earliest. I will send my account details once you confirm.

                      PS. I waited 30 minutes at least on the support call before connecting to support executive and then 30 minutes on the All Star\Aria Asia Support but no one replied.
                      This is highly harassing and frustrating. Please close this issue asap.

                          I booked tickets for flight from kolkata to chennai with rs13616/- for their flight on 23/05/20. My pnr number was u9c6yh. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and accordingly, on receiving their advice, i applied for giving me credit for the value of the ticket. The airlines acknowledged my application and advised me that my case number is 60317208 dated 20/05/20 and the credit will soon be given.
                          With deep regret i like to advise nether i have received any credit till date nor they have advised me any progress. They have not even kept their mail open for communication. I am not getting any cooperation from their side.

                            No tax invoice for travellers & poor customer service

                            I officially travelled from vizag to bangalore on 9/7/20 thru air asia.in order to claim reimbursement i had been requesting for tax invoice, which i am unable to download due to their system issues (As stated by their customer care to me via email)

                            Never imagined such poor customer service from a renowned world class airlines.

                            Flight time-12:50 from guwahati airport
                            I reached airport at 11 am at gate no.-1. But could not enter without boarding pass. Then i reported on air asia counter at 11:05 am. Their staff member loni raba tried to open the link for boarding pass but due to bad weather that coulnot be opened. Then thier another staff member neezu dass was informed about above problem but she ignored the matter. They wasted my 1+1/2 hour & i missed the flight due to their negligence. Toll free no. Tried many times but of no use i want my refund back. As i have faced a lot of harassment. I am very disappointed with service of air asia. Please do needful otherwisw i have no other option to complaint in consumer court against ur company and staff members non cooperative behaviour with passangers. Hope to hear from u soon.                               Dear sir/madam

                              I mr. Jaganth ghosh had booked the ticket as guest in mmt from bangalore to bhubaneswar, but i was got disappointed when i booked the ticket through mmt for traveling on july 08/07/2020 from bangalore to bhubaneswar through airasia and the cancellation was made by air asia.

                              But airasia has cancelled the flight on 02/07/2020, i have the screen shot attaching to this mail, please refund my money as soon as possible.

                              I have contacted airasia many times for a refund. They are not responding to me properly even though they are not answering my calls and email. The cancellation is done by airasia. The amount is almost rs 19000/-.

                              I hope mmt will revert back to me.

                              Please help me out in this pandemic situation.

                                I booked my ticket through yatra airline pnr - d15ipm, the airline cancelled the ticket due to lockdown announced by the government.

                                Now when i am processing the refund yatra has pointed me to airasia.

                                As i booked in yatra i should get either the refund or credit in yatra

                                  I had booked a flight in AirAsia, but they have canceled my flight and rescheduled it to a different timing without informing me. So I have canceled the ticket and asked for a refund. Till now they have not yet refunded my amount. As I booked through a travel agency, so travel agency is contacting them on a priority basis, but they are not giving any update till now.
                                  It's been more than a week.
                                  Such a worse service by Airasia. Below are the ticket details. Please I request you to please get my refund done ASAP on a priority basis. I really need the amount badly.

                                      I have also complain last monday through this, still no results or action has been taken up. I have booked a ticket on air asia (Booking no: q46kxw) 04 may 2020 new delhi ✈ imphal. But the flight got cancel due to lockdown. Then on 22nd of july, i request for the refund since i don't want to keep in credit account and i need the money due to lockdown i face financial issue. It's now already been more than 1and half month, they haven't refund my money and no information has been passed on to me, then i send msg on social media but everytime they say taking time and keep in credit account. I send msg to call me on my number but never call me. As per latest govt. Norms airlines now can keep the money up to 1 month from the date of applying but in my case nothing has been happen. So I like to file a case at the court.
