My flight from singapore to bali was cancelled by airlines. Under their policy i was eligible for full refund and applied for the same. The request was raised by me on 16 march, 2020. Till date i am waiting for the same. Also, there was no lockdown in place or government interference due to covid-19 at that time. I have been waiting since 3 months to get a reply from their side. Airasia kindly process my refund immediately.

    Greetings!
    This mail is in ref. To my pnr: hvyz3p, airasia: i5-740.

    I booked a air ticket no. Hvyz3p on 20th feb. 2020 with full advanced payment of rs. 3680.00. For travel on 29th march. 2020 airasia: i5-740. Through happyeasygo.

    My flight cancelled due to lockdown. It is very unfortunate that i am still awaiting and struggling to get back my own money (Refund).

    I talked many times in happy eassygo customer care but all in vain. After many repeated attempts, they advised me to talk to air asia airlines directly because of due to covid pandemic they are unable to refund. That is against the booking policy and it’s the moral duty of happyeasygo to help the customers and airlines as well.

    It’s complete deficiency in service at your part for not processing the refund and this act is the offence of conspiracy punishable under section 120b under indian penal code, sections 420 (Cheating), 406 (Criminal breach of trust) and 34 (Common intention).

    I request to please process the refund amount into my original source of account without any delay. Its very much clear that due to covid pandemic, goi has not prohibited or imposed restrictions on any company to process refunds/payments and even instructed that all online channels of payments are operational without restrictions.

    “this is very unfortunate that i didn’t received any sms alert neither from air lines nor from travel company about flight cancellation and refund.”

      I have booked a flight from pune to jaipur on 19 april 2020 through airasia which was for the date 04/05/2020 which should be cancelled due to covid-19 but after going to the bookings section on air asia official website it is showing that the flight has flown and whenever i am trying to connect to the customer care for the refund it always shows the waiting time more that 2 hours.

        I booked a ticket from yatra.com of airasia flight for dated 26-may-2020 but airaisa csnceled the flight from thier and now my total amount is stuck thry do not respond on mail i malied alot of times thier customer care call doesn't connect atol i tried 100 times we are from middle class family and thid airlines companies blocked our total amount kindly do the needful asap please fligh no.             I have booked the air ticket from airasia india from guwahati to new delhi for date 18/06/2020, due to covid-19 the flight has been canceled. I tried to cancel my ticket but there is no option for the same.
            I have tried on customer care number for 1 month but it is impossible to talk on this number. Also tried from site but there is no option for refund. I don't want to travel now. Now feeling cheated from airlines.

                My flight i5317 was on 2/06/2020 at 23:55 but was rescheduled at 20:55 and i was given no notification about that through the mail, call or message when i reached the airport at 20:10 they denied every possibility of onboarding and insisted that, how could i be the only one not getting any notification, but when i go there customer care ticket boot there were more the 20 passengers with the same situation when we asked that what was going on they just keep making excuses that it was our fault. After some discussion, we agreed to change our travelling date on 08/06/2020 flight i5317 same time at 23:55 now they send a flight cancellation message what are we supposed to do please tell. This is not how a company work they are just harassing their passenger and keeping their money and giving the credit shell account and making the passenger stuck with them. It is really awful they don't know how we are suffering and only looking for there profit.

                  Air asia cancelled my flight due to covid-19, and they are not given me credit account or refund of my money

                  I am waiting for credit or refund from last 2 months, made numerous emails, chats, online requests, not able to find this booking on my big member id

                  Total amount of rs 26037

                  When contacted by mmt, they say airlines has refunded my money to them but mmt is not giving me credit shell or refund

                  Iam feeling scammed, please help

                    The ticket got cancelled by airlines, now they're not offering refund. Instead they're telling to use that money for future bookings in which i'm not at all interested.

                      I booked the flight under pnr - f3p6nd. Though flight cancelled by air asia but no amount refunded or credited under air asia portal under my credit account section

                            Good morning...

                            I want your support from you for complete refund against my pnr no.: r15mhp. Please look into the problems i have face due to flight cancellation by air asia without pre-intimation of boarding.
                            On 28.05.2020 i had booked in air asia flights from bhubaneswar (Flight no. I5 1563) to bangalore (Flight no. I5 1324) to goa via pnr r15mhp.
                            I have completed my entry check at bhubaneswar airport. After 6;00 pm air asia representative call me and intimated flight no. I5 1324 was cancelled. He hs not support me to board the flight.

                            I raise a query at air line staff. But did not get any support.in ava portal also they are not responding properly. They have not support me for any reschedule for next flights to goa. So i have bound to quite travel through air asia.

                            I request you kindly evaluate this issue and help me to get complete refund rs. 12 316 to my bank a/c for the booking made from bhubaneswar to goa. As the flights cancelled by air line.

                                I have booked my flight direct with airasia for flight number 15481 my booking number is jdsngl via mumbai to delhi on 05/06/2020, air line canceled my flight but not informed me & not helping regarding my urgent journey or for refund... Customer care is not taking phones no customer support or communication with me... They wasted my whole money & i am not able to travel please help me & regitered my complain against airasia airline india.

                                  This is rajesh kumar nayak was booked a ticket from chennai to bhubaneswar via bangalore in air asia (Date of travelling is 30/05/2020 & my booking no is uzt98p, first flight l5-2392). But it is cancelled due to operational issue as per message i received from airasia. I have paid rs.9, 226.00/- for same.

                                  This will be my first & last booking. I will never book in this airasia because it is one of the worst service they are giving. Why this ([protected]) air asia kept i don't know. This not helping to customer & it's giving too much irritation to customer. I am request to higher authority pls try this no & fill the difficulties how customer facing. I am requesting to airasia management pls return my money as soon as possible.                                     I booked my flight on 27th may 2020 which was cancelled by air asia. My booking id is k41csg, in the name of tenzing palmu bhutia, with email [protected]@gmail.com. Now i want to get refund of the amount. I have mailed several times but only link was sent for procedure from your side. After chating with ava it guided me to another link but from last 10 hrs, i am trying but the link is in buffering position with line wait for 1 hr 15 minutes. Is that how you deal with your customer? As the cancellation was done from your side, refund has to be done automatically, but instead of doing that, you are asking customer to login to your portal and search for the link of refund. Please do the refund of my booking as soon as possible and do reply soon.

                                        I had booked a flight of 25.05.2020 through air asia on 22.05.2020, due to some issues with the state it got cancelled and again got rescheduled on 28th but again i have received an email from air asia that due to their operational issues the flight got cancelled, i want to complaint about air asia as the numbers given by them are unreachable, the chat bot ava is not able to fulfill any query and also they are not sending any suitable reply through their emails, it is very unprofessional from their side and also i am neither able to reschedule not cancel my flight, they are also not crediting my money, pls help.
