Non refund of money

I had booked three tickets for my journey to kolkata. The date of my journey was on 01 june 2020 and my pnr was u8bkvk. My flight was from bhubaneswar to kolkata. The scheduled flight on that date was cancelled by the airline itself. Hence, i want my money to be refunded to me. However, the airline insisted me to get a credit account which is valid for 730 days instead of refunding my money. I have repeatedly tried to contact the airline...

refund not processed

Hi,

This is regarding my air asia booking pnr# j38vyg. The flight had been cancelled by airasia due to the ongoing covid-19 situation. I had requested a refund amount to be credited directly into my bank account through the airasia website. I made the refund request on feb 28, 2020 but the request has not been processed yet.

Had booked a ticket in air asia by a travel agent ease my trip.com of july they cancelled the flight when asked for refund amount they sd will pay to emt when asked emt they say air asia hasn't given them any refund. Today, (02.07.2020) i got a sms that my Resume has been shortlisted in airasia airlines Interview. After downloading the letter, It was mentioned to Rs 9, 800/- with GST as refundable security deposit.

Today, (30.06.2020) i got a sms that my application has been shortlisted in airasia airlines. After downloading the letter, one could clearly unstand that it is fraudulent. It was mentioned to rs 9800 as refundable security deposit. The hr manager's name was written as mr vinay dhir (+[protected]. The flight ticket and other things will be sent to me after payment.
This is totally a fraud thing. Airasia should look into the matter...

Wrong refund

Address:27-54(77),UPPARA BAVI STREET,R R NAGAR

I have booked flight from ahmedabad to bangalore to fly on 27th june 2020 airasia. Flight no. I5-361. My pnr no. I43h8d.
The airlines have called and announced that their flight was cancelled. So i added refund request of 4000rs. But the refund amount i got is 50rs. I tried calling airlines but they didnt respond. So i want to file a legal compliant....

Refund against flight tickets

I am being chasing airlines n customer service team from past 3 months.
Nobody is answering calls over customer care number for more than 50 minutes.
If luckily your call get connected then the customer service representative will again hangup your call.

If i am raising tickets through email then getting copy paste response and ticket got resolved.

no credit account no refund and no customer support

I had booked a flight on june 8th. And they had cancelled the flight saying some reason and that to open a air asia credit account and submit a form both of which i did and nothing came. When i contacted to open a ticket i couldn't reach them but they sent mail saying no account under my name while i have all the proofs for the same.
I tried to reach them through call chat and nothing.. And no refund nor credit still got credited.br...

Refund request not fulfilled

Couldn't travel from Hyderabad, India to Chennai, India on 11 June 2020 due to sudden pregnancy complications and doctor's advise due to COVID19 prevalence in Chennai.

I have been trying to contact through the Air Asia support via their customer care number and via twitter since morning of 10th June 2020 and later during the evening; but there is no response.

Refund for my cancelled flight

My flight from singapore to bali was cancelled by airlines. Under their policy i was eligible for full refund and applied for the same. The request was raised by me on 16 march, 2020. Till date i am waiting for the same. Also, there was no lockdown in place or government interference due to covid-19 at that time. I have been waiting since 3 months to get a reply from their side.
