    My booking for Flight Number I5-820 dated 08 july 2020 was cancelled by airlines itself on 11 th July 2020 due to regulatory reasons. As per your instructions i applied for refund request through my travel agent on 11th july itself.
    My travel agent was goibibo.
    Today i received the refund of only Rs 43 against actual booking amount which is INR 2628.
    My journey route was from DELHI TO JAIPUR.
    I am supposed to receive the full refund of 2628 INR.

    But the travel agent charged me the entire amount which is not valid.

    May i get one reason for payment of full amount when the cancellation was not done me rather my airlines itself.

    Is this the way of providing customer service???
    Need full refund on my card otherwise i will escalate this to consumer court.

      I had booked three tickets for my journey to kolkata. The date of my journey was on 01 june 2020 and my pnr was u8bkvk. My flight was from bhubaneswar to kolkata. The scheduled flight on that date was cancelled by the airline itself. Hence, i want my money to be refunded to me. However, the airline insisted me to get a credit account which is valid for 730 days instead of refunding my money. I have repeatedly tried to contact the airline over phone but the numbers given in the site is not functional.in the mobile app the airline refer my case to ava. Despite waiting for hours, no one from that side responded. Hence, aggrieved by such irresponsible behavior by the aforementioned airline i want my money to be refunded to me as soon as possible.

        Hi,

        This is regarding my air asia booking pnr# j38vyg. The flight had been cancelled by airasia due to the ongoing covid-19 situation. I had requested a refund amount to be credited directly into my bank account through the airasia website. I made the refund request on feb 28, 2020 but the request has not been processed yet.

        I have sent them multiple emails regarding this but have not received any response from them yet. Could you please help me with the same.

          Dear candidate, your resume is shortlisted for an interview, check your email or download your interview letter by clicking on given link - https://bit.ly/2ZnvAxE
          So i clicked the link and downloaded a interview letter a read all the matter in the letter then it stated that 9800 amount of fee which is security refundable fee should pay before[protected]pm then i got suspicious and directly contacted airasia website from google then i got to know that they given me
          Please note!
          During recruitment, airasia does not ask for any security deposit (Refundable or non-refundable) at any stage of the recruitment process.
          Finally i confirmed it was a fraudulent message so i am informing you here about the fraud that you should take a necessary action on these persons who are getting the dreams of job seekers and making money

            Hi,
            I have raised several cases with airasia regarding wrongful deduction of money from my paytm wallet for which their was no booking made on the site. I had raised a case immediately on that failed day of booking which was 4 months ago. Today as i had called their customer care number for the 10th time, they mentioned they have already credited my money in my "bank account". I have no idea how they did that since i had done the booking through paytm and money was deducted from my paytm. Below are the details of the booking and the cases i have raised through ava.

            Booking details:
            Journey: hyd to ccu
            Date of booking : 16/04/2020
            Money deducted with no booking or pnr generated : ₹5898

            Case numbers with ava: 53075037, 55337989, 53074601

            I hope i will get some useful help now since this amount is not small to me and i need money in this desperate times and which is wrongfully deducted by this airline.

              Had booked a ticket in air asia by a travel agent ease my trip.com of july they cancelled the flight when asked for refund amount they sd will pay to emt when asked emt they say air asia hasn't given them any refund. Now govt has to see into this matter wherein many passengers are logging consumer complaints

                Today, (02.07.2020) i got a sms that my Resume has been shortlisted in airasia airlines Interview. After downloading the letter, It was mentioned to Rs 9, 800/- with GST as refundable security deposit.
                The Sr.manager HR's name was written as Mr. Vinay Dhir Mo.+[protected]. They wrote flight ticket and other things will be sent to me after payment.
                After Reading full letter i search that person on google and Linkdn but i didn't find out his Profile on social media or on Airasia official site..
                So this is the clearly fraud by someone...

                Airasia should look this type of matters and do the needful so nobody will fall into this trap...

                  I have booked a flight from bengaluru to kolkata for 10th june, 2020.
                  Air asia send me a notice that, the flight has been cancelled due to operational issue. Still the airline did not pay any refund to me. Also the call center of the concerned airline did not responding. They received my call and the put my call into hold. Then disconnect the call. The details of the flight is given below.

                    Today, (30.06.2020) i got a sms that my application has been shortlisted in airasia airlines. After downloading the letter, one could clearly unstand that it is fraudulent. It was mentioned to rs 9800 as refundable security deposit. The hr manager's name was written as mr vinay dhir (+[protected]. The flight ticket and other things will be sent to me after payment.
                    This is totally a fraud thing. Airasia should look into the matter and do the needful before people fall into this trap.

                      I have booked flight from ahmedabad to bangalore to fly on 27th june 2020 airasia. Flight no. I5-361. My pnr no. I43h8d.
                      The airlines have called and announced that their flight was cancelled. So i added refund request of 4000rs. But the refund amount i got is 50rs. I tried calling airlines but they didnt respond. So i want to file a legal compliant.

                        My pnr p8hjvx flight from mumbai to delhi on 30.05.2020 was cancelled by airasia and it's been over 25 days i have not got any refund nor i am getting any credit amount. I have paid the money for tickets through the make my trip app.. Nor the make my trip is helping me out neither airasia..

                          I am being chasing airlines n customer service team from past 3 months.
                          Nobody is answering calls over customer care number for more than 50 minutes.
                          If luckily your call get connected then the customer service representative will again hangup your call.

                          If i am raising tickets through email then getting copy paste response and ticket got resolved.
                          Again i have to raise a new ticket.

                          I am being chasing them for 9000 inr from past 3 months and nobody is helping.

                              The airlines cancelled my families flight for 22nd june 2020 on friday the 19th june 2020 and said to apply for a refund or credit shell, then suddenly in the night of 20th june 2020 they said please ignore previous message your flight is reinstated. By then i had already booked another flight from indigo. Calling the airline multiple time but no response from their customer care and no response from the chat bot ava. I either need a refund or a credit shell for the loss incurred because of the airline.

                                I had booked a flight on june 8th. And they had cancelled the flight saying some reason and that to open a air asia credit account and submit a form both of which i did and nothing came. When i contacted to open a ticket i couldn't reach them but they sent mail saying no account under my name while i have all the proofs for the same.
                                I tried to reach them through call chat and nothing.. And no refund nor credit still got credited.
                                So i tried to get refund from go ibibo (Another scam) which doesnt said anything but took a cancellation request (Which i cannot revert) saying refund amount is 0. I didnt cancel my ticket, the airlines themselves cancelled and not giving my money.
                                Please help.

                                        Couldn't travel from Hyderabad, India to Chennai, India on 11 June 2020 due to sudden pregnancy complications and doctor's advise due to COVID19 prevalence in Chennai.

                                        I have been trying to contact through the Air Asia support via their customer care number and via twitter since morning of 10th June 2020 and later during the evening; but there is no response.

                                        Air Asia support directs me to their "digital assistant" AVA which provides next to no information and neither did it allow me to cancel the trip. The customer care number shows a backlog of 1.5-2 hours any time of the day.

                                        The trip was scheduled to occur at 7.25AM on 11th June 2020, but due to the nature of the medical emergency, travel was not done.

                                        The website doesn't work so as to facilitate rescheduling the ticket, or cancellation of the same.
