To whomsoever it may concern,

I travelled thru air India flight Flight number :AI 126 Dated :Oct 5, 2022 from Chicago to New Delhi with 1 checked bag.
I checked with Air India staff at the airport at Air India counter on my way out about the number of checked bags allowed on my return ticket.
They checked my eticket and confirmed that I can travel check in 2 bags without any charge.

Booked flight ticket from Jodhpur to Delhi on 19 November 2022. Money debited from my account but didn't recieve any confirmation email. When I called air india customer care, they told that the PNR number have been generated and I will get confirmation email within 2 hrs but now my ticket have been auto cancelled.

    My mother's travelled to Bhubaneswar from SFO, USA via Delhi in AirIndia(AI 174). She's reached at Delhi is on Nov 14th at 3.30PM. We requested for wheel chair and its approved by AI also. couple of wheel chair people came and demanded Rs 10, 000/- or $100/-. Many senior citizens refused to pay. So all the wheelchair employees left the senior citizens alone. My mother some how requested some one and he took the money and left in mid of the airport. This is unexpected and no control at the national airport. Is is business? no control over them? They are damaging complete value and not understanding the importance. This is not fair. Please take action against them and save India image.

      Hi Team

      My sister Farah Deeba travelling from Patna to Amritsar with Air India Flight No. AI0408 on 21 Nov22 PNR No.5VYM8A was overcharged for excess Baggage weight as mentioned in Air India website for every extra KG is 600 plus GST but she was charged 3700 RS her Baggage weight exceeds 3KG more.

      Need your kind support that Air India should justify this overcharged and on what basis.

        We prefer to fly with Air India but the services given by the ground staff makes us to rethink about coming back to Air India

        Senior citizens allocated the last row seats making them walk all along the flight to thrir seat
        No common sense in allocating seats
        My mother who is unable walk has been made to strain herself to the 30th row of the flight where in checkin was made earlier by 8.30 at airport in dxb. They don't have a common sense while allocating the seats or the system programmer did'nt have the common sense?

            We booked flight for my family of 5 people with Air India for travel on 6/11/2021 from chicago to vijayawada. The airlines canceled the trip due to covid restrictions and they announced the amount will be refunded in full. But the amount was never refunded. The total amount that need to be refunded is $5389.25.
            Called the customer service many times. Sent emails and raised many complaints. The air line says the amount was refunded, but they never refunded the amount. They are cheating us. We want the amount refunded

              I booked Air India tickets SINGAPORE TO UDAIPUR (Singapore to Delhi & Delhi to Udaipur) on 4th May'2022. Air India cancelled one of my flights (Delhi to Udaipur) due to which I had to cancel the entire ticket. When I spoke to one of the customer service representatives, the lady told me she can cancel the ticket and I will get my FULL refund (I have the voice recording). She then cancelled my ticket (27th May) and I was asked to fill up the feedback form .I received only a partial refund (SGD 779) instead of full refund(SGD 1179) with no explanation why $400 had been deducted as the flight was cancelled by Air India itself. I have been chasing them for almost 6 months and yet there has been no update. Every time I speak to their representative, they write a note to the refund department and still no action has been taken. Can you plz help me to get my remaining $400 back?

                Refund not being paid back

                Only one ticket refunded of two tickets refunded.
                I was told in September that only one ticket feed back had been completed. Two amounts of money over £700 each should be refunded only one received.
                Contacting customer care ( who don’t care) where I have been informed the claim is being processed, to it had been repaid.
                This has caused a lot of stress as Air India will not tell me the amount that has been repaid or the ARN numbers. One refund received in September2022

                  I have not received refund from Air India for Return Ticket from London Heathrow to Kolkata and back (Reference R5LWKQ) bought originally on 10/11/2021. The original date of journey was 19/2/22. The date of journey was changed to 11/6/22 and the change was paid for on 20/01/2022. However, the ticket to be cancelled as I was unable to travel on 11/6/22 for personal reasons. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact Air India to change the date of travel, I had to ask for a refund as I travelled via an alternative carrier. Air India subsequently informed me on 11/9/22 by email that a refund is going to be issued. But to date, I have not received the refund.

                    Below are my family travel details from HYD-Riyadh.

                    AI-941, Dated 27/10/22.

                    PNR:NALEFM.
                    TKT NOS: 098-[protected], 95, 96, 97.
                    TOTAL-4 PAX.

                    My family was denied boarding because they were not carrying hard copies of insurance.my wide explained check in staff that based on one year insurance submission only we were able to get one year multiple Saudi visit visa.
                    Staff was rude, arrogant & misbehave with my wife & my 3 children who were travelling for an immediate entrance exam in Riyadh.
                    Air India must be aware of the policy that it is mandatory to submit insurance for family visit visa in Saudi embassy.
                    Why were we asked for hardcopy submission of insurance which makes no sense.
                    Air India must re imburse all the charges of my flight & must terminate the staff who were at check in counter & the duty manager of Air India was not available to adress our concern at the airport.

                      I have tried booking flight tickets from Air india. But i haven't received any confirmation email/booking reference from Air india. I have used UPI transaction. After payment i have received "something went wrong with payment transaction". But the payment was successful and money deducted from my account. I need the full refund amount.

                        I had booked Air India flight from SFO to BLR for my family via 2 bookings, 1 for myself and another one for my spouse and daughter. The onward flight was scheduled on 9th JUL 2022, i canceled the tickets and was asked to wait for 7 -21 working days for the refund.

                        i have been following up since 1st July 2022 and created tons of feedback for refund requests, 50+ emails to [protected]@airindia.com, 100+ calls to their customer care and still not received the refund for my daughters ticket.

                        My ticket was refunded on 23-Sep-2022 & my Spouse ticket was refunded on 29-Aug-2022,
                        I have still not received the refund for my daughters ticket till date.

                        Air India is a FRAUD company and basically earning bank interest by holding thousands of $ which they owe as refund to customers like me.

                        Air India keeps parroting they have initiated the refund for my daughters ticket on 24-Sep-2022, but i have still not received the refund.
