Good evening this is a passenger traveling from tirchurapalli to Dubai on Wednesday May 17, 2023 . we have experienced horrible hospitality from Air India our flight was delayed from 2pm to 12am we were shifted to a hotel nearby the airport called Sri Thillagavathy hotel, Trichy., and once we reached there we had a horrible experience as we were asked to share a non - AC room with another passenger this totally destroys the image, trust and quality of your services in fact we had to fight with the staff and unprofessional receptionist to get a normal room . Horrible accommodation from Air India totally destroyed the quality of the brand . We kindly request to check the quality of your services and hope that another passenger does not face the same circumstances . Take immediate action against Thillavagathy Hotel and inform their management about the worst reception crew they have. We are sure that Air India pays for AC rooms for the passengers, oer family, whereas the hotel pushes upto 3 families into 1 non- AC room, who is getting benefitted here in terms of cost?

    Dear Sir/ Madam
    We were travelling from Delhi to Sydney on 6th December in flight AAI-302. Due to some technical issue with the plane, we experienced unacceptable delays. We were made to wait for 3-4 hours on the flight with very minimal information and nothing but water before being
    asked to deboard the plane. At this point we were tired & hungry but were told that we would be provided no refreshments or snacks while we are waiting for almost 4 hours on the still
    plane. After which we needed to go though security all over again before finally being boarded on the correct plane & leaving for out destination. This created significant logistical issues at our destination especially for transport.

    How does Air India plan to compensate us for the major inconvenience we experience? We

      Hi,

      I had booked a flight on Air India on 10th June 2022 and raised a cancellation request on 28th June 2022. Air India confirmed refund request immediately.

      Since then, I have called almost every alternative week, sent e-mails and chased every possible way possible. It has almost been a year and still havent received my refund. Refund amount is approx. INR 1, 50, 000.

      The call centre says that they can only raise an internal request, however, do not have any sight on the status. Also, they do not provide any escalation channels and neither assist in getting this sorted.

      For a year my refund is not received and the amount is also quite big. With TATA group taking over I expected things to get better, but looks like it has become worse than before.

          I had booked two tickets for international travel for my parents however my father died on 6th of May 2023 and hence my mother also can't fly.I had already asked for cancelation of both of the tickets however till now I didnt get any response from Air India. I talked to Air India customer care too and they told in this case we needed to furnish the death certificate and the ID etc of the person.I attached all docs, still no cancelation and no refund.What should I do?Date of travel is 17th May 2023.

            Air India air lines services are so bad, My flight delayed from two hours still the airline not giving proper idea that what is the next reschedule time . So many people's have connected flights. And they did not understand the the customer problems.The staff is clueless. Very bad services. Never ever go on this air india airline

              Description : Flight # AI 186 from Vancouver to Delhi on May 06th 2023 - was supposed to take off at 10:15 am however due to some technical issue it took off after 9 PM.

              Attaching the boarding pass and the screen shots of the messages received where it states that the flight has been rescheduled initially at 1 pm and then at 9 pm

              Desirable Solution: Whatever is proposed to compensate the metal harassment and inconvenience caused can be discussed and agreed upon.

                I had a layover of 14 hours between my domestic and international flights. Idiotic process of the air port haven't left me outside as my luggage is tagged till my destination and Air India haven't taken any effort to provide a facility to complete the layover. On top of that the in-flight experience is worst with the audio device not working.

                I would never book a flight with Air India again as I am not looking to waste the money for the substandard facilities provided

                  I have booked airline tickets in the month of december 2022 for my trip to paris with my family which was scheduled in the month of april having pnr no 5km5q3 in flight no. Ai 143 and even paid rs.18, 000 to 20, 000/- extra charges for basinet seat for my infant child. On my way to paris from delhi i have got seat no 12d, 12f and 12e in the name of swapnil ahirkar, mirayaa ahirkar and sneha ahirkar respectively. However, throughout the way in my 10 hrs journey there was some technical error in the screens in 2 of my seats due to which we have to seat separately from each other to avoid boredom and get ourselves entertained. This technical issue ruined my whole trip experience and my child were incapable to enjoy the journey. Further, on my way back from paris the same seats were alloted to us and the same were not fixed till then. As a result of that my family time got spoiled just because of the carelessness of the airlines and their inability to fix a small issue like this. I have booked the tickets in advanced 4 months before my trip so as to enjoy my journey with my family as much as i can but this negligent behaviour of the airline ruined my flying experience to the core. Hence, i need compensation of the full amount i paid for my tickets with extra 20, 000/- rs which i have paid for basinet seat for my child

                    My name is Anil Cheruvathur Babu. I travelled to Kochi, India from London Heathrow on April 6th 2023and returned on 30th April 2023. I normally don't post anything in social media and never complained before. The reason for this complaint is because of the gross negligence and lack of sympathy from the part of Air India, which resulted in devastating loss to my family. To start with we booked our tickets well in advance (almost 8 months ago PNR: J6T9N4). We are a family of four. My elder daughter is four and my younger one just turned one. We booked direct flights to Kochi from London Heathrow to avoid fatigue and stress while travelling with children. In December 2022, I read a report in an online portal that air India is cancelling direct flights to Kochi from London Heathrow from April 2023. I was shocked as I didn't receive any correspondence from air India. I spoke to the air India customer care team (call connected in Pune, India) and the agent told me that my tickets are cancelled. I was so upset and asked him the reason for cancellation. He replied to me that " it is because of bad weather". I was completely perplexed with that answer, and I asked him how he can predict the weather 5 months in advance. He then said it says technical error and he ‘thought’ it is due to bad weather. I asked him, whether he can give me another direct ticket because I'm travelling with my family including kids and he replied to me that he won’t be able to do anything because the direct flight services are all cancelled. He then said he can give me an indirect flight which will be reconnecting from Delhi (2.5 hrs) and on the return will be connecting from Mumbai (4hrs) I then said it would be highly uncomfortable for us to travel with the kids and he then said this is the best option he can offer. I clearly said to him that I won't be able to take luggage from Mumbai or Delhi (I had previous experience with Air India) because it will be really difficult and stressful If we have to do that. He reassured me that there won't be such issues and the luggage will be transferred directly. My Wife became pregnant few weeks before the travel and before our actual travel I wanted to confirm with the customer care that we don't have to take our luggage. The customer care representative then said we have to transfer our luggage by ourselves from Delhi and then we have to transfer it to the domestic terminal because they booked us an international flight until Delhi and a domestic service from Delhi to Cochin. I was unhappy with what she said, and I explained to her that this is not what I been told before and I didn't expect such problems at the end. She said if I have any problems I can ask help during boarding at the counter and they would be able to help. Believing this we spoke to the person on the counter, and I informed him that my wife is pregnant and I am travelling with 2 kids. I explained to them that it will be highly uncomfortable for us to transfer the luggage by ourselves. Nobody from the Air India had the courtesy to offer any help. They said this is how the ticket has been booked and they can't do much about this. Honestly the journey was horrible, and this gave us a lot of mental trauma already. After reaching the Delhi airport we had to rush to get our luggage. There was a 25-minute walk from the international terminal to the domestic one and we had to carry our children plus our luggage’s even though we have repeatedly said in the airport that my wife is pregnant. Nobody was willing to help and we have to transfer and do all by ourselves. After the whole journey as one
                    could imagine how stressful physically and mentally this has been my wife was dizzy and started bleeding. We have to go straight into the hospital, and they have mentioned to us that it is a threatened abortion. She was pregnant for seven weeks and unfortunately her bleeding was big that she has to be admitted in the hospital. Doctors advised against air travel as it may worsen her condition. When we were sure that she won't be able to come with me on the 30th of April I called the Air India team again and I explained to them our situation. I informed them about our journey experience and the bleeding episode after the air travel. They agent told me that it's my personal reason and if I have to cancel the ticket for my wife and children that will attract a penalty even though I have booked directly from Air India website. They were not willing to listen my concerns and eventually cancelled our tickets and I have to travel alone to the U.K on 30th April. My wife had a job offer which she was supposed to start on her return. Currently as her doctor advised bed rest, she won't be able to join. I have to say that this flight journey which was s supposed to be a happy journey made our lives a hell and we have to bear devastating loss as a family, personally, financially and mentally. I wanted to highlight to the Air India management about what happened and is looking forward to having reasonable compensation for what happened during our flight. I am happy to share my booking details (initially direct flight), amended tickets, medical records if needed.

                      I have suffered intolerance with the wheel chair pax, pnr no 5O7KXB date of 05.05.2023 he was a senior citizen patient . Wheel chair was not provided it was already requested at the time of booking, gate no was changed from 52 to 28 B, pax was not given wheelchair, pax waited and had to walk without wheel chair, later wheel chair was given after informing on 28 b, patient was left at the airport by air India staff who was constantly asking for tip and hided his tip sticker, pax got lost at T3 .This is unacceptable and disgraceful. I will not accept it.

                        I had requested for cancellation of the LTC booking (Kolkata to Belgaum and Belgaum to Kolkata) through Air India customer care (tele;[protected]. The customer care executive had cancelled my booking and further directed me to email [protected]@airindia and request for refund, which I did on 04 nov 2020.

                        Since then I made multiple efforts to get my refund but no luck. I had paid INR 45, 682/- for the tickets and was supposed to get full refund.

                        Its only now that I have learnt about this platform and I feel there is some hope.I am requesting for full refund with appropriate interest please. its been so long, kindly help.

                          My Passenger was flying 6 of them Through Air India Via Scoot Airline to Macau Ticket No 098 [protected], 098 [protected] All them were De Boarded before half an hour without any reason and when ? answered was given rudely manner and were told that low cost carrier will not allowed to board as it will create baggage problem and they will deported from singapore. 1st of all why did Air India desk in kathmandu board them knowing if this rule is true and secondly why they were not able to show written proof to my passenger. Upon query regarding this air India staff from Kathmandu CONTACTed in NEW Delhi and was informed that they pull out those passenger because they thought they are not capable of flying macau and singapore (Racial Profling) my passenger was left stranded with no HELP and SUPPORT fro more that 24 hrs withour food and water. Who is going to refund all my cost for this ### airlines

                                I would like to initiate a complain that I recently faced due to some operational issue by air india and I missed my flight.

                                1st problem :
                                If I am trying to see the pnr to get checkin, it did not showed me anything but when I tried to get this via email in modify, I got the full itinerary.
                                2nd problem :
                                I do not know who made mistake but when I removed my infant from prn, it removed whole pnr. How it is possible? Is there any technical error or some difficult steps to remove infant?

                                3rd problem
                                If itinerary got changed or cancel, why I did not receive any email?

                                4th problem :
                                I got to know from help desk that you should not remove infant from same prn. Then why it is even possible to do if it will delete the whole itinerary. Why you even allow anyone to modify it when your operational team cannot handle it?

                                I am very disappointed with the services and what ever I faced at airport when I was waiting there for 4 hours.

                                Had conversation with help desk and they said I should not remove infant from same prn. Then why it is even possible to do if it will delete the whole itinerary. Why you even allow anyone to modify it when your operational team cannot handle it? Help desk said, you class is now changed and if you want to travel, you should pay extra amount. Why should I pay why I paid 6 month ago the whole amount while booking. Infant adding and removing is free, so why should I pay extra
                                Air India did not allow me to get in the flight even though I paid for it. I removed my infant from my seat but they said the class is now changed and I need to pay extra. When I already paid for it, why should I pay again, I only removed my infant. We do not know about class and all, how we know that class is gonna change if we will remove infant. Its a 100% mistake from airindia side and you are not accepting your technical issue. If its not resoving now, I am gonna do consumer complain for sure.

I removed my infant from my seat but they said the class is now changed and I need to pay extra. When I already paid for it, why should I pay again, I only removed my infant. We do not know about class and all, how we know that class is gonna change if we will remove infant. Its a 100% mistake from airindia side and you are not accepting your technical issue. If its not resoving now, I am gonna do consumer complain for sure.

                                  I called airline to remove infant from my PNR, But they refused and asked me to do through my travel agent. Did not inform that may be I need to pay extra if I wl remove infant. I called my travel agent and they removed my infant. Later they did not allow me to get travel and asked me to pay for changing class from T to M. Why should I pay for it

                                    Dear Sirs,
                                    I had purchased travel tickets from Delhi to Frankfurt and back on Air India thru Booking.com, I was given option to block seats of my choice which I did and paid 2500 person per sector (3 passengers I paid total 15000 for return journey) I was shown seat options whilst booking and I blocked EXIT ROW Seats by paying 2500 for each passenger each sector. To my utter shock and disbelief, and upon boarding the aircraft I realized I was not given seats as promised as such I was charged 15000 Rs fraudulently, Air India, refused to honour and Booking.com refused and put the ball back to Air India, can you help with this matter, thanks Pradeep ([protected]@gmail.com)

                                    Despite the acquisition by Tatas, it doesn't appear Air India has made any change whatsoever during this interim period, it may take decades for the attitude and egos of old staff to rest

                                      I recently flew from Bangalore to Vijayawada from flight 9l-501 Alliance air.

                                      We were made to wait for 30 mins in the bus.
                                      7:40 we were made to stand in the bus and then taken towards the aircraft. Boarded the aircraft at 8:25
                                      It was really a pathetic experience.
