AHL BOMAI54370 ( I lost my baggage on 15/02/23.)

I had a flight on 15/02/23 LHR TO BOM. I did not received one of my 23 kg bag which gray colored and hard plastic body and Safari make. Name plate was already on it. And I had already complained about that on the same day still I don’t get any reply from your side. It’s been a 2 months. So please do something about it....

Luggage got exchanged- Property Irregularity

On 9th March 2023, we reached Singapore. We found that our bag was missing and was replaced by some other bag. Business class flight from toronto to chennai and chennai to toronto

On 12th Feb 2022 I booked a flight using Make My trip portal from Mumbai to Chennai wrongly on 13th Feb morning as i was in chennai and the arrow button got double pressed, I did not see that and clicked further and paid Rs 6000 approx using my card. Delay - cancellation- no proper accommodation

Hi. We were travelling from Bangalore to Jodhpur with one stop at Bombay. Since they delayed our flight from Bangalore, we couldn’t reach our destination. And for accommodation they were making us stay at a 3 star hotel. Which looks shady. And we are travelling with family, there are old people and children. How are we supposed to stay? Non-refund of ticket charges for cancelled flight.

I booked 2 tickets to travel to Bubaneshwar from Mumbai on Air India Flight AI 669 through yatra.com. s I have been informed the flight is non-operational I cancelled the ticket on 23rd February 2023. In this regard I have sent a mail . But I was advised to contact the agent i.e. Yatra.com. Extreme delay in cancellation refund

Wrong particulars on air india ticket

My daughter SIMRIT KAPILA who is a Citizen booked ticket to travel to Dubai on 22/3/23 and return 26/3 through GoIBo . Though the Agent supplied correct particulars to AIR INDIA of which Screenshot Proof is available, Air India entered WRONG PARTICUALRS ON TCKET.
Your Customercare Executive Devansh was dismissive when issue was discussed by him and retorted with a dismissive retort "NNOT OUR PROBLEM"

Partial Refund

I booked the ticket for Guwahati-Delhi-Guwahati on 4th Dec, 2022 (
[protected].) through website of AirIndia.
The ticket was canceled within 24 hours through customer care number after confirming the refund of full amount,
and travel date was after one week.

No refund received for flight cancellation

I didn't receive any refund for the flight I cancelled of Air India, PNR H4QGQ worth 27564 INR (booked on 28 jul 21 and cancelled on 01 Aug 21). I was eligible for full refund. There's no way you can reach their customer care or generate a complaint for refund. I sent email on call.[protected]@airindia.in but now it shows inactive ID. I am not sure what else to do so writing it to you as a last try hoping I would get my refund....
