I have booked a ticket for my elderly patients. Booking Reference is JI8WJM. While booking 4C was a free seat and I purchased 4B by paying 1000 rupees. So that they can stay together and have access to the toilet.
During Webcheckin, my mother seat is automatically re-allotted for 18c and 31f.
I called customer service many times, they are saying 4C is a seat for People with infant .If it is so, why did the software seat mapping...

I had booked a ticket with number[protected] from Bengaluru to SFO for July 21st which was cancelled by me on May 30th. Air India has revised Itinerary AI 490 STV to DEL from 30th Aug AM to 29th Aug PM which will be highly inconvenient for me as as my connecting flight to Frankfurt is on 30th Aug at 1330 hrs.

I have put request to provide me louge facility at DAP from 29th Aug 2300 hrs. to 30th Aug 1300 hrs. vide case ID 16702069 . but there is no reply from their side till date....

We need refund back for E TICKET number[protected] under the name of Kunal Sawhney. At that time(8th July 2020) air India consultant told me PNR is already cancelled but we didn’t get our refund back in account. we called them 50 60 times after it but they sometimes response and then after listening they put phone on hold or either hang up.
my ticket is on 20th April from sydney australia to delhi airport.
