I booked AirIndia ticket to travel from Port Blair to Chennai on Jan 14, 2022. My booking got confirmed previously. The PNR is JFK6T.
Recently the PNR has been cancelled from Airline end. Since the cancellation was from their end I wanted the AirIndia to nook ticket on same day instead of refund. And give me a confirmed PNR for travel.
I tried reaching out to Customer care and said my issue but they transferred my call to another...

We've made booking for Pune Delhi and Delhi Newark, while booking the following PNR - JG6DD we had taken paid seats of rs 4500 and 350 =total 4850 rs..
We have upgraded the ticket to Business Class and so the we would like to raise a refund request for the seat selection payment.

It has been over a month since my checked in baggage was delayed/ lost during flight from Delhi to Chicago on 14th Nov 2021.

While PIR was filled but no reference number was provided by Airline staff siting too many passengers did not receive the bag that they will enter into systems later.

I would like to bring your notice about our regretting situation at Delhi airport on Dec 1 2021 that we are stopped from travel in air india flight AI185 to Vancouver, Canada because i have two passports.

I recently booked a round trip ticket worth ₹1, 60, 457 for Delhi to Vancouver, I paid through HDFC bank netbanking, the transaction was successful and money was debited from my account but on redirection back to Air India website it showed an error and no ticket confirmation or PNR was issued.

On account of the server being down a few hours i.e. 3-4 hours before the flight was due, customer care numbers not being reachable and the inability to check in online, I missed my flight to Mumbai. On 20th March 2021, I booked a ticket to fly from London to Delhi. The transaction failed the first time and succeeded the second time. But I was charged twice while I got only one ticket.
I tried calling Air India 3 times for getting my refund of 372 Pounds. Each time, I got a different answer. I filed a ticket through Air India feedback. I got an automatic acknowledgement. But no response.

1. I have written several emails to inform AIR INDIA authorities requesting for refund of cancelled flight no - AI827 due to bad weather on 23 Jan 2021 which was scheduled from Delhi to Srinagar.

2. I had booked 03 (three) tickets in name of Meenakshi Tiwari, Shatakshi Tiwari and Jivitesh Tiwari with the PNR No - Z1MV3 and eticket nos were[protected],[protected],[protected].

Hi,
I was booking an Economy ticket from Bangalore to London(BLR -LHR) for 5th Nov 2020 in the name of Divya Singh Bhadoriya through the Air India website.
But as soon as I gave the OTP for making payment via HDFC Net banking, the payment of Rs 23989 got deducted from my HDFC account( OTP and sms received) and instead of getting the ticket booked status the page was navigated to Error page where I could see the message quoted...

I have received a call from a lady Krithika[protected] Air India who said will be providing job and asked to deposit Rs 1500 paid and I have attached. Later she provide me with application which needs to filled and submitted. Later she gave her manager number Aditya Roy [protected] and he requested us to pay 15900rs we paid and attached the receipt. How is phone is under swtich off and not providing us any updates...
